Endlich ist das legendäre Bla Koral-Album remastered und wieder auf Vinyl erhältlich. 1991 schenkte uns das Superduo Knut Reiersrud und Iver Kleive seine unvoreingenommenen Interpretationen von Hymnen und religiösen Volksliedern. Das Album wurde von allen Seiten gelobt und gewann den norwegischen Grammy (Spellemann Music Award). Bla Koral war der Beginn einer musikalischen Zusammenarbeit, die uns bisher sechs Alben beschert hat, die alle die außergewöhnliche musikalische Handschrift des Duos tragen und alle bei KKV erschienen sind. In den letzten 30 Jahren haben sie unzählige Konzerte in ganz Norwegen und Dänemark gespielt. "Alle Musik, die uns tagtäglich umgibt, entspringt dem Bedürfnis, sich über das mitzuteilen, was uns allen unsere Gedanken und unser Leben gegeben hat", behaupten die Musiker. Zu ihrer Inspiration gehören europäische Orgelmusik, alte norwegische religiöse Volkslieder und traditionelle Chormusik aus den schwarzen Baptistenkirchen in den Südstaaten der USA. "All das ist eine fantastische Quelle, aus der man wunderbare Musik machen kann", fügen Kleive und Reiersrud hinzu.

The 1979 album "Blå Vardag" by ATLAS is in every way indispensable when looking at the progressive music history of Sweden. Their sole debut album is combining the almost Zamla -esque playfulness on tracks such as "På Gata" with intricate, mellow melodies on e.g. "Blå Vardag" and "Den Vita Tranans Väg" while infusing heavy organs, carefully refined guitar riffs and fantastic synthesized sound scapes.

Futurebae ist ein genrefluides Feuerwerk, based in Berlin, die ihr Debütalbum „BLA (Berlin Love Affair) bei uns releasen wird. Futurebae mischt die Genres zu einem sehr eigenen Mix: Einflüsse aus den 80s, gepaart mit Pop, Rave & Rap.

Inhaltlich ist das Album ein Konzeptalbum über das Selbstfinden im Berliner Großstadttrubel, zwischen Hedonismus und Depression, zwischen Freiheit und dem Wunsch nach Bindung, zwischen kompromissloser Party und schlechtem Gewissen. Futurebae vereint Party und Haltung. Nicht zuletzt ging ihr 2022er Track „Männer lol“, released am internationalen Frauenkampftag, viral.

Futurebae ist in der deutschen Szene bereits ein großer Geheimtipp: Nach Kooperationen mit Tropikel Ltd., Dilla, Dissy und Mine ist sie unter anderem gerade mit Nico KIZ im Studio. In diesem Jahr war futurebae bereits mit Provinz, Roy Bianco & Die Abbrunzati Boys, Blond und Fatoni auf Tour. Auch die großen Festivalslots ließen nicht lange auf sich warten, so spielte futurebae bereits auf dem Dockville, Deichbrand, Not Afraid Festival (in WIEN) und Modular, und spielt dieses Jahr u.a. noch auf dem Lollapalooza, Vogelball, Dilla Festival, Pangea und Singoldsand Festival. The A-side opens with two full-on techno dancefloor bangers, ‘Fake Black Out’ and ‘Do What You Want’, while the B-side leans more towards house, driven by the hypnotic progression of ‘Milano Gipsy’ and the intense bassline of ‘Chinese Coffee’. The duo’s creativity and brilliance shine through in raw, unconventional solutions that surface in every moment of the EP.

Alex Puddu's, second volume of the groundbreaking album of the soundtrack of The Golden Age of Danish Pornography from 2014, finally will be released as a new reissue on the artist's own label Al Dente in his entire original track list and with a brand new cover. The music on this record is inspired by and composed by Alex Puddu for "The Golden Age of Danish Pornography" - a collection of vintage hardcore short films from the early seventies,1971-74 directed by Danish porn pioneer Freddy Weiss - available on DVD from Pink Flamingo Entertainment.
