It's been a long way since his debut EP at 4Lux Recordings was played by Moodyman back in 2008. Since then he also received support from influential people like Theo Parrish, Rick Wade and Cassy, just to name a few.
Strongly rooted on his Detroit/Chicago Deep House/Funk/Disco/Afro he rocks dancefloors from Berlin to Tokyo, and he's one of the current leading deep house dj's from Japan.
From downbeat to more uptempo tracks, this album is a perfect extension of Kez's path until now. Classy and lustful synths pave the way for a combination of elements that draw inspiration from his jazz masters, his motorcity heroes and a strong percusssive connection to Africa.

zurückhaltenden Label-Aktivisten aus Thüringens MiniMetropole Erfurt vielleicht ein ganz klein wenig zu dick
aufgetragen. Gerechtfertigt wäre der Name auf jeden Fall
gewesen. Schlussendlich aber haben wohl die gefühlten 12000
Jahre Danceoor-Erfahrung der beteiligten Protagonisten die
EP benannt. Dass das Ganze dabei absolut fresh rüberkommt,
steht außer Frage. Den Auftakt zu der Mini-Compilation liefern
Tino Bohne und Benjamin Brunn aka The Hangout Project mit
- I´m crazy about you', einer charmanten Elektronik-Nummer,
die durch ein wunderschön und dezent eingesetztes VocalSample sowie einer sowas von überraschend loslegenden 4/4-
Bassline überzeugt. Diese erinnert auch sofort daran, dass
man zum tanzen auf der Welt ist. Weiter geht es mit Le
Rubriques Abenteuern in der - Bar Celona'. Ob diese nun in
Katalonien oder Hessen steht, weiß man nicht. Die Tonart ist
auf jeden Fall nach Frankfurter Art, so dass der Bembel bebt.
Kez YM ist sowieso egal, in welcher Region oder Galaxie sich
etwas bendet. Mit - CL05VER06' lässt er Raum und Zeit auf
jeder Tanzäche links und rechts der Milchstraße zerießen,
wie es auf unserem Planeten noch am ehesten die großen
Meister in Michigan zelebrieren. Und dass Johannes Albert
seinen ganz eigenen - Style of House' hat, sollte nun wirklich
jeder wissen. Ob in der Waldschänke Dornheim oder im Boiler
Room Amsterdam! Check!
Laseech, a Croatian producer and Cosada label owner with releases on BBE, Lumberjacks In Hell, Red Ember Records, and Forbidden Dance, is continuing a string of excellent releases with Rising Soul. Known for his dedication to house music, Laseech has built an international reputation through collaborations and remixes with some of the genre's most respected architects, including Ron Trent, Patrice Scott, Javonntte, and Dego. "Rising Soul is actually one of the first tracks I did back in 2017 while I was heavily into sampling. I was jamming with my MPC1000, and Rising Soul came up. I never thought that it would become such an effective song that works on the dancefloor every time." Laseech explains. Kez YM, a highly respected Japanese producer and DJ, has been a key figure in the global house music scene for almost two decades. Originally from Chiba and now based in Berlin, his unique approach to house music has led to releases on esteemed labels such as City Fly, Faces Records, Yore, and 4Lux. When describing his version of the track, Kez simply stated: "VIBES." Well, no one will argue with that. The last version comes from Cycle Records' founder Jan Kincl, a prominent Croatian music producer and DJ with releases on labels like BBE, Far Out, Sonar Kollektiv, and Get Physical. "I've been playing Andrej's original for years. He undoubtedly made some good stuff recently, but this one remains among my firm favourites from him. Kez delivered a beautiful version that took it further towards jazz territory, so I decided to make a version that would bridge those two." Jan explains. "I knew we could build a very good record around Rising Soul, with versions that would give DJs different options for different moments during the party. I guess we did a good job because some of the early supporters include DJs from all over the place - Laurent Garnier, Alex Barck from Jazzanova, Marcel Dettmann, Alex Nut (Eglo), Sasse, Chicago's K' Alexi Shelby, Lakuti, Ian Friday and Truncate, among others.
First Floor is a japanese music lover and producer who got noticed by his release on swedish elite label Local Talk in 2018. For his second vinyl release, he digging deep again and shows some well crafted House tunes with some dope beats and great melodies. Topping things off there are 2 remixes: fellow japanese wizard Kez YM (Faces Recods, City Fly, 4Lux) adds some club flavour while new hot shot Simon Hinter (Freerange) stays deep and funky. Produced by Pablo Valentino, founder of Faces Records with MCDE, this fifth release features collaborations with Kez YM and Simbad; a Eureka! debut... The A side kicks us off with 'Bananas', with its edgy house groove and up-tempo piano riff, followed by the more downtempo chillout jazzy track, 'Inspiracao'.
