Promising imprint MINIM deliver their first Various Artists: a tasty four-pack of original mixes from a tight squad of global talents. Ukraine native Yaroslav Lenzyak kicks it off for this vinyl-only imprint with "You And Me," an ethereal, epic roller, fourteen minutes of round bass and chunky kicks with pads evoking nature's beauty from space. Fellow countryman duo ANMS follow with "Animous," a shuffling breakbeat that ebbs and flows like waves crashing on a solid 4x4 shoreline. Romanian beatmaker Octave brings the chunky breaks front and center with "The Mist," percussives building tension like a roadster charging through the night, with just enough bass wobble that you ask yourself: is this safe Time to bounce - Peruvian duo Kike Mayor & He Did bring it all home with "Volviendo A Casa," a bubbly syncopated romp with porcelain bleeps and black rubber bass.

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to the Shimmy Sham Sham sessions. When people talk about Summertime vibes it's most often associated with the obvious: good weather, sweet drinks, waterside locales, and a much-needed departure from the daily grinds of work, school, and off-season doldrums. One thing most tend to overlook however are the smells. It's the smell of the summer season that really infects the spirit; being attacked by the olfactory seducing aromas of suntan lotions, watermelon, Ck one summer spray overuse, piña colada mixes, BBQ grill emanations, and perhaps most importantly of all, sweat. Dripping, oozing, sticky buckets of lovely sweat everywhere. Whether that is happening poolside, in the bedroom, or, as the case clearly is with this ridiculous three-tracker of party bombs, on the dance floor. The whole wide world of Disc Jockeys now have access from everything to "Don't stop the music" a slick power wash of classic French disco, to a rollicking jazz piano-led jam by an operator hereby known as Professor Twirl-hair. In the heat of the night, let those sweaty numbers melt your worries. No top hat and gator shoes required - just shake that ass!

The 7-track compilation « Party People » concentrates a range of musical influences that will take you from New-York Garage House to groovy Nu-Disco and French House. The opening track, signed by a Slovak artist discovered on Soundcloud by the collective, is proof that House Music knows no borders.

Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia aka SIT conclude their Sideways trilogy with three dancefloor oriented tracks, meant to awake different feelings in each one of us. The sample embroidery molded into the pure acid form of Angels will leave us smiling in wonder. The fast paced scratch theme from Reconnect may satisfy our dancing hunger, or we can just lose ourselves into the myriad filtered bits of Shadow, with its breaks sequence as our only guiding path.

This is the last piece of the Sideways' puzzle, when the last droplets of energy left inside our bodies, after this 15 tracks long analog ride, are spent for seizing the present. The closing moment, when the curtain falls and our minds are still trying to decipher the hidden message. A message that points out to the diversity of electronic music envisioned through SIT's creative touch.

The third release on this imprint is an EP from a fresh talent from Bucharest called Lixir. The EP starts with ''Sunshine'' which is a melodic track, nice soundtrack to the after. It then continues with ''Fleut en Scarlett'' referring to both the flute in the track and the soundcard used during the production of the track. The B side starts with a nice counterpart to the light tracks on the A side in the form of the more heavy and straighforward ''Cleptoman''. To top off the release COSMJN made quite a spheric and spacey remix of ''Cleptoman''. NIMMA003 is played by Barac and Suciu.
