For Futurepast’s third release, he has delivered a precise rendering of its vision to transcend temporal associations and perceptions. In the title track Boundary Travels, he ascends quickly into a weighty melodic line that oscillates like the natural intonations of an inner monologue, built upon a foundation of tightly knit hits and bleeps. The story of Limbo unfolds in the infinitesimal margin where intensity becomes softness, hesitation becomes resolution, and boundaries become intersections. Sounds drift past, above, and below in Crushing Pressure as if a city, or its memory, was suddenly suspended in a black hole. Boundary Travels might be the closest we can get to such a horizon.

Justin Cudmore is the latest in the line of midwesterners to emerge from the Brooklyn music scene, hailing originally from Illinois. And you can hear it in his music, that mesmerizing midwestern groove and deep heady thoughtfulness. He debuted on Honey Soundsystem Records, has released on The BunkerNY and is member of Hot Mix, a DJ trio that also includes Mike Servito and Gunnar Haslam.

For the second release on Futurepast, MGUN aka Manuel Gonzales offers a fresh take on his Detroit roots with three tracks that escape the usual categories. No two subsequent bars are identical, simultaneously reflecting and satisfying our curiosity. Gritty drums and panned-out synth sequences in 'The Nerve' result in a suspenseful yet unmistakably energizing step. 'Snap In', with its funky, reverb-soaked highs and hefty breakbeat, demonstrates MGUN's talent for folding in his electro and hip-hop influences. 'Intent' recalls a dreamy, vintage slideshow projector, misplaced memories lining up in a heartfelt procession. Each track taps into an elemental feeling within, fitting snugly into Futurepast's time-traveling vision.

Psyk's Non Series label keep sup a busy 2018 with a new EP from Pris. He's an artist with a deep heady techno sound that has previously found a home on the esteemed likes of Semantica, Avian and his own Resin and now serves up four more of his serene and stylish tracks.

Flagrant Foul is the busy opener. A flurry of 909s set the tone as a sparse, paranoid synth echoes around the mix up top to make for a deep techno track a real eeriness. Leech is then a tunnel vision groove which is streamlined and stripped back to icy ticking hi hats and rumbling bass, and Submit is a dark passage of interweaving drones and edgy pads that takes you deep into a rabbit hole. Lastly, Velvet Lips features more bristling drum programming, but softened by the pensive pads that linger in the air above. It's cavernous, atmospheric techno that really sucks you in from start to finish

After a short hiatus, the dynamic duo of VSK & Conrad Von Orton return with their collaborative project, Symmetrical Behaviour.
After a steady stream of releases via Soma over the last couple of years. The pair took time out to focus on solo projects but return with a vengeance with the "Superconducting Harmonic Oscillator" EP which furthers their experiments in sound design and high-powered Techno.

Title track "Superconducting Harmonic Oscillator" kicks off the EP at a furious pace as highly charged atmospheres create and emphatically large sound for the pairing's suitably tough beats to hammer through. "Quantum Interference Device" goes down a more direct path as expertly crafted rhythms overlap against a backdrop of highly evolved drones and synths.

"Amplitude Spectral Density" keeps the tempo moving but leans on a more industrial tip with crashing beats submerged against articulately mangled synths that drive home the true force of the track. "Resonant Antennae" closes out the new EP from Symmetrical Behaviour and really has them show off their production prowess.

Jarring and off kilter rhythmic structure combine to deliver a truly head pounding track complete with the pairs stylistic atmosphere manipulation.

Voltage Festival is releasing a compilation of 4 EP's to celebrate five years of existence. The EP's are dedicated to four sub-genres of techno and represent the versatility in techno of Voltage Festival's line-up.

The series starts off with a classic techno EP called ‘Zener Diode’, followed by a deep techno one called ‘Wiring Harness’, an industrial release with the name ‘Circuit Breaker’ and closing with acid techno called ‘Resistor’. The artists featured on the releases already made their appearance at Voltage Festival, or are playing on this year’s edition.

Anurak Boonliang is a young producer from Bangkok. As a child, he was trained as a musician for the traditional Thai shadow theatre. Nang Yai, as it is called in Thai, is an acting genre counted among the shadow plays with large picture panels made of parchment, which is cultivated in the center of Thailand around the capital Bangkok. The immovable figure plates are each carried by one actor and danced to the music of Pi Phat. Boonliang's journey from Pi Phat, the classical music ensemble of Thai music, mainly composed of percussion instruments, to working with drum computers and synthesizers was a short one.

A child of punk and noise, Pierre G. Desenfant, under the Blackthread monicker, pursues the multiple incantations of an immersive and inner quest, carved from the limbo of his own dreams, cinematographic miniatures where the intimacy of words and spoken word meets the chiseled luxury of analog machines.

In his songs of a new century, Blackthread experiments with the precision of the scalpel, an outstanding storyteller floating on vaporous synthetic mist. Sumptuous magnetic clouds in which balances an emaciated bass, choirs on the horizon, a soul keyboard or a minimal, almost hypnotic beat. We slide between scenes in sequences, carried by the echo of this voice dancing between the murmuring and the sung, hints of Gil-Scott Heron flirt with Pansonic, Coil and Eno-esque ambience.

Written and constructed over three years, his third album The Way You Haunt My Dreams was recorded with urgency in only a few days, with the contribution of sounds from friends Béatrice Morel, Frédéric D. Oberland, Stéphane Pigneul deOiseaux-Tempête, Rémi Dulaurier and the complicity of Johannes Buff (Zombie Zombie, Lee Ranaldo and The Dust, Enablers) in the mix. Contemporary photographer Gaël Bonnefon illustrates the album with his striking silver-toned clichés.
Sparkling with a sensitive bark and piercing directly the heart, Blackthread delivers with The Way You Haunt My Dreams a black and red diamond, addictive hollywood wandering, already blending into the night to haunt dreams in technicolour.

Blackthread is a story of development. Removing the traditional guitars and drums of noise rock in which he made his more conventional apprenticeship, Desenfant has reached a minimalistic formula in finding a new path. Constructed with minimal tools (a bass, analog synthesizers and his voice), his music, after these few years, expresses a plethora of sounds and feelings. Spoken words, whispers and explosions, this disciple of Brian Eno, Silver Apples and Alva Noto writes a beatless techno, rock devoid of guitar, an ambient enhanced with texts of icy beauty.

With The Way You Haunt My Dreams, Blackthread grapples with the tension of a certain genre of dark rock and literary post punk, superimposed in ambient music. Continuing with this sense of mood, Desenfant succeeds with this new album in developing a rare songwriting in experimental synth music. Blackthread is also a story of the voice. Never suffocated by acoustic research, the words of the vocalist give this disc its depth of personality, somewhere between neuroleptic reverie and confrontation with the musician's catharsis.

Outer Gateways is the culmination of twenty years of friendship and countless years of anger, frustration, sadness, obsession, addiction, bad sleep, and poor mental health. The cycle of these feelings didn’t begin twenty years ago, and it won’t end in 2020, but the friendship began in the desert and won’t end this year, either, for two brothers - Gary Geiler and Kevin Palmer - who share concussions, floating head hauntings, bouts of self-deprecation and, most strongly, white hot anger towards those who bulldoze for a buck and a Black Friday piss-up. They are friends who make music to fight a failing future, not for an optimist’s sake, but to quiet their anxieties for a moment of sleep before the alarm clock drags the shit back into focus.

BOA is a brotherhood formed through almost classically cinematic settings: desert drives to pick up a small town’s Wire magazine; skating soundtracked by Public Enemy, Godflesh, Adrian Sherwood and No U Turn; copies of Burroughs, Ballard, Bradbury, and Borges traded between backwoods parties and band practices. A connection unharmed by circumstance and strengthened by time lays the groundwork for a creative, emotional exchange delivered in bass weight and Chronic forms.

Twenty years of the above (and way beyond) led to a release on Seagrave in 2015, before hunkering down to fine-tune their collaboration into the eight tracks contained within Outer Gateways. (The preceding 12”, SUS033, features material recorded after the completion of the album; Mosca’s remix pulls from sounds contained within the album.)

Kevin and Gary - who produce as Best Available Technology and Ovis Aurum, respectively - cast sonics to curse oil barons with rapid dick decay. Sound-making stops time as it silences the anger, focusing fatherly / brotherly frustrations towards those who hate unconditionally, who destroy without compassion, who desecrate for their own sakes and spit upon our futures. A tool to fight eco-anxiety and a map to chart the next twenty years, Outer Gateways is sonics proper operated like heavy machinery.

BOA's Outer Gateways LP will be available on vinyl LP & digital, with 100 limited edition copies housed in heavy-duty black jackets screen-printed in glimmering metallic gold.

Wilde Calm Records is proud to present Omniscient Wildin’, the follow-up release to Boonlorm’s classic “piano not piano house” album, String Figures. A decidedly “techno” approach was taken for the six-track EP, with Boonlorm setting the master tempo to 130 BPM and utilizing a rugged economy to emphasize the rhythmelodic dialogue between the drums and prepared piano. This “percussion discussion” quotes the past syntax of Chicago and Detroit, the 20th century avant-garde and the bold new dialects being created for dance floors around the globe.

Byron the Aquarius (aka Byron Blaylock), an accomplished keys player as much as he is a producer, has a deep love for the organic side of music. This shines through in his creations, back to his debut EP in 2007. More recently, Blaylock's skillful jazz beats have found a home on the one and only Jeff Mills' Axis Records. From his birthplace in Birmingham Alabama, Blaylock has grown into an international figure of acclaim for his explorative compositions.

Already having two successful EPs with Shall Not Fade under his belt - most recently marking the labels' 50th release with What Up Doe? Vol.2 - Byron the Aquarius returns for a gorgeous double LP. Expect the smoothness of deep house, melodic instrumental hip hop production of the J Dilla creed along with tight jazz pieces.

The New Beginning LP showcases range and expertise from the off, exploding with pulsing discordant jazz in "Amaya's Voyage". Psychedelic g-funk is the MO of "Smoke One For Huckaby", before a B-side milieu of jazz and hip hop reminiscent of Guru's Jazzmatazz. The album settles into a deep groove across its C-side, the highlight of which is the percussive workout of "Underground Was Black", complemented delicately with dazed pads and buoyant but smokey lounge jazz sounds in "Cosmic Jazz". Off kilter hip hop shines through in "Last Time We Gonna Do This" and its eclectic sound palette, then we are blindsided by the heavy electro distortion of "The End Of The World". The record closes with a collaboration of the genres explored throughout, pieced together into the pumping "Lost People of Tron". The album feels like a lap of honour around all the influences in Byron The Aquarius' sound - it's yet another artistic triumph.

For over 4 years, David Coccagna aka Chaperone has been a constant part of Great Circles, as musician, art director, and muse. With Snapback Balaclava he once again fully embodies all of those roles, delivering three inspiring tracks, selecting his remixers with specific attention to their musical histories, and designing his cover art. Across the A-side, Chaperone scrapes away at the grit - personal grit, the grit of anxiety, and Philly grit. These are meditations on loops, and loops on meditations. Each one appears on the surface to be a brief quote, but time dilation takes over, and minutes later we discover that Chaperone has welcomed us into and back out of his own healing moment.
Like Chaperone's P O N D release (GRCR-009), the B-side of Snapback Balaclava is a Great Circles extended family affair with a trio of diverse remixes that expose and exploit fragments of the chaos Chaperone so carefully contained. Hitoshi Kojima (Thrive) reinterprets Pulse Feels Swells Beating with relentless syncopated rhythms and synth lines that hang like massive string drones. M//R lays down a signature percussion ensemble palette, zeroes in on otherwise peripheral elements of Grit Neglect, and then deftly navigates sea change with both. Matt Korvette and Sean McGuinness of Philly punk band Pissed Jeans open up the pit and finish the story, taking Femur Baseball Bat to its literal and brutal potential with monstrous vocals and kicks.

Fresh Fruits from Christian Kroupa accompanied by a remix from Fruit Merchant associate Manuel Fischer. This record marks the fifth instalment from Hidden Spheres Fruit Merchant Label and the first for 2020.

Florian Meyer back on BH, with ten minutes of gamelan psychedelia, subtly and tensely minimalist as Terrence Dixon at his best. On the flip, Dresvn takes more of a beeline to Detroit, fuelled by submerged classics like UR's Coinochime — cosmic, but deadly and unsettling. ('Gammel' means 'junk', in German. Maybe Magellan the explorer permeates that title, too, going round in circles in the East Indies, giddy and gammy below decks, amidst his trophy exotica.) Warmly recommended.

Second release of greta wohlfahrt. three tracks of post-techno lucidity in sound on 33,3 rpm black vinyl find their way to a noisy surface of modern worlds decay. first track „jargon der eigentlichkeit“ is a 12 minutes long growing journey into the acid electro continuum, evolving from halftime to a 4/4 beat and runs out into particles of a dying handclap. on the flipside „-„ is a dark melody synth track mostly made with soviet synth faemi-1m and „ausweichquartiere“ a more uptempo post-techno and new-wave punk track with a more live performance feeling and wild structure.

Greta wohlfahrt is both the labels name as it is the name of an unknown, invisible collective of electronic flâneurs and boulevardiers.

Pinhas with Patrick Gauthier, François Auger and Didier Batard, from 1979; whilst Klaus Blasquiz' vocal spot adumbrates the links between Heldon and Magma, and runs back to his time with Pinhas in Blues Convention. The knockout here is Boléro, twenty minutes of sound and fury, lit up by the sequencers of engineer Didier Badez.

Four highly requested remixes of Jacques Greenes sophomore Dawn Chorus album by Fort Romeau, Big Miz, Ciel and Martyn Bootyspoon.

Last years “Dawn Chorus” album showed Jacques Greene outgrowing the limitations of the tempo-defined dance genres he rose to notoriety within. And while his own music grew in scope, Dawn Chorus became his most collaborative work: courting friends and instrumentalists to lend their work to the album. For that reason, Dawn Chorus feels so much richer than his prior, solitary bedroom production and spoke to Greene’s competence as a curator. Inviting friends to contribute original remixes to the Deluxe Edition of the album which speaks to his ability for curation in a whole other sense: building on the album with club primetime house and techno, afterparty warehouse versions from Greene’s friends and family.

Back to Life strikes again with another hidden jam from the past. Originally released in 2006 “Going Home” EP was signed by a side-project of John Beltran called Nostagic.

This new 2021 edition includes: “Placid Angles”, “Detroit Moments” and “Going Home”.

By day he guides lasers into position using precision equipment, at night he crafts raw house music. Welcome to the unusual world of Reflection Port Assembly. We got to know one another through a few brief, slurred encounters in the smoking area during the fabled Forza Italo night or at the aptly named Gary's Gang. Pretty soon it was clear that he had impeccable taste, like that record that featured Coil and Ice T. One sunny Friday afternoon in June, he tore himself away from guiding the lasers and we met up in the city centre. The light breeze did nothing to dissuade the office workers from gathering outside the pub for sneaky post-work pints. Surrounded a sea of grey and blue business attire, we agreed to make 'Retribution' the second release on First Cut. Featuring three cuts, it spans house, electro, boogie and even some Detroit techno influences.
But 'Retribution' is more than the sum of these parts. Unlike his precision-based day job it's rough and imperfect, flawed but warm, messy and charming - like a snapshot of every day life in Dublin.

RITES OF PASSAGE is an obscure artist from Moscow delivering the first release on new imprint BORE HOLE with some very personal lo-fi recordings showcasing his raw minimalistic style with trippy tribal sound excursions!

LA based independent experimental techno label Halocyan returns with an outstanding EP from Toby Leeming AKA The Third Man (Ai Records, Sunday Best, Tabernacle Records, Chaval Records) Koffi is a hypnotic driving techno track. Red Boxing a low swung deep bass techno / house groove.
Closing the EP Repeater is a deep melodic detroit techno jam. A strong EP from the young London based artist which proves he has a bright future ahead of him.

A rising German talent steps up for his Drumcode EP debut. We got the first taste of Thomas Hoffknecht’s gritty Detroit-inspired sound in 2020, with ‘Code-1’ and ‘Escaping’, both impressive contributions to the recent A-Sides compilations. In a year with few highlights, the producer’s induction into the Drumcode fold marked a distinct positive.

Inspired by visits to the Planetarium in his hometown of Hamburg, Hoffknecht’s ‘Antaris’ EP is an immersive five-track work that charts the breadth of his raw, yet captivating style. The title track is driven by a catchy organ-driven riff and marching percussion and is awash with atmospheric intensity. ‘Comet’ is propelled by energetic stabs and shuffling beats.

On the B side, ‘Sirius’ makes its mark with a shimmering synth-line and spoken word vocal, which adds to the track’s dream-like texture. ‘Wega’ closes proceedings, a low-end rattler that comes up for air thanks to a piercing vox sample that smacks of ‘90s rave flavour.

This album is presented in collaboration with Funclab Records. Turenne collected tracks from his past and present, combining them into a spacey mix of samples that bounce between Deep House and Power House with a hint of Ambient. You can spot the tender heart in the gloomy synths, reaching its highest with the last track where he used his sister’s sampled voice.

The release’s opening track Vibrancy is the clearest example of UMEK’s signature combination of a tougher techno sound with more emotive, melodic elements, this time with a pounding kick-drum making way for a groove-laden breakdown halfway through.

Message is the perfect combination of Mark’s streamlined style and UMEK’s compelling melody. Opening with a thundering kick drum and dramatic vocals, the high-paced groove builds towards the introduction of the lead synth and its twisted euphoria. Hard hitting and full of character, this is a high calibre release that showcases two of techno’s most influential producers.

UMEK’s track Distinct Operator follows his winning formula blending a thundering kick drum with breath-taking synth lines. Adding operatic vocals in the breakdown, this unique cut is perhaps the first-time opera and techno have been merged with such stunning and emotional results.

Pyramid Transmissions starts the new decade with another trademark release of full on Futuristic, non generic Electro music to celebrate 20 years of our beloved Label. As always we give a first vinyl release to several artists which is the cornerstone of the PT way.

ALIEN TRANSMISSIONS Vol 1 is a 4 track EP from some of the best underground artists around from various different countries.
First off is Veronica Green, hailing from Sweden but based in London too, she has been making music for many years and has had releases on Section 27, Crobot Musik, Touched and her very own and very coveted Earthlings Compilations with partner ADJ.

Next up is one of our previous PT Artists, Hatch has been around for 30 years on the underground scene in both the UK and California. He has released on various labels including Earthlings, Section 27 and our own PT label.

On the flip we start with Dave Flint, one half of the amazing Flint Kids. He has been making Underground Electro and IDM for a decade or so with Danny Nolan on their label Interakt but we are proud to present his first solo release with this squelchy acid electro masterpiece.
2nd track on the flip is by Errorbeauty and Serge Geyzel, hailing from Bulgaria and Russia respectively but based in Berlin.

They have both released seperately on Errorbeauty's Arkada vinyl label and Battery Park Studio, Earthlings and separately on Outlaw 303, Combat, Crobot Muzik and more.

This LP contains two previously unreleased tracks: the lo-fi slow-burner "Forses", and "What Now", a soaring outsider pop duet with Teresa Winter (The Death of Rave).

Colin Chiddle’s Art of Dark releases its 10th The End by Central Intelligence

After staying cooped up indoors for ages, everyone is about to burst with excitement. The new EP, “Enthusiasm”, from Claude VonStroke and Walker & Royce is a primal celebration of life and the return of the rave.

As the first collaboration from the superstar trio of Claude, Sam and Gavin, the EP kicks off with “Enthusiasm”, a perfect mix of pristine production, one-of-a-kind sound design and orgasmic screams from the soul.

A head-turning slab of visionary house and trance music, ’The Works’ hasn’t aged one bit and its dancefloor appeal sure hasn’t lost any of its high-impact melodic beauty. Driven by the subs-towed harmonics of the wistful ‘Out There’ and fun-loving cowbell rides meet gut-churning 909 kicks of ’Try Me’.

After having released an initial set of smoked-out grooves, Agonis shifts focus towards the nerve tingling aspects of his craft. On "Neutropia", Agonis' first full-length effort, the artist devotes his attention to the outer rim, shedding all earthbound notions in the process. Listeners are presented with 50 minutes of lysergic experimentation, effortlessly gliding between cerebral rhythms and more forceful frequencies.

Finland’s Lapland region, as well as proximity to Sweden’s
Space Centre, Laponia Space Project perfectly represents the
expansive, awe-inspiring nature of its surrounds. Inter Gritty
has presented himself in a different light to the majority of his
catalogue, drawing on nimble, organic sounds in combination
with a lively rhythm section to embody Laponia Space
Project’s mood. With a classic 4-track E.P. format, each work

"Sonorgam" is a hypnotic, rolling, analogue jam with an alluring hook and full of masterful suspense ready for the club floor.

A2. Arnaud Le Texier - Corrode

Arnaud Le Texier is known for heading up the highly respected Children of Tomorrow label and his music has also been released on Slam's Soma, Sven Väth's Cocoon and Christian Wünsch's Tsunami Records. "Corrode" wastes no time driving it's droning, stabbing synth into the airwaves complemented by chopping hi-hats that create a raw, sonic intensity delivered with power and precision.

B1. William Arist - Cyanophyta

William Arist is an established artist from Uruguay with over 100 tracks released across vinyl and digital formats using a multitude of monikers. His productions have caught the ear of heads such as Ben Sims and his quality can be heard instantly. "Cyanophyta" is a moody and twisted techno beast that uses engaging, esoteric and looping tones to capture the imagination with a powerful style bursting with energy.

B2. Qphoriq - Statique

Russian talent Leo Vasilets aka Qphoriq makes his debut on DEAD CERT. in distinguished style here. "Statique" is a thumping and euphoric effort using dreamy chords and distinctive drum rolls to create a compelling tapestry of sound design with emotional connection that excites and satisfies with its depth and character.

Ghost in the Machine is back to serve up four dark and brooding industrial techno dance floor destroyers that are guaranteed to mess with your sensibilities. Rogue D & Memoryman AKA Uovo team up for their latest release this September with the Electric Safari EP. The four-tracker marks their collaborative debut on Crosstown Rebels, fresh from Total Black on Rebellion in 2019, and includes two remixes by longstanding German talent, Roman Flügel.

That tribal sound is felt right from the get go, as rustling hats marry up next to whirring synth pulses throughout. Ethereal keys chime beside resonant kicks whilst bell-like tones march on in the background. Roman Flügel’s remix takes on a more minimal-inspired feel, where a punchy underlying bassline perfectly compliments the celestial chord solos, before proceedings get stripped back further on the B Side with a dub version of each track.

Italian-native Rogue D is a well-loved figure in the contemporary house sphere. Renowned as one of half of Flashmob, his back-catalogue boasts EPs on an array of the scene’s leading labels, including Hot Creations, Crosstown Rebels and Defected to name a few. Fellow Italian-mainstay Memoryman AKA Uovo has garnered a global following in a career that spans decades. One third of the legendary Pastaboys collective, his productions have found a home on Snatch! Records and Rebellion in recent times. Roman Flügel has been a champion of Germany’s electronic music scene since the nineties. A prolific producer, the likes of Gerd Janson’s Running Back and Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings have welcomed his releases with open arms over the years.

Having proven himself as a producer capable of making serious dancefloor cuts as The Burrell Connection, this new moniker sees the Perth native coagulate sounds usually heard during the energetic moments before the always impending end of the night. Each track stems from influences or creative bursts entirely different from the last, with the EP opening to a lovingly crafted tribute to giants and ending with something drawn from wider sources of inspiration rendered singular. ‘Plastic Entertainment’ is anything but artificial, made with the direct intention of shaking walls and eyeballs.

Can Love Be Synth are in love with old analogue machines and define their specific sound in the legendary Synthesizer Studio Hamburg. A synth collectors paradise hidden behind the big grey walls of a Bunker building and the club Uebel & Gefährlich between the Reeperbahn and Schanzenviertel district in Hamburg, Germany.

Their new song ‘Bunker’ is now available as a digital and vinyl release on A CLEAN CUT including fantastic remixes by Richard Fearless, Terr and quadratschulz.



The Bunker building is currently extended with a 54-meter-high superstructure for an ultra-violent instant gentrification. In the original version of the song the heavy blows of hammers are clearly audible. This sound journey from zen to noise is a beautifully shimmering ‘black hole made from music’, where implosion and explosion energetically meet. If it needed another reason for the clubs to reopen, this song would be the one - it is perfect for long nights and for days without light rays.

For their upcoming album TRIP (their first trio album since 2017) Elektro Guzzi return to their core competence of creating driving techno on the spot. Through their impulsiv interplay and the heavy use of effect circuits they create an energetic and unique form of dance music. More directly than ever before, all tracks on this album capture Elektro Guzzi's live sound and energy.
TRIP will be the first vinyl release on their very own Palazzo imprint and it will be the purest

JIN 03 EP presents a 4 track EP from Osaka's Ground. True to his unique soul that's reminiscent of a nomad, traversing the planet, befriending kindred spirits found in humans and various environments, this EP presents 4 pieces of unique grooves that ranges from the more euphoric vibe to both daytime & night time of a winter season surrounding a temple.

On A side "Osakacid" comes in two versions : A1 original version is a slow motion acidic tripper under the winter street of Osaka city lights. Michal Jablonski strikes back on Binary Cells. Almost two years have passed since his last appearance and his banging remix of Casual Treatment's - 99 Reasons. This time the Warsaw based producer is back with his unique touch and we gladly present "Higgs", a flawless stomper 12".

A1 "Rain" is the intro track with a cinematic movie thriller approach driving us in a cold an uncertain atmosphere leading to "Higgs", a post-apocalyptic atmosphere gem combining mesmerizing and mechanic cuts clearly designed for dancefloors. The third gem of this side is "Fragile", an obscure story full of dark energies and shrill noises, transporting the audience into an obscure journey.

VSK and Kwartz decided to join their forces, showing their finest cuts on the B-side "Higgs" has been totally reinterpreted by VSK in a UK approach making it a stomping and flammable gem. Kwartz also added his vision to "Fragile", transforming it in a pure dark ritual.

Throwing a curveball in the works, Midnight Shift releases an artist they have been in touch with for the past six years. Italy's Nothus (XCPT) introduces his richly textured sonic world via the Xtreme Ratio EP, inspired by India and his field recordings captured during a trip -- from water sounds deep in the jungle to crowds and temple bells. The result is presented in finely detailed stereo gymnastics with 4D punch.

Crossing from the pure cinematic to dubby bass step and techno breaks, the futuristic meets primal urges like metal on flesh. Another slamming release from veteran producers Jay Lumen (Saved / Mistakes) and Gary Beck (Soma / Perc Trax). On their own they are pretty amazing so imagine what they are like when their talents are combined.

This Drumcode bomb is an essential for any techno box, lets face it.. this one will do the damage!

What started as an underground techno label in the early 90's, Juice Records typified the head in the clouds ambition of the techno generation by both sound and action. Anything was possible and similar minds would be reached through the vinyl medium. By the mid 90's, Juice Records established itself as a southern beacon to the techno and house music movement.

… but many people would have little knowledge of where the label sits in todays music sphere. Juice Records, wether by choice or default have remained free from the uber industry of dance music but continue to represent with our Adelaide based music activities.

What started as casual discussions about Antony's studio activities with label owner, Donato, soon progressed to talk of an album. A couple of years and many iterations would follow till the vision was clear. Juice 020 highlights the musical existence that Antony commits too. It goes beyond the drum machine and synthesiser sounds the label would be known for and embraces a wider spectrum with use of a Yamaha baby grand, Fender Rhodes, Washburn bass and Yamaha Electone E-75.

With a definitive genre hard to pin on the album, Juice 020 remains very much a traditional Juice Record. It is a clear example of what Adelaide happenings have been missed by the global industry while it plays with a techno formula that goes beyond our underground imaginings.

''Based in Flint, Michigan, USA the four young sons of an electrician welded together their debut album. This album, titled Elektroworld, is a personal tribute to the well known pioneers of the electro-disco-beat; Kraftwerk.'' Clone Classic Cuts reissue of the illustrious Elecktroids' one and only album from 1995.

The latest release from Sum Over Histories comes from a new project by label head Frank Beckers and his partner Birgit.

Tension, the first EP from Flageolet, is a 4-track experimental project that combines field recordings and soundscapes with keys, bass, harmonies and percussion. The result is emotive, provoking electronica that’s lightyears away from Frankey’s usual house and techno projects, yet his energy and production style makes his influence
recognisable.

Frankey and Birgit have been collaborating ever since they met in 2001 when Birgit sang vocals on several of Frankey’s tracks, including hugely successful “Switch.” The pair enjoyed collaborating so much that Frankey taught Birgit some basic Ableton skills and gave her a field recorder. Birgit would collect sound-sources, and her and Frankey would select their favorites together. They’d start each track with the most unique sound they could find, which Frankey would build on using keys, synths, percussion and harmonies.

Finnish Inceptum Records returns powerfully with this electro & detroit techno oriented four-tracker from the label boss Forehard.

In the Motorhome EP (Inceptum005) Forehard takes his listener in a journey through his inspirations as well as musical interests – as he firmly builds musical mosaic where every sound finds its unique place.

Metamorphic is happy to announce a new artist to the label family! MirrorTouch is a new project from London-based producer Tim Van Zandyke. The sound of Mirror Touch can best be described by a moment in time when mid 90's trax records from the US Midwest combined techno's brutalist grooves with layers of emotive harmonies harking back to Detroit's funk, soul and jazz legacy. Then techno sound hurtled forward, blazing new paths of experimentation, minimalism and hypnosis. MirrorTouch points back to that magic moment when Techno emerged from Detroit, with a series of hardware tracks that combine emotional rawness with the flow of 21st century techno.

Young Irish-producer Rebuke continues his rapid ascent to the top with two original productions on Hot Creations, primed and ready for the dancefloor.

Rebuke recalls being worried that Along Came Polly may have been perceived as being 'a bit too weird', but once it caught the attention of Jamie Jones, there was no stopping it. He says that the hype surrounding this EP 'is something I've never experienced before...and it always get a great reaction'.

On Along Came Polly, Rebuke showcases his innate ability to craft a weirdly, wonderful slice of techno. On the B-side, Rolo is a much housier affair, weaving together a bouncier bassline and sultry vocal stab.

The alias of Reuben Keeney, Rebuke, has only been in business for a short while, but his efforts have already proved to be fruitful. He has garnered support from the likes of Nic Fanciulli and released on labels including Saved and DFTD, as well as having a successful club night under his belt, where highly regarded names such as Camelphat, Darius Syrossian, Ejeca and Huxley have all played.

Cymawax is proud to present the work of the blood brothers (Luca & Daniele Ciaccia) Sibling. Inside Outside EP is an expression of the brothers passion for modern dance-floor friendly dub sonorities, and an intriguing introduction to who they are musically. Remixer Marco Bruno with his 'Dub Vision' completes the record giving it a proper techno touch with a sick groove and stunning approach to these warm and hypnotizing atmospheres.

The subtle synths supply that extra dimension where we all like to be. This 4 tracker will supply you with some serious dancefloor fuel, that will keep the crowd craving for more.

"Dusk"
Uplifting acid for the dancefloor, driven by solid kicks and a fast pulsating bassline. However uplifting this track may be, it will subtly drag you into dusk as the track progresses.

"Ataraxis"
While your body and eardrums receive some serious stimulation, mental stress or anxiety will be absent, overruled by this acid banger in it's purest form.

"Hexa"
With Hexa, Sour knows how to roll the dice again. Acid lines gently creep into the pounding beats creating mayhem on the dancefloor.

Drumcode mainstay Bart Skils links up with emerging DJ/producer Weska for a maiden collaboration.

The duo first met in 2013 when Bart played Toronto’s iconic Coda, where Weska was a regular.

In friendship and in music, they clicked effortlessly. Since then, the Dutchman has become one of DC’s most vital contributors, releasing a consistent stream of standout productions on the label, highlighted by the now-classic ‘Your Mind’ with Adam Beyer.

Meanwhile the rhythmic power of Weska’s productions caught the ear of Beyer who gave the young Canadian his debut on the imprint with ‘Other Places’ when ‘A-Sides Vol.7’ dropped last summer.

When Weska migrated to Berlin a plan was hatched to collaborate, with the pair swapping ideas back and forth, before linking up in Amsterdam to finish the work.

The propulsive ‘Polarize’ EP is the result, a pair of cuts that have highlighted Beyer’s gigs at Department Festival in Stockholm, Junction 2 and his behemoth B2B with Cirez D at EDC Vegas.

The title cut packs a punch with rugged basslines and pin-sharp percussion, while stabs of melody dip in and out with euphoric effect. ‘Lost On You’ is a heady trip into the abyss with a sinister vocal line and powerful climax.

Croatian artist Insolate invites the likes of Ben Sims, Pfirter, Amotik, Under Black Helmet, and more to remix tracks from her debut album entitled ‘Order is Chaos’ on her Out of Place imprint.

Ospiel debuts on SNTS' label Sacred Court with a dark and cutting-edge industrial techno EP.

Big Exchange features four distinct tracks tethered in Popmix’s unmistakable universe that is best described as a 90’s-inspired contemporary exploration of a thematic soundscape. Popmix finds balance in quirky, hyper ecstatic themes while rooting himself ultimately in a cultivated, refined skill set. The hard transitions between tracks give space for gratifying escalations into a range of euphoric textures from melodic, acidic basslines to gleeful synths and thrumming drum patterns.

“The record is a product of all the joyfulness in file sharing and youtube diving I’ve done over the years - the jolly computer face on the front cover shows gratitude to those opportunities, and the EP as a whole is an overall ode to that. The way I produce music is like a stream of consciousness leading me to the composition of the track, not unlike an internet plunge into a youtube rabbit hole through genres and moods. I guess this kind of reflects my temper as well,” says Frits.

It’s this spectrum that makes Big Exchange adaptable, elevating the mood of any kind of space - solo listening, late night parties - all the while invoking a sense of nostalgia and familiarity.
