Aleksandar Grozdanovski aka Herzel makes his debut on Massimiliano Pagliara's Funnuvojere Records. This release follows a series of EPs on labels like Dubwax, Uncanny Valley and Hivern Discs, as well as a couple of recently self released ambient LPs.

The four tracks exemplify Herzel's mastery of cosmic soundscapes. The rarefied synth lines of A1 - Bitter Tears animate an ecstatic dancefloor. This is deep psychedelic House at its best and it resonates with the arpeggiated and enveloping B1 - Shaking Slightly. A2 - DSCN is unexpectedly raw reminiscing Ghetto House washed over with Cold Waves. Closing the record B2 - Ghosting rises in a dome of fuzzy yet penetrating frequencies. All the compositions sound exquisitely sharp and alive thanks to the skilful beat structures that create a very solid groove.

From the heart of Macedonia comes Herzel with his first EP for Uncanny Valley. The four tracks point him out as an expert for creating tracks on the blurred line between Rave and darkness. If you are listening on a proper sound system, it is almost impossible not to be moved by the mighty drones of FORMS that almost feel like tectonic shifts. GLIDE runs in similar veines and brings power to the dance floor with rolling bass synths and sublime pads. A little more straightforward is GLOWWORMS with sharp drums and an acidic synth theme only to finally merge into an elegiac climax. Finally, TWO hits hard with slapping synths and a dubby bass line, a gripping yet somehow nasty track.

'Rothschild 12' operated between 2009 and 2017 in the heart of Tel-Aviv, near the bustling intersection of Herzl street and Rothschild boulevard. Located on the ground floor of an elegant eclectic-style building which was built by Mr. Abraham Fogel exactly 100 years before it opened, 'Rothschild 12 began as an art gallery and quickly became a popular relaxed café and bar. While its front terrace faced the hustle and bustle of the city's main boulevard, in its back room 'Rothschild 12' hosted nightly live shows by a variety of established as well as up and coming independent musicians. What started off as improvised jam sessions soon developed into a full program ranging from jazz and rock to world music, hip hop and electronica. Now that 'Rothschild 12 is relocating to a new venue on Herzl street, it is time for a summary - a snapshot of the musical diversity which filled its walls - in the form of the compilation you are now holding. This musical summary of 'Rothschild 12' brings together a modern remix to a pioneering Israeli-Yemenite disco number from the seventies, a bundle of colourful and psychedelic beats,

A1 East Vision by Milanese’s finest Uabos uncovers an extraordinary musical experience with a lot of twists and twirls that are skilfully crafted. Constructed of mouth-watering synth textures and dusty melodic samples that hover over the rolling bass engine, Uabos surely delivers a dancefloor killer.

Herzel’s Transformation as the A2 track adds deep blue melodic depth on top of icy rhythmic pattern. It tickles the senses as sharp leads and powerful kicking stabs appear above the grinding bass line, providing mesmeric effect.

Flute Power’s Discothalia heats up the B side. Lush breaks and ripples meet a cloud-bursting bass line, intertwining with the ethereal vocal traces that unveil throughout the composition and into infinity.

Metropolitan Soul Museum in the closing B2 track Former Glory introduces a delicately structured musical narrative that has blocks of steady rhythmic percussion accompanied with unforeseeable melodic samples and tender vocal cut-ups.

Kulture Galerie returns with its fourth vinyl compilation, showcasing a futuristic collection of Techno and Tech House tracks infused with hints of Braindance, Electro, and Acid. The compilation opens with tracks from London’s rising star YSANNE (Semi Delicious) and Rare Happiness, both delivering perfect dancefloor destroyers that have already been tested in clubs across Europe.

Next, analogue enthusiast Perseus Traxx presents a relentless live jam packed with squelchy sounds, while on the flip side, Uncanny Valley’s Herzel teams up with North Macedonia's own L.O.V.D to deliver a slow and chuggy Electro cut.

The compilation closes with Barcelona’s mysterious and multitalented artist Sal Abi and his track “Mariani,” a unique machine-made beat full of soul and magic. Following this is the fast-paced groove of “Expandy” by Acid maestro FLX, and finally, the record concludes with the blissful and timeless “Parking” by Global Aphasia.

Vor 25 Jahren, am 25. September 1995, wurde die Tür zu einer neuen Ära aufgestoßen, die die Rockmusik sowohl in Deutschland als auch global nachhaltig beeinflussen sollte: Die Berliner Band Rammstein veröffentlichte an diesem Tag ihr Debütalbum ”Herzeleid”. Aus Anlass dieses Jubiläums geben Rammstein und Vertigo Berlin/Universal Music am 04.12.2020 limitierte und remasterte Ausgaben dieses innovativen und bahnbrechenden Erstwerkes auf CD und Vinyl heraus. Unter dem Titel ”Herzeleid (XXV Anniversary Edition - Remastered)” wird das Album mit seinem originalen Tracklisting als Einzel-CD samt aufwändigem Kreuz - Digipack in einem Deluxe-Schuber erhältlich sein, wohlgemerkt erstmals in remastertem HD-Sound. Außerdem wird eine Doppel-LP, ebenfalls im Schuber, mit 180 Gramm-Schallplatten in blauer Splattered Vinyl-Optik aufgelegt. Die komplett überarbeitete Verpackung mit zahlreichen neuen Komponenten stammt vom ursprünglichen Artwork-Designer Dirk Rudolph. Die Booklets sind zudem mit den Original-Bildern des Fotografen Praler ausgestattet. Beide CD- und LP-Editionen sind streng limitiert.
