sic. The original mix - The Endless Hills Tale builds up smoothly
and presents itself in a minimalistic sound atmosphere.
Ted Amber's remix completes the endless hilly landscape with
more groovey club elements. - Goes Thru You absolutely convin-
ces with its constructive loop elements which really come through
you to the deepest.
With - Cloudcatcher the release complements with another track,
flled with sensitivity and emotions.

A three track EP composed of pulsating grooves laced with sultry melodies is mastered to perfection, ready for any dance floor with a sound system worth its salt. Running and curating a label of his own makes perfect sense as a next chapter for one of the Dutch capitals most prolific artists. The label will serve as a platform for solo material by Boris, as well as collaborations with a myriad of befriended producers, vocalists and other musically likeminded spirits he has met over the years. Musically, expect the unexpected. Caught In A Bubble will be a creative outlet for sounds ranging from abstract, heady and trippy all the way to almost acoustically organic and groovy.


The first outing on the label serves as a perfect example of this ostensibly broad pallet of sounds and influences, becoming manifest in a cohesive yet surprising collection of tracks. The A side is featuring collaborations with Amsterdam cult figure San Proper & vocalist Gretz and another with the illustrious Funky Bunch. Meanwhile the flip sees Dutch minimalist maestro Ion Ludwig on remix duties. Turning Werner & Propers playful and groovy “CIAB” into the kind of strung out dance floor burner he is known and revered for the world over. Rounding out this already impressive collection of tracks with a solo effort is non-other than Werner himself with the aptly titled “Rhythm & Beat, Yes”.

Poetry in Motion starts the wax adventure. For the first chapter (PiM001) they are delighted to present you family member and Spaniard disco house magician Hurlee. With releases on Exploited, Peppermint Jam and Apparel Music, this guy don't need any introduction.

For the debut vinyl release of the label, Hurlee brings us a special 4 track EP with hooky disco samples, soul voices and catchy grooves. The A-side, with tracks The Sunset Lover and Le Disque Tropical, is pure dance floor killa! Try these ones with a packed club and you will enjoy the reaction.
The B-side presents a sexy disco infused soulful cut like My Sweet Lady and a great disco house jam like Juicy Jazzy, with the string sample and the bass of the latter that are speaking directly to your heart.

After the sensation caused by its last release, Cellaa Music returns with their 25th release and label debut for a producer who has been setting the scene alight all year long. Label bosses Martin Heyder, Daniel Igl and Sven Jaeger are happy to welcome Dimitri Monev to the family, with an EP that is bolstered further by a brace of remixes from Artslaves and Sven Jaeger himself.

Swedish duo PANG! giving a soulful debut on Underyourskin

Romeofoxtrott returns with their new single - Memories' including a

Sheffield newcomer Atdhe impressed with his soulful Remix of Kamal Imani's 'Cosmic Being' on recent Monologues Records release 'Dialogue Vol. 2'. 'Can I Borrow A Feeling' is a classy, stripped-back slab of piano-driven deep house that has a surprisingly big impact on the dancefloor, 'Earl St. Groove' is atmospheric and chugging with more warm melody abounding, and 'Niche Dreams' rounds off with a hazy low-slung groover. Label boss Ben Gomori injects 'Earl St Groove' with a galloping tribal rhythm on his remix, honing in on some of those tasty melodies.

Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, DJ Aakmael's profile has steadily risen over the last decade thanks to his supremely classy deep house sounds. Recent times have seen him release excellent material on the likes of Freerange Records, Axe On Wax, Church and Release Sustain, and now he makes his debut on Monologues Records with two deep cuts. 'Dahlin' is a string-laden stomper while 'Organik' is more of a synth-driven jam with some of his exquisite trademark keys improvisation. Leon Revol returns to the label after his well-received 'Embers' EP to rework 'Dahlin' in wonderfully introspective, hazy style, while label boss Ben Gomori steps up for a chunked-up, darkly-tinged rework of 'Organik'.

Rewind: 1989. Germany is enjoying its own summer of love. Thick waves of acid house wash every oompah band out of every sleepy German hamlet and a hazy season of heady parties ensues. West and east united by vibe, it was the starter course for the reunification feast the followed later that year.

According to German rave legend, the south eastern town of Halle was home to the finest of raves. Many of which were hosted by Opa Herbet. Super Flu Felix's grandpappy, and Monaberry's number one mascot, Herbert - aged 50 at the time - was renowned around town as THE key player in the acid house movement.

You see he wasn't just a savvy promoter, but also a deeply spiritual gentleman. He knew his grandson would fulfil a rich dance music destiny, he knew his family would create and contribute to the life-affirming world of house music. So he set up Monaberry, a label in waiting for his future generations.

An insightful fella, especially for his age, he knew Monaberry would enjoy unique success. He knew they would develop a firm pact of like-minded creative souls. He knew they'd host endless global parties, develop an extensive repertoire of beautiful, emotive, tech-laced house and enjoy the full support from A-list DJs. He could feel all of this in his rickety old bones. He also knew they'd release this stunning collection of exclusives...
