Four new deep, rhythmic works from Lyon producer Vardae inaugurate new London imprint OODA, co-curated by Forest Drive West and localhost. The Kaipos EP drifts from ritualistic half tempo drums into deep warping techno and tripped out drones, illustrating Vardae's unique genre-breaking approach to crafting powerful percussive entrancers for headphones and dancefloor. A fitting prelude to the OODA project, conceived to explore polyrhythmic techno, bass and ambient experiments in all forms. Observe-Orient-Decide-Act.

Anna funk damage is the grimiest side of Andrea Natale, a young producer from Livorno, Italy. EBM, post-punk, and electro fit perfectly in his mechanical rhythmics, highly pitched and bit wicked vocals transport you immediately in an immersive and mental soundscape. AsOne² introduces the addition of Catherine Siofra Prendergast to the As One line-up after a series of successful live shows together with Kirk Degiorgio. The live duo entered the studio to focus on adding a melodic sensibility to the harmonic structure of the existing AsOne sound. The resulting album once again finds it perfect home with the Belgian record label De:tuned.

Following on the heels of the teaser EP featuring the duo's acclaimed 'Descent Module' - AsOne² is a blend of vintage, warm analog gooeyness and pristine post-modern production techniques. Prendergast's melodic additions veers the AsOne sound towards a more accessible arena without compromising on the core AsOne sonic signature. Yearning chords, sparkling lead lines, bubbling funk basslines and ethereal ambient washes merge to form a coherent whole in this new advance in the development of AsOne - now in its 30th year.

Kevin Foakes (Openmind, DJ Food, Ninja Tune) created all the graphic work. Mastered by Matt Colton at Metropolis and pressed on 180 gr vinyl. A separate digital release will also be available at the usual digital shops. Stay tuned!

A name which requires no introduction, Masonna to this day stands as an unparalleled and absolutely unique voice from the golden era of noise. During the mid-90s Maso Yamazaki released a series of savage CDs on the legendary “Good Alchemy” series from Alchemy records. Originally released in 1996, “Ejaculation Generater” manages to cram 32 tracks of Masonna’s signature vocal noise in a nearly unrelenting half an hour. The artists personal favourite in a vast discography, “Ejaculation Generater” is now made available for the first time since its original release. The original liner notes by Jojo Hiroshige have been translated into english for the first time by Kato David Hopkins (R.I.P.). Mastered for both vinyl and digital editions by Rashad Becker.

He shows an absolute masterclass in bridging the space between techno and electro with ''Bullshit Detector'' and ''Echo Cages''. Forward thinking futuristic grooves! Also making his CE debut is Spanish dub techno producer Francisco Aguado with his new electro focussed alias Cycloplex. ''Hypertension'' and ''Alarm Activated'' are both brooding, deep tracks that blur the lines of the genre and are firmly aimed at the dancefloor.

Rising star Viikatory brings her electro-fuelled energy to DJ MELL G's label JUICY GANG RECORDS. Following breakout releases on RAIDERS and International Chrome, Viikatory drops a five-track EP that dips into electro and breakbeat, produced with a galactic twist.

3 Elements was a trio of UK producers who self-released 'Somewhere Else' in 1996. Their small discography shines amongst peers such as B12, Stasis and Nuron in '90s electronica. One of the members, Andy Jaggers, has continued to release on Touchin' Bass (Andrea Parker), For Those That Knoe (Derek Car, Carl Finlow) and his own label Pyramid Transmissions. Tevatron released 'Nu-Tronik' in 1998 on legendary Belgian label Re-load Records (Acid Kirk, Cold/Isar Logi Arnarsson) and has continued to release on Metrohm. Fuck Dead (Louise Roap & Julien Gasc from Aquaserge, Stereolab..) was born spontaneously in 2019. The thing was done in a few meetings. Fuck Dead it is scandalized texts, macabre historiettes, resulting from the drone of the machines: a tr707, a Moog and a Prophet 6 which spoke initially.

It had to be done, it had to come out, the rallying cry had to be pushed; this improvised and amateur music was born, with the frenetic skin of inspiration. This music discovered in the unknown and the present, which outcrops the silence, with a brutal tenderness.

Fuck Dead is a duet that sings to us what is worst in love and what is beautiful when we touch the bottom. For a desperate youth, muzzled by repression, Fuck Dead at the top of its lungs.

MAYUDEPTH who is a DJ and producer based in Tokyo will release her second EP “Angels from Hell feat. Umi Ishihara.” from Shiki Kyokai label. Featuring the talented film director Umi Ishihara. SIDE.B includes a remix by DJ SHUFFLEMASTER, who is a founder of Shiki Kyokai. The sounds loaded Umi Ishihara’s poetry reading will project memories and scenery from the wriggling age onto the dance floor.　

Following a stellar run of releases and contributions from the likes of N-GYNN, LVCA, Thoma Bulwer, Voigtmann, Dawl & Desert Sound Colony, the transcontinental Superlux imprint announce their 8th edition by way of Paul Blackford’s ‘Weekend Warrior’ EP.

There was a degree of serendipity in the genesis story of the ‘Weekend Warrior’ EP. When label head Mike Gill’s wife Ines posted a video of him playing a Blackford track from deep in the crates, it quickly found its way to Paul via happenstance and the way of the web. Upon Paul sharing his entire back catalog as a token of appreciation for the support, the conversation started moving towards a contribution to the label.

Following a trawl through Paul’s extensive library of electro WIPs both new & old, four were selected for a mixdown in Thoma Bulwer’s studio. The result is the ‘Weekend Warrior’ EP.
The release speaks to the talent and versatility of Paul Blackford as a producer. The EP employs elements of classic Detroit electro & Drexciyan soundscapes with facets of modern house fit for an afternoon at Houghton. A truly diverse release suited to many moods and record bags.

The sixth album by Rhys Celeste aka Microlith on Fundamental. "We always tried to release all the tracks Rhys sent to us as best as possible and this new album follows the same concept, design and the same quality standards, the best." Fundamental Records has the authorization and full support of the Rhys family to release this album and also the previous albums that Rhys composed during the years 2015 and 2016, albums that never were released on vinyl before. "We can proudly say we did all we can to keep the music of Rhys alive and available on vinyl in the best possible quality. All tracks have been thoroughly mastered for the best possible sound quality." This is the last project that will be released under the Fundamental Records label. As you can imagine they wanted to say good bye with something really special. Limited to 300 copies. No re-press.

Sonic Groove Experiments is super thrilled to announce a new signing, an album from the legendary EBM/Darkwave , Netherlands based act THE FORCE DIMENSION. T.F.D as we call them for short released way back in 1989 on the highly acclaimed cult classic electronic music label KK Records from Belgium. Subsequently going on to release several singles and albums on KK which would put them into the very high echelon of respected Benelux EBM acts such as Klinik, Insekt & Vomito Negro. After a decades long hiatus The Force Dimension is back with an incredible new update to their sound. “Mortal Cable” features eleven new songs of eerily dark and at times melancholic electronic music layered with amazing unique alienesque effected vocals. The classification of a genre is hard to nail down here due to such an original sound. So we instead recommend listeners of EBM, Industrial, Darkwave, Minimal synth, Electro , Techno and more to all partake in checking out this amazing new work from such a great act.
