The second instalment of the Arupa Music Vinyl Limited release presents Bexu, an artist who derives from Cluj-Napoca, North Western Romania. Bexu’s discography has grown steadily over the past few years, and we are super proud to make an addition in physical format.

Title track Calatoria entices mystery from the get go, an artistic soundscape of dreamy, uplifting pads with chugging bass and sharp driving percussion. The hypnotic vocal eagerly anticipating an answer, rightly deserves provoking sequel (part two).

‘Doru Lenii’ is a different approach to the dreamy off kilter nature of the Calatoria tracks. A driving, instructive vocal, builds anticipation and delivers sonic answers for questions asked, chords progress as the track builds, heavy synths drive the track forward and into conclusive territory. A true tale of the sun & moon; day into night, and back into day again.

Crihan’s interpretation of ‘Calatoria responds in true B side fashion, responding with a bounce and giving direction to the adventure mystified in the title track. Off kilter percussion, a focused bassline, vocal converses with ‘Cataloria’, natural production techniques give a truly organic feel. This release disperses absolute warmth.

Gabriele is back on his own imprint with a magic touch from the master Ion Ludwig.

Finger Prince recordings debut with the ‘Make U Feel Project’

A four tracker with the same assignment handed to four artists including some of the original Music For Freaks and Classic Music Company recording artists.

The first release is a close-knit affair with Lil’Mark handing out the project to who he regards as three close family members. No brief was given with the material so that all versions were unique. No spoilers either.

First up on side A, Mark provides a true groove with the swing he’s renowned for. Chords, catchy muting, stabs of vocal and a heavy rolling bassline sets the scene. Straight up house.

Track 2 is from Pale People who takes a great dub approach looping the bass and keys beneath the Vox adding tight percussion reminiscent of his Phonic Crunch collab’s with Mark. After a long hiatus it's great to have him back.

Side B Track 1 comes from Rob Mello doing his ’No Ears’ spectacular. It’s the Classic No Ears sound making great use of original elements and sounding fantastic as always.

Belgium’s export to Ibiza Bart Ricardo gets the final say on track 2. Taking it deeper Bart brings stretched chords into focus over a HEAVY kick and big bottom end. This track has a relentless groove with some well executed breaks.

BEFORE is back with a strong VA and some serious talent!

A1. Ben Jones lands back on his own imprint this time with his energised drums and modulated fx to make up the floor slamming ‘Playback’

A2. Julian Anthony AKA ‘The Organizer’ delivers his signature sound with bumping baselines and 90s style euphoric synths throughout. ‘Retrograde’ is here!

B1. Benjamin Joseph comes thru with a unique flow of energy within his melodic and pad driven sounds to curate the mighty ‘Licked’

B2. Cooper Dodge finishes off the release with A.D.T a groover of skippy drums, deep chords and trippy vocals, perfect for any warm up set!

Long-awaited “Uritorco Reworks” e.p. has finally landed.

Argentinian veterans Franco Cinelli and Ernesto Ferreyra teamed up to rework an old Ernesto’s classic.

Franco has been playing the original version for years and got the idea to remix it just for them to play. The result is so good that they wanted to share and release it as an e.p.

By taking a completely different approach they both transport us to the same place…outer space.

Soul Imago returns with a murky three song EP from the relatively unknown Italian producer Ruff Degan.

The song titles describe the songs well taking us on a melancholy journey of sound with the uptempo grooves and beats
of "Anxiety Always" into the still sad but optimistic mid tempo chugger "Mind Garden" and closing out with the techno
abstractions of "Shortness Breath".

Anxiety is a continuous theme throughout this EP but serves as a bit of therapy for some of us who are far too familiar with these
emotions and conditions. After all, sometimes knowing you're not alone in feeling this way can be the best medicine.

Dim the lights, spark a spliff and let your mind go where the music
takes you. This one will take you on a strange dark and beautiful trip into the unknown.

Decisions are a way of defining ourselves. There comes a time in life when there is nothing else to do but go your own way. Where you are headed there are no trails, no paths, just your own instincts.

This 'Winter EP' is SASAKI's latest release. It includes a remix by Stewart Walker who is a Berlin based producer and based on experience releasing distinguished labels such as Force Inc, Tresor, M_nus. Starting from SASAKI's track A1'Winter' has a long dubby bass, a pad sound is covering this euphoric minimal work which rhythm comes and goes like a returning wave. It likes snowscape of Japanese Ink painting.
B1'Stewart Walker Snowflake Mix' is a reconstructed 'winter' landscape and soundscape by Stewart Walker's minimalistic approach. The grain of the sound with the three-dimensional feeling scattered on the low-frequency, it conjures images of the snow piling over the white, chill earth.B2'Over' shows the another aspect of SASAKI's emotional side. It has a simple but selective rhythm and matter-of-factly composition of piano and Pad sound, which makes us feel the end of a long journey. It`s quality and brilliant minimal house release is shown how each of these
three tracks differ this time. VINYL ONLY.
