For its second installment, Tresydos presents ‘Description’, a selective, four track EP from US producer Matt Anderson. Normally working and releasing on the label Wex, he has shared with us a unique EP, a dive into the flavors and varied tastes he is inspired by.

Leading off on A1 is the title track ‘Description’. With an emotive melody & pushing jungle bass, this tune is a mixed and mangled, psy-hypnotic, peak time bouncer. A2 follows with ‘Small Talk’, which holds a smooth and liquidy touch, sprinkled with notes of jazzy bends & spacey arpeggios. On the flip side for B1 is ‘Gangsta.vox’, a playful tune, varied between a 4/4, acidic zooming, & airy, euphoric breaks. Last up is ‘Inside A Neutron Star’, a chugger that offers an acidic, yet smooth psychedelic theme to carry you on.

On the B, Hauke drags us far out into an enchanting chord progression, as the seductive 4G demonstrates filigree elegance to an almost fragile degree - bewitching we say.

The latest release from Serbia's Soul Print Recordings brings together the two L's, Leonid and Laak. Up first is Leonid on the A side with two tracks Urania 1 and 2, possibly named after the muse of astronomy, which makes sense, as both tracks have a cosmic feel about them. Urania 1 starts off with a nice string sound that permeates the space before the drums start to really take effect half way through. Urania 2 has a more house feel about it, with the acid bass line sitting nicely along the deep pads. Over to the b side and Laak takes control. Delving into late night territory with haunting layered leads & pads these tracks are typical quality by Laak. Featuring label artwork once again by fellow Serb, Bratislav Milenkovic and pressed on a beautiful sky blue, Yesterday For Tomorrow is a thing of aural and visual beauty.

Tiefschwarz are back again on Watergate with a dub version and three stellar remixes of 'Free Falling feat. Khan' from their recent and highly acclaimed album 'Left'. Kicking things off is Skream and he takes the original to new heights in true Skream fashion with vivid arpeggios and silky vocals laid over reverb heavy snares and driving percussion ideal for the more climactic dance floor scenarios. Up next is a man who needs no introduction: Acid Pauli. Already a legend in his own right, we last saw him on Watergate on the Peahen EP with MyMy and Lee Jones back in 2010 and now he's back with not one, but two incredible remixes. Both his 'Cloudbuster and Clouddiver Remix' are lush displays of melodic, yet driving takes on the original. Warm pads and pulsing bass create a swirling melodic journey on both with 'Cloudbuster' being the more pumping and 'Clouddiver' taking the deeper route giving you two foolproof options. Wrapping things up is Tiefschwarz' own dub version of 'Free Falling feat Khan' and with it they deliver a stripped down take of the original, yet keeping just a touch of the low slung, sleek vocals to make sure it still has the quintessential Tiefschwarz feel. Anestie Gomez is not a new name in the scene. His meticulous arrangements, a naïve approach to electronic and an unprecedented love for analog synthesizers have
made him stand out over the last years as one of the youngest and most promising talents rising from Greece.

The four-tracker 'Short Stories for Tall People' marks his debut on Pluie/Noir and showcases his versatility both as a story-teller and a groove maker, with the perfect balance between machine rhythms and organic warmth for the upcoming seasons.
A-side's No Regrets' (A1) is the EP's warmest piece, with a clearly light-hearted approach to musical composition reminiscent of Mediterranean sunny days, while "Gurunext" (A2) shifts the tone entirely to a sonic palette of robotic glitches where

His case was first presented in Oliver Sacks's book "Musicophilia", chapter 1, A Bolt from the Blue: Sudden Musicophilia.

Returning to a brief but very fruitful period in electronic music production, Shelved Recordings exists to look back to the golden age of the remix, with a clear view of the future it imagined.

Artists who were steered towards maverick producers, with a view to changing the rules, to re-defining the terms of what modern music should and could be.
Pioneering techniques, over-dubs and an exploratory period of pop production, resulted in many lost dub versions and mixes. Mixes, which invariably were left on the shelf, deemed too 'out there' by the bosses of the the hedonistic label managers who commissioned them.

La Vie d'Artiste Music are delighted to present the very first release of the label Sunshine In Heaven', brand new EP by Sebb Junior.
Based in South Spain, Sebb Junior is a french DJ Producer who has been into House Music since 2013 but quickly built a solid reputation with quality releases on Large Music, Salted Music, Papa Records, Madhouse and his own imprint Frigo Vide Records.
As a new label and for the first release, La Vie d'Artiste Music wanted to showcase and perpetuate the art of sampling the old fashion way. Sebb delivered here the perfect illustration of the concept with Sunshine In Heaven EP', a sample based Disco House record with soulful vibes and high caliber production skills on display.

Amin Ravelle returns with his fifth outing to date, another highly calibrated minimal techno experiment that takes inspiration from both the German and Romanian traditions. Much like the likes of the Slow Life imprint, these tunes are effective bullets to deploy through the sound system, wherever you may be. "Intrus Detectat" is a cold, calculating glitch of beats and precision-cut bass forms, and "Pan Integrista" steps a few places further out into the ether thanks to moodier, more cavernous set of background sonics. "Grotesque Studiado" is eerie in all the right ways, blasting out more complex sound patters, leaving "Trexroar" to lift the lid and unleash the deadliest of beat patterns. More Sobriquet, please.

Indigenous Electronic's second release the "No Market for Emotion" EP pushes further into organic territory with a hardware driven release. The A side sees two tracks on the dubbier end of the spectrum recorded by Iranian producer Ramtin Niazi, a musician with a background in instrumental music, now with a greater focus on machine orientated electronic music. Niazi's contribution sees him delivering two low slung tracks: "Naked Dub" progressing with Lush emotional pads and "Cash Dub" a moodier counterpart. The B side sees the label's head Omar Jayyusi's debut release, with two entirely out the box jams recorded straight to two track. "Pyramid" has a deep and solid rumbling low end, acid basslines and percussive drums. "Too Late for nonsense", is a sub-bass focused micro house dj tool, punchy and reaching the lower end of the dynamic range.

Kanja Records is sincerely honored to present its third vinyl release, based on a concept called Sunday Mornings. With this series of releases we will focus on that warm up, early morning, after party gems and slowly fading away from peak time music. Our philosophy behind this concept is that the focus goes to the tracks being timeless, and music that you can listen to in every time of day and night. Music that offers a vast variety, but in the end coming together in that sweet and warm morning glory.
Parallel Perception by Mau. was definitely our first pick for the first track on this release. With this release we went into a bit different direction, still keeping the early morning vibe, but the tracks are more minimalistic. Mau. brings us a very unique and a bit freaky tracks, that will be perfect for that early morning sets.
Vanguard by TIJN perfectly sits beside our opening track, with smooth pads and soft drums that imperceptibly pierce through the leading pad. Again a perfect track to play in that early morning hours.
Donnie by Mihai Pol is a really impressive track, again full of dreamy pads, but supported by a driving bass line, giving it a more acid like vibe. We are a huge fans of the music from Mihai Pol, so we are quite excited to have him on our release.
Yes We Do by Komponente is the final track on our third vinyl release. Another track that has a very unique structure, a bit more jazzy, but the acidized bass is making it really unique. With pleasure we welcome the boss behind the label we love, Tvir.

The 5th instalment of Inhere kicks off with the dirty acid baseline of A1, showing how much its sound has evolved since the label’s onset 2 years ago.

A2 is a more dance floor oriented cut, sounding like it would fit well either in the beginning or middle of a set, with its groovy and energetic percussion.

On the flip, B1 brings a more reduced sound, that blends nicely with the melodic chords coming in and out throughout the track.

The baseline and dreamy melody of B2, we think, is a great track to end a long, afterhours set with this summer.

The fifth release of the label returns us to the first compilation UNIVERSE.
This time in orbit you can hear (as in the first release) the French producer Umwelt with the apocalyptic doom core track ""Fallen Empire"". Also a collaboration of the Mosaique label owner Moralez and the legendary American EBM/ Hard Core artist The Horrorist. They were joined by a hypnotic composition from the Mannequin label owner Alessandro Adriani and accidentally surviving track (after the death of the artist's music storage) from Greek artist Morah, who's was released on Helena Hauf's label Return To Disorder. After a potent release from the head chef himself, an artist that preferred his name not to be disclosed is adding up to the waters.

This record’s A side bursts with a line of head hitting kicks that travels on a carrousel of bass, drawing the full attention of an auditor. With such a tenacious beginning, we can sense that this experience goes in abrupt contrast with the previous cats in the catalogue and whilewe think about it, a row of washy hats is enhancing the piece, leading to an open space of motion. There is no anticipations of what comes next...

“Highest Point” left a lot of tension behind itself. With “Obscur” we get back to a more domesticated sound. Strings of bountiful bass lines set the passage for what’s coming next - precise drum sections that paint propulsive musical pictures. The evolution of this piece brings to our hearing a comforting reconstruction of a pipe organ.

The pressurised air goes out of the pipes and the ethereal realm being is meddled by stripes of vocal that reminds us of Debi Mae West. Combined, they morph into a rhythmichowl, inviting for a dance.

Music means various things to artists, but for Dan Andrei, it's a playground where his off-hand approach and diverse productions are taking control, defining his signature sound.

Introducing his first Amphia release “Loose Dots”, Dan Andrei is once again proving his dynamic, yet discreet technique, one that can constantly bring out refreshing tracks.

“SOS” is a track driven by percussions and retro chords, with a touch of acoustic bass and a dose of shakers throughout the groove. “In the bass” is focused around a heavy bassline, with a twist of irregular notes drifting through, and a modulated voice that comes and goes unexpectedly.

“Still Unclear” and “Thing wa” represent the joyful side of the EP; The first track, introduced by a quick elevation between playful percussions, sequenced chords, and a tight groove, acts like a shapeshifter to a more deep house approach. The second track extends the melody-driven sonic composition, in between the elusive rhythm and the delicate synth line, a provocative swing that marks a vivid ending.

Resolute Label's tenth release, The Nest EP , features the head honcho himself, Elon. Written and produced entirely in Nest's Brooklyn based studio, this EP is a collaborative project that showcases vintage gear such as the TR-808, 909, Prophet 6, TB-303 and SH-101 to name a few. The EP kicks off with the title track, a stripped back number featuring arpeggiated synths, warm pads and 303 stabs, co-produced by Bulgarian live maestro, KiNK, an industry vet who needs no introduction. Fractious , a techno number with swirling synths and reverberated vocal stabs that echo throughout. Originally presenting white labels and imports, NovaMute went on to release records by Plastikman, Speedy J, Juan Atkins, Luke Slater and Joey Beltram to name a few, this is Nova Mute's first release since over ten years ago

Nicolas Bougaïeff presents his new EP on seminal British imprint NovaMute. As a producer he harbours a diverse musical background, having studied in a conservatoire setting whilst foraying into anti-authoritarian rave culture. He is also a respected lecturer, regularly teaching masterclasses in composition and speaking at global events such as Mutek and Ableton Loop - the results of which come to life in the inquisitive spirit of his productions. Cognitive Resonance explores elements of psytrance, gabber and techno through a compositional lens, drawing on the artist's love for avant-garde forms and long-standing relationship with the electronic music community. The title track lays out long, expansive phrases and warped crescendos to create a disorienting structure, whilst distant harmonies, distorted kick drums and shattering effects merge into a hypnotic form on 'Truthful Hyperbole'. Lastly, 'Fake News' mangles our sense of rhythmic familiarity, disrupting the 4/4 beat with a complex metre and sinister melody. This is NovaMute's first release since MOTOR (Bryan Black and Oly Grasset) over ten years ago. T as well as forging invaluable links with labels such as Tresor and Probe, which allowed them to license rare tracks for a wider audience. Forthcoming releases on NovaMute will include EP's from Terence Fixmer and Charlotte de Witte.

Juxta Position returns once more to his own imprint with two slices of epic techno. Kinaesthesia is a subtle tool track with added depth, as waves of synth chords wash over deep percussion in increasing intensity. After their much acclaimed collaboration, Tell me Why' ( Kompakt recs /KOM327) earlier in 2015, London's legendary Stereo Mc's and Berlin's Veteran Dj/ Producer Terranova decided the vibe was too good to stop, and to stay on and record an album together.
Both Cuts - 'Deeper' and 'Turnaround' are taken from their forthcoming album scheduled for spring 2016. The Sound is a deep blend of Techno and the unique sound and language Stereo Mc's singer, Rob Birch, has developed and refined over the Years .
