The release also features an exciting collaboration with the acclaimed Irish Sullivan brothers SX2, who lend their signature touch to a captivating remix of “How High?” recalling the early irreverent and raving Underworld energy. Joining them is none other than Cantor, the musician and producer behind Underground Pacific himself, ensuring a Burning Man sunrise-inspired remix of “Be Here Now”.

The EP’s visual identity mirrors Talee’s artistic creativity with artwork conceptualized by the artist himself, complementing the music and offering a glimpse into Talee’s vibrant inner world.

Pearlty’s various climactic passages, like those heard on the impressionist album opener “Tears”, envelop listeners in textured walls of distorted guitar and noisy breakdowns, a distinct hallmark of shoegaze – but Knifeplay’s compositions go far beyond such conventions. Also featured are downtempo compositions – such as the tribute track “Angel” – that call on a range of influences, from grunge to lofi pop, all the way back to slowcore. Layers of Strohmer’s falsetto lilt adorn the songs with another dimension of sentimentality, while rounding out the sonic vastness of the group’s emotionally enrapturing style, lending impressive depth to the band’s debut full-length.

The king of Colombian Bass is back on another low-end adventure!
In the vein of his previous work "Colombian Party", "Sendero" is another homage to the diversity of Colombia’s musical cultures and the artist's all-time favorite genres such as bass music, Hip-Hop and Dancehall. The album was entirely recorded between Bogotá and Sunka’s countryside farm, where the artist has been living for the past few years, growing all kinds of fruits and vegetables, Sunka’s new album “Sendero”, featuring Medellin-based hip-hop and reggae singer Raspapulaman, rising stars La Bembera and Zam El Caribean, Bogotá-based hip-hop and punk singer Jacob DMC, hip-hop maestros Kontent Thug and Santacruz Medina of Kartel Pacifico, is not your typical tropical album.
As accustomed , Sunka delivers a perfect blend of sub frequencies, heavy electronic drums and organic elements. Sweet and sharp at the same time,"Sendero" will make you
whine your waist at home and in the club, and will certainly go heavy on your speakers!

Recorded, produced, and chiefly knob-twisted by Minus the Bear, Menos El Oso moves further into the band's forward-thinking, angular rock canon. Weaving through territories long established by 70's prog-rockers (Yes, Rush), '80s proto punks (Fugazi), and '90s art rock mind-fucks (Jawbox, Joan of Arc), Minus the Bear invokes the modern love affair between dance-driven strategy and lush, Upper Pacific sweater rock.

The Total Space sees Boa Morte edge deeper into the woods of ambient, drone and synthesised sound with little to guide them but their innate melodic compass and instinct for unorthodox song. Daniel Presley, the perma-nomadic Texan producer, flew in to safeguard the Boa Morte fundamentals: emotive yet unsentimental vocals; a disquieting ease with space and silence; percussive interventions on drum-shell, tom-rim and cymbal-cup; an aversion to rhythm guitar; harmonies that add rather than dilute personality, and a bloody-minded patience when it comes to pacing.

Oliver Bradford presents Pacific Objectives, his first solo EP under his own name. Bradford has been producing electronic experimental and dance music since the early 90s when he held his first DJ residency at Brückenkopf, Mainz (in 1992-93). To create his deep house grooves Oliver utilizes a hands-on approach, working with tape loops and analogue recording tools. The tracks featured on Pacific Objectives were recorded between 1996 and 2021, after nd_baumecker signed them to be released on his FREUNDINNEN label, the tracks were mixed and mastered with Jörn E. Wuttke, at the final stage Loop-O created the vinyl master and cut in 2023.

New Zealand’s jazz luminaries have assembled to form an allstar cluster: The Circling Sun.

Originally formed in mid 2000s, the New Zealand based jazz
collective, are set to release their debut LP Spirits, an eight
track collection that channels the greats of spiritual and
modal jazz and their own unique South Pacific spirit and
sensibility.

The group pay homage to Afro-American genre pioneers
such as Alice Coltrane, Yusef Lateef and Pharoah Sanders,
whilst incorporating a whole lot of love and appreciation
for a myriad of Afro, Latin and contemporary musical forms.
The choir used for the recording is made up of mostly
Pacific Island and Maori singers and artists, an important
acknowledgement of and reflection on their countries own
culture and heritage that seeps into all their work.

After two EPs with his punk-jazz duo La Récré, a recent solo album on Born Bad Records and two soundtracks for Monia Chokri films "Babysitter" and "Simple Comme Sylvain", Forever Pavot is everywhere yet never where you expect him to be. He now returns to BMM with a new rap album titled "Forever XP".

On the other side of the globe, LA-based rapper and street activist XP The Marxman received a beat with a nice sample from one of his producers. XP traced the sample back to Forever Pavot, and decided to reach out to him to collaborate.

That's how the atypical Forever XP album was born. Pavot's first time working with a rapper was also XP's first time working with a composer, yet they managed to blend both their universes in such a flawless way that it's like they were meant to create music together.

Weil man plötzlich an Menschen denken muss, die weit weg sind oder gar nicht mehr da. Und man sich plötzlich den Super-8-Film anschaut, der im eigenen Kopf abläuft, und auch den findet man eigentlich schön. Monta, das ist und war schon immer Tobias Kuhn. ,Pacific" ist sein erstes neues Album seit 2007, und obwohl das wirklich eine lange Zeit ist, erinnert man sich noch sehr gut: Tobias Kuhn war immer schon ein Sänger, Songschreiber und Musiker, der das Intime und Hymnische, das psychedelisch Nachglühende und die große, alles vereinende Melodie zusammenbringen konnte. Nicht abwechselnd, sondern beides in einem. Und die beste Nachricht: Auf den neun Songs von ,Pacific" gelingt ihm diese hohe Kunst noch glänzender, vielschichtiger und bildstärker als je zuvor. Und die noch bessere: Es gibt ja bald wieder einen Sommer. Bis dahin können wir die Songs dann auch auswendig mitsingen, also beste Voraussetzungen.

And while it took some time to arrive, plastic death sounds like the logical expansion of all the things that made their first album so special. Years and years of relentless writing, tinkering demos, cancelled tours and a few lockdowns only strengthen the chaotic core of what makes glass beach' s maximalist approach work so well. Frontperson and primary songwriter J McClendon is joined by lead guitarist Layne Smith, bassist Jonas Newhouse and drummer William White to create something adventurous on each song. Trumpet, trombone, violin, and even marimba dance and bloom alongside the band's own creative and dextrous instrumentation - a stunning, transformative creation that pulls from indie rock, jazz, prog, hardcore, metal, experimental, and beyond. Songs like lead single "the CIA," are examples of the band's ambitious writing. It's a dark, dancy, post-punk/jazz hybrid, a coordinated, breathless braid of synth and saturated guitar. Tension and confusion explode into a brutal modern metal climax to close the track, flickering with glitchy production zaps and razor-sharp stops. C-thru - The Otherworld is a collection of introspective cosmic-leaning dance music that gives a healthy nod to the golden era of trance, ambient, and down- tempo from Austin, Texas based producer Jesse Edwards. Inactive for several years, these 10 tracks mark a new chapter for Jesse Edwards.

Previous works include his well received psychedelic project, Red Morning Chorus, that included Boards of Canada amongst its fans. Edwards began his musical journey in the late 90s playing shoegaze and experimental music with Jessica Bailiff (Kranky). The pair collaborated on several albums together including works with Flying Saucer Attack, His Name is Alive, & Odd Nosdam (Anticon).

Melanie Martinez’s debut album “Cry Baby” has remarkably kept growing in stature since its 2015 release, now approaching its high-water mark of 1 BILLION global audio streams for the second consecutive year. The RIAA recently re-certified the record at 2x platinum, in large part due to TikTok trending moments for several of the album’s tracks. These trending moments, occurring over the course of 2020-1, most notably included the digital bonus cut “Play Date,” which became a TikTok phenomenon and is now Melanie’s most popular song with over 700M streams.
On this expanded deluxe edition, “Play Date” and 2 additional digital bonus tracks (“Teddy Bear” and “Cake”) are – for the first time – added to the original, standard vinyl album. These songs were only previously available on vinyl on the now out-of-print, limited edition Extra Clutter EP from 2016.
With an expanded booklet featuring 3 new illustrations for the 3 bonus tracks, this deluxe edition will be the one, primary Cry Baby vinyl product moving forward.

Originally released as a hand-numbered CD on New Year's Eve of 2004, Last Light captures Tor Lundvall 's hushed songcraft at its most ghostly and grayscale, stripped bare like branches bracing for winter. Initially conceived of as "a piano album with sparse electronics" (with the working title November), Lundvall's palette steadily expanded, incorporating synthesizer, samples, bass, metronomes, and his signature spectral vocals. A journal entry from the spring of 2002 proved formative to his evolving vision: "I remember watching the blueish-grey light shimmering outside and hearing distant sounds echoing far away, eventually sinking into silence and stillness." The album's 12 tracks are steeped in this sense of autumnal transience, of bearing witness to what fades. The music moves in whispered swells, between dirge, drift, and devotional. Synths chime like slow-tolling bells; percussion shuffles and shivers, icy and isolated; bass traces a low-lidded plod - it's a mode both austere and seductive, lulling the listener into its landscapes of deepening dusk. Lyrically, Lundvall's language skews observational and depressive ("through lace curtains / grey light falls / dark clouds gather / in my soul" ), with each song like a gauzy glimpse into a different tableau framing winter's descent: rust - colored leaves, frozen ponds, cold crescent moons. Lundvall has long considered Last Light a "personal favorite" in his discography, and it's easy to hear why. In texture, finesse, and pacing, it vividly evokes the rare mood of fragile, frosty pastoral noir depicted in his iconic oil paintings. His is an art of the half-seen and half-remembered, of fleeting figures, shapes and shadows, and gathering darkness. Of all that disappears, and the ghosts that never leave: "So I wait / as the years / slowly drain the magic and the light / and the girl / I never loved / haunts me through the dark roads of my life."
