In this case we encounter ourselves with a 3 tracker ep, where eclectic and electric sounds meet glitchy and funnny moods.
Original mix is in charge of two emerging talents such us Balbo (Ch) & Cazaux (Ar) where complex synths and rhytmic modulations are at the order of the day.
Two remixes fills this release, with more minimal outputs from the talented Alan Castro and Federico Molinari, two guys that does not need further introduction.

As a moth of light we felt strongly gravitated to the “New Light” by Dinkis. Intensity fits closest to this composition; it is the deepest, hitherto most personal work, packed in an emotional five-part journey.

The paths... between particles shrink, often drifting apart; but they are on an endless search for the new, the one point of attachment, which with all its nuances forms its very own finite world. Don't hold back, go ahead. According to this pattern, Dinkis sounds travel to “New Light”. The unknown traveller crosses the sonic spaces in quest of variety and continuity.

A dark contrast that oscillates back and forth through slow, powerful beats and an octave bouncing bassline. We virtually breathe the restraint, the fear of emptiness of “L'Astronauta”. So close to the target, the guides emerge as bright, floating points on the horizon; as the “Butterfly Poet” over a synthetic flow of sine waves. The present chapter of this composing journey provides a passionate realization.

Suddenly, the stream of thought stops and await for new impulses begins, until gradually, very slowly inspirations just dropping away. This is exactly how it feels when the “Rain In The Desert” sets in and everything starts to live. “Fuoco Nello Stomaco” or as long as the inner fire burns, no sudden drought on any level can cause a general stop.

Ambitions, dreams and creativity never stand still, are in motion; jump from sound to sound. It's this continuous excitement that Dinkis creates in this surprisingly real-feeling EP.

Title track “Green Carrot” delivers nifty percussion arrangements while gloomy pads and synths are working together to glue all the elements into one piece.

A2 track “Different Spaces” gives you robust kick drums and an acid themed bassline. Obscure vocals and shiny leitmotifs are conducting the percussive elements along 6 minutes of dance-driven groove.

The B side starts with Abstracted Possibilites, a smart construction filled with twisted synths and intriguing vocals. The snares and hi-hats are making the omnipresent narrator throughout 7 minutes of pure storytelling.

Omega Break, as the title suggests, concludes the release by entering the breakbeat realm. Its percussions and pads bring instant joy.

Born in the US but now very much a resident of Berlin, Julie Marghilano is a trained violinist whose otherworldly take on house and techno never fail to impress. The owner of the Sol Asylum label, Julie tends to adhere to a quality-over-quantity approach to production, only perking up every now and then but ensuring when she does so that’s it’s worth the wait. And such is the case with her latest, the brilliant sounds of ‘Time In Space’. Marghilano’s first return to her label since last year’s exceptional ‘Mercury Jasmine’, ‘Time in Space’ is vintage Marghilano: high on atmospherics and imbued with subtleties from the get-go, this is well-honed music of the sort the obsessive audiophiles in particular are sure to devour.
 
We kick off with the sounds of the title track. A humid, sticky, afterparty-focused gem, it boasts a Perlon-esque sensibility that sees it merge the colourful and the unusual. A dizzying, hypnotic cut that’s both unpredictable and highly enjoyable, it gets us off off to a flying start here. ‘Eclipse’ follows a more stringent techno path, although it too is another track that maintains its own singular vibe. A bumping, groove-heavy cut that’s characterised by its weighty vibes and dramatic overtones, it’s exactly the sort of track that will sound just right during the night’s more tripped-out hours.
 
The B side gets underway courtesy of ‘Planet Minor’, a stifling cut that’s designed to leave listeners in a haze. The sort of tough-to-pigeonhole track with which the producer is best known for, it sticks out from the crowd thanks to a firmn refusal to stand still and a willingness to try something different. The record then closes out soon after with ’Said and Done’, an emotive, introspective deep house cut that showcases Marghilano’s many influences. Haunting but beautiful, it’s drenched in positive vibes and is a joy to behold throughout the course of its almost six minutes.

3 expansive edits of Turkish funk and psychedelia, each dubbed out through tape delays and spring reverbs, as well as carefully EQ-ed and mastered for an enhanced sonic experience.

Side A kicks off with the low slung funk of 'Ayçiçegi', featuring an infectious bassline which weaves between subtle flashes of spring reverb, whispered vocals, each underpinned by pounding drums. Side B begins with 'Biz Burdayiz' , a relentless drum loop and singular vocal hit looped around and manipulated with tape delays, and the record closes with 'Günesi Kesin', a tense funk break which builds before reversing inside of itself. Hand stamped vinyl only.

Aurea Music Lab reaches its fourth release commanded by Marcos Coya, Ultrahigh, Delorean and Aleexe, delivering again four different weapons oriented to the dancefloor.

The Uruguayan producer Marcos Coya opens this EP with “Shadows”, a super groovy track full of acid and sitting trance synths that will make clubbers fly high on a ruling melody that is constantly moving.
For the ones that doesn´t know, “Scoville” is the unit for measuring spiciness, and this track by Ultrahigh is full of it. Expect heavy low frequencies dancing alongside spooky melodic synths and classic 909 drums.

On the B side, a smooth and playful trip from Delorean's “Designated Driver” ruled by different elements that come along together making every second of this track full of groove and happy melodies count.
Lastly Aleexe comes into play with “Effluence”, where you'll find some special soundscapes and extremely dynamic vibes. Pumping bassline, gated synths and swingy percussions on it are capable of moving even your grandma´s feet..

The solid Spanish producer is back. He presents three tracks with his unique style that is clean and repetitive.

Sex Tapes From Mars second outing into space comes from 28-year-old Parisian, Muelsa, delivering four high-octane club thrillers.

A1 - 'Across The Pampa' is spacious in old school lighting, relying on a deep-set rapidly shifting bassline and carnivalesque sample twangs to lift it to a melodic yet high-energy EP starter. This is the kind of track the could as easily be the last and first record at a party.

'Wild Nights' brings what it states in the title; grizzly low end, tinkering upper keys that shimmer psychedelic. The notes that the first breakdown brings paired with that vintage vocoder will give even the most stush raver goosebumps.

On the flip, 'No Joke (G-Knews Mix)' despite the playful sampling perhaps brings the deepest, if not certainly freakiest cut on the record. It combines elements of NY house with rolling nu-school acid and arduous, bumpy drum work.

To close things off, 'Pretty Little Monsters', further bends b-lines and star-line synth twinkles with a maliciously satisfactory attack on the senses. There are cinematic squeals at nearly every frequency, making for a full-bodied finale to a very well rounded second release on this exciting new label.

Discodelic records is back, this time with one of Detroit’s most prolific producers, Gari Romalis. The “Disco Tech” EP is a blend of raw house, techno and sparkles of disco, resulting in 4 rhythmic dancefloor tracks analogically produced. Really hard not to dance on this!

This is a masterpiece of the Italian producer Gianluca Pegoiani. Heavy beat, mysterious organic instrument and female vocal make this track a powerfull dancefloor hit.

Glueped is the joint production of the two Romanian artists―Melodie & Teluric. They have merged their musical understandings into a new sound, which combines both mystical harmonies and elemental grooves.

"The Present" powers through metalic rhytms and introverted harmonies leading up to more animalistic tendancies that speak volumes of the origins of his upbringing, while "Mr. Chef" keenly takes things miles forward with joyful and uplifting synths that complement the deeply grounded and earthly chasis of the track. Delving a bit into the dark, "Desorden Callejero" pays tribute to legendary sud-americano minimal masterminds like Argenis and Pier Bucci back in their highly experimental phases with swifty vocals and sligthly monophonic intakes that take the place of percussive elements, cleary stating the obvious. And if you're feeling slightly "Confused" by now, don't fear, you're amongst good company. Breaks still rank highly in our catalog with just a bit of the odd elektro latino influence. The pause is over and RoundQubeMusik has finally produced something new! The new unknown project, entitled "RESILIENCE EP", comes from a live project performed exclusively in analog (modular, synth sequence and guitar).

The heroes of the second release of Stackenschneider label are four guys from St. Petersburg: Koksharov, Kausto, Basic7 and Helfen. This is a great and crispy experiment, a tribute to the individual approach of each of the artists.

Veteran Chicago House pioneer Boo Williams delivers stand out genre melding EP on Italian record label, NICEPEOPLE. The three track EP meanders through elements of house and techno with real depth. This is the “LOL” EP, landing January 2021 on vinyl, and you can happily say this one fully lives up to its expectations.

The title track “LOL” chugs along with pure energy of sounds of the past, twisting beeps and bleeps whirring throughout. The shuffling drums make this one, brushing by as they continue to drive the opener. The clue is in the title here as Williams uses trippy samples of laughter which flash in and out throughout the duration.

Next on the agenda is “Backwards Run”, a blissful deep and emotive encounter with Boo doing what he does best. Trickling synths and pads meander around a clean cut house arrangement, voices circle around the belly of the track making this another hypnotic outing.

Elastic bass creates a sense of urgency in “Bangin Out”, the last of the EP which takes up the whole of the B-side. A real abrupt and direct track, the kind that leaves the crowd in a trance when utilised in the right moment, creating suspense in the club room before elevating to the next track. A tinge of acid and intelligent keys arrangement make this masterpiece.

This is Boo Williams at his finest once more, landing on a label that is not afraid to push a variety of sounds as long as the consistent quality is there. A real nod to sounds of the past, no egos in sight, just plain and simple effective dance floor sounds from one of the heroes of this vibe.

Conceived in the middle of the cold and hollow North Sea, the story of "Moartea Unui Ego" EP dates back to 2017, when Romanian talent Core was travelling through boundless expanses of water that, over the days, have shaped the earth of the three originals. Opener "Acid Holidays" is a top-notch piece full of cosmic sounds, 303 splashes and epic pads that bounces over an unceasing bassline, always ready to erupt. Thus, "Hertz" goes deeper with crystalline textures, sharp groove elements and intimate pads, while B1's, "Moartea Unui Ego" tells us a fairy tale of a magical woods populated by curious creatures. Closing the EP, Romanian veteran SEPP turns the original into a club-oriented tool, relying on his rousing hypnotic synths and a majestic groove.

For the jubilee of the 10th release on Questo, labelhead Francesco Ballato brings together some friends of the close environment for a „Various Artist“ compilation on vinyl and digtal. Mandibula, Stoga, Senoo and Bee Lincoln in collaboration with Francesco represent diverse aspects and musical components. which unite groove, melody and danceabilty for maximum enjoyment.

Side A1 features a cooperation of long-term groove brothers Francesco Ballato and Bee Lincoln. „Daddys Choice“ was born in a jam session and re-edited to serve a full bass load on a summerlicious track. Smart percussion pattern give a nice fluff as a compensation to slant and humorous synth sounds, embedded on positive sphere vibes.

Senoo, who already released on labels like Tzinah Rec., Baile Musik or Whoyostro, comes up with the title „Baby loves Sour Diesel“. An incredibly groovin’ tightness pairs with a deep flowin’ sphere and makes this track super-functional on the floor.

Flip the side and here we go with Stoga, who is in charge for the latest release on Questo. „Arrived“ is a warm-shakin’ and well-tempered tune with a theme-like melodic synth. Ready for open airs.

Freiburg-based Heimatliebe artist Mandibula takes over the warmth and adds a slightly driving rhythm in „Feeling Frenzy“. Known for his affinity in sound aesthetics of generating moods with synth-based elements, he does what he can do the best: an extraordinarily intense and mind-blowing tune for the clubs.
