Trance Vinyl New Releases - News

Proxima is back with a new reissue by Stockholm-based producer Peter Benisch, better known as Harmon Eyes. Originally released in 1994, 'Iodine Sky' displays various shades of techno and trance for a unique transdimensional journey. It includes a fresh rework by Audrey Danza. All tracks are freshly remastered. A hypnotic masterpiece!

Rambal Cochet's "Kebra Negus" EP takes listeners on a sonic journey through mystical forests and the far reaches of space. The release features five tracks that seamlessly blend deep, hypnotic rhythms with expansive, otherworldly melodies. Including a moody, raw chugger by French producer S.O.N.S, and owner of the cult Seoul-based record label Junction Forest. Perfect for those seeking an immersive and transformative listening experience, each track pushes the boundaries of acid, psy, and progressive genres, creating captivating soundscapes for deep mind trips.

All killer, no filler type biz as Naarm hardware donny Furious Frank makes his Oyster Cult return.

Strictly dancefloor wreckers from beginning to end. Girder-strength rhythm and driving, direct torque on the menu as Frank opts in favour of club-ready ordnance. Those with a taste for the rough n’ ready have never been in safer hands.

He’s bringing the heft like it's going out of style while keeping true to sci-fi and hallucinatory tendencies. Future-proofed forays into acid and trance backed with some of the toughest breakneck groove you’re likely to hear this summer. Darting synths, flourishes of 303; all the good stuff.

Dealing damage from the controls of his drum machine, urgent basslines and lacerating percussion are primed for maximum impact. Quintessentially Furious."

The second edition of our 2xLP Suntrip Classix series is now released! We chose the name "Mars" for this one. And that's not a coincidence. Obviously, the artwork by Simeon Van Der Hoeven reminds us of Mars, but this is also a tribute to Mars aka Fabien Marsaud. He started Suntrip in 2004 together with Anoebis and worked for almost 20 years on the label, just out of love for music. Last year he chose to focus on other things in life, so this deserves a big thank you and there is no better way than calling a release after him!

And the music? Well, the name Suntrip Classix says exactly where this is all about. 8 of our most acclaimed, wanted and loved tracks, finally available on 2 vinyls :)

Stepping to the forefront with her commanding acid techno sound, label boss KI/KI hands out two tickets to late-night mayhem. From the pulsating bass, dreamy pads and feisty acid chunks in '5 Mins Of Acid' - a nod to her live concept and a staple in her recent sets - to the ceaseless pounding of 'Don't Stop', 'slash010' will be the main cause of roaring crowds for the months to come.

Viikatory joins Source Material for the Granite City labels 12th record. Following recent releases on Mechatronica, UTTU and Trust, this EP continues her exploration into electro, techno and beatless workouts featuring some relentless kicks and extreme bassline modulation. Limited to 200 copies.

ohne kommerziellen Wert returns with another club oriented four-tracker by a variety of the label's artists. VUUDUU & Wrangel’s Let’s Get Electric is a fast and intense high-energy ride with a rolling bassline and unyielding drive. Hackster’s Ohne Kontrolle tells its very own story as it builds and switches quickly between helicopter-like synthlines, heavy percussion elements and cavernous soundscapes to create a hypnotic, moving vibe. It's followed by Strathy’s Sand
im Auge, a full-on banger that will transport you back to '90s warehouse mayhem. STUTE’s Ballern builds the tension over a gritty vocal-like synth before morphing into a hard-hitting ravy workout.

Parisian techno talent AIROD is next up on Charlotte de Witte's unstoppable KNTXT label with four blistering and innovative new tracks.

AIROD is known for his muscular and explosive take on techno. The French DJ-producer stands out as one of the few who elevates the international techno scene to new heights. Starting his career in Paris, for years he never stopped showing his ability to unleash crowds and ignite warehouses throughout continents, and he has built his own label Elixir with that same quality flowing through. He once again pushes forward with his own potent brand of techno with this superb new EP.

'Blackout' opens up with turbo-charged drums and twisted, laser-like synths that shoot across the dance floor. A female vocal adds some human soul to this most monstrous cut. 'It's Just A Dream' layers up urgent, high speed drum funk with more flashing synth loops that add light to the darkness of the grooves. 'Wind Breaker' has a haunting lead that drifts way up above the drums as subtle trance energy feeds into the mix and reflected vocals keep things futuristic. 'Balaclava' is the hardest cut of the lot with slamming, steely drums detailed with more ghostly vocal apparitions.

“I wanted to share with you the memories that I've gathered from each continent I discovered the past few months”, AIROD explains. “This EP will take you on a melodious yet ultra-punchy journey and transcribe all my travels & feelings from these recent times. Each track brings a different flavour to the listening experience, a path between hard-hitting bangers, heavy melodies and breathless energy. A surprising twist is hidden in each tune that I hope will not leave you indifferent. Just like the EP's cover, which embodies the sensation of before and after listening.”

Charlotte de Witte on AIROD’s Blackout EP: “I've been following AIROD on his musical path for a while now. I was very pleased to get more connected to him and to start working on this absolute masterpiece of an EP.”

AIROD on KNTXT is a perfect coming together of two of techno's most creative contemporary forces.

On behalf of re:discovery records, it is with great excitement that we announce the 3rd and last EP of the set highlighting the music of 1990's Norwegian electronic act Neural Network. Part 3 hones in on their unreleased album that was never formely named. The band and those in the industry who heard it felt it was their best music yet. There were label suitors for this album including a top tier Belgian label but sadly things did not work out as that label folded. And this project was left on DAT's.

Of the 9 tracks we chose, there were 4 we felt would most fit the vinyl medium and the theme of the first 2 EP's. These fit in with music like B12, Stasis and As One for some lofty comparisons and we think it fit's perfectly in that esteem company. The Detroit-esque beautifully somber 'Lambent' sounds almost 'Tedra' like from Kenny Larkin. 'Jetstream' is pure melodic robotic funk from the future. The side B track 'Floatation' coming in at just over 18 minutes and is a prime example of the sci-fi music they so wonderfully produced. This 3 record series is a great example of re:discovery records' mission to present the past for the future. All feature amazing artwork from UK's Grid Pattern complete with insert that features info on the music and their history. Bring back the Chill Out Rooms!

Malmo-based producer Sacred Grove takes care of the second release of French label Parodia.

Taking his name from an important feature of mythological landscapes, Sacred grove music is like a hole in our dimension, a moment of levitation where everything stops for a minute.
« Through the Mire » is a fantastic 4 track EP of untouchable, fascinating sounds of dance music, taking influences in early deep house and twisting it in a very unique way.

Enter the trip with the EP opener « Dusk » , a mysterious track full of hazy pads and stabs blending together to make you enter into an imaginary forest. Subtle and classy, « Dawn » is the second track of the record, 9 minutes of introspective sounds yet dancable, with an unstoppable groove. If you're not already tripping, your mind is a about to hallucinate with the third track Neusea (Delay mix), the most impactful track of the record, with a laidback peak time roller keeping the same cinematic atmosphere as the other tracks.

Last but not least, B2 track « Loverz » is like reaching the Sacred Grove that you were looking for when you entered this forest, and finally your mind is going in a total trance.

Didi Han joins Shall Not Fade with her dance driven 5 track EP 'In The Zone'.

A basement, West London, 1994. An unknown artist surrounded by machines. The sun peeking through the curtain - a reminder that at some point, you really need to go to bed.

But not yet, there’s still tunes to be made.

The mysterious and highly sought after Sun-D EP gets a well deserved reissue on AGT Records. With shades of early progressive house, trance and bleep, this record is ready for the sunrise moments we’ve been waiting a long, long time for.

We’re taking another wild excursion into the world of Andy Jones, the mastermind behind Precise Daily Rhythm, a label we reissued back in 2020. Governed By Rhythm was an outlet for Andy’s faster, trancier dance tracks, as opposed to the grooving techno and tech house of PDR.
SHRR06 comprises three never before heard tracks on Disc 1, as well as four from the original label on Disc 2. Additions to the original music are; ANWAM, a 16 minute long acid ambient wormhole, Kik The Can, a pumping bassline driven piece of tech trance, and the early 90’s Italian-style Bedroom.

Terra Magica Rec. is back with its fifth release “Club TERRAM”! This time it will be another V.A. compilation of never heard and unreleased original gems of electronic body music.

Think: A double 12” vinyl which is fully charged for dismantled club use as those mighty TERRAM clubbers say. Compiled and arranged by Tom Sprenger & Mirko Hecktor all tracks are dance floor oriented rhythms which will activate your maximum energy output as well as total chill out crash. Let the new bots work your life balance. Multiverse to introverse to metaverse. With its discoish genre splicing between 90s-IDM 2 Big Beat and Breakbeats 2 NuCosmic 2 Acid-Madchester 2 rolling trancey driven Goa beats the record reflects the electronic underground culture of dance clubs and discotheques of the past 50 years. These stand for emancipation, gay liberation, cicil rights, working class and democracy. Find your inner peace on the chill out floor side. Or go bonkers to the hedonistic main room floor fillers. Find your unique personal safe space in TERRAMs different floors and hidden rooms. A CLUB FOR A L L. As Richard Dyer wrote in 1979 “In Defence of Disco”: ‘Capitalism constructs the disco experience, but it does not necessarily know what it is doing, apart from making money’.

The underground is where we go moving.

The CPU of René Leynaud Street in Lyon has prompted us to bring out Dj Iguane, a protagonist of the first Paris raves. Author of an anthem on Chronobrain 016 and a solid catalog on Hokus Pokus, Passe-Muraille, Toolbox…

The art of a sound played at various speeds and cultured by a vibe close to the essence of the tribe. He'll guide this compilation with two tracks released in 1998 (Free Sex) and 2011 (Booboo Trakkv), cerebral productions from his punk machines.

It was in the same street, over a glass of wine, that 0-Confidence made the connection with CJACT's unstructured metallic blast.
He plunges his table-mates Brainbeats and pastresdrole into the intoxication of synthesizers.

One comeback hides another with Smogo, present on CJACT002, who doesn't neglect his acceleration so as not to lose control of this bewitched street.

SPLT is the key to slipping into a bass-infused “traboule” and slowing down the pace. The concert can begin.

Trance to acid to tribe to electro... A true travel !

Amazingblaze returns to home label KNTXT with an exhilarating new release that shows another subtle evolution in his style. His Touch The Sky EP features four standout new tracks that are sure to make a global impact.

Amazingblaze emerged as a pivotal tastemaker in the new school scene, marking his debut on KNTXT in 2022 with his Venture EP. Last year, he further solidified his presence on the label, with the release of two EPs and a remix of Charlotte de Witte’s single ‘High Street’. He has been obsessed with music since a young age and that shows in his productions which blend the inspirations of his youth with plenty of fresh contemporary style. His releases consistently aim to leave a significant mark on the club scene, and this latest EP is no exception. With powerful grooves and emotive synths, it sets the stage for another impactful experience.

Amazingblaze on his new EP: "Touch The Sky is a blend of emotions of early trance with the shape of a modern look. From start to finish it's catching you with pleasant pressure and doesn't let you go. Really proud of this one!"

Charlotte de Witte adds: “Amazingblaze is back and I'm just obsessed with these four tracks. They're all masterpieces, representing his very unique and distinctive sound. I'm very proud to be able to welcome him again on the label and continue to be a place he can call home.”

Opener Touch The Sky is a high speed and fresh techno sound that is laced with euphoric trance synths and a heartfelt vocal. It is sure to get hands in the air and dance floors locked into its spell. Kaleidoscope ups the ante further with more scintillating hard techno drums and flashes of synth that will chime perfectly with strobe-lit clubs. A spine-tinging breakdown features angelic vocals before the drums kick in and power things to the next level. Thank You, God Always is more straight up with hard edge drums and synths that spray about the mix with bright rave energy and futuristic soul and last of all is Habits, an urgent and high speed wave of lush trance techno with a classic vocal stab and more celestial voices drifting up to hypnotic effect.

This is another big release from Amazingblaze that shows he has plenty of new tricks up his sleeve.

SPR003 - Double Trouble, another vinyl only gem from Munich!

For his third release analogue synth aficionado and owner of the label Superpartyrecords Niko S. joined forces with established DJ and emerging producer Ninja Hagen.

Together, they let their creativity run wild and delivered four progressive/trance-infused peak time tracks that honor pioneering technologies in the history of sound engineering.

SPR003 is a true ode to ‘High Fidelity’ and ‘Superparty’-vibes on the dance floor.
