Nuevos Lanzamientos House - Novedades

Why So Series number 3 release brings to light the young and talented Lumieux with his "Alba Electronica" EP.Starting off with the A side, "Hey Raspberry", he throws the listener into a acidic micro-house mural, topped off with a warm melodic aftertouch. The B side closes in to a more reflective mood - "Mod E Prier", glitches and twists itself around the rhythmic elements, dark melody and rough bass, while "Angel Contact" breaks into a more atmospheric and relaxed mood, perfectly fitted for early warm-up sets or late afterhours.Vinyl only, 180 gramm & original artwork included in shrinked sleeve.

Premier Virage' is the first release of Virage Records. It begins with the
catchy bassline and warm drums of Pierre Moritz's Fewnolder'. Jean-Paul
Groove' from the duet ALVA features multiple synth lines and drum patterns.
Paris Groove boys carry on with Portalis' and its garage vibe. Yes I Do' from
madcat closes the EP with a blend of deep house and garage.

Wareika steps up for the Amphia's 12th vinyl chapter. The german trio walks off the beaten techno trail, applying just enough pressure on the bassline pedal to envelope your attention on the sinusoidal theme from Break New Sol, revealing at the end a rewarding guitar solo, hidden all this time under the crisp percussions. On A Train Again completes Side A, with its industrial ambient modulations steadily stabbed by the derailed cadence.

SIT reinterprets Wareika on Side B: a more dancefloor oriented take, with just a few breaks from the devilish rhythm, enough to give the crowd some time to breathe into the track's odd atmosphere. Wareika's playful harmony makes a great addition to Amphia's musical path.

Nick Beringer is back on Taverna Tracks with another bangin' EP, dishing out four trippy, dreamy jams with a classic House attitude. The Foundation is set!

From the hot lands of Southern Italy a mysterious producer and old time friend of Bud Spencer joins us for our second release.
Swag barca.

Two stalwarts of Amsterdam's techno & house underground scene -- Julien Chaptal and David Labeij -- decided to link arms at the beginning of 2012 with the creation of their vinyl only label, MFD. Aiming to bring their blend of electronica back to a stripped-down, powerful, and hypnotic groove. MFD's back-to-basics approach was born out of the infallible conviction that dance music in its purest form can effectively reduce one's insides to a bundle of raw nerves, and induce a state of pure bliss. Wether it be hypnotic, gritty or intense electronic music, the label focuses on explicit quality, keeping egos in check,
and never allowing them to get in the way of a good time.

Eliptic is Nothing but...' passion. The first release of Bucharest's based label, comes with two great pieces. On A side, Julian's track is pure madness, with a groovy bass-line, subtle percussion and crazy effects, just perfect for a good dance. On side B, Fengda's track is a trip from the beginning to the end, with a mysterious atmosphere, growing an intense journey for a taste of freedom. Two different musical perspectives that completes each other in a 12' vinyl, that you can't miss. Early supported by Rhadoo and Raresh.

All this Artists are no strangers in the game.

Starting off with S-ampel, having released on labels like One records, Dekay and downhill music- he delivers 2 tracks that will fill your dancefloors for sure with his caracteristic hypnotic sound with heavy baselines.

To round Out thing up, comes from our south American fellas.... Kike Mayor (Saint&dont) and Bruno Schiavi(Drumma Records) taking things Deeper for the early evening or afters.

Craggy, slightly sharp sound with a rolling bass of different shapes and manifestations sounds interesting and racily fits in the overall picture of the track. Three angles: association, image, essence that bears an idea containing soft and moving vibration.
Three angles. Three pines on a forked road.

'The Continuum Hypothesis' by Cleymoore and Andrea Cichecki stood proud as Rotate's first collaborational EP, and despite being the imprint's first attempt on showcasing its roster
through talent fusion, it served perfectly as a refined and spontaneous creation where both artists could easily be heard and identified.

Rotate's curatorial decisions seem to consistently circle around a small but extremely talent-ed group of young artists who aren't afraid of musical experimentation, with command of
very personal visions of futuristic dance music, no matter the style. For the second collabora-tional EP, Rotate hand-picked two young artists that share a strong vision about music, how
it should be created and ultimately, experienced: Greece's Anestie Gomez, and Russia's Denis Kaznacheev.

Denis has succeeded in keeping us engaged with his imprint Nervmusic since 2009, showing us a steady catalog of releases that share a refined and minimalistic approach to dance
music, while Anestie is slowly but fiercely leaving his mark in the music world with a handful of releases and a quiet yet exquisite A&R work for several successful imprints.

Using each other's sounds to create new compositions, 'The Wieferich Pair' is about them both, and speaks for them both. 'Early Finish' is an addictive piece that utterly succeeds in
sucking you right in like a vortex. The marching bassline serves it's purpose of movement in a strong loopy groove intertwined by tight snares, while the pads and poltergeist'y sounds
reformat our heads with an inability for space-time tracking. The other side of this affair, 'Late Start', is all about the sleazy jazz dance moves. It's a microcosm of sparkling glitches
and vocal snippets, locked in a simple yet flowing bassline and a sea of shuffled hi-hats. A piano kicks in at key points, alongside percussive elements, adding some deepness to the a
already rich palette.

This is the world of Anestie and Denis as one. As playful as it is serious, this double tracker takes you to a place where you don't know if you're diving in ,or actually diving out. A sonic
rabbit hole of sorts, just like they intended. Hypnotic artwork and design by Max Binski, the current visual curator of Rotate.

Arapu's eccentric visions on the music some of us shallowly label as techno seem like a match made in an utopic electronic heaven as they crossed paths with the eclectic minds behind Understand.

2 straight to the point tracks, bearing the same hypnotic groove entrenched deep into the bassline, twined with electro stems and looped around some schizoid voices.

Whatever your perspective is on electronic music, Wasted Ego won't fall under any category. A perfect addition to the Understand's series.

Romanian duo Vinyl Speed Adjust return with the second instalment on their synonymously titled imprint, VSA Records.
With fellow Romanian duo 'Dubsons' composing the 'Perceptions' EP's A-side, 'Luci' follows a minimal soundscape groove, which exudes warm pads and dark fx, leading you through a spatial journey.
Meanwhile, label curators Vinyl Speed Adjust take control of the B side with another raw techno cut. Their signature percussive approach is fused with a killer bassline and a rhythmical groove, manifesting in a moody composition which is guaranteed to trip your mind.
