Nu Vision is a modern salon for visionary leaders, fighting for their art, standing by truths, defending voices, honoring progenitors, whilst pushing forwards towards a new paradigm. The band all have their own stories and extensive discographies, records released on labels you might know, gigs played in places you might have attended but none of that matters. This is a new beginning. A group. A collective.A movement. Nu Vision is a band in the classic do-you-believe-in-alchemy sense. Equal parts rhythm, damage, and deep feeling. Their friends at DFA noted that the album “sounds like Depeche Mode scoring a Michael Mann montage: brooding,motorik, and shot through with black-and-blue beauty.” this idea is taken further in the first video from the album for track one / side one “Time” that launches the project publically along with the albums announcement. The palette of ‘The Seed’ is defined and refined in the best way. It’s an album that opens up many pathways. Brisker, freakier tracks like “Shadow In The Dark,” “R U Serious?” and “Humanity” run towards a softer finish with “Somedays” and the seven-minute, eyeliner-smearing closing ballad, “Lullaby Garden.” These are proper songs made with vintage machines, with a sound that carries obvious influences. ’ The Seed’ pulses forward as the body of the beast is turned inside out, wearing a beating heart on its sleeve, honoring those who left us too soon - DAF’s Gabi Delgado, Nitzer Ebb’s Douglas McCarthy, Depeche Mode’s Andrew Fletcher, and Sandwell District’s Juan Mendez. It’s important to note the emotional core of ‘The Seed’ album is the song ‘Synchronicity’ that is filled with both love and regret, the story of losing a friend without properly making amends. It is unquestionably heartbreaking, but is also delivered with a pang of hope, the feeling that with so many sunrises caught, so many additions and subtractions in life, a perspective has been gained. This is no freshman effort; but rather, a masterclass in continuing sonic education, delivering a unified experience from beginning to end. A New Vision

Based in Cornwall, Blind Yeo emerged from the isolation of lockdown. Built as an open collective, the project brings together musicians, visual artists and performers, developing a practice rooted in improvisation, live energy and shared creation. The Lemoine Point, their debut album, was recorded on a disused airfield near St Agnes. The title refers to a hidden geometric centre where lines converge, a metaphor that runs through the record as past, present and future meet within a single moment. Much of the album was captured live by a core ensemble including Sam Pert, Phil Self, Henry Greenham, Philippa Blum, Jake Sheridan, Will Greenham and Anouska Helm. These recordings are balanced by more intimate sessions, shaping a sound that moves between reworked folk traditions, electronic textures and raw, organic energy. Across the album, fragments of stories and emotions intertwine, exploring themes of love, duality and disorientation in time. Rooted in the Cornish landscape yet open in form, The Lemoine Point unfolds as a space where place, people and memory converge into a fluid and immersive whole.

Two Thou’s Oraculu releases a full length spiritual electronics LP with tubaredefining Theon Cross, homeboy Taymour Khajah, soulful presence of D’Monk and Division81 vibe designer Sonny Daze. The sun-inspired record sets a high energy moment for Oraculu, blurring all the lines between the dancefloor, the horns, Berlin, London, Chicago, and Sardinia. This record is about change. I’ve started to be less interested in the fire of the sun, the explosion, the heat. The consistency, the orbit, the return got my full attention. Until it clicked, that repetition is a fundamental aspect of change.

For The Black Is The Night EP, longtime Chicago house figure Vick Lavender joins forces with multi-instrumentalist Justin Dillard for three deeply musical downtempo cuts, bringing together the language of Chicago house with jazz, soul and live instrumentation.
Born and raised on Chicago's West Side, Dillard is a pianist, Hammond organist, percussionist, composer and arranger whose musical path has crossed with figures such as Branford Marsalis, Ornette Coleman, Roscoe Mitchell and the late Von Freeman. His musicianship has also become an integral part of Lavender's richly organic productions over the years.
Across three tracks, Lavender and Dillard slow down the tempo without losing the pulse. Warm keys, live instrumentation and loose percussion unfolding through the kind of deep, soulful arrangements that have long defined their work together.
A return to Chicago, but from a different angle.

Producer duo Crossroads is back with another track featuring the talented young singer Cler. This time, they’re taking on a huge classic originally by Grover Washington Jr. and Bill Withers. 'Just The Two Of Us'—a soul classic that’s been loved across three generations—gets a fresh update here, perfectly matching today’s modern soul sound. And once again, Cler delivers goosebumps with her vocals, bringing a seamless mix of simplicity and passion to an timeless hit.

Following last year's ''Magic Overlooked'' EP, DJ AGITATED returns to the Dolly TS series. ''Horses of Volcanoes and the Moon'' sounds as big as its title. Frantic vocal loops, deep dub stabs, fast paced strings and funky basslines, sky is the limit! DJ AGITATED delivers beautiful techno for the soul yet again.

Shaka from Switzerland has always been someone on our radar and after receiving a test pressing of his release on Seasons Limited of the track Smoky Club the question was asked to do something to suit Ten Lovers Music and he has delivered. Drafting in Michael Berry on additional keys and Martin Cappi on flute, From West To South is as at home on the dancefloor as it is nodding along to at home.

Onto side AA and Takahiro Fuchigami from Japan delivers 3 superb broken beat gems, Rhythm Section, Sliding Window and Sparkling Fate are all very different but musically perfect to our ears.

With World Beats Vol. 3, Lello Di Franco recruits a powerhouse team of remixers known for their dancefloor instinct—featuring Gerd Janson, Johannes Albert, Ben Hixon, and Gerd. Together, they preserve the cosmopolitan, percussive pulse of the original tracks while elevating them into peak-time club anthems. This masterfully crafted remix EP breathes new life into the project through diverse yet seamlessly cohesive interpretations. Confessions of a Lonely Heart follows the journey of a heart searching for connection. Across nine tracks, including “Miss Me More,” “Someday” and “Psycho,” Eric Nam shares deeply personal confessions of heartbreak, yearning, obsession and self-discovery. While the stories are his own, the emotions behind them are universal: the desire to love, be loved and feel understood. “Loneliness can make us feel as though we’re the only person experiencing it, when in reality, it’s one of the most universal parts of being human,” Eric shares. “This album gave me a place to be honest about emotions that can be difficult to admit and confess things we often keep to ourselves. My hope is that people can hear pieces of their own stories in these songs and feel understood by them. When we’re willing to share what’s in our hearts, we remind one another that none of us is truly alone, and together, we can all be a little less lonely.”

Electronic musician nthng presents his fifth album, Last Light of the Sun, his debut release on topo2. Renowned for his meticulous productions and quietly distinctive artistic voice, nthng continues to move effortlessly between ambient, IDM, dub techno, and drum & bass without ever feeling bound by genre. Last Light of the Sun shows that the album format is a natural home for nthng's expansive musical vision. Since the beginning of his career, the Canadian beatsmith, record digger and music connoisseur has been making a name for himself with his signature sound and on this record he gives an amazing display of what he's capable of doing being backed up by an all stars team that features AZ, Havoc, Slum Village, Onyx, Inspectah Deck, Ill Bill, Skyzoo, Guilty Simpson and 20+ other legendary MC's. A few years after its original release, we've decided to team up with MoSS to bring you this masterpiece on wax and, for the occasion, he's also added an unreleased bonus track called "We Here" that features Smif-N-Wessun that, together with "Emotional Redux", we've put on a 7" together with its instrumental. Existentia! Flug channels his signature raw, hypnotic techno across four tracks on his home turf. The label founded by Argentine-born, Barcelona-based Flug, puts out a release from its own creator. A veteran of the scene since 2007 with a catalogue spanning CLR, SOMA, Drumcode LTD, Rekids and Mord.

Laura Nyro was an astonishing talent. She was born into a musical family in The Bronx, NY in 1947; her father, Louis Nigro (pronounced Nigh-gro), was a jazz trumpeter, and music was her coping mechanism during a difficult childhood. By the time she was 8 she had taught herself to play piano and was composing her own songs, and during high school she would sing with a group of Puerto Rican friends, harmonising on street corners and in subway stations.

Es handelt sich um einen Vermerk, den der Dark-Ambient-/Industrial-Titan Lustmord beinahe in die Liner Notes seiner neuen Zusammenarbeit mit der Schlagzeuglegende Dave Lombardo aufgenommen hätte. Bei ihrer ersten Zusammenarbeit loten sie die Tiefen des ursprünglichen Industrial und Dark Ambient aus und schaffen dabei etwas, das über die reine Musik hinausgeht. Dave Lombardo bedarf keiner Vorstellung. Sein Ruf als innovativer Schlagzeuger und musikalischer Vorreiter ist unübertroffen. Ob es nun seine jahrzehntelange Tätigkeit bei den Thrash-Metal-Giganten Slayer, seine vier Alben umfassende Zusammenarbeit mit den einflussreichen Experimentalisten Fantômas oder seine Arbeit mit dem renommierten Komponisten und Saxophonisten John Zorn war - Lombardos Leidenschaft für den Klang und seine spirituelle Verbindung dazu überschreiten alle Grenzen Lustmord ist der walisische Musiker, der weithin als Begründer der Dark-Ambient-Musik gilt. Er war zunächst in den frühen 80er Jahren als Mitglied von SPK mit der Industrial-Szene verbunden, bevor er seinen charakteristischen Sound mit Veröffentlichungen wie ,Paradise Disowned" aus dem Jahr 1986 etablierte. Über sein Solowerk hinaus hat Lustmord eine umfangreiche Karriere als Kooperationspartner und Film- sowie Spielekomponist aufgebaut, wobei er mit Bands wie den Melvins, Tool, Nurse With Wound und Wes Borland zusammengearbeitet hat; zudem hat er zu über vierzig Kinofilmen beigetragen, darunter ,First Reformed", ,The Crow" und ,Underworld".

Das ursprünglich 2016 veröffentlichte Album „The Divine Feminine“ markierte einen der einschneidendsten Wendepunkte in einer Karriere, die von kreativer Neuerfindung geprägt war. Nachdem Mac Miller auf seinem 2015 erschienenen Album „GO:OD AM“ seine Rap-Fähigkeiten noch einmal unter Beweis gestellt hatte, überraschte er seine Fans mit einem kühnen Kurswechsel und schuf ein Konzeptalbum, das seine Ansichten über die Kraft der Liebe und die heilige Energie der Frauen thematisierte. Von Pitchfork als „mit Abstand sein bisher mitreißendstes Album“ gepriesen, deuteten der Einsatz seiner Gesangsstimme und der genreübergreifende Ansatz beim Songwriting bereits die Entwicklung an, die sich auf seinem 2018 erschienenen Album „Swimming“ weiter konkretisieren sollte. Die 10-Jahre-Jubiläumsausgabe von „The Divine Feminine“ enthält drei bisher unveröffentlichte Songs aus den Aufnahmesessions des Albums und wird ab dem 2. Oktober als 3LP mit bedruckten Innenhüllen in einer Single-Pocket-Hülle erhältlich sein.
