Long requested reissue of this 1981 Barrington album, featuring some tracks not available elsewhere, like "Full Understanding" as played by the great Jah Shaka. The whole LP is heavy stuff from the Radics + Scientist combination of the day, like all Barrington's classic early albums. This album has only been available very briefly a couple of times since its original release, and it's back here pressed from new stampers from the original mothers, which means you're getting a record identical to the original press. An essential album if you love the heavy sound of the early 80s.

For years & years & years, I have been trying to get some solo music from Champa B on Future Retro London! This release has gone through so many different forms & iterations to try and accommodate getting him onto a release in some form & it's now finally here as a collaborative release with me.

I'm a huge huge fan of Champa B's tunes, especially his 93 darkside hardcore style that he previously done on releases for Modified Magic, Parallax Recordings & Green Bay Wax. I wanted so desperately to have him do some more music in that vein, but he was busy making other styles of music under his Grief alias as well as being busy with his day job to not really have the time for it.

But eventually, he was able to make some time for getting back into this style & we were able to do 2 collaborations and a solo tune each to get this done. Big thanks to him for his involvement in this release, hopefully not the last you'll see of his darker side!

Ruta5 announces “Labambola”, a collaboration between the label head Dandy Jack, Ramona Yacef Lescale Recordings and Ricardo Villalobos.

The project, born a few years ago in Switzerland, is now released in vinyl-only and dedicated to their children.

The release includes a Ricardo Villalobos remix and pays tribute to the history of the genuine techno, that never gets old.

Dennis had written some music under the influence of Cloud-watching and presented it to FOLD with a view to them presenting it as Library Music to be utilised by anyone interested in having music for incidentals, films, TV and advertising etc.

cLOUD mUsIc represents Dennis expressing himself freely and inviting others to join and express themselves. As Dennis explains: "Library music is what makes the difference between creating for specific reasons and creating for your own individual enjoyment. cLOUD mUsIc was created whenever I felt the urge to create music that I wanted to, with no pressure. It was recorded at various times and in various studios around the world with various musicians’ assistance. Much sonic indulgence with many different recording devices."

Modularz Label owner Developer presents his first LP Sold in Three Parts A,B&C
The Title named "In Pure Form' is a real wealth of work that developer has been creating over the last year. Its a fairly large catalog of music focusing on raw rhythms, strong tools and powerful funk fueled techno.
We do advise that this is not your average concept album with ambient and break beat type pieces that the market is flooded with - but instead a more straight to the point no filler type of LP.
This is a massive selection of functional tracks direct from the Developer factory of techno. Already a huge amount of support and positive feedback received on this release from the global heavyweights currently playing a selected amount of tracks from this killer release.

A couple years ago Developer created a Modularz sub label named " Developer Archive " the idea was to slowly release tracks taken from his personal collection and specifically made for his live DJ sets. Through Developer Archive these tracks are now being released in a limited amount and the chosen selection are the ones that Developer felt made the largest impact in clubs and venues around the world.

Developer Archive is an extension of Modularz.

A solo project that started in 2011 releasing limited vinyl only releases and continuing to focus on techno and bizarre raw grooves produced exclusively by Developer.

Exactly one year after Developer's 5 year anniversary release on Modularz which also was also celebrated in a special label night at Berlin's premiere techno club Berghain back in November 2015. He returns for is next ep named "Dispatches from LA" Developer went to his home city of LA over the summer 2016 to play a calendar of shows in the US and to record this ep from his 2nd studio in Los Angeles. Its more of his trademark sequenced based yet hypnotic sound with a bit more of analog gear used for this one.

Developer Archive is the personal vinyl project of Modularz label head Developer. History _ its evident that Developer has been unstoppable over that last decade, but it‘s been an even longer time ago that Developer got his start as a DJ back in 1992 where he started djing in the backyard party scene then moving to a residency on 88.7fm Radio then eventually becoming a fixture in the Los Angeles underground warehouse scene playing alongside many of the worlds techno elite and organizing events throughout the 90s into the 2000s. In 2009 Developer retired from events and then converted Modularz from event organizer group to a techno label and began releasing his own music eventually making his way into europe and onto the world. The Album _ Sangre Por Oro, which translates to Blood for Gold, is a full-bodied album, with each track highlighting the different complexities of where techno can go and take you. The whole-room experience that he creates through his tracks high- lights his ability to unify techno lovers, all under one roof.

Kicking off with feel good classic NYC disco, DANCEMUZAK spins a familiar tune into something hypnotic and driving, while ITSDISCOTIME takes some mind-blowing holy grail source material and loops and builds to perfection. The flip side launches with the cheeky uptempo soul of LOOKINGGOOD that seems almost predestined for a Theo Parrish set, and finishes slow and low with the Clavinet driven funk of 1HEATER4SASHA. Long awaited retocks from BTB 06 ! Turntablsim goldenage revival !

"Pure Love," featuring Damon Albarn, is the first single from DJ Koze's highly anticipated new album Music Can Hear Us. The new long player, a follow-up to his worldwide hit album Knock Knock, which reached #7 in the German Album Charts and included the global dance hit “Pick Up” will be released on April 4th on Pampa Records. It's a 64-minute trip into space and back.

Originally released in 1993 on DJ Phantasy’s Liquid Wax label, it has now been repressed in conjunction with Vinyl Fanatiks on coloured vinyl.

One of Phantasy’s most sought after releases from back in the day, engineered by Alex Reece in Jack Smooth’s studio.

As always with anything on Liquid Wax, these tracks are big club releases as Phantasy was testing them out at all the raves in the early 90’s. But Phantasy always has a trick up his sleeve that makes his music sound incredibly original and still fresh to this day, 31 years later!

DJ Traytex showcases in his debut release with the Back Then EP on Loser Records, his skill with ambient breaks, with light, glittering melodies that trip over deep basslines and punchy rhythms. Soft, meandering cadences and flowing landscapes combine with a thumping, sometimes brittle drive in the breaks, making this EP as cerebral and emotive as it is atmospheric and danceable: just as much for the private listener, as for a dancefloor vibrating at 5am.
