As ever, Bobmo wears his influences on his sleeve: Detroit techno, Miami bass, electro and, most crucially, Chicago house. The funky "Back From the Grave" and the ravey "Turn On Drop Out" show that old idioms can always produce new and exciting sentences: this is clearly dancefloor-oriented, nineties-influenced house music, populated with gasping and woo-ing vocal bits, stabby synths and the occasional siren. In keeping with Bobmo's fascination for all things Turkish, "Arabian Delight" is a mid-tempo journey through idyllic, rosewater-flavored mid-eastern lands. including remixes by FEADZ (Edbanger), and by Goon & Koyote.

What matters is the Aquasky crew have designed two storming cuts to make the ladies bounce and the fellas break as the lights flicker and the speakers shake!

Stand back and prepare for a full on sonic assault from the biggest new name in breaks, because those manic masked marauders BSD are back with an all-new selection.
This sampler for their forthcoming iBreaks album Malditos Bass-Star-Dos contains two absolutely essential tracks which should be in all self-respecting DJs' bags for the foreseeable future. Hypnotizin' is a huge slice of vocal-led breakbeat rave, a massive summer anthem in the making that will have hands in the air at block parties from Southampton to Seville, while Total Cucumber ramps up the distortion pedal and drops a dystopian percussive roller with a huge hook that's perfect for sweaty 3am mayhem.
After taking home the award for best new producers at this year's Breakspoll, all eyes are on BSD to see where they will take things next. This sampler suggests the duo are heading straight for the next level of breakbeat science. Make sure you join them on the ride.

Ribs & IG88, new to Valium with their new re-invented sound, are gonna blow with this single, it's huge make no mistake of that. In a genre where so many others look in and complain of a tired scene, this is exactly what is needed to re-invent breakbeat and send a message to the masses. Valium are leading the way in 2010, make no mistake about that! Jinx gives it a little re-rub, showing his Bristol heritage to the max, beats & bass, simple things!

Dj support from already VENT, Afghan Headspin, Gella, Ctrl Z, Reso, Cut La Roc, Ben & Lex, 601, Rusko, Nero & Excision.
