La Rama Records News

La Rama is hyped to bring you the debut 12” of an incredible Montreal based DJ/Producer, Ghazi aka Visionaire Not Millionaire. With some singles on VAs making it out in to the world over the last few years, it was time for Ghazi to have a maxi of his own. ‘Electrika’ arrives with a massive nu-school title track, the Bass/Break rumbler ‘L.O.S.T.’ & the dungeonous ‘Distress’. All this rounded off with our main man Marco Passarani’s second appearance on the label with a Passarani Club Dub!

Straight dance floor power for all your international party needs. Thank you for rocking with us :-)

Music & Mix by Ghazi aka Visionaire Not Millionaire. Mastered & Cut by Marco Pellegrino. Remix by Marco Passarani. Design by KG. Distributed by Mother Tongue & La Rama Records.

Dj Dial-On gets the call, we need more jams! This is the follow up to ‘Lil’ Mo b/w Take A Dip’ released back in 2021. The Montreal native DJ, producer & plumber sets you up with all the fittings needed to make the connection. Club music from working hands for all hours of the night.
We are also greatly honoured to include a remix from one of our favourite players on the scene. A great DJ/Producer & provider of incredible music via Safe Distro, Århus’ own C.K. It’s a wonderfully evocative version that will keep any dance floor bouncing
Skillfully mixed by Gabriel Rei, Mastered by Cristobal Urbina, Design by KG, pressed by Mother Tongue in Verona… it’s a beautiful thing!

Gene Tellem & Gabriel Rei are back as Game Plan with ‘Offset’, the follow up to their debut ‘Club Negotiations’ on Bienvenue Recordings. Three smashing tunes for the floor + a stunning remix from Metrolux head XDB!

All basses covered on this one! The 12” kicks off with the original mix of ‘Crazy For Congas’ providing an infectious House/Tribal groove. As the OG mix ends, the reshape kicks in… XDB strips the original down to build up the perfect Tech/Minimal companion for the AM hours!

The B side comes out swinging with ‘Industry’ in a Dub Techno sound to stoke the movement on the floor. Last but not least, a well rounded record always has a banging B2 & Game Plan would not leave you hanging. Play ‘Offset’ when you need to give the dancers some sweet satisfaction.

2025 Repress

Tazz is back on wax after a short break with three high quality grooves produced over the last few years. The local DJ/Producer and dear friend of the shop took some time out to start a family after a serious stretch of releases on labels Underground Quality, Tsuba, New Kanada and his own Infected Rhythms.

We are overjoyed to present ‘Razmattaz’, a serious 12” for your crate & the return to form of a top notch music maker :-)

T1000 kicks it off, taking up the whole A side for an 11-minute ride that could just keep on thumping. Deep & dubby Techno to lock the movers and shakers in an extended moment of gentle intensity.

TWA, short for Techno With Attitude, has Tazz going at you with an anthem for bringing down the walls! May we recommend it for high volume play, working the kick bins and getting the tweeters singing.

Underground 5 is the House jam to tip the scales. A collaboration with long time friend Bacanito. You can feel the chemistry was right on the day they laid it down. Play it out, and let us know how it goes?

Mixed by Christian Pronovost (B1) & Marcelo Cruz (A, B2).

Mastered by Miguel Graça.

Repress.

La Rama is back with a repress of the incredible Bunzinelli release! After only receiving half of our pressing the first time around, we finally tracked down our master plates and pressed up another batch.

Slightly flipped artwork and a full label sleeve for the occasion :-)

La Rama Records is proud to present four fresh feelers from our friend Bunzinelli. These tracks have weathered the storm of no-fun to provide joy and elation for the living to come... psychedelic feelings to help it all fall back in to place.

Bunzinelli has been personally involved in serving sonic treats to the world via his label and mix series Chambre Noire. He was also part of the team behind Cosmic Tones which in 2019 released 'Montreal Pleiades' featuring his first musical outing alongside local major players Priori, Dust-e-1, URA, Temple's M. Salaciak & R. Weng (the wizard behind our first release as Dj Medallion).
