Bestial Burden, the previous album by Margaret Chardiet's Pharmakon project, focused on the disconnect between mind and body, looking at the human as an isolated consciousness stuck inside of a rotting vessel. For Contact, she wanted to look at the other side of the spectrum - the moments when our mind can come outside of and transcend our bodies. In trance states, music and the body are used to transcend the physical form and make contact with some outside force. Chardiet decided to structure the compo­sitions of each side of Contact after the stages of trance: preparation, onset, climax, and resolution.

Rising talent Aleks joins Jeremiah R, HVL, DJ Guy and MNLTH in the Organic Analogue realm of spiritual sonic exploration.
The Amsterdam-based producer has already made a name for himself in the past few years with his penchant for sci-fi imagery and impeccable hardware jams,
hence he feels like a natural fit for OA.

Jumpmono Records is the brand new label from UK Techno brothers, Anti-Slam & W.E.A.P.O.N. After the growing success of their digital only label, Jumpstereo Records, it was only a matter of time before the brothers went back to their roots and created a label not only for the digital world but also heavily focused on vinyl. For the first release we happily welcome one of the finest producers of the past few years, Raul Mezcolanza, with his incredible track called Diagram. On remix duties we have super duo, Spektre, who bring a superb, harder Techno edge to the release. Etai Tarazi takes care of the second remix with a more stripped back and melodic approach that works perfectly across dance floors and label bosses, Anti-Slam & W.E.A.P.O.N. finish off the release with their usual energetic, groove driven style.

Robot Ranch's 10th release and anniversary, with the range of atmospheric out of space audio
structures and analogue deep house/techno flavors there's a lot of things to discover inside. "Coaster"
delivers stripped back deep techno grooves while "Trainspotting" explores the functional delights of
minimalistic sound. "Chapter I" draw the dub techno dancing realms and "Nights Before" finishing the
first vinyl with deep atmospheric vibes. Unpacking second vinyl you'll find "Dilemma" - more dark but

Shipwrec is delighted to welcome an electro pioneer into the fold. Larry McCormick has been at the coal face of machine music for two decades, carving razor sharp cuts under his Exzakt alias whilst spearheading future funk on his exemplary Monotone Records. Intelectro exemplifies twenty years of experience, twenty years of music production and twenty years of talent. "Banger" does exactly what it says, a crunching work that breaks with millisecond-perfect precision before deeper layers are unfurled. "Vibes" feels like three compositions combined. From its spacious intro the track dives into acid chords before resurfacing in refined warmth. Vintage grooves open "Rocker" with some extra muscle added through heavy kicks as samples circle to an ever tighter noose. Styles shift and strafe across the quartet leaving the lines of set expectations to blur and ultimately disappear. "Ride Low" is the final proof of this, understated percussion leading to sky soaring sytnhlines and free flowing harmonies. A 12" that melds disparate sounds with frightening ease, an artist bridging electro past, present and future.

After a string of releases on labels such as FTD, Proto Sites, DUNNO Recordings and ourselves, we now find Polish artist Lubomir Grzelak ready to present a fully realised, full-length distillation of his distinctly exuberant and unique electronic narratives.'Dark Secret World' takes it's cues from a ridiculously diverse palette of influences... from Dancehall, Jungle, and American Sacred Hymns to more abstract influences such as Goosebumps, Caribbean magic beliefs, Rudolf Steiner, and Disney's 'The Godess of Spring'. Upon initial digestion of these influences your initial reaction is probably that this is an amalgamation of voices which appear too diverse to entwine, but for those who know Lutto's work will also know that it's exactly this psychedelic and wild stirring pot of source material partnered with Lubomir's precise percussive and improvised sample led persuasions that make him stand out as a unique and flourishing figure in electronic music.

'Dark Secret World' is certainly a mystical trip, with Lubomir conversing with and pooling from a sampled palette that is ultimately a deep, personal, dark and twisted tale of horror and intrigue, melding this gambit with his signature air of light & wildly percussive beat led playfulness has allowed him to create something wholly other. 'Dark Secret World' stands as an expertly and clearly painstakingly crafted 43 minute movement through ethereal & fantastical unfamiliar realms to sudden sweeps of the totally familiar where rewinds, heavy breaks, bass waves, whistles, airhorns, sirens, etc weave together to form an album which is both extremely odd yet totally cohesive and absorbing.

'Within just a few years, Warsaw-based producer Lubomir Grzelak aka Lutto Lento has established himself as one of the most singular and innovative voices in underground electronic music. Crafting brindled mash-ups that tear apart aesthetic standards in a many-sided bazaar of upside-down rhythms, the Polish producer's deconstructivist approach shows equal ease with basic shapes and more complex audio structures' - Baptiste Girou / Inverted Audio.,

'Coscienza Cibernetica' comes out with a remarkable Mannella's A side - here presenting his new live project as DAHRAXT - flavoured by a rare remix from one of most solid electronics music pillar: Tobias. (Ostgut Ton / Non Standard Production).
On Mannella's version, deconstructed vocals scurrying up and down the scales, muscular drum machine and razor-sharp synths, take over the atmosphere.
Tobias. strip it down, showing all his intimate post-punk background on a clever, steady and 'non-standard' vision of what electronic music can be.

The return of Michael Klein was imminent. Considering the magnitude of his last offering, the - Drawing EP', it was only a matter of time before he returned with another stellar parcel of forward thinking dance floor bombshells. With his latest contribution ‚Metals EP', Michael presents four stunning numbers displaying not only his trademark sound, but his evolution and range as a highly promising new artist.
The expedition kicks off with - Silver' and with it a lush presentation of the perfect balance between thrust and elation. While a persistent rush of momentum keeps the pace, slow yet infectious rises and vast ethereal cries of spacious flickers set the stage for a cosmic ride reminiscent of indigenous settings with boundless, star lit skies. Following suit on the A side sees Michael return to his approach heard on his last EP. Somewhere between the traditional fundamentals and the future stylings of the most distinguished techno lies - Opaque'. With incredible force and exuberance, Klein delivers off kilter grooves that create a contagious, sweat laden exhilaration, nothing short of pure warehouse bliss. Kicking off the B side is - Outer Shell' and it is by far the most emotional and cosmic of all the tunes. Opulent melodics construct beams of radiant light found only in the outer reaches of deep space as flashes of meteoric rises and low bursts of impetus propel the auditor into a never-ending journey into a place where time and space cease to exist. Wrapping things up is a slow burner entitled - Dura 2 feat. aGhost'. A tune that can be played fast or at the slower original speed, it's a beautiful demonstration of resistance and inflection. As chants of a mysterious female fill the room, shimmers of lavish chimes circle slowly to secure an impassioned sentiment of sorrow, excitement and desire. To compliment the beauty of 'Dura 2' we've enrolled the services of Roman Lindau to put his spin on the original. With just a few elements Lindau expertly creates a monster of a dance floor stormer. As the bassline continually grows and shrinks with a simple but highly effective four to the floor groove, the excitement swells as short stabs of vocals entice the crowd to peaking trepidation. Unclosed returns with a couple of techno tracks for the floor. This time, from Stardust Club (Madrid, Spain), the resident: Nöle give us with a personal style Techno track. Crazy synths and deep effects over powerful 4x4 bass. Also, the atmospheric and deeper vision of the original track of Synthek (Natch). A perfect trip. On the other side, Plague looking for a hypnotic techno track, and Ungar with his minimalistic vision of Nöle's track completes the vinyl. Released as a limited 180gr vinyl only.

After a few years of timeout, two big techno producers had their comeback in 2014 and paired up for a massive original track to be released this spring. Stanny Franssen and Ortin Cam 'It Used To Be' comes in a massive techno package with remixes by Petter B, A.Paul and a very special congratulations to Greencross´, who won the k-sensations remix contest and his remix be pressed on vinyl as well. With 4 global masters of techno and one of the rising stars, this is by far the biggest vinyl release ever on NB Records.

The EP entitled 'From Me To You' is all about the sharing and passing on of feelings and emotions from another place. It touches on sadness, joy and gratitude.

'Down And Down' is a Sombre Title: where is down and down to where Don't be fooled into thinking that this is another journey into darkness. This track is pure and glorious uplifting Techno but once again with an alter-ego of melancholy. A pensive string/pad line underpins the track, which is dominated by a glorious slide riff that takes the helm and propels it forward.

'Decliner Box' is manic depression in a music form. A very simple tune, it's about mental decline with some nifty 808 programming. It is so simple and sounds like 'anyone could do this' yet in conjunction with the moody pads, really captures the imagination and drifts you away.

'The Life Giver' is dedicated to the life giver and 'a power greater than me'. It has Rutter's trademark quirky drum programming, a strong feature of the producer's current output these past 2 years. Crunchy and almost disjointed, they all hold together. There is no real baseline here, but with a siren to the heavens throughout with pads and slide riffs interwoven, it becomes a tune of hope and emotion.

'The Battle Continues' is the third instalment in the 'Battle' series of tracks with its predecessors being 'Battle Within' on FireScope 001 and 'Battle Deep Within' on Touched - Music for Macmillian Cancer Support 35. This time, 'The Battle Continues' is a tune of two parts. Slow moving and very deep drums and percussion with emotive synth parts take us to
the first part of this ride. Around 3:20, phase two begins with a soundscape that reminds one of being on some kind of train journey of human suffering -- a train to a very dark place.
Finished in glorious yellow and white splatter vinyl with exclusive full colour artwork by Steven's wonderful friend, Sarah Sparkes.

TreVision is the rare conjunction of the Berlin based acts Florian Meindl, Sierra Sam and Pascal Hetzel in the form of a wild & gear-heavy Techno live act.

Planet Rhythm latest vinyl contribution comes by Rennes based producer Berg Jaar.
Berg comes as a true addition to the ever growing PRRUK reportoire. Firm drums and sturdy FX serve as the backbone of his contribution. With little info to be found about the french producer
this release serves as the perfect example of the adventurous mode that Planet Rhythm currently finds itself in. Moody yet intrusive in many ways.

First release on Trevor Jacksons new unreleased archive recordings label 'Pre-' is a timeless collection of twisted techno, militant EBM and filthy electro produced by Jackson himself and featuring vocals from Douglas (Nitzer Ebb) Mcarthy & Chloe from C.A.R. Originally produced in 2003 as a Playgroup side project, Pinklunch made its debut with a demo track on a Dj Hell International Deejay Gigolo Compilation, tracks also appeared on compilations for the exclusive Parisian department store Collette and the Berlin club F.U.N. The album lay in hibernation for nearly 15 years, gathering digital dust, Rediscovered in 2014 Trevor lovingly re-edited and remastered the original mixes as well as getting guest vocalists Douglas Mcarthy from Nitzer Ebb and Chloe from C.A.R to appear on two tracks.

The Bristol based artist Borai (Apple Pips, Brstl, Never Learnt) steps up for the next release on American based label Halocyan.
The opener, both for this EP and for in the club. On the Horizon is a psychedelic trip through the worlds of 90s deep techno.
Big pads and taught strings give way to deep beats, backwards edits and swirling synths that whisk the listener along for one hell of a ride. Dark Of The Sun is deep, dark and brooding.
This one is for those late night/early morning sessions....you know the score! Slower, deeper and deeper again.
Wetware is a sci-fi influenced bass filled dubbed out affair that just keeps rolling.

CEM3340 continues the Lunar Orbiter Program with a second mission: Polaris 2°. Mastered at Reel Mastering, London

Born and raised in the Detroit enclave of Hamtramck, DJ 3000 was inundated with both the sights and sounds of his neighborhood, a highly ethnic area of Detroit, as well as with the influence of the music of his parent's native Albanian background. This diverse collection of influence shaped the make-up of both DJ 3000 and the vision of the Motech Records label. 'Just Work It' is for some serious prime-time shaking.

Revered Swedish producer Sebastian Mullaert releases his first exclusive vinyl on Default Position after the huge success of his remix to Vedanta in 2014.
Sebastian first made his name as one half of the acclaimed duos Minilogue and Son Kite, but in recent times focuses on his solo career, which sees him appearing at clubs and festivals all over the world and releasing on some of the industry's most respected labels and imprints. Samunnati is a brand new double vinyl EP featuring four original mixes from Mulleart, with remixes from fellow Swedish duo Johanna Knutson & Hans Berg, Belgium's Daniel(i) and label founder Joseph S. Joyce. Its genesis lies in a melody recorded live on Sebastian's Roland SH101 which has been resampled and processed in many different ways, offering several contrasting mixes to suit many different tastes and styles.

The 'Union EP' is aptly named to represent how much relationships mean to DJ 3000 and his label, and highlight what binds his Motech family - it's not an aesthetic but a feeling, a commonality rooted in the like minded pursuit of diversified and excellent music. The eclectic nature of this four tracker from DJ 3000 himself, Mazepa, Esteban Adame and Preslav, confirms this. Techno isn't a particular drum sound or tempo, it's a futuristic endeavour. Gritty, raw, soulful, and ethereal are all words that can and should be associated with innovative Techno.

Sheik 'N' Beik are a NYC based cohort specialising in promotion, production and outletting left­of­centre slices of electronic music. With previous releases from family members Derek Marin, Voiski and Peter Corvaia their 4th release comes courtesy of Danny Wolfers (a.k.a Legowelt) working alongside Rush Hour regular Xosar under their Xamiga alias.

With this being Xamiga's 3rd release, the pair draw for their trusted arsenal of analogue gear and offer up the 'Bohemian Grove' EP; a woozy brew of foggy textures, gently frazzled hats and Detroit­indebted grooves. The title track kicks things off with glassy pads sat atop a long­tailed thud and a sandy shuffle. A distant bass groove wades in ahead of a passage of intricate, band­passed percussion and a circling synth line before 'Cumulus Versie' sets sheets of ethereal vocals and synth strings gently ducking under a taught analogue pulse. 'Midwest' then sets hissing kicks and frayed hi­hats alongside a rasping bass tone. Pitch­bent synth lines then bubble into focus before 'Blizzard' sets a dystopian tone from the off. A stout kick drum thunders under minor­key chord shifts and a menacing sequence that works to round off another fine addition to the Sheik 'N' Beik series.

Delude Records presents their thirteen vinyl only release called Brainwash by the austrian producer GZI. The original track is a fast straight techno track with many electric vibes, like a Brainwash. He will be supported with remixes by the artists Patrick Arbez Sven Sossong and Tom Almex.

The following release on Sublunar Records is a debut EP from a young emerging talent: The Berlin based producer Nh.
"Nihil" is a selection of four heterogeneous tracks in terms of intensity and mood, each one being singular for different reasons but yet coherent by the round-around-the-edges production style, they have been executed in as well as their creator s personal imagery and unorthodox approach to the techno genre.
Warmth and empathy first appear as the driving forces behind Noro , until they vanish and let place to insanity and darkness, present and growing throughout Lothar . On the flip side the eponymous track shows a rave-like up-tempo beat being outweighed by the melancholy of its melodic elements. Finally, in Crimson , a quiet and unstoppable force push us out of the abyss until we reach the initial point again.

Ahead of their collaborative album later this year, Pier Bucci and Oskar Szafraniec present their first sampler titled 'Tipico Latino' featuring a remix by El_Txef_A. Emerging in the mid 00's, Chilean producer Pier Bucci first appeared on Cadenza with a release alongside Luciano himself before dropping multiple releases on Crosstown Rebels, including his acclaimed album 'Familia'. Since then he's appeared on Get Physical and Rawax, not to mention launching Maruca Music - a platform for his own music featuring heavyweight remixers such as Baby Ford and Thomas Melchior.
Szafraniec has been producing under different monikers since 13 years old, releasing two solo albums, recording alongside A Guy Called Gerald in 2012/2013, and touring as a live performer. As Oskar Szafraniec his production debut was a collaboration alongside Ricardo Villalobos two years ago, but since then he's appeared on Murge Recordings and Cyclo, as well as collaborating with Pier Bucci on Rawax, who Oskar met whilst touring Japan 'Tipico Latino' features gloomy Spanish vocals as intricate elements are brought in and out of the mix across its nearly nine-minute duration. Subtle throbs and echoing effects are blended with metallic
percussion and deep synths for a wistful and mesmerising aesthetic. Forbidden Colours founder El_Txef_A, whose remix talents have been recruited by Permanent Vacation, Galaktika, Akbal and Culprit, reimagines the original providing a drawn out intro before exploding into a frenzy of crashing cymbals, animated acid and serene vocal moans.

The fifth release in Ygrok's limited catalog debuts the DKM project of Samantha Waldram, a native of Barcelona. The A1 is her rework of the sound poem titled - Little Ali Hommage To Forough Farrokhzad by Giorgio Sancristoforo, a contemporary Italian sound artist. The heavy rolling groove makes her track compatible with any dancefloor while still keeping the wild psychedelic flavor of the piece. Giorgio's original piece opens the B side with its disorienting collage of bells, modular bleeps and cresting, tumbling waves of Persian syllables. The EP closes with a stripped down beat and soundscape tool in the finest Ygrok tradition.

With spine tingling melodies reminiscent of 808 State's best work, and sub-bass worthy of LFO's bass-bin shaking reputation - A Death, a Mexican and a Mormon perfectly encapsulates not only Landstrumm's influences but also his deep seated love for bleep. A labour of love which the Sheffield based imprint has been only all too happy to encourage and hopes will keep the genre alive for generations to come.

Night Blind is Richard Fearless' second release on Drone's white label series. The title track coalesced in the early hours of the morning as diffuse, Turneresque lights glimmered across the Thames and the container was pounded by a storm. Unnerving and melancholic yet with a glimmer of light, this is Fearless at his best.

On the B side is Cancan. With Xavier's spiritual acid head, Kenichi Iwasa, on percussion duties, this is one for peak time body shaking.

Both tracks were recorded and mixed at the Metal Box by Chris Blakey and produced by Richard Fearless.

Halocyan outlines computer music's many future possibilities, while remaining actively mindful of its one and only history.

Having released material from such luminaries as Dosem, Paul Woodford, Oliver Ho, Extrawelt, and Joey Beltram - Halocyan continues to assert its influence with their next record: a 2-part EP from Apollo and R&S affiliate Dave Angel.

Founder of Rotation Records and originally hailing from Chelsea, Angel is a Techno emissary whose intelligent, Funk-licked productions have propelled him through a long and illustrious career through which he has consistently branded his own stamp on Electronic Music whilst also remaining highly relevant to modern listeners.

It's this that lends him perfectly to a record with Halocyan who do what they do best in presenting his 'Incoming' EP: a sincerely-rooted collection that comes backed up by label favourite Hackman on remix duties.

'Portrait' kicks things off with jubilant melodies rippling atop sharp, whetted percussion before minor-key sweeps bleed in and bring with them a degree of pensive tension.

A buoyant bass line propels the track from Dave Angel - Incoming EP beneath before Hackman offers up a deftly swung revision rich with his sturdy
subs and idiosyncratic percussive flutters.

Eidetic is a new project from the brokntoys camp, focusing on the deeper side of techno.
To kick off the project, Eidetic welcomes Exhausted Modern - an alias from Layup, the co-founder of Endless Illusion, for a 4-track EP of grimy, grubby, eerie electronics suited for the early hours on the dance floor.

This is the new release by berlin based techno duo I/Y. the music is part of an interdisciplinary project between the international artist collective exc and I/Y which included an exhibition in a downstairs parking lot, the publication of the artistbook "pxrkxnglxt 2" together with the novel "raum in einem raum" by exc-co-founder eric keil and a short unmoved silent film for which I/Y did the soundtrack. This soundtrack now comes as an exclusive vinyl release along with an inlay artist edition, showing the dark scenery where the" film" takes action...

Lee Van Dowski makes his debut on the mighty Crosstown Rebels with three delectably dark soundscapes in the Tale Of Ordinary Madness EP.
The talented producer delivered a stunning EP for Crosstown sub-label Rebellion back in 2015 and this follow up exceeds all expectations. The title track is based on a text from Charles Bukowski's My Madness. Opening with brooding intensity it evolves with haunting synths and subtle acid laced over a pitched down male vocal. On the flip The Great Escape and Rapidplatz follow suit advancing with dark, hypnotic layers.
French born, Zurich based Lee Van Dowski has toured the world many times over, as party of Luciano's Vagabundos troupe and as an individual artist. Also launching his own highly revered radio show called 'Big Room' which,has had guests such as Robert Babicz, Umek, Fergie, Alan Fitzpatrick and many more,Timmo is a name to look out for in 2014.

Timmo's debut Drumcode release 'We Beat On' carries a flow through out that gives Timmo his own unique sound that has captured the ears of many highly revered techno DJ's around the world. Timmo uses hypnotic sounds and phrases whilst he always maintains a thumping techno beat that underlies all the tracks within this EP to maximum effect. Furthermore, there is a ghostly feel amongst Timmo's tracks that really provide him with his acquired sound, the pads in 'Canvas' are a beautiful reminder of this. We are really honoured to present a 12'' EP collaboration between the mexican band Ford Proco and the legendary UK electronic pioneers Peter Christopherson/John Balance aka Coil.
Ford Proco were formed in 1986 in Tijuana and they are considered the godfathers of the industrial electronic music in Mexico.

The story behind the recording of the two tracks is like a fairy tale.. apparentely the band members Robert Proco (sampler & synthesizers) and Wito Lavolt (bass, keyboards & drums) met Peter Christopherson in Los Angeles in the occasion of The Orb show back in the 90s and they exchanged phones & emails. Months later 'Sleazy' call and invited them as extras for Ice-T videos..

The tracks were composed following the method of the 'expansión naranja'; Peter Christopherson was adding sax, drums and effects, while John Balance provided his magnificient voice.

Both the tracks were originally recorded in Autumn 1999 and they are unreleased on vinyl. The tracks were directly transferred from the original DCC (Digital Compact Cassette) and remastered by the mighty Rude 66.

PWFM is a platform created by the end of 2015 in the aim to put forward the young producers of electronic music. Collaborative an community-based web-radio, media, label, promoter but also a community of more than 20,000 people, the young project accompanies the up-and-coming artists by proposing springboards that permit to win experience and visibility.In 2016, Provocative Wave for Music decided to press its first vinyl. Faithful to its convictions, the platform offered to young artists the possibility to register on the website, and then let the listeners vote for their favourite producers. A few months later, the 6 talents the most acclaimed (P.O, Paul André, LEOZ!NHO, YRNEH, AIROD and EKLPX) were chosen to be part of RECORD001 : the side A is composed by House tracks and the side B is more Techno.

Durian Brothers album 'Das Macht Modern', released on Kontra-Musik in 2014, remains one of the most sought after highlights in our catalogue. The mad scientists of Salon des Amateurs produced an eccentric masterpiece that can be described in a multitude of ways, straight dance music not being one of them. One of the Brothers, Stefan Schwander, fills this gap with his solo project Harmonious Thelonious. Inspired by American minimalist music and African rhythm patterns, the result is muscular and twangy like an old Radboud Mens record on steroids. Moist and mechanical at the same time.

A real trip between psychic percussions and trancey synths.The flip hosts Model Citizen, aka Gabry Fasano, another legend from the 90s Italian Progressive and Techno scene.The right to Dance and Learn' is a perfect after-hour house track, with a trippy arpeggio and deep, somnolent chords.Both tracks have been extended by LOM, assuring maximum joy and mixing pleasure.

Dresden's Lockertmatik starts his engines for the first time on shtum and delivers a string of tracks that seem to come from a not so far away dystopian future. Here are four tracks that are unpretentious but elaborate, effective but not overambitious. ''Break The Chains'' sets the bars in terms of dark Techno bliss for both basements and bigger dancefloors. On ''Message From The Underdog'' Lockertmatik shows off his knack for acidic perfection while ''Jaku'' gets the Jazz treatment. jazzy deep house shuffler that is Caracas and Dutch hit maker Sidney Charles summons some slamming old
school magic with his expansive main room tear up, House Is All I Need.
Steel Down from Mathias Kaden is a tightly coiled, bass driven number, label manager Dan Drastic steps out
with the coy aquatic house funk of Room Full of Heroes, Sven Tasnadi builds high pressure and loopy dub
house greatness on Real Box, recent EP artist Zohki goes solo for the airy tech of Crumble and then another
first time Moon Harbour artist, Ninetoes, serves up a restless groove with prying bass and elastic synths that
make you want to shake your limbs. Last but not least, Sabb rounds things out with a light and airy groove that is
well swung, endlessly evolving and stuffed with catchy vocal loops.
This is pure and effective dancing music that comes with plenty of charm and personality and confirms Moon
Harbour and its associates are right at the top of their game. r
