Urban Cookie Collective was founded by Rohan Heath in the late 80s.
The Key, The Secret was the groups first single from their debut album High On A Happy Vibe. The track was an instant hit landing at the top of the charts cross Europe and today the track is widely regarded as one of the biggest dance music anthems of the 90s.

Dutch club jazz band New Cool Collective returns with a tasty 7" featuring two cinema classics. On the A-side, they serve up their own fresh and super funky cover of 'Enter the Dragon,' the iconic theme associated with Bruce Lee and his martial arts masterpiece of the same name. The B-side features their take on 'Misirlou' which is a legendary surf rock track by Dick Dale & The Del-Tones that was made world famous when it was used as the theme from Quentin Taranto's chef d'ouevre, Pulp Fiction. This double-sider is standout for its nostalgic movie associations but also on a purely musical level it oozes class.

?Die Musik, die zum ersten Mal auf dem 8-stündigen Visual-/ Audio-Erlebnis, „Music To Refine To“, zu hören war, ist eine Anspielung auf die Idee eines Soundtracks für deinen „Innie“ bei der Arbeit. Der nahtlose 23-Minuten-Mix läuft in einer Endlosschleife und lässt die Hörer:innen in die verschiedenen Motive, Klänge und Atmosphären der Show eintauchen. Seit seiner Veröffentlichung vor zwei Wochen wurde das Video mehr als zwei Millionen Mal angeschaut, während ODESZAs soziale Posts über die Zusammenarbeit im gleichen Zeitraum mehr als 3,5 Millionen Aufrufe erreichten.

?In der mehrfach preisgekrönten Serie, deren zweite Staffel am 21. März 2025, zu Ende ging, leitet Mark Scout (Adam Scott) ein Team bei Lumon Industries, dessen Mitarbeiter:innen sich einer Trennungsprozedur unterzogen haben, die ihre Erinnerungen zwischen Arbeit und Privatleben chirurgisch trennt. The Collective Cuts sub-label of Cinthie’s 803 Crystal Grooves makes a welcome return
with a fresh VA package, featuring Willy Mikkelson, Luca Olivotto, Batch One and Roque
(CRP).
Since its inception back in 2020, Cinthie’s Collective Cuts imprint has welcome the likes of
KETTAMA, 9th House, S3A, UC Beatz, Anaxander, Azuni and many more onto the label. Here
the story continues with more dynamic house jams from Cinthie’s coterie of underground
artists from across the globe.
Nashville, USA’s WiLLY MiKK leads with Devastate, laying the foundations for the records
with a classic Hip House vibe, fusing crisp drums, bright stabs and bumpy bass with
choppy hip hop vocals. Small Great Things head honcho Luca Olivotto follows with
‘Passion’, the Berlin based Italian delivers his refreshing disco-tinged House aesthetic via
funky guitar licks, bright chord melodies, ethereal pad textures and shuffled drums.
Batch One’s ‘When U R Free’ follows to open the flip side, merging snaking arpeggios and
bouncy bass notes with uplifting piano lines and a raw, robust rhythm section. Spanish
artist based out of Basel, Switzerland Roque (CRP) then concludes the package with ‘Bring
It Down’, perfectly rounding things out on a deeper tip, raw, reduced drums carry the
groove alongside an amalgamation of chopped vocal chants, dubbed out stabs and tension
building strings.

The name may be brand-new, but you’ve heard the Estonian producer’s celebrated talents across countless labels, soundsystems and DJ sets under the 15-year-strong moniker Bisweed. Now ready to metamorphose into the next phase of his artistic journey, Adel Force brings you the Twirl EP on Albion Gold.

Dropping the needle onto each Albion Collective release reveals a labyrinth of unique, experimental dubstep styles lauded for both their success in DJ sets and original sonic visions. Holding these pillars of pioneering creativity close to its heart, the new branch of Albion Collective intensifies its focus on moving people. No song could better exemplify the Gold catalogue’s dancefloor-igniting mission statement than Adel Force’s full-throttle opening track, Is This What You Want.

The Twirl EP vinyl, like all of the Gold releases to follow, is hand-stamped, numbered, and features a gold embossed logo. Koinè is the new album by Pellegrino & Zodyaco, a record that explores the desire to escape by interpreting it as an act of emancipation, an aimless journey in search of creative freedom. The demonstration that escapism, when it is conscious, can bring us back to the heart of things. Inspired by Éloge de la fuite by Henri Laborit, the album embarks on a journey to discover a “common language” (Koinè), blending Neapolitan roots with a global and contemporary musical vision. It blends melodic traditions with disco, funk, jazz fusion, and world music, experimenting with vintage instruments, ethnic percussion, and Mediterranean atmospheres. Pellegrino, a pioneer of the “new school” Neapolitan sound, after 4 years since his last LP “Morphé” (2020) continues the path started with Zodyaco I (2018), painting an authentic portrait of modern Naples and celebrating musical contamination as a form of creative euphoria.

Founded by Robbie Redway and psychedelic researchers Mathieu Seynaeve and WaiFung Tsang, UK-based 'United Freedom Collective' has grown into a network of artists including Jordan Stephens, Falle Nioke, Eliza Shaddad, Labdi, William Rees and Facesoul. Originally conceived around psychedelic therapy sessions, online yoga and breathwork channels, the musical scope has expanded on each of the four EPs released on Maribou State's 'Dama Dama' label, and here continues with their debut on Multi Culti. This time Robbie takes the lead on production and sole vocal duties on all five tracks, presenting a range of influences and style. Lead single 'Between Memories' blends tropes of ecstatic dance with uplifting vocal piano house, somehow making flutes fit in with Detroit strings to epic, hands-in-the-air effect.' Title track ‘Bright Patterns’ bridges the gap between Jungle, Jai Paul, and Jamiroquai, a fusion of funky filtered disco-house and electroclash with side-chained pop vocal hooks. ’El Yo’ smooths things out, a dope, laid back groove with a measured reflection on psychedelic healing and the perils of spiritual bypassing. ‘Higher Drums’ warms things back up for the dancefloor with trumpet, afro-latin percussion, and flute flourishes. Finally, ‘Moonshine’ is a soaring, Amapiano-inflected post-desert-house ballad. Influenced, in their words, 'by birds, trees, Buddhism, yoga, headless way meditations, Jungian analysis, Zen Taoism, Chinese plant medicines, indigeneity, Amazonian and psychedelic cultures, icaros and world healing traditions,' the music is eclectic, ranging from afro-inspired jazz to Chinese folk, psych-rock to dub and dance music, an ambitious and inclusive range, collabs that extend well beyond the borders of western musical traditions. Their sound was described by Clash Magazine as an 'aural mosaic that glitters with colour and potential,' and while the sheen of the production and precision of the arrangements might seem a departure from Multi Culti's left-field endeavours, the psychedelic idealism and global connectivity make it a natural fit with the open-ended ethos of the label. Having already had radio support from KEXP, BBC6 Music (Laverne, Ravenscroft, Charles, Nemone, Letts), Jazz FM and Worldwide FM (Gilles Peterson), with a live show that sold out Dalston Curve Garde and The Waiting Room as well as supporting Maribou State for their recent comeback show at Islington Assembly Hall in London the collective's future is looking exceptionally bright.

Andy M & Dream Frequency "I Want Your Love" is an anthemic breakbeat piano monster with old skool synth sounds and catchy vocals.

Retropolis 5am is a banging dirty breakbeat track with a big piano riff that gets looped before exploding into more dirtiness.

A.PLUS is a piano driven breakbeat track with catchy vocals and nice dirty synth melodies to complement this 12" E.P. perfectly.

a A1 Awesome 3 & Ondamike - Ready For This [Extended Re-Edit]

“Thunder” is the second release from Hip Horns Brass Band in 2022. With “The Dream” the band paid homage to 90’s rap with the collaboration of London singer R.A.E. In “Thunder” they continue with the fusion of brass band and hip hop, but with an instrumental look and making references to contemporary rap artists.

For this recording they have had the trumpet of Miron Rafajlović, one of the references of jazz on the state scene, as well as the production of Tito Bonacera and the drums of HOSS$ Benítez one more hit. The groove that is established from the beginning —which the most music lovers will quickly recognize—, together with the careful arrangements and the enormous quality of the soloist, make “Thunder” a fresh and energetic song for the dance floors. Apart from the digital release in collaboration with graphic designer Hermes LeBleu, “Thunder” has been edited and distributed by Rocafort Records and Say it Loud Records. Side B includes the single “Marathon Runner”, a sample of the band’s first recordings that vindicates the raw sound of the street brass band.

In diesem Jahr hat Kim Gordon ihr hochgelobtes und bahnbrechendes zweites Soloalbum The Collective veröffentlicht. Das Album wurde von Fans und Kritikern gleichermaßen gelobt. Die New York Times, Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, VOGUE, Vulture, NME, The Quietus und viele mehr nannten es bereits eines der besten Alben des Jahres 2024. Nun erscheint eine Deluxe Edition des Vinyls. Die Deluxe Edition enthält zwei neue Songs, das bereits veröffentlichte "ECRP" und den neuen Track "Bangin" On The Freeway", der von einem Video unter der Regie ihrer Tochter Coco Gordon Moore begleitet wird. Kim sprach über die neue Veröffentlichung und 2024 und sagte: "Ich fühle mich, als würde ich gerade erst anfangen! Danke für die ganze Liebe!" Die limitierte Deluxe-Version der Vinyl-Platte enthält eine 7" mit den 2 Bonustracks im LP-Sleeve und ist auf silbernem Vinyl gepresst. Gordon hatte ein turbulentes Jahr, in dem sie in ausverkauften Sälen und auf Festivals auf der ganzen Welt spielte, darunter Auftritte beim Glastonbury, Le Guess Who, Bumbershoot Festival und Ohana Festival. Das in Gordons Heimatstadt Los Angeles aufgenommene Album The Collective folgt auf ihr 2019 erschienenes Debüt No Home Record und setzt ihre Zusammenarbeit mit Raisen (Lil Yachty, John Cale, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Charli XCX, Yves Tumor) fort, mit zusätzlicher Produktion von Anthony Paul Lopez.
