Each track is built around sharp Rhodes and Clavinet keys, laying down cosmic, groove-heavy foundations. At the heart of the tracks, deep textures and bleepy FX create a hypnotic space, while the synths deliver airy, futuristic leads, giving every cut an interstellar dimension.

Regarded by many as the greatest funk album of all time, ‘One Nation Under A Groove’ was recorded at United Sound in Detroit & included a live track from their concert appearance at the Monroe Civic Center in Louisiana in April 1978. The band’s tenth studio album released during September 1978 was also their most commercial & gave the band their first platinum disc. The iconic title track was an international hit and a US R&B No.1. With lead guitarists Michael Hampton & Eddie Hazel dazzling, the personification of funk Bootsy Collins on bass, Bernie Worrell & Walter “Junie” Morrison’s keyboard wizardry & many more, the album was produced by the genius of George Clinton. Regularly ranked at or near the top of various “best album” lists, ‘One Nation Under A Groove’ is mastered for vinyl in a deluxe facsimile gatefold sleeve with booklet & lyric inner sleeves, all housed in a protective PVC sleeve. The albums’ original bonus songs are now included on a second 12-inch “Special EP” which adds the rare 11-minute “Disco Mix” of ‘One Nation Under A Groove’ to replicate the original first UK pressing from 1978. FUNKADELIC Masterminded by the larger-than-life figure of George Clinton, Funkadelic was a key component of his influential P-Funk empire. Funkadelic’s unique combination of Rock, Psychedelia, R&B & Soul led to the band crossing over to the pop mainstream & gaining a vast international following, becoming one of the most important & influential groups in music. On 6 May 1997, Parliament / Funkadelic were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame by Prince. House and techno mainstay Steve Bug returns to Nu Groove with four-track EP ‘Let’s Work’, showcasing the sound of a true electronic pioneer on vinyl. A raw, groove-driven selection of previously overlooked 1990s recordings by legendary Turkish jazz impresario Okay Temiz, compiled here for the first time.



As the story goes, throughout the 1990s, Okay Temiz roamed the nights of İstanbul in search of rhythm — moving through its far corners, from the seedy underbelly to gypsy neighborhoods, from the outskirts of the city to smoke-filled taverns where cigarette haze turns into a living cloud atlas — capturing a largely unknown and maverick period of his work.



Compiled by long-time producers Haluk Damar and Erinç Güzel, the album brings together Turkish folk textures, İstanbul tavern sound, spiritual jazz, raw street groove, and flashes of Turkish psychedelia — with moments shaped by Temiz’s own distinctive vocals. The result is a deep, percussive, and highly playable set.



Positioned between global jazz, rare groove, and dancefloor material, İstanbul Groove is a strong crossover release with appeal across both listening and DJ set contexts.

Aubrey is Allen Saei, a UK techno veteran who shaped the early scene as a DJ and record shop worker, but also with his influential label Solid Groove. It launched in 1991 and burned bright for 13 years with fans including Derrick May and Terry Francis. In 2026, it returns with a brand new EP from the boss himself, following a major studio upgrade. His sound harks back to those golden early days but in subtle ways: 'Timing Shock' has booming kicks and wispy synth details bring a future feel. 'Complex Vortex' is a trippy wormhole, 'Spinning Gravity' is deep, Detroit-style machine warmth and 'Cracker Jacker' burrows into a distant cosmic abyss. A fine return from Aubrey.

Nu Groove spotlights the artists that made this cult NYC label a favourite of crate diggers then and now with this special vinyl release of their vital tracks revisited by leading selectors of today. The label, born in 1988 by Frank and Karen Mendez as an outlet for the experimental works of the Burrell Brothers, quickly became a home for up-and-coming genre pioneers. ‘Nu Groove Edits, Vol. 8’ opens with DJ Steaw’s Autumn Reshape of ‘Window Guards’, originally by N.Y. House’n Authority - a moniker of Rheji Burrell. Next up is Steve Mac’s remix of NYC favourites The Sound Vandals’ ‘Tonight’s The Night’, followed by another seminal N.Y. House’n Authority record, ‘APT. 3B’ remixed by Dazzle Drums. A third track from the mind Rheji Burrell closes out this vinyl collection of future record box staples, with Seamus Haji reworking The Utopia Project’s ‘File #1’.

Mate knows that you can't really beat the original deep house blueprint so the music it releases doesn't often try. Instead, it just tweaks and refines, colours a little around the edges, but always keeps musicality and soul at the centre. Toolate Groove is next up with a super tasteful offering that opens with quietly euphoric 'Librame' and also comes as a delicious dub. '97 Ride' (Club Mix) has a distinctly 90s feel with fun Rhodes jamming and swinging claps. The Destiny Dream Dub ups the heat with a smoking female vocal and more pronounced bassline then 'Fresh From Abidjan' brings some dusty breaks to a surging groove. As classy as it gets from front to back, frankly.

Italian producer Corrado Alunni returns to the 7-inch format with a high-caliber double-sider. The A-side, 'Black Pearl', is a masterclass in jazz-funk-house elegance, weaving warm Fender Rhodes melodies with vibrant flute and trumpet solos over a sophisticated, sun-drenched groove. On the flip, 'Turn It On' keeps the energy high with Alunni’s signature blend of infectious Rhodes riffs, chunky basslines, and dancefloor-ready drums. A must-have addition for fans of soulful house and nu-disco lovers alike.

UK tech stalwart Aubrey has dropped many classics, but this one from all the way back in 1997 takes some beating. It came on the Offshoot label and has been in demand and much coveted ever since, and now reappears on his own Solid Groove imprint. 'Marathon' opens up with a liquid synth and dubby bass combo that comes to life with a warm, fizzy lead that suspends you just above the floor. 'Evacuation' has a more rigid lead and mechanical drums that work you into a lather and '6 Pole' sits somewhere between the two as a stylish, soul-infused tool that sounds as good today as ever. This is a top reissue that will excite all the real heads.

Tom Misch’s long-awaited sophomore album Full Circle finds the London-based artist, songwriter, and producer at his most personal and honest. Exploring the moments that have shaped him over the last four years: family, friendships, nature, and celebrates the work of finding his way back to himself. Made during his time spent between London, Cornwall, Portugal, and Nashville with a focus on classic songwriting, honing a collection of eleven timeless songs including the previously released singles ‘Old Man’ and ‘Red Moon’. Raffaele Ciavolino is an Italian DJ, producer, and professional engineer who has carved out a significant niche in the global house music scene. His work is characterized by a sophisticated blend of Jazzy, Funky, and Deep House, often incorporating the high-energy "Jackin" house style that has earned him consistent recognition on major genre labels. “Come In To The Jazz”, the title of his new Album, gives you an idea of what to expect - jazzy melodies and sophisticated house beats. He does so with a modern viewpoint but also plenty of reverence for the glory days of jazzy house. Trumpets and guitars feature here and embellish the drums with quality, meaningful layers of melody and mood. Sonic Groove Old Gold, the new sub-label of Sonic Groove releasing rare techno obscurities from decades past, debuts with two rare 1996/97 deep acid gems by CAT 1, originally released on Germany's Overdrive. With scarce original copies fetching very high prices online at over €100, "Revolution" and "Axion" have been updated for modern sound systems. Adam X has layered new, prominent kicks onto both tracks, bolstering the drive for today's dancefloors while keeping the original arrangements 100% intact.

The Brooklyn Players’ track “Hypnotized” was originally recorded in 2003 by a group of session musicians for a UK newspaper’s CD series free giveaway, featuring classic disco and funk. Despite efforts to identify the band members, their identities remain unknown.
A sublime boogie track with wonderful vocals, “Hypnotized” will be loved by the dancers!!
The track is now available for the first time on a limited edition 7-inch vinyl (400 copies), released by Home of The Good Groove Records (Catalog No: GG004) on March 6, 2026.
The B side “Hypnotized (Timberman Bass Groove),” includes a fantastic underlying bass line groove laid down by one of East London’s finest bass players, Timberman, enhancing the original synthesizer-bass sound.

Ascendent Dutch duo LUSU shoot skywards with a stunning solo Drumcode release ‘Move 2 the Groove’. ‘Move 2 the Groove’ is supreme. The title track picks up from where they left off with ‘DIZZY’ (with HI-LO) in terms of dancefloor impact. Marked by a hypnotic rap line, elite drum programming and a thrashing mosh pit energy, this is a percussive beast that thrills with each listen. ‘Afterlife’ shows their range, a stunning cut marked by old skool chords and celestial end-of-night energy. One of the all-time greats in electronic music, Uwe Schmidt-better known as Atom TM-joins the Sonic Groove roster with his latest masterpiece, "Exotrax". A true visionary, Uwe's discography is legendary, and this new release is no exception. It's a slickly reduced, hypnotic four-track journey in industrialized techno, showcasing his signature style-minimal, powerful, and intensely immersive. "Exotrax" which adds another brilliant chapter to his already remarkable legacy. Don't miss this one.

The legendary album from South Africa’s House and Kwaito master Doctor House being reissued for the first time with a full remaster from the original DAT tapes. Nelson Phetole Mohale released a series of albums as Doctor House. Cutting his teeth in the 80s as a session player for a host of big names like Volcano, Senyaka and Obed Ngobeni, he moved on to programming for acts like La Viva and Jivaro, also contributing to Carlos Djedje and others. Still barely out of his teens he became one of South Africa’s first rappers as part of PT House, co-written and produced by Danny Bridgens. Their debut album Big World was released in 1991 and followed by Big City Taste a year later.

Worldwide Connexion (JGRVWAX007) is the seventh vinyl release on Junked Groove, bringing together five artists from four countries on one deep house / house record.

Side A opens with BMB SpaceKid, delivering an explosive cut driven by swinging percussion, vocal chops, and a heavy low-end. His beat-making roots are front and center, resulting in an undeniable dancefloor mover. Next up, DFRA & Nick Weaver take things into a more hypnotic territory: jazzy, minimal, and smooth, with flowing harmonies and subtle synth movements that quietly reveal a solid classical foundation behind the music.

On Side B, Detroit’s own Javonntte offers a raw house anthem. Pure groove, timeless energy, and that unmistakable feeling of being locked inside the track from the very first synth line. Closing the record, Junky Palms brings a UK-rooted groove built around classic house chords, layered with psychedelic and slightly tense synths. The friendship between Sarah Jane Morris and Mario Biondi is the basis of this collaboration, born from the desire to pay homage to Roberta Flack. The idea, proposed by Sarah Jane, to reinterpret "Back Together Again" was born a few months before the death of the famous American singer. The original song, published in 1980 on the album "Roberta Flack Featuring Donny Hathaway", included the posthumous participation of Donny Hathaway, who died in 1979. Mario Biondi enthusiastically welcomed the proposal, and considering that the original song had a strong dance component, entrusted the production to Micky More & Andy Tee, one of the most important Soulful Disco House production teams on the contemporary world scene. The duo of DJs and producers from Ancona Italy have been at the top of the charts of digital dance stores for years. Alex Kardo was initially a choreographer and dancer for Riccardo Cioni, with whom he shared his most important successes in the 1980s (he is one of the two dancers dressed in red in Cioni’s legendary video “In America”). He is still very active today as a dancer and singer.

In 1988, he released “Music Flying”.

This 12″ 45rpm, in addition to the original and instrumental versions, includes a powerful Chicago house (Ron Hardy… / Electro Italo remix by Delphi, one of the Tiger & Woods who has a drum machine instead of a heart and who has been setting dancefloors in Rome and beyond on fire for over twenty years. Also included is a house version by Kardo’s loyal friend, DJ Alex Gomma.

PAPv006 delivers a refined blend of groove-led cuts primed for deep dancefloor moments. Max Kion opens the A-side with 'Revival', a warm, rolling track that builds momentum through subtle progression and soulful energy. On the B-side, the MYOB Rework of Groove P's 'Are They Real' injects a fresh, driving twist into the original, layering hypnotic rhythms with a crisp, modern edge. Closing the release, 'He's Mine' leans into deeper textures and late-night moods, rounding out the record with confidence and style. For the second release in the series, we see a beautiful mid-tempo groove in “Trust My Heart”. Another amazing piece of music composed, arranged, produced and performed by the master Mr LeRoy Huston. The song was recorded in the Curtom Studios as part of those sessions in April 1977 and has remained on the shelves unreleased ever since.

On the flip we see a track which has always been a favourite of the Home of The Good Groove brethren, and a song that is making its 7-inch debut. “I'll Be There, I’ll still Care” is taken from LeRoy Hutson’s first album as a solo artist, “Love Oh Love” from 1973. A somewhat underplayed gem, which deserves its own shining light on a 7-inch release.

Bryan Zentz, also known as Barada, is a techno luminary back on the scene with a new five-track release. Blending classic Chicago sounds with a futuristic twist, his music transports listeners to the golden era of acid techno and house. Zentz's career began in the early '90s, releasing music on visionary labels like Experimental, Bush, Definitive, and other genre-defining imprints of the era. Formed in 1969, Soul Media set out with a clear mission to fuse jazz and rock. That approach took a decisive next step with In The Groove, recorded in 1973. Here, the sharpness of jazz is brought to the forefront, rock elements are dissolved and refined to give a cutting edge, and funk is injected to add drive, elasticity, and physical force. The result is a body of music that transcends existing genre labels—jazz-rock, jazz-funk, or fusion—and stands instead as something simply, undeniably cool: strong yet sophisticated.

This album is often described as Soul Media’s response to The Crusaders, a band that saxophonist Jiro Inagaki was paying close attention to at the time. The aim hit its mark. Club Splendore was born in 2022 in Modena, Italy, as an itinerant party and club format.

Club Splendore Vol.1 is the project’s first official vinyl release and marks a natural step forward: capturing on physical format the sound that has been defining its dancefloors over the past years. On Volumes Two and Three of the series released last year, Olivier Ducret (founder of Mental Groove and Musique Pour La Danse, half of WRWTFWW) takes us back to the turn of the '90s. It was a time when he was promoting parties in fields, squats, forests, warehouses and former factoriesin and around Geneva, all while working behind the counter of a record shop called Mental Groove. While others in Switzerland's emerging dance music scene gravitated towards trance and garage, Olivier and his crew opted for a sound focused on bass, breaks, and techno. This unique approach was inspired by their regular trips to clubs, raves, and record shops in the UK. Drawing directly from his own record box and a memory bank full of euphoric dancefloor moments, this fourth installment sees Olivier reaching for more cuts of near-mythical rarity, genuinely overlooked gems, and undeniably brilliant classics - each selection has left a long-lasting impression on the local raving landscape. It's an autobiographical audio document, a historical archive, and a personal musical statement all rolled into one. With scarce original copies fetching very high prices online at over €100, "Revolution" and "Axion" have been updated for modern sound systems. Adam X has layered new, prominent kicks onto both tracks, bolstering the drive for today's dancefloors while keeping the original arrangements 100% intact.

Techno architect Damon Wild returns to Sonic Groove with a masterclass in deep-space hypnotism. The Synewave founder bridges classic 90s grit with sharp, modern production across six tracks of driving, futuristic acid and mental, dubbed-out atmospheres. From broken beats to haunting vocal snippets, this is deep, spontaneous music from a true pioneer of the hypnotic sound.

Bushwacka! returns to Nu Groove with ‘House Sounds, Vol. 2’, continuing his acclaimed series on the pioneering NYC label. This four-track vinyl release sees the London underground stalwart dive deeper into his expansive sound to deliver another set of expert cuts for discerning selectors.

On the A-side, ‘Jack The Groove’ opens with a driving rhythm and irresistible bassline, while ‘Middle Channel’ flows with hypnotic polyrhythms, fusing vintage Nu Groove influences with Bushwacka!’s unmistakable touch.

Flip it over and the aptly named ‘House Muzik’ is an unfiltered homage to the genre’s raw essence. Closing this eclectic selection is ‘Two Times’, with its punchy percussion and deep synths creating a groove-laden record that’s equal parts nostalgic and forward-thinking. With ‘House Sounds, Vol. 2’ Bushwacka! delivers another essential collection for crate diggers and dancefloor newcomers alike, reaffirming his status as one of house music’s true craftsmen.

Houseworx presents the 1st Solo EP by bavarian artist Theodor Wolff aka HMSA.
He already contributed a track to the last "Lost Housetracks VOL. 8" vinyl release, and did 2 digital only release on our imprint. With his first own ep he presents a deep house journey which is rounded up with remixes by label regulars SAKRO and Franco Strato.

It’s been a journey, but thanks to the guys at Universal Music we are very grateful and privileged to bring you this fine piece of modern soul music on vinyl.

Both tracks, on the 7-inch, are taken from the MP3 only 2020 album “Vintage R&B”.
It’s an Anglo-Swedish affair, delivered to you by Swedish songwriters, composers and musicians, Henrik Wikstrom and Anders Lewen, together with UK producer Andrew Stannard.

Side A “Time to Make A Change”, features in Episode One of the 2023 BBC documentary “Fight the Power – How Hip Hop Changed the World”. A track to surely get the dancefloor moving.
After some deliberation of which track to include as a Side B, it was decided as a “Thank you” gesture to invite Universal Music to pick the song of their choice from the MP3 album. “Good, Good Feeling” was the proposal, a song title that is reflected in the composition.

The top side, with its driving beat and the strong vocal ability of Liverpudlian Tommy Blaize, is reminiscent of a Motown track at the peak of its popularity. After listening to the lyrics, it is understandable why this track was used in a “Civil rights” segment within a documentary. A timeless message that can be applied to many social and personal life situations. Listen to the tight musical arrangement. These guys know what they are doing. A track that will surely even get my ageing hips loosened up for the dancefloor. Don’t be tricked by the “paused” ending, a wonderful touch!

The title of the flip side, “Good, good feeling” is exactly that……… A “good feeling” song. Here, the tempo is lowered slightly and the sixties vibe here also leads to a more mainstream direction compared to the A side. Those floaty soulful tones from the UK’s Louise Marshall are very pleasant to the ears, lifting your spirits on any day of the week. Like the A side, get your earlobes in to that musical arrangement. There was no holding back with the broadness of musical instruments in the studio and I especially like the sound of the flute happily skipping throughout. Overall, an enjoyable easy listen.
