Dokutoku four is here courtesy of Guillaume & the Coutu Dumonts. The Yuzo Kosho Do EP is a three tracker featuring a sound that's always intriguing but equally difficult to define. All three tracks are intricately rhythmic and very much indicative of the Montreal-based producer at his most emphatic.

Dokutoku Records is here with it's first release from label boss Katie Drover.Scenario Name is an elegant and moody number with a heart of jazz. The original has been artfully remixed by Cesar Merveille who has constructed an 11 and a half minute groover with twists and turns that will move the after hours.

Orbital London is born. A concept from the big smoke, providing a platform for the natural and raw talent of Jack Michael and associates. The 'Opposite Visions EP' consists of four UK influenced records, with a certain garage and breaks tip. The title track is somewhat sought after, after support from several heads in the London scene. A seductive vocal sample leading you to a bassline, asking to be played on a club system. Dogmatik boss Alex Arnout provides his take on 'Opposite Vision' with a dubbed side winding rhythm, full support from the experienced artist. Carrying on the heads down affair on the B side is 'Ghetto Trooper' and 'Kult'. Heavy sounds for the two steppers, laced with flickering rap style vocals. Will make you move.

David Di Sabato's Never Night On The Moon' is much more reduced in sounds compared to the other tracks of this release, which induced a
fine balance of trippy atmospherical rhythmics, raw dancefloor energy and sound design. W004LTD bridges the gap between state-of-the-art techno, melodic techno and tech house. We can't wait for playing this record.

When they felt that the world around them became a place too chaotic to live, they knew that nature and music where there to calm their spirits and bring a sense for living. They are a musical trio who named themselves Lisiere Collectif in order to bring an ovation to what brought Bogdan Ardeleanu, Andu Simion, and Dan Gheorghe together. A minimalist and well controlled style is their productions' main characteristic, just like the movement of natural elements in the wind's blow. Although the project was born in the suburbs of Ploiesti City, their tunes travel through souls of many techno passionate people around the world.

Seeking new and unforgetable ways to express ourselves is the main serving of this course.
First dish and last of this EP - Giash serves the 6th platter of the Why So Series menu, spiced and salted with all the right ingredients for each and every table.
Starting of with the A1 entree, "Meie", which is riddled with Detroit heavy influences ranging from the omnipresent pads and morning dew details, sparkling with clear headed details and drum tracks which morph into a more stripped down structure which rests underneath the bedrock of the whole landscape.
Beyond that we have the intermezzo B1 "Sailere", a more clairvoyant excursion into the more harmonious aspects of minimalistic perfection, keeping true to the artists intentions and executing with precise accuracy the melodic afterthoughts of the ephemeral.
At the very end we're left with B2, "Eeder", the more introspective and "grow to love me" side of the dish. A melancholic and heavy set relief of the persona which is Giash, a Hungarian fellow which is new but at the same time so familiar to our cause, a true believer and relatable idiom which we all can identify with.

Nothin'', a four-track vinyl only release from the Tuscan imprint.
Marcos Baiano's B.SOUL imprint was launched in 2013 and across its back catalogue has
welcomed an array of classic and contemporary talents onto its roster from House legend Jovonn
through to Music For Freaks co-founder Justin Harris and Parisian producer Terence :Terry. Here
we see the label push on with its second vinyl release set to be released via its Ltd offshoot and
offered up as a various artist four track package.
Bosconi Soundsystem artist Rufus takes the lead on the release with 'Realize Dis' with classic
house tropes, employing a bumpy swinging rhythm as the foundation whilst murky pad swells and
spoken word vocals ebb and flow throughout the composition. Label-head Marcos Baiano follows
with 'Nullll', stripping things back to shuffled hats and wandering rave stabs before the latter stages
introduce a warm ethereal pad.
Opening up the flip side is Retro Activity aka Ivan Iacobucci's 'Rocket' edging things into Techno
territory with weighty drums, mind bending synth flutters and an ever-unfolding, billowing
atmosphere. DRMC's 'Do Not Disturb' then closes the package on a minimal tip with modulating
percussion, minute organic drum shots and airy pad lines laid out over its seven and a half
minutes.

After a successful release on Eastenderz, viceversa returns to his own imprint for another great release. Support comes from the likes of Raresh, Enzo Siragusa and East End Dubs. Limited numbers in. Not to be missed

Italian producer Battista delivers the fifth release for Miami based label Sports Records. SR005 is the highlight of Sports releases to date. 300 copies, vinyl only.

Diogo's meticulous arrangements and idiosyncratic approach to electronic music have made him shine over the last years as one of the youngest and most promising talents rising from Portugal.

'Tanto Amor' is a 2-tracker EP of expansive excursions rich in detail, expansive low-ends, and rhythmic structure, and not only is this his solo debut on Pluie/Noir, it's also a warm and welcome comeback for the imprint after a long hiatus period.

'Tanto Amor' (A) is a haunting composition of marching drums and crisp hi-hats, but its ever-mutating melodic arrangement, along with Alba's hypnosis-inducing vocal tricks, creates a wide dynamic spectrum of sound capable of filling any type of sonic space.

The flip-side 'Wasame' (B) adopts a freestyle, delirium-inducing approach where wacky minimalism and repetition do all the mind-tricks. Elements communicate and move in a very liquid, organic way yet never losing the drive, giving the overall palette a slightly jazzy, improvisational tone.

The EP's artwork also sees a debut of another Portuguese talent, Pics of You, using solely analog photography as his tool of expression, fitting to this installment of an ever-strengthening series of releases Pluie/Noir collectors were missing. Limited Pressings.

Fun Records is proud to present the first various artists release of its catalog. A combination of long time like-minded friends that have been collaborating in many ways for over a decade.

The journey begins with Jorge Savoretti's 'Brau Li'. A club banger that pushes you to dance effortlessly with a unique bass line, funky rhythm and hypnotic synth lines. One of those perfect dancefloor weapons that you can't wait to play the upcoming weekend.

Federico Molinari's 'RFL' is the second cut of the A side. A very good example of the artist's very particular sound. Lots of groove, synths that get acid for moments and various elements continuously shifting throughout the track.

The B side begins with Nekes' 'Same But Different'. Nekes is master of perfectly simple, always interesting and straight forward club tools. The kind of tracks that you can play on every set for a long time and always work. This one is no exception.

Label bosses Barem & Alexis Cabrera (under his 'Cabri' alter ego) round up the V.A. with 'Butter Hands'. Another clubby tool with a very warm driving bass line and catchy synths.

Overall a very DJ friendly compilation that will most likely stay in your bag for a long time.

Three main attributes ditinguish the fifth chapter carried on by the well known only-vinyl italian label: harmonic breaks, catchy grooves and a middle-set oriented concept. Few shades of micro-touch here and there and here you got some secret shots to drop when the dancefloor is in need for. Shout-out to Topper for his reinterpretation of A2 side, the man let his work to gently flow into the organic release without creating any feelings-gap in the middle of the listening session, and to Vern too of course to present himself at ReFace's audience in such a warm look.

Wit Bad is the result of a beautiful collaborative project that started with illustrator Joost Stokhof. He was asked as an artist in residence for Amsterdam's Hortus Botanicus, a place where Joost locked himself up for a week alongside the finest biodiversity in the city. Joost asked Eefje de visser to join him for a day and Eefje asked Nuno dos Santos to form a powerful trinity of which Wit Blad is the unmistakable evidence.

The original version was released in April of 2018 and we finally have a vinyl (only) version to go along with it. On the A side we find an 808 version, which is an extended version by Nuno of the 'Wit Blad' original. Zooming in on the drums and bass line while leaving even more space for Eefjes haunting voice. Eefje is one of Holland's best kept music secrets, her voice is soothing and her presence like a siren song seducing you in. Immersing the music with field recordings, you can hear the birds and surroundings the piece was recorded and even some whispering voices that only add to the atmosphere.

Flipping to the other side we find our dear friend Mattheis remixing Wit Blad in a strong hypnotic vibe. Containing Mattheis' trademark synth swirls, it's as soothing as it is driving with spine tingling harmonics slowly creeping in and out.

This all comes packaged in a silkscreen printed cover containing the illustrations that Joost Stokhof made during their time together. The vinyl also includes a small poster including extra images by Joost and the lyrics of Wit Blad. Adding up to a beautiful feast for both the eyes and ears.

Beatniks LDN’s first foray onto wax see’s minimal mainstay ADMNTi release a flavour filled EP with help from Niko Maxen and Casey Spillman. The A-side provides the bass driven original “Make It So”. With subtle elements dropping in and out, the lead track provides the vibe for Niko Maxen’s skippy remix following up with the perfect bounce. The B-side see’s “Riker” rear its head - a simple yet effective bassline with soothing pads is the ultimate bobbler. The second serving also see’s Casey Spillman enter the fray, his fast paced remix taking the synth elements to another level. All in all, half decent beats.

The 3rd edition of this highly sought after label has landed and once again delivers 4 high quality underground cuts. Volupso 09 comes from Birmingham's very own Bunny. Here Bunny gives us 3 original tracks all having their own unique style and approach to the groove he has shaped then the EP is nicely finished off by Birdsmakingmachine adding a twist on things. Penultimate release from the Volupso camp.

Spanish imprint Clockpoets return here with their second release, a stunning effort featuring three originals from dynamic trio, Døob, Armie and Javi Green. Entitled the Deaf Humans EP, it continues Clockpoets' auspicious start, further cementing its reputation as a label to keep an eye on.

Getting us underway is the sounds of 'Whales'. Nimble, dexterous and full of meandering, unpredictable sounds, its zippy aesthetic marks it out as a track of some distinction. Hazy yet lighthearted, it introduces the record with considerable panache.

'Hippos & Elephants' continues on a similar tip, albeit with a more sinister agenda. Full of haunting synths and tripped-out vibes, it's another intriguing cut that's sure to make an impression wherever it's allowed to roam loose. The trio's penchant for off-kilter sounds is explored once more on 'Bushes', a more groove orientated effort that's notable for its steely ethos and various metallic synths.

Closing off matters is Rico Casazza, who delivers an impressive interpretation of Whales'. Cut from a wholly different cloth to the original, this one is based around a more forceful, techno agenda, the likes of which Casazza has earned a solid reputation for over the years. A more heads down affair to matters elsewhere, its intricate, clever melodies act as a perfect counterbalance to the majority of the record. An EP of various sounds and vibes, Clockpoets' latest is a joy from start to finish.

After the big success of the previous three releases, Except Live returns with the fourth catalogue on his own label. Release number 4 is another four tracker killer by the Venice based eclectic artist.

First track is 'Vortex', where raw and distorted snares meet crispy hi-hats and shakers, creating a perpetual movement that reminds to a vortex indeed. Some dusty synths, pads and little variations into the groove make of this one a perfect opening tool.

'Like a Cloud' brings happy and positive vibrations as the title suggest using with warm pads and atmospheres. It's a great housy track with solid sub bass and a catchy groove with a missing clap on the beat that unavoidably makes you want to dance.

On the B side, 'Shadow' hits harder since the beginning with weird delayed percussions and filtered hats that create a great a space where deep pads and low-fi sinister synths can safely move all over the track.

Closing the EP is 'Running': a true minimalistic gem with a super tight groove made by hi-hat and snare only. The drums perfectly work together with the analog synth for a beauty masterpiece which shows once again the amazing skills of Except behind the desk.

Instead the B side starting with a more experimental track from the 'hardworking' V.I.C.A.R.I. where bass and Melodies are perfectly mixed together. Fourth track coming out from a new english mastermind, Bobby O'Donnell, that made a superb hypnotic and mental track that you can't overlook.
