XVII from Leipzig's Institut für Zukunft begins by laying an unshakable foundation for this short story with his eponymous ambient production. Delta X, Moerbeck and Eomac are telling the rest of this mysterious story with a Four-to-the-Floor-Beat.

Boris Bunnik needs little introduction, a prolific producer who uses an array of monikers to release his many personalities. He has released on many labels including Delsin, Clone, M.O.S and Pinkman to name a few. For Polychange Bunnik finds the balance between abstract, ethereal and jacking across all 4 tracks to create the sound of his unique take on electro.

Editions Mego is proud to publish the third release by Sendai. Comprised of Peter van Hoesen and Yves de Mey, Ground and Figure presents the duo reside in a more economic framework which allows the sound and rhythm they produce more room to shift, swirl and swim the circumference of the audio spectrum. Moving away from the twitchiness and anxiety of the earlier output Ground and Figure is a vast spacious journey from a duo in full control of their chosen path.

Throughout Ground and Figure abstraction and rhythm weave amongst each other in such a sly manner that the resulting tension in the conflicting elements presents the listener with a hypothetical high-tech elastic percussive grid. A thudding, pulsating, shapeshifting ambient beast is summoned by these two creators working as one.

This is machine music. This is hypnotic disorientation. This is an immense ambitious and refined world of sound and rhythm. This is the work of two producers who continuously try to top up their skills.

Najem Sworb brings us the thirty-fifth edition of Wolfskuil Records adding the Strasbourg-based artist to it's roster. Previously releasing on labels such as Clone Basement Series, Technorama, Metis Recordings and the now defunct Ai Records, Najem Sworb has been transforming through various genres of techno since his debut release in 2007.

Rad.Velc EP brings us 4 original tracks playing upon the themes of house and techno. 'K-159' opens the EP with a fierce relentless bass and squeaky pads ending in a harmonic disarray while 'K-166' follows in a smiliar suit rather with a dub inspired rhythms. On the flipside, Najem Sworb switches up the vibe with 'K-abL' which illustrates the artists more house influences with mystical synth lines. However, 'K-177' demonstrates his knack for techno, delivering an explosive device fit for the dance floor. Together in all four tracks Najem Sworb shows his expertise in unique synth work providing a quirky cadence to his beats.

One of the foundation artists on Samurai Horo, ASC is an essential part of the labels rebirth with the 'Geocentric Systems' EP. Taking the Grey Area sound into heavier, darker territory, 'Aphelion' and 'Perihelion' formed the core of this EP with their fervent BPM trickery. These tracks are Techno rebuilt with dizzying sensory loss, adding a weightless intensity that feels like a constant attack. 'Passel' and 'Geocentric Systems' offer a dubbed out version of the approach, heavy on the intricate sound design that has become the ASC trademark.

Ben Sims' Symbolism continues apace with a release from Binny, a Liverpool-based producer DJ otherwise known for some superb output as part of Phantom Planet Outlaws. Comprising three original tracks, the Subtractive Rhythm EP also takes in a remix from long-time Sims collaborator and British techno legend, Paul Mac.

Very limited repress of this excellent release* TCF (Aedrhlsomrs Lauecehrofn) is an ordered list of elements of finite possible plaintexts, finite possible cyphertexts, finite possible keys, and the encryption and decryption algorithms which correspond to each key. If 'My last vinyl' becomes 'ym alst ilnyv', what might seem like a trivial simple rearrangement scheme reveals another key to TCF's practice. Special Packaging *Comes With High Grade Tea

This 3x12" set is the first EOD vinyl release since 2013's Volume 1&2 EPs. A compilation drawing from the EODS series that was released digitally between 2015-16, these tracks were all recorded straight to cassette, aiming to capture the soul of the moment. Thule Records camp is hitting it hard these days. This time it's a collaboration between two pioneers within the Icelandic techno scene. On the A-side, we have Static, a hypnotic groove with indistinguishable voices and shimmering dub chords, and Útkall, minimalistic dub techno mantra. On the flipside we have the heavily-rhythmic Sedna, where the drums and bass compliment each other in such a way that it might cause involuntary muscle movements, and at last Timelaps, a delicate minimalistic voyage. Ohm is best known for his releases on Force Inc with Exos. Octal Industries, a veteran who has already gained a respectable reputation within the IDM community under his Ruxpin pseudonym, returns to his origins with this collaboration. Thule Records is considered by many to be a pioneer in the field of dub-influenced techno music and was a starting point for many of Iceland's most renowned electronic musicians.

First release of this japanease coorporation with the Label HIPNOLOGIE and the Artists KAZ NISHIMURA, MALENTE, DMITRY FYODOROV, DJ SEGA, NGTK and CARMEL. Full Electro burns the brain in your Head and pig up full of pain with his Syndicate. TRIOXIN is the name of the track, with some cool samples from old school horror movies.

Outcast Oddity launch another various artists fro their second release, this time seeing four unique artists take on bumpy, pounding house and techno jams. Melodic, ghostly and totally enthralling.

Strong EP of emotive electronics from Belgian wunderkind on Apollo AMyn AKA Niels Blondeel delivers a 7 track bumper collection of his singular song craft - combining aching melodies with lush, expansive production and sound design.Self taught with a heavy emphasis on sound design and atmospherics, Blondeel's acclaimed initial dancefloor explorations soon found a more natural fit in the introspective tracks herein, and a perfect compliment on the Apollo roster, nestling alongside the likes of Synkro. The fruits of his labour are now richly delivered on the 'Best Heard..' EP.Combining a cinematic sensibility with melancholic harmonics is Amyn's true gift - witness the slow burn percussive pulse of the opener and title track - winsome vox cruise over the richly woven blanket of synth chords, and gently clanking sound design perc building to a fluttering climax. Other highlights include the desiccated minimal funk of 'Side Of Golden You' - soul-burning chords and hazy vocal tones bounce atop the bumping rhythm track, and majestic collab 'Youniverse' featuring the dulcet vocals of Alex Nelos, set against AMyn's shimmering soundscape of synths and percussion. Closing track 'Turn' is perhaps the thematic core of the record - an epic electronic torch song, all yearning vocals and skying prophet chords that manages to conjure grandstanding emotion without resorting to needless bombast.Blondeel is always refining his sound - his only goal to evoke emotions through musical storytelling, it's clear that on that level the 'Best Heard In Shadows' EP is a resounding success.

will also take to the stage as a four deck DJ set and then a "100% machine" live performance in the summer of 2016.

Canadian based label Eternal Drive Recordings is proud to present it's first vinyl release by Jay Zoney titled "Workhorse" with remixes by Audio Injection & Axkan.

This is the label's eleventh digital release and first to be cut on vinyl featuring two original tracks from label boss Jay Zoney. Jay's productions have picked up previous support from artists including Ben Sims, D.A.V.E. the drummer, Bas Mooy, Speedy J, Sam Paganini, Joseph Capriati and Gary Beck.

On remix duty is Los Angeles native David Flores, who takes on the EP's title track under his Audio Injection alias, where many people will also know him as Truncate. Between his two aliases this heavyweight producer has racked up an impressive back catalogue of labels including CLR, Mote-Evolver, Affin, 50 Weapons, Figure and Gynoid Audio to mention only a handful.

Also featured as a remix artist is Federico Sánchez aka Axkan originally from Mexico, now calls California his home. His dark, experimental and edgy sounds have landed his tracks on the likes of Morgan Tomas' Reloading Records to Israel Toledo's Assassin Soldier and many more.

First on the EP is the title track 'Workhorse,' which true to its name is steady and relentless. A kick drum that stamps like heavy hooves on concrete gives it a powerful sound. The fast flowing percussion is brought to life with startling rips and synth stabs that grunt with determination and grit. This industrial workhorse delivers the goods every time with expert precision and perfect timing.

The second track is titled 'Mr. Ed' shows Jay Zoney's acid roots. Industrial like the first track, it's hard hitting with a rolling acid line that wriggles and twists as the track progresses. It has an intensely powerful clap with sharp hi-hats and a shuddering bass sound that when combined give it an infectious throwback groove.

Third on the release is the Audio Injection remix of Workhorse, and although dark like the original, it's less industrial overall. Opting for his own spacey percussion and bassline David (Audio Injection) creates a rolling groove packed with forward momentum. With the addition of a half bar synth hook and rising pad sound, this remix is powered by a prominent off beat hi-hat which makes it both hypnotic, euphoric and menacing.

Finishing off the release is a rework of Workhorse by Axkan whose rippling remix is both eerie and mysterious. Loaded by a grinding synth sound which echoes round the mix to create the feeling of open space, his remix starts off four to the floor, but with an unexpected shift morphs into a more broken rhythm. Building in intensity, this pulsating masterpiece has mechanical qualities and a truly individual sound.

Valere Aude, the debut album from Romans, a collaborative project between New York techno producer Gunnar Haslam and Vienna-based acid evangelist Johannes Auvinen (aka Tin Man). Featuring 12 tracks of hallucinogenic, psychedelic techno, Valere Aude is an acid-etched trip to the outer reaches of the mind.

I just really like listening to albums. I think the popular notion of techno not lending itself to the album format is just a myth," says Haslam, a statement we can't help but agree with. Both Haslam and Auvinen are no strangers to the album format — Haslam has released three under his own name, and Tin Man has released no fewer than six. "The album format allows for more cohesive artistic statements than other formats — it feels like more of an achievement and delivers a filled-out narrative," explains Auvinen. That's a perfect summation of Valere Aude. Building on the blueprint they sketched with Ambulare Aude, their first 12" for The Bunker New York, Valere Aude presents a fleshed-out vision of another world where acid techno falls like rain upon a forgotten civilization. "The album connects to a fantastic fictional history in which we are imagining attitudes lost to the waters of time," Auvinen says. The track titles, in fact, allude to geographic designations in the greater Roman empire, adds Haslam.

Although both Haslam and Auvinen are fully established artists in their own right, Romans is more than a mere meeting of the minds. "We are discovering a third entity as Romans, within Romans, which is neither he (Haslam) nor I," explains Auvinen, cryptically. "Our decisions as producers become simpler as we get closer to discovering Romans' sound." Haslam concurs: "Our production process is pretty quick — our compositional style is similar. We give each jam all that we have, then, later, sort 'em out and let Providence decide whether it's any good."

The finished product is a steamy, moody record, experimenting with atmospheres, tempos, and sounds, designed for blistering hot days and cold, rainy nights. We couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

Driven by the common 80's DIY-attitude, the 4th ISTHEWAY release happens to be a cooperation for an absolute one-side vinyl, Shinoby vs Hypnobeat (James Dean Brown + Helena Hauff). The one-track (9:19min) is rooted in the concept of a "neo-tribal' approach, compressing electronics into an emotional, hypnotic and rhythmic core.

The energy and the emotional impact of polyrhythms and the track turned out to be centered around the inimitable sound of the Roland TR-808 plus a wide range of analogues gear including up to eight synchronized rhythm machines.

Debut ep by a Milanese based produced under the alias DJ PHLOWGOD.

A selection of Todd Sines's earlier works under the Enhanced moniker - 250 copies pressed only! Enhanced was Todd's nom de plume for his experimental, melodic techno soul that was formed through his love of early Whodini, LFO, UR, Kraftwerk, 808 State, Aphex Twin, Model 500, Black Dog Productions and Carl's PSYCHE and Dan's DBX projects. After the split of the region's first techno group, Body Release, Titonton Duvanté, Charles Noel, Mike Szewczyk and Todd Sines ventured out into new directions, launching solo careers and labels. After meeting at a party in Detroit, Todd submitted his first demos to Carl Craig and Daniel Bell; both of which immediately offered him his first Detroit releases on Planet E, 7th City and Peacefrog.
Both atmospheric and danceable, his early impressions driving from Ohio to Detroit on I-75N, and I-94W to Chicago can be heard in this collection of his earliest works, appearing on Planet E, 21/22, Reflective UK and Public Transit Recordings.

Psychic Decolonization delivers four clairvoyant tracks for those who are willing to unravel them, don't expect a happy end though. The first release of Lux Rec this year comes from the infamous enfant terrible, synthesizers maker, known for his obscure statements, Gavin Russom. The man needs no further introduction, he's quite a presence, although a ghostly one. As in those urban myths his music reflects all that is haunting, secretive, unspoken.
