Skepta returns with his highly-anticipated new album, The Fork and Knife. A record rooted in the sounds, energy and culture of contemporary Britain, while looking firmly beyond its borders. Shaped by decades spent immersed in sound systems, clubs and rave spaces, The Fork and Knife moves freely between grime, garage, house, jungle and electronic music. At its centre is Skepta as a rapper, writer and producer - reflecting his position at the centre of rap and his instinct to continually push the sound forward. Identity runs through the heart of the album. Skepta explores what it means to be British, the son of Nigerian immigrants, and to exist between cultures. Rather than viewing diaspora through a lens of struggle, The Fork and Knife embraces it as a source of strength, a superpower that has informed Skepta’s resilience, work ethic and creative instinct. Initially recorded in 1996 and officially released February 1997, 2nd Family's Killaz from the Blackside tape is one of the most distinctive examples of unpolished, stripped-back & paranoid mid-90s Memphis rap. Recorded by King JC together with 2nd Family MCs Pistol Grip & Killa Chrome in a home-studio set up at the group's base in Southern Hills Apartments in Whitehaven, South Memphis (known locally as Blackhaven or the Blackside, a short trip from Graceland) the sparse, brooding and somewhat introspective production sets the record apart from the more raucous, overdriven precedent of the period. Pressed on vinyl for the first time via Death Is Not The End in an edition of 300 copies.

Hailed as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, Stevie Ray Vaughan's second album with his band Double Trouble did everything a second album should do. Couldn't Stand The Weather confirmed that Vaughan was no fluke and cemented his status as one of the modern blues giants.

This double album release of Couldn't Stand the Weather also includes original takes, outtakes and alternate takes of songs from the posthumously released The Sky Is Crying. In 1995, Q-Music wrote of the late Texan bluesman: 'Vaughan's post-Hendrix Stratocasting still sparkles... a reminder of the wit that often informed his phrasing and his willingness to torch the boundaries'.

Couldn't Stand The Weather is a limited edition of 3000 individually numbered copies on yellow marble vinyl.

MARGOT is a violinist, composer and producer defined by a deeply emotional orchestral language shaped by classical training and a highly personal approach to string writing. She has collaborated with artists including Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and St. Vincent. Trained from the age of four in North Florida, she moved to New York at nineteen, where her musical world expanded through collaborations and exposure to new scenes, alongside the discovery of artists such as Radiohead, Sigur Rós and Björk via their string arrangements. In 2020, she met pianist and composer Juan Villacrez in Colombia, leading to the creation of the instrumental album The Apartment on Third Street (over 13 million streams) and a long-term creative collaboration.


Her new album The Villain presents a major new artistic statement: a cinematic, immersive instrumental work unfolding across ten movements, shaped by profound personal loss and recorded live in Colombia with a minimum of takes and no overproduction. The physical edition of the record is designed by NYC-based artist Bráulio Amado (known for his work with André 3000, Harry Styles, Frank Ocean and Róisín Murphy), reinforcing the album’s position as a complete visual and sonic object. MARGOT’s writing, violin playing and emotional depth resonate throughout, particularly through arrangements in which she layers her own performances, creating a sound world that is at once intimate, restless and constantly evolving.

Chicago-based duo DRASII (Lisa Armstrong & Chris Kalis) return with The Seeker, the follow-up EP to 2024's Spirito Celeste. Co-released on ETC and Shmee Records, it continues their trek through a paranormal sonic landscape. Using vintage analogue and FM hardware synths, the five-track release runs through Deep House, Acid, Electro, Balearic and Post-Industrial.

The opening track, "Daydream," features celestial, wispy vocals, deep bass and sparkling synth melodies. It leads into "Vertigo," which follows with a shifting drone over repetitive Juno 60 notes channelling Chris & Cosey or Adrian Sherwood. This is what Sarah and John Connor would have in the tape deck while barrelling down the freeway in a stolen police cruiser.

On the reverse side, "Tiger's Eye" leads with SH-101 bass that moves around a swinging 909 beat, creating a downtempo feel that mixes inspiration from Larry Heard and Ibiza in the 90s. From there, "Hycean" propels forward with 707 drums and acid bass before breaking into a syncopated polyrhythm accented by witchy vocal samples. "Sorcerer" closes on an upbeat, electro feel, centered around a dark metallic bass blended with 6/8 time arpeggio melodies.

The Seeker is a lucid dream, a spell, and a stirring of the subconscious: five transmissions from somewhere just beyond the void.

The Singles Collection is released on 6 November, 30 years to the week since SPICE turned five girls into a

global phenomenon and Girl Power into a worldwide movement.

I love the shared experience of music more than almost anything, but the longer I exist in the industry, the harder it is to stay emotionally connected to an album once it’s reduced to numbers and statistics. So I wanted to release this in a way that feels more human—and affordable, especially in wartime. Your support helps create more music, not ads for ICE. Someday the machine will get it, but for now I just want this to feel like an experience again.

Reconcile at the Tile Works, Recorded Live, was captured inside Moravian Tile Works in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. A place built by artist Henry Chapman Mercer, who spent the early 1900s shaping tiles by hand, one at a time. No shortcuts. Just craft, fire, and time. That spirit is all over this record. Some of these songs I haven’t played in years because of how they made me feel and what they conjured in me.

This is a bit of a rare release on the ADR label - it even had its own special catalogue number - XYZ instead of the usual ADR (I need to ask the guys why that was actually!) This EP only came out as a 4 track white label in 1993 and was nicknamed the Untitled EP back then, finally having a proper title in 2026. Two of the tracks were written by Les aka The Pharmacist and the other two were collabs with Dave Charlesworth - so you know the quality will be high... but you I expect most of you know this already from owning or listening to the original pressing. A cracking EP of good vibed hardcore.

Between slower gems such as "Water Be My Crown" and "Of Courage", where buttery chords melt into sleek solitude, comes catchy pop-leaning numbers like "Shadow Of Love" and "Pha Na Pha" that carve their own vibrancy; having already painted endless dance floors with endless memories following individual releases. Cemented with club-focused cuts "Asa" and "Love Is The Dance", the album also moves towards familiar Âme territory; and still, threaded through its DNA is the art of collaboration. Talking with the Taxman About Poetry is the third album by Billy Bragg, originally released in September 1986.

This long overdue vinyl reissue comes in a gatefold sleeve and was remastered by John Webber at Air Studios using high-resolution transfers made from master tapes in Billy's archives. There will also be a limited edition run of coloured vinyl albums.

For Talking with the Taxman About Poetry, Bragg embraced a more fully realised band sound with the help of special guests Kirsty MacColl and Johnny Marr and production courtesy of John Porter (Roxy Music, The Smiths) and Kenny Jones. ‘Taxman…’ was his first top ten album and gave the world some of his most enduring songs in ‘Greetings To The New Brunette’ (his first top 40 hit), live favourite “Levi Stubbs’ Tears” about a victim of domestic abuse taking comfort in the music of the Four Tops, and classic workers’ anthem “There Is Power in a Union”.

The 3rd Loop Progression release leans heavily into 90s jungle vibes, with Frozen in Time by Champa B taking us on a sci fi odyssey with epic pads and intricate amen patterns, all tied together with a spoken word sample which sets the tone for the release.

Replay continues on the retro theme, with Peeb and Pixl slowing things down slightly on Replay. Lo-fi breaks, pads and a bouncing 808 b-line.

On the B Side Galvatron switches things up slightly with Push, a footwork jungle stomper with metallic breaks and a huge 808 bass, guaranteed to get the dancefloor moving.

Finally the release is rounded off with a remix from the mighty Tim Reaper, putting his own twist on Pixls track Galaxy Dub (originally released on LOOP001)

Light Before The Haze deepens the journey; a longing, weightless piece that traces the diffuse glow that precedes full light — melodic, restrained, and deeply felt.

Dino Sabatini needs no introduction; his productions have bolstered the underground electronic music scene while sculpting a new narrative for deep, modern electronic music. On the B-side, Subsurface Light is characteristically Sabatini: a hypnotic descent into pressurised depths, where rhythm becomes ritual and texture carries the weight of ancient resonance. He then reimagines Lost Few's Light Before The Haze as a closing meditation — pulling it further inward, slowing its pulse, and casting it in the particular deep-techno shadow he has made his own.

Together, the four tracks form a coherent arc from the pre-dawn quiet of Lost Few's introspective electronics to the subterranean intensity of Sabatini's world — a release that rewards both patient listening and late-night movement.

A staple of the ’80s electro-funk and disco scenes, On The Shelf by The B.B. & Q. Band is a classic 1985 disco-funk track. Remixed by legendary Dutch producer and DJ Ben Liebrand. Title track "Theme from Sentinel" is a slab of jacking, relentless, robotic funk that will get heads nodding like nothing else. "Binary Communication" recalls 00's tech; punchy drums and drifty intro pads set the scene before dropping into a heavy stabs-n-bass groove.

On the flip, "Fight or Flight" builds from driving percussion into a gorgeous peak-time synthy slammer. Closing track "Climbing Cosmos" is in the classic B2 style; laid-back, groovy deepness, with glassy chords and 808 drums lifting you up to round off the EP.

Das Album wurde im Jahr 2000 in Vancouver mit nahezu keinem Budget aufgenommen, und das Trio aus Frazey Ford, Trish Klein und Samantha Parton verwandelte Old-Time-, Folk- und Country-Blues-Klänge in etwas Unheimliches, Intimes und ganz Eigenes - und gelangte dank der Ausstrahlung im CBC von einer Independent-Veröffentlichung zu einem internationalen Publikum. ,Blue Horse" machte die Band in Großbritannien zu einem Phänomen: 83 Wochen in den offiziellen britischen Country-Künstler-Albumcharts (mit Platz 3 als Höchstplatzierung), ein Platz in den Top 50 der Alben des Jahres des Q Magazine, ein Auftritt auf der Acoustic Stage in Glastonbury und ein Auftritt bei ,Later_ with Jools Holland". Die Zeitung ,The Independent" lobte es als ,eines der bezauberndsten Debüts", während ,The Littlest Birds" zu einem Markenzeichen einer ganzen Generation wurde und später in der Showtime-Serie ,Weeds" zu hören war. Die Musik der Band hat seitdem ihren Weg in epochale Fernsehserien wie ,Breaking Bad", ,The L Word" und ,Hell on Wheels" gefunden. Ein Vierteljahrhundert später ist dies ein lebendiges Werk, kein Nostalgieobjekt: Die Band zieht monatlich rund 510.000 Spotify-Hörer mit über 139 Millionen Streams des Gesamtkatalogs an, und Frazey Fords gefeierte Solokarriere führt immer wieder neue Hörer dorthin zurück, wo alles begann. Gepresst von neu aufbereiteten Vinyl-Masterbändern aus dem Jahr 2026 bringt diese Single-LP-Ausgabe ,Blue Horse" zum ersten Mal seit 15 Jahren wieder auf Vinyl heraus.
