We are delighted to welcome back one of our most cherished artists, Life Recorder, for the third instalment of his remarkable Time Moods series on Visions Recordings.
This latest release delivers four vibrant and immersive tracks, blending deep techno textures with refined grooves, another strong statement in the series.
Far from the hype, French DJ and producer Kriss, aka Life Recorder, has been steadily shaping a distinctive sonic identity over the years. Deeply influenced by the heritage of Detroit and Chicago’s house and techno scenes, his sound travels effortlessly across genres while remaining rooted in soulful depth.
Born in the French suburbs of Geneva and now based in Marseille, he began his journey in the 1990s, connecting with music through record shops, DJing, and the evolving club culture of the time.
With this third chapter of Time Moods, Life Recorder continues to craft a timeless and introspective musical narrative.

A fresh take on the 2020 gem from Alex Attias featuring Georgia Anne Muldrow and Kid K. This latest release brings three dynamic remixes from the mighty Kaidi Tatham, Stephane Attias, and El Mustang, each crafted for distinct moments on the dance floor.
Kaidi Tatham delivers a vibrant boogie-infused rework bursting with soulful energy. A joyful, groove-heavy ride that’s already a favorite here at Visions.
Stephane Attias steps in with a deep house interpretation, dubbed out and laced with hypnotic vocal touches and slick keys courtesy of Sean McCabe. El Mustang (Alex Attias himself) ventures into darker territory with a stripped-back broken beat version, perfect for those late-night sessions when the mood shifts and the rhythm deepens.

Visions Recordings is delighted to have Detroit's Julion D'Angelo and Chicago's SPECTER on the same record after years of trying to work together. These two Detroit masters of the deepness have released records on some of the best labels around, including Sound Signature, Tone Log, Freedom School , Tetrode , Sistrum and more.
These two tracks are original deep zmusic to dance to, but also to dive into and listen to all the details, the complex programming, and the search for unique sounds. It's special and that's why we love it and want to keep promoting it. Real music!

To celebrate the 50th release of Visions Recordings, Alex and Stephane Attias present here a 3 track EP featuringSohan Wilson on keyboards.

Starting on the A side with a long deep slow disco vibe and a shifting bass line, “In My Mind” will take you on a journey, a repetitive groove, a long jam that simply celebrates the essence of Visions Recordings with a soulful vibe.

On the B side we have “Overtones” a crazy dancefloor jam with a simple beat based on a kik drum and some percussions. The key to the track lies in the sick bass line and haunting piano riff that builds to a peak reaching a higher state of moody funkyness.

Rounding out the B-side, “Skylite” is a funky disco house track with a healthy dose of sunshine, pads, and keyboards by the wizard Sohan Wilson.

PETROS KLAMPANIS is a Greek bass player and when we heard his track “Chroma “on Bandcamp we had instantly the idea of a remix or working with him. The original track being live gives a sort of spontaneous vibe that really caught Alex ‘s attention and had the “edit / version” idea already in his head.

Without the shadow of a doubt this track was perfect to be remixed by a real musician who can understand complex jazz arrangement, so Jon Dixon came up. Jon loved the track too and did his thing. Two versions here for you to dive deep into jazz and electronic music. We hope you dig the sound of this project and enjoy the listening and maybe the dance experience with us. We will keep pushing forward the various styles and soulful grooves with an open mind and expand our visions.

Brian Owens is a soul singer, a writer and a dedicated community activist from Illinois, USA.
At Visions HQ they fell in love with his album” Love came down” from 2019, and in particular with the 2 tracks “Sparrow “and “Cool water“ ( unreleased before on vinyl ).
They got in touch with him and after nice chats and lovely exchanges, they decided to licence these two soul gems and give them a new life on a proper 2x 12” with a new mastering and some great remixes from the likes of Kaidi and Dego, Soul Supreme and Sohan Wilson.
These new versions are wonderful and kept the essence of Brian’s music but what is amazing too is to have the original versions on one side for maximum quality and loudness play. This is music, pure new soul with the respect of tradition of the 70’s soul music that we love.
The first edition with full sleeve designed by Angelo Benedetto is limited to 300 copies only. Collector’s item here, don’t sleep!

Our next release on Visions Recordings, is a Swiss Duo of extremely talented musicians producing as KEYS of LYNX and we are happy to release their first ever record on Visions. These two future boogie jazz funk tracks were sent by KOL a few months back and straight away we fell in love with the freshness and the grooves. Influenced by jazz, funk, boogie and soul from the past and the broken beat sounds ok Kaidi Tatham and the likes, KEYS OF LYNX deliver here some well needed grooves for the Soulful music lovers. On the remix duties its an in-house version “Visions Remix” by label partners Alex & Stephane Attias, taking us on an 8 minutes dancefloor journey.

At Visions we like various styles of music’s, soulful and deep. Another great release for us in 2020.

ALEX ATTIAS presents his new single featuring GEORGIA ANNE MULDROW on vocals and KID K playing soulful jazz keys . The track is simple and groovy , warm and soulful, exactly what Alex is into right now . Alex is very happy to have Georgia Anne Muldrow singing on an uptempo track and Kid K playing Rhodes , analog keys and moog bass. Theres also Cicco the percussion man laying great congas and percussions as well as Arthur Donnot young musician on sax giving the track a live jazz dimension.The B side is a dub instrumental to get the musical vibe of this track made with love . Another great release for Visions Recordings in 2019. Watch out for more goodies in the near future .

This second opus is full of exclusives tracks mixing styles and genres with a colourful palette of grooves from Paris to New York, from Detroit to London, from Italy to Switzerland and beyond. This compilation is international as you can see and Visions is very happy to release 3 vinyl singles as the compilation to have a collection and a better sound quality rather than squeezing all the tracks on an album. We will also have later the digital release and an exclusive very limited CD.

This THIRD and last part of this compilation is just what we do love, a mix of styles in the groovy genre of electronic music, Alex Attias teaming up for the first time with Sassy J for their collaboration that sees the day of a groovy monster mixing elements of afro, deep Detroit house, jazz and latinesque vibrations followed by Detroit kid Javonntte with a jazzy bossa track re edited by Alex. On the flipside, we got a new version of Alex Attias and Luman Child disco track ' Cookie Monster ' from last year here taken to a housey journey by the two Italian heroes Patrick Gibin and Volcov. This FIRST part is offering you a new version of Just One 'stay my way remixed by Detroit/Atlanta star Kai Alçé on a house journey with a killer bass groove and keys. We got on the same side a deep experimental groovy number by Daniel Maunick aka Dokta Venom taking us on a spacey journey with fat beats and unique shuffle. On the B side Hugo LX Parisian rising Star is providing a deep jazz house special jam with Florian Pellissier on keys and the last track is an intense electronic future jazz fusion jam produced by Alex Attias. There is music for everybody who love jazz, soul, house, fusion and broken rhythms.

Visions Recordings is happy to welcome the Italian trio Jaxx Madicine for a single with two jazz/house influenced tracks aimed for the dancefloor with enough music and fat beats to make you wanna fly and dance .Their specific mix of vintage and modern sounds keep the bouncy feeling that deejays love to play in their sets . Round bass, Fender Rhodes , piano and warm keys are the ingredients to this delicious meal we invite you to share with us.

The name Jaxx Madicine suggests a wide range of influences - 'Jaxx' obviously being a tilt of the hat to the original rhythms and basslines born out of Chicago house while the 'XX"s suggest a keen passion for jazz.These are the two main ingredients used by the projects founders Turbojazz and Parker Madicine, who are joined by the talented and mysterious Veez_0 - a young Italian piano player that you're bound to hear more from in the near future.Turbojazz plants his roots in the rhythms and futuristic sounds of the Broken Beat golden age while Parker Madicine leans more towards the sounds and timbres of Detroit's spacey atmospheres. These two musical worlds are married by Veez_o's incredible playing and harmonic backing. To get a proper idea of what this is about you should consider George Duke in his peak cosmic period jamming in a studio with 'High Tech Jazz"-era Underground Resistance before joining Pete Rock for dinner and then heading to a Roy Ayers concert. Absolutely delicious !

These two pure Deep House tracks are full of musicality and rich deepness that will keep the dancers happy.On the A side « Body fusion is a melodious number with deep drums , lush pads over deep synth and bass , rhodes chords, piano solo and organic percussions The B side is a soulful melodious and organic jazz house track with fender rhodes , sub bass and summer vibe to keep a smile on your face. Javonntte Detroit native producer is delivering here 4 tracks of house music for Attias brothers label. The a side contains 2 versions of a killer soulful vocal track « Searching « with his typical voice and repeating technique to get to a certain soul mantra in your head and certainly your legs ! On the flipside you have 2 rough and funky instrumental house nuggets . 2 tunes to make people dance . 2 rolling house numbers in the tradition of dirty Detroit underground dance tracks. Anthony Nicholson Chicago deep house maestro delivers here two amazing soulful deep house tracks for the Attias brothers label Visions.Visions open mind and wide vision returns here with their 15th release continuing their journey into the world of electronic dance music On the A side Anthony and William Kurk have produced an amazing soulful vocal track mixing lush pads Rhodes and beautiful vocals sustained by a solid house beat. This is a sublime journey into a soft and beautiful Chicago deep house jam that we fell in love instantanely with and wanted to share itwith the music lovers and vinyl collectors.The B side is a jazz funk number that rolls deep into Rhodes chords, moog leads and funky basseline for an 8min 20 long amazing dancefloor instrumental bomb.

With one track per side and with the great mastering and the loud cut , these two Chicago slices of goodness will find place in any dj bag for sure.
