Steve Bug and Pornbugs team up on Behind The Glass / On The Swing with remixes from Mihai Popoviciu and Markus Homm.

Unsung House hero, Steve Bug has been there and done it all. Arguably Germany’s most important pioneer, his label Poker Flat has been an epoch-defining imprint. Celebrating 20 years of Bondage Pornbugs are mixing in different circles with recent releases for Selador and Acker Dub, showcasing their crossover appeal with a new generation of DJs.

Opening with ‘On The Swing’ we are delighted by classic deep vibes with a modern twist. Grooevsome and warm, this will get the floor going anywhere in the world. On remix duties, Mihai Popoviciu drops his trademark style, smoothing out the bumps for a deeper ride.

Next up, ‘Behind The Glass’ takes a similar path. Soulful warmth exudes from the speakers as the bumpy bass and echoing keys mark time. Reaching a crescendo with muted acid undertones in the second half keeps attention high and the dancefloor full and happy. For his remix, Markus Homm takes it deeper with shades of Detroit. Liquid cool for the later floors.

20 Years of BM brings together 20 exclusive tracks by artists who have played an essential role in the label’s journey, alongside close friends and longtime companions of the BM universe. Carefully curated across five heavyweight vinyl records, the compilation reflects the musical identity that has defined Bondage-Music since day one: deep, soulful, dub-infused, and emotionally driven house music designed for both intimate listening and late-night dancefloors.
The anniversary box features exclusive contributions from artists such as Roger Gerressen, Sascha Dive, Mihai Popoviciu, Steve Bug, NTFO, Markus Homm, Tuccillo, Politics Of Dancing, Rhadow, Andre Kronert, and many more — representing different generations and shades of the Bondage-Music sound.
Pressed on heavyweight 180g vinyl, each record is housed in an individual printed sleeve and presented inside a specially designed colored collector’s box with refined spot lacquer finish. The visual identity of the anniversary edition was created by Pete Bombart — BM’s longtime Head of Artwork, close friend, and an integral part of the label since its early days. RFBCOLOURS 002 bring L'Atelier on board. This pair from Amsterdam bring you a 4 track EP with a digi only bonus. It starts off with Again, which hits that great sample hard and gets the party started on a disco vibe with a house twist. Then theres XTC which carries on where the A1 left off. On the flip we see a serious piano workout on top of a a grooving drum arragement. To finish off the vinyl package we see Times Are Ruff take the remix on a deeper tip with some seriously crunchy basslines and rolling groove. Then if that wasnt enough theres a digital bonus that will warm up any willing club room.

After several years, revered dub techno craftsman Andrey Pushkarev finally return with a solo release - Simbioza. Taking its name from the Romanian word for symbiosis, this release is a testament to creative exchange, built entirely from collaborations with dear friends & artists that have crossed Pushkarev’s path numerous times during his 20 years long musical journey. While staying true to Andrey’s signature deep & dubby aesthetic, the release also includes the artist’s first drum and bass output, featuring Los Angeles based Svetti’s haunting & mesmerizing vocals. The EP will be released on the well regarded BERG AUDIO during the month of September 2025 - limited vinyl copies.

200 Records marks its 50th release with a four-track EP showcasing both fresh faces and long-time contributors to the label. M.R.E. opens with a vibrant house cut, full of energy and warmth. Blauert follows with a deep, dub-tinged house track, subtle but with a steady, driving rhythm that keeps things moving. Havantepe contributes a deep and intricate Detroit-inspired techno track, rich in texture and unmistakably his own. A New Musical Portal for Latin America: ROCK THA HOUSE TRAXX.

Born from the iconic Rock Tha House party, which celebrates 20 years this year, the brand now evolves into a vinyl-only label led by legendary Chilean DJ and producer Camilo Gil, alongside Mario Flores in Mexico City. Their mission is to focus on musical culture, recreating soundscapes that have left a lasting impact on time and influence.

For the first release, they bring together a fusion of styles and global sounds, featuring artists like Mihai Popoviciu from Romania, Swiss legend Quenum, seasoned Ibiza-based producer Nima Gorji, and Australia’s own Carlo Gambino.

This is not just about the party—it’s about creating and celebrating musical schools, styles, and artistic vision. ROCK THA HOUSE TRAXX is born today, bringing Chilean talent to the world.

The Spanish-Dominican label led by the Spanish Sergio Parrado and the Dominican Jee Bear presents its Lmtd series, where art, design and music go hand in hand. A collectible series where each reference is a piece of a mural by the Argentine designer Lucien Le Grub, this being the first of four.

This first reference is the work of Chilean Alejandro Vivanco (Cadenza, Melisma) who joins forces with fellow Chilean Dorian Chavez (8bit, Viva Music) to bring us this incredible “Dabtrack”.

The original cut (A1) is to go back in time, return to the essence of the mid-2000s where artists like Luciano or Ricardo Villalobos put the Andean country in the eyes of the world with their organic micro house. “Dabtrack” is about this, but with a renewed sound, where the organic and the digital embrace to create an intense track, with fat basses that will make the sound system rumble. Special synths that catch you to create a magnificent sound collage.

The A2 is for the master master and lord of the deep sound. We are talking about the Romanian Mihai Popoviciu, who brilliantly reinterprets the track and takes it to his own terrain, but without neglecting the essence of the original and giving it his particular groove that works so well late at night. The groove, together with the set of synths, which elaborates it magnificently, makes his remix of Dabtrack” an indispensable work in the DJ's suitcases.

Now it's time to close this incredible album. For this we have reserved the entire B-side for one of the Chilean artists who has left the most mark in the last two decades on the international electronic scene: Pier Bucci. He takes us on a 12-minute journey through his signature style where anything can happen. Little more to say, we invite you to discover it for yourself. Because it is a work of art.
