Hidden Sequence have appeared on legendary dub techno label Mosaic in fine form of late and now they land on the Lempuyang imprint with four more serene fusions.

Their Theories of Time EP opens up with the swaggering dub rhythms and bottomless depths of 'Distortion', a cut as heady as they come. 'Travelling,' as the title suggests, has a deeper rolling groove and more movement to it as it snakes through underwater dub caverns. Flip it over for more widescreen and serene explorations of the ocean floor with 'Shift' and mysterious leads of 'Delay' which is a fourth and final frictionless dub dream.

The third release on this white label series brings together some key members of the Aniara crew. Bergqvist returns with a magnificently minimalist track: a drum machine, a 303 bassline and resonating arpeggios swirling to the moon and back. Dorisburg follows up with an angular, spiraling beat where the devil is in the sizzling details. Genius of Time close out the record on the flip with another one of their signature organic drum workouts.

"Manchester record store / label All Night Flight delves into the labyrinthine back-catalogue of respected producer Uwe Schmidt’s private label Rather Interesting with a vinyl sampler of the 1995 self-titled album Interactive Music. Previously released on CD only, Interactive Music came during a time of explosive creativity for Schmidt (also known as Atom™, Atom Heart, or Señor Coconut), where the German artist sought to release a new, individual album each month, each backed by their own design and conceptual structure with the goal of expanding the boundaries of technology, sound and electronic music as a whole. The motivation behind Interactive Music was to explore a new way of composing music, allowing both machinery and recorded elements to ‘interact’ with each other within a systems-based arrangement whilst incorporating any randomness and unpredictability that arose in order to create a sense of the organic or sentience within the machines. The four tracks here plucked from the original source demonstrate the breadth of styles Schmidt covers under his intuitive systems approach, leading with the atmospheric slo-motion creep of opener ‘Dynamic Link’, followed by the spluttering, melody-rich, UK-techno indebted ‘Kinky Sky Candy Drops’ that pays homage to Warp’s legendary Artificial Intelligence series of the early 90’s. On the B-side, ‘I See No Evil’ unleashes a taut electro piece, heavily enriched with Schmidt’s intricate drum programming and unique ear for sound design, whilst the extended closer ‘Assembler’ sees the ‘Interactive Music’ system firing on all pistons with an array of percussive and melodic elements working in unison for a heavily textured, free-form, electronic free-jazz-jam. A pioneering and easy to overlook masterclass in electronic production, rightly framed in a fresh new context.

Fachwerk boss Mike Denhert rolls up on TECH-UM 006 with for another heavy selection of intuitive techno jams on his 'TESTET' EP. With the focus squarely on the dance floor the Berlin-born wizard's latest creations makes for another unique voyage into cutting edge techno. Kostik with its dark wall of sound opens the release sporting an gargantuan bassline and metronomic percussion that resonates through the speakers. Freakin' Me offers a slow and low machine funk strut, with its heads-down groove and sassy vocal chops. On the flip Mike hits out hard with Mino. A heady concoction that's one part Chicago, one part Detroit, one part Berlin, coming together to create the perfect party piece. Dehnert then closes with one final gem. Sampling a broken escalator from a NYC train station, he engineers layer upon layer of mechanical madness. Creative clanging. Welding sounds and strikes like a vibrating visionary, he presents a final silvery sonic sensation.

French production duo and live act Atomic moog debuts on the Delsin Cameron series with their Programm EP. Operating in a deep techno niche since 2015 they've put out an excellent run of mesmerizing, introvert dancefloor techno for labels like Lowless, Subosc and Norwegian techno platform Monument. Here on Delsin they crafted the next chapter of their vibrant modular quest, sub heavy and sparkling at the same time, sparsely arranged subtle techno jams.

As it turned out, the archive with manuscripts from the C-500A dimension had sunk in the oceanic abyss of the planet Iguazu, which lies within the habitable zone and is similar in size, mass and temperature conditions to Earth. Multimeter waves could become a fatal obstacle to diving to extreme depths, not to mention the threat of decompression sickness.

The EP called "Primitivism Masks" leads a synergy between the electronic matrix and the darkest Dub textures. Irregular rhythms will be perceived, accompanied by various pulsating bass riff and frenetic percussions, of African derivation. King Tubby, Lee Perry, African Head Charge are some of the references of the release that will be heard. A "smoky" and introspective spiral, from the beginning to the

For our 38th release we are very happy to present, 'Momentum'. A various artist EP featuring four floor focused techno tracks from Operator (UK), A Thousand Details, Sone, and U-SRD. From the UK, Operator opens up the record with 'Enceladus Outpost', driving and mental per his trademark sound. Seattle artist Sone, continues the expansive, heady theme with 'Accretion'. On the flip side, Portuguese artist A Thousand Details, delivers the goods with Treyarch Sentient, raw and powerful. Lastly San Francisco duo U-SRD present 'Not Everything You See Is Real', pounding and stripped back.

For some, melancholy is the joy of being sad. But for A Rocket In Dub, the reawakened project of Düsseldorf producer Stefan Schwander, also known under pseudonyms like Antonelli Electr. or Harmonious Thelonious, Viktor Hugo's famous saying always applies. Two years ago, the Düsseldorf producer and musician released a 4x 7" box set on Krachladen Dub, his first release after a break of 17 years at the time. Now, two years later, 9 new tracks follow as a longplayer on double vinyl and music cassette. Even more experimental, more playful, more hypnotic and with a trombone! Monotony is nice! The rocket is back in the club, teaching genres like house and minimal Jamaican dub deepness again.
