After a year in the making, Laolu completes his Mascara EP with the release of its final single, ‘Mental'. A beautifully instinctive collaboration with Benni Ola that captures the magic of spontaneity and creative connection.

The foundations of the track were first laid in Bali, where Laolu began experimenting with a guitar recording from another project. Drawn to Benni Ola’s unmistakable vocal energy after repeatedly playing his music, the producer immediately felt a connection between the unfinished instrumental and Benni’s voice. Months later, the pair met during a writing camp in Portugal, instantly establishing a creative chemistry that would eventually lead them to Los Angeles, where Mental was recorded in a single, fluid session.

Built around intuition and emotion rather than overthinking, the collaboration unfolded almost effortlessly. What began as a loose idea quickly transformed into a record overflowing with memorable hooks, as both artists leaned fully into the moment and trusted the energy in the room. Benni Ola described the experience as feeling “electrified” from the instant the track played, recalling the session as something almost channelled rather than consciously written. One of those rare creative moments where everything simply falls into place.

Huxley debuts on Rekids with the ‘MIND G%MES’ EP.

UK DJ, producer, and Dumb Safari label head Huxley joins Radio Slave’s Rekids for the first time with the ‘MIND G%MES’ EP, dropping 25th July 2025. The first track, ‘M%ND’, kicks off with woozy and alluring pads swirling round a cuddly but kicking Deep House groove. Soulful vocals and delicate, cosmic melodies rise out of the mix to bring it to a close in style. 'CLUB SH%T' ups the ante with zippy synths injecting some texture to slamming drums that straddle the House and Techno divide, while wispy stabs and warm daubs of sound dance around the cowbells to make this an evaluated late-night tool.

'FEAR N%THING' is a new school cut, with fi ltered loops, sugary chords, and pent-up energy all surging through the dance fl oor. Last but not least is 'ANY1', a sleazy House pumper featuring moody spoken word, a big, rubbery bassline, and slinky, Garage-infl uenced percussion.

Active in the underground music scene for two decades, former Rinse resident and sometime Aus, Shall Not Fade and Unknown To The Unknown artist has had one hell of a career. From huge breakthrough tracks like ‘Let it Go’ on Hypercolour and ‘Box Clever’ on 20:20 Vision to his 2014 ‘Blurred’ LP on Aus, he’s seen universal critical acclaim as well as massive support from DJs and dancefloors globally. In recent years, his Dumb Safari label, the online community R Trybe (co-founded by Ramin Rezaie/BAKKIS) and collaborations with Steve Bug are just a handful of his projects, while his ‘MIND G%MES’ EP for Rekids is already feeding the fi re with support from Jen Cardini, Cromby, I.Jordan, Jennifer Loveless and big room dons, Michael Bibi and Solomun.

Part II begins with Eduardo de la Calle, whose uncompromising approach to techno and electronic music has made him a natural part of Assemble's more recent history. His contribution continues a relationship that has developed through releases and appearances around the label showcases. Tom Dicicco & Roger 23 move into deeper ambient techno territory, bringing together two producers whose work has always pushed beyond the conventional boundaries of house and techno. Radboud Mens is a Dutch sound artist and composer whose work has long explored the space between experimental electronics, minimalism and techno. Active since the early 1990s, his approach is built around repetition, texture and the physical qualities of sound. His contribution to the compilation reflects this perfectly with a deeply minimalist piece, stripped back to its essential elements, where subtle shifts and details gradually shape the track. Chicago's Hakim Murphy represents another long-standing Assemble connection. His relationship with the label goes back years, and his raw, instinctive approach to house and techno embodies much of what Assemble has always looked for in an artist, individuality before formula. Closing the second record, Myles Serge delivers a pure definition of deep techno, hypnotic, atmospheric and deeply immersive, built on subtle movement and timeless Detroit-rooted sensibilities, establishing a new connection with the label."

Reedale Rise returns after becoming an important part of Assemble's recent chapter. Moving naturally between electro, techno and house, his music combines precision with an unmistakable melodic and emotional quality. With his track he explores a slightly darker path here, with deeper, more shadowy melodies revealing a different side of his distinctive sound. Lerosa's "Love Money" and Vera's "Take Me" are two very special tracks in our back catalogue, and we felt it was time to bring them back to life for our 15th anniversary. Vera was one of the first artists to collaborate with Assemble, with Lerosa joining not long after. Over the years, both have become an important part of the label's story, through releases, many shared showcases, and above all, a great friendship that has grown along the way."

Classy Frenchman Franck Roger is one of the most consistent performers in the deep house game and he is back with another MVP performance on Seasons Limited this Autumn. This all-new trio of tunes opens with a delightfully airy, light-footed blend of Afro drum patterns and buffed metal melodies that have a lovely late-night glow to them. It's a persuasive rhythm that will infect your hips in no time, while 'Circulation' is more humid and bouncy, with nods to the deep and smoky foundations of house but still one foot in the here and now. 'Feel Free' closes with an elastic groove and the sort of introspective melodies that mean more than most throwaway synth lines in the modern scene. Tasteful and timeless as always from Roger.

After laying low in the burroughs for a few years the NY Stomp is back! Reconnecting with the raw, driving spirit of classic New York house, the project delivers a heavyweight, floor-focused EP. Each cut captures the kind of club energy that once shook iconic early-'90s institutions like The Tunnel, Twilo, and Sound Factory. This is unapologetic, no-frills house music made for serious systems and peak-time moments.

Upstate EP is the third various-artists release from MAZE, bringing together four tracks across deep house and house. It's been a while since the last EP of fresh productions from long-serving Parisian producer LaRoye - three years in fact. On this belated and welcome return to action, the French artist transfers from Mad Mats and Tooli's Local Talk label to the fast-rising Deeppa Records imprint. Key To World Peace is the third release by Prophetic Justice Ministry - aka Australian musician Sam Perry. An atmospheric, cinematic album that belies a striking pop songwriting nous at its core, its conductor Prophetic Justice Ministry is at the centre of a new wave of creative, rule-bending Melbourne artists. Romantic, smudged and hazy, Perry emerges from behind a wall of
half-light with a clutch of earworms and affecting emotions.

Recorded in home studios in Belgrade (Serbia), Christchurch (New Zealand) and Melbourne (Australia) over the course of three years, Key To World Peace offers a dichotomy in approach. Shifting on a dime between ambient, filmic washes of sound and more traditional song structures, the approach feels natural, casually acid-tipped and emotionally revealing. While Perry’s
distinctive keys and production melding with melody is evidenced in Melbourne group Who Cares?, as Prophetic Justice Ministry there’s a heightened sense of mystery and space being used.

Swirling in a psychedelic fog with dry iced chords falling down like melting stars, the album pulses with an ominous, distorted intro that sculpts air into blocks of sound before Psyop offers a glimpse through the gloom at the artist navigating through crushed, shoe-gazing chords, singing a consolation into an abandoned building. Side A’s more abstract tone veers from industrial tracks (T-A) to pastoral, impressionistic pieces (Trance) before album highlight Life’s A Party showcases the effortless, classic songwriting lurking in Prophetic Justice Ministry. Built on the tension between the upbeat lyrics and suppressed, rich delivery, the song lopes on an alluring loop with acoustic guitars and Perry’s voice walking a tightrope between irony and sincerity. The song blooms into a bright burst of light, almost inducing synesthesia in the listener and reminding a little of The Beta Band’s most outre and catchy moments.

Opening Side B, Naked Shine’s scintillating guitar is punctuated by a sub bass swell that offsets the yearning vocal performance. With palpable sensitivity the song is shepherded into short, atmospheric passages before Love Drum’s direct delivery: Perry’s vocal and guitar, dancing over a hint of distortion feels like Syd Barrett at his most casually brilliant. Carrying on the tradition of a single cover on every Prophetic Justice Ministry release, here Lana Del Rey’s Mariner’s Apartment Complex is given a stripped back but faithful treatment. With a sound that feels like a hushed, Chris Isaak classic it’s testament to Perry’s own compositions that the cover doesn’t outshine the rest of the album. Album closer and single Spirit House Party combines a classic chord progression with Perry’s double-tracked vocal into a murky but brilliantly catchy chorus. While nowhere near as lush in its production, there’s something in the atmosphere of Prophetic Justice Ministry’s vocal sitting in the mix just so that reminds us of The Electric Prunes’ Holy Are You-era work with David Axelrod.
Key To World Peace flits between displaying a spectrum of blurred emotional resonance in its instrumental passages and vulnerability in the shape of raw, melodic songwriting. With his Periodical EP, Isaiah delivers a six-tracker rooted in the foundations of early techno, built around percussion, groove, and stripped-back functionality. As a driving force in the underground scene, both as a DJ and the founder of the Frenzy and Vulged collectives, Isaiah meticulously designed this EP for selectors and club settings.

Opening with 'Monthly', the EP sets the tone with a punchy kick, crisp high-end percussion and a driving bassline, while smeared textures and subtle effects create depth within a minimal framework. 'Yearly' intensifies the approach, with sharper hi-hats and layered mid percussion pushing the energy forward, maintaining a hypnotic yet no-frills momentum.'Hourly' keeps the focus on rhythm, pairing dense percussion work with a bouncing bassline that locks into a steady groove, while occasional pad accents add flashes of brightness.

On the second half, 'Real' strips things back, centering around a rolling bassline and sparse percussion, with shimmering synth touches guiding the track into deeper territory. 'Everlasting' reintroduces a tougher edge, driven by a hard-hitting kick and a bouncing low end, while eerie synth elements add a darker tone. Closing the EP, Beau Didier, a rising force in the Techno scene and fellow Frenzy collective member, reshapes 'Everlasting' into a smoother, more low-end focused roller. Known for his heavy basslines and powerful rhythms, Didier brings the bassline to the forefront, softens the percussion and introduces vocal chops that expand the atmosphere.

On his debut EP on Regal's Backspin Records, the 8th release of the newborn imprint, Isaiahpresents a focused collection of percussive techno tools built for diverse sets, offering tracks for every moment while maintaining a consistent, groove-driven identity throughout.

Isle of Jura is proud to present the first official reissue of Esa’s self titled LP originally released in 1987. Following the 2024 reissue of iconic single 'A Muto', this full album release marks a bittersweet milestone for the label. Developed in close collaboration with the estate of the legendary producer Martin Socko Moukoko following his passing last year, this reissue stands as both a definitive archival release and a respectful tribute to his legacy in Cameroonian music.

Originally released on Atesa in 1987, Esa is a pristine encapsulation of the "Paris Makossa" phenomenon. In the mid 1980s, Cameroon’s finest musical minds migrated to Parisian studios, cross pollinating traditional rhythms with cutting edge European studio electronics and Antillean Zouk sensibilities. At the absolute center of this movement was visionary producer Martin Socko Moukoko. The album is driven by the dancefloor anthem 'A Muto', which showcases a brilliant fusion of horn heavy Makossa and slick Antillean Zouk. Across the five other expansive, spiritual tracks, the sonic template expands significantly. Striking a perfect balance between the urban, brass led grooves of Douala Makossa and the fast, driving, syncopated polyrhythms of Cameroonian Bikutsi, the LP delivers a unique rhythmic energy. These traditional backbones are seamlessly laced with Martin Socko Moukoko’s advanced studio programming, bubbling digital synthesisers, slinky slap bass, and rich, layered harmony vocals.

By bringing the full LP back into print alongside Martin Socko Moukoko’s family, Isle of Jura ensures that his musical legacy is preserved, allowing this timeless intersection of Cameroonian tradition and electronic innovation to be heard exactly as it was intended.

UK born, Fremantle-based producer Jon E. makes his return to Natural Element, after his sell-out debut release ‘Smoke’ in 2025 captured the attention of DJs and dancefloors around the world.
Here sees the first of a two-part series of EPs that displays the fruits of a deeply creative phase following an injury that had him bed bound for months. The sonic progression from his debut is tangible across all four tracks, with an enhanced palette and clear versatility. The EP is a deeper expression of his production skills and unique, authentic sound. Natural sounds of the city make for an organic touch throughout, giving tracks an atmosphere that makes them feel alive. ‘One More Time’ sets the pace with an irresistible groove that is both bold and refined, steeped in jazzy tones and calling to mind summer day parties. ‘We Can Make It’ is a blissful and uplifting jam that goes on a journey of its own, leaving a lasting impression with the delicate, distinct vocals of Roxanne forming a perfect match. On the flip, ‘Raise Them Up’ takes things a little deeper with a moody roller inspired by Moodymann, and ‘Day n Night’ rounds off the record in style with a more lo-fi groover exhibiting loose drums, intricate percussion and floating brassy licks.

Alpha’s Trip continues its vinyl journey with the Day Tripper EP from French producer - Framboisier. The title track sets the tone with rolling rhythms, E-MU basslines, and subtle UK garage inflections, while ‘Body Double’ leans into deeper territory through understated grooves. ‘Kessel Drive’ pushes forward with late-night energy, blending progressive and tech house influences into a stripped-back but effective club tool.

Throughout the EP, nostalgic vocal fragments and warm pads meet punchy low-end pressure, creating a sound that feels both timeless and contemporary. Designed for intimate dancefloors and peak-time moments alike, Day Tripper showcases Framboisier’s ability to fuse character and functionality. Closing the release, Alpha’s Trip founder A for Alpha delivers an exclusive remix, reshaping the original around a driving, seductive bassline and her signature atmospheric pads, while maintaining the groove-focused energy that runs throughout the EP. A versatile package that moves effortlessly between warm-up sets, intimate dancefloors, and late night moments, Day Tripper is a record built for selectors who value depth, movement, and timeless house music.

A1 “Oktogon” opens with hypnotic textures, acid-tinged energy and a powerful groove shaped by Sandro Zampera’s drum programming. A2 “Planet C” drifts into balearic territory, where Mattia Rigon’s romantic sax floats over Colosimo’s warm foundation.
On the flip, “Italian Dream” blends Italo-inspired rhythms with nostalgic atmospheres and Rigon’s distinctive sax lines. Closing the EP, Edb delivers a deep and mesmerizing reinterpretation of “Oktogon”, built around magnetic grooves, suspended tension and late-night dancefloor energy.

Iranian-born and Paris-based Nesa Azadikhah delivers dancefloor ready tech house cuts for her debut EP on the Berlin label. Thoma Bulwer delivers a solo EP and part of his soul in this diverse 4 tracker with titles conceived in his studios at different points in his life and studio engineering career, all revamped or freshly written to this ‘mini-album’. The A1 kicks off with ‘Work It’ a 4×4 house n techno roller you’d be familiar hearing at Starlane Pizza Bar, something like Hackney Wick meets Perlon. A2 ‘Bit’s n Bobs, is an electro, 2Step garage deep roller inspired by his time at Freerotation festival and digging their at Template of Vinyl. B1 ‘Situation Escalation’ is exactly what is says on the tin and captures at intense night and time in his life. The EP rounds off with B2 ‘Home Wrecker’, a wonky garage and breaks track with dental vocal clicks from the past fused in to nasty UK bass n drums and write raw to the floor.

On the A-side, Glass Echoes, features two cuts between techno and electro, navigating between darkness and light, rawness and polished brilliance.
Neon Drive comes in two variations on the flip – dark and extra funky electro driven by conversing baselines, followed by a dubbed-out version designed for those moody late-night moments.

Robin Ordell returns to his own No Time County with Civic TV EP, delivering the label’s fourth installment.

For WOLFEP088, we’re welcoming an Italian stallion to the WOLF stable. DJ Soch is a renowned DJ, producer, and label owner whose roots in house music run deep. Beginning his journey behind the decks in the mid-1980s, he has spent more than four decades honing a sound shaped by house, techno, disco, funk, hip-hop, and the timeless influence of Detroit and Chicago. As the founder of Black Angus Records and a resident DJ at the renowned Italian club Serendipity, he has shared lineups with some of the best to ever do it, helping to shape Italy’s underground electronic music scene.

When his tracks hit the WOLF inbox, we knew we were onto something special. The first one we heard, ‘Let Me Tell You’, was an instant yes, must sign moment. There’s skippy drums, warm keys, church organ, a heavy bassline and a pleading, soulful male vocal. One of those tracks that should come with a neck-brace. Soulful, but powerful. There’s also a ‘Power Mix’ version that keeps all the elements we loved, but strips back the vocal and ramps up the church organ. Absolute Holy Ghoster! This is the type of track that would have torn up the dance floor at the Shelter, a real Timmy Regisford tops-off jam.

On the flip, there’s a hypnotic deep house groove entitled, ‘Chewing Gum’. This is proper stuff, heads-down, deep house for the dance floor. We’ve paired it with a remix from Prince Palmer, one of the standout remixers of recent years, and a great group of guys. The Prince has delivered a reinterpretation that gives a nod to 90s US Garage, complete with all the trademark production chops you would expect from a regular on the stellar Bobby Donny label. It’s a track that wouldn’t sound out of place on a peak-period Strictly Rhythm 12”, so that’s all you need to know.

A bad idea rarely arrives all at once, it drifts in slowly, playful at first and impossible to resist. With Bad Idea, Warsaw-based Ukrainian artist uiava delivers Groovebox’s first-ever vinyl release: a five-track journey through house and electro, balancing warmth, tension, groove, and emotion across a 12” and digital EP. Bad Idea Pt.1 opens the record with a playful and constantly evolving house cut full of unexpected turns, swinging grooves, and subtle details. Fellow Warsaw artist PayoYayo reshapes the original into a driving, tool-focused reinterpretation, hypnotic, functional, and built for the darker hours of the dancefloor. On A3, Bad Idea Pt.2 sharpens the rhythm with restless percussion, rolling movement, and stripped-back energy designed to lock bodies into motion without ever standing still. Berlin-based artist Nat Wendell opens the B-side with a timeless nine-minute reform remix of Bad Idea Pt.3. Slowly unfolding and rich in detail, his version expands on the original’s emotional message, transforming it into a patient and powerful club journey suspended somewhere between introspection and peak-time energy. Closing the release, Bad Idea Pt.3 dives into deeper emotional territory, an electro piece filled with fragile melodies, playful tension, and a strong emotional message that lingers long after the last notes have faded away.

Chronicles Diary returns with WAYF VOL.2, the second chapter in its ongoing When Are You From? series. Exploring the idea of duality, the compilation unfolds across four tracks that balance tension and release, density and space, movement and stillness. Tensal opens with the driving Suspense, followed by Stanislav Tolkachev’s shifting and elusive Invisible Shapes. On the B-side, MMSS & Time Traveler deliver the hypnotic Interval, while Conceptual & Mohamad Kafarsoussa close with Sezione Aurea, a deep study in proportion and restraint. Four distinct visions converge around transformation, continuity and contrast, further expanding the sonic narrative of Chronicles Diary’s contemporary underground techno aesthetic.
