Damien Schneider is a good friend of Micropunto Schallplatten. After many years of friendship we are proud to finally announce his new EP on the label. 'Archived Memories' blends old school influences with modern day techno techniques to give us a well rounded EP, completed by a remix from Tadeo coming back with us after his success in his last release.

Amor Fati, born in Hamburg is linked to the club life since the beginning of the 90s. No matter if it's in the Tresor, the E-Werk or the Omen, Detroit, Techno Chicago House and the Frankfurt Sound inspired him as well as the freedom linked with it.
Since that time Amor Fati produces under the name 'Buttha' and released several of his songs under a different name at Contentismissing Rec.
In the last years he spent a lot of time on Ibiza and let himself be inspired by the nature and the spirit of the island.
2012 Amor Fati starts the labels BlackisBlack Rec. and Träumer&Tänzer Rec. to be able to release his songs independently and offer a platform to young artists.

Die Cumbia Cosmonauts beweisen als erstes australisches Cumbia-Soundsystem, dass es in der Musikwelt von Melbourne bis nach Barranquilla nur ein Katzensprung ist. Beeinflusst werden sie dabei von dem mexikanischem Strassensound Cumbia Sonidera, der peruanischen Psychodelic-Variante der Cumbia namens Chicha und der argentinischen elektro Cumbiawelle Cumbia Digital. Dabei haben die beiden Produzenten Moses Iten aka "Saca la mois DJ!!" und Thomas "Soup" Campbell (Miso, Editor) den karibischen Offbeat-Rhythm mit dubbigen Basslines, knarzenden Synthesizer-Sounds und treibenden Beats aufgepumpt - und zum ultimativen "Cosmonauter Sound" generiert. Developer has gained quite the reputation for delivering great functional raw techno made for the the club and the warehouse and this one is no exception! For their latest release, Deadplate invite Bristol's Hodge to craft an EP of analogue soaked Techno.

Throughout this release, Hodge crafts a unique sound that resonates somewhere between the sparse, delay soaked realms of primitive Dubstep, and the driving vigour of modern Techno. Inspired by the use of field recordings and vintage analogue gear, the 'Dusted' EP has a raw and insightful charm that will lure a wide scope of electronica enthusiasts.

Sealed with a characteristically hypnotic remix of 'Turmoil' by close friend Kowton, the 'Dusted' EP marks the full arrival of one of the most forward-thinking young producers, harvesting the rich breeding ground and heritage of Bristol.

Vienna based DJ and producer Roman Rauch doesn't like to compromise. He's constantly pushing his musical boundaries: House, Techno, Disco, Funk. Denmarks dubtechno master Mikkel Metal delivering an excellent and hypnotic techno-threetracker that will prove irs value in many dj's recordbags.

Sys are three Nijmegen based producers with different backgrounds, but with the same great view on music, delivering underground techno/dub with great sounddesign, slow tension building drum-patterns and off-beat rhythms. 'Nocturnal' is a deep pulsating rhythm with some nice dubbed out chord elements building slowly until the drumbreak hits and lifts the track to a higher level. 'Monocle' is about a steady irresistable groove instead of building to a climax. Loose yourself in it's simplicity and get sucked in by the slick sounddesign happening in the background... On the flip Norman Nodge delivers a great acidic remix perfect for warm up sets, peaktime dancefloor action or early morning moments... Nice one again on Eshu!

Deep, layered, gritty forward-thinking techno tracks as we can expect from Giegling/Staub artist Vril. 'Ztatdast' was co-produced by Zum Goldenen Schwarm. Recommended.
