Beats Vinyl New Releases - News

After over a year away Bassrock come back with a monster release showing exactly why they should've been missed! Label boss Paul Bassrock has let 3 scene heavyweights loose on his Hardcore Breaks classic "Dub Hooligan" and the results are pure carnage! Afghan Headspin are first on the re-lick and need no introduction whatsoever, this is exactly what you would expect, hard hitting hype bass music, straight out for the jump up crews , if you're a fan of what they've done on labels such as "Valium" & Cut La Rocs "Rocstar" you will not be dissapointed. Second up we have a sick roller from Matta, fast rising up in the Dubstep scene these guys have brought themselves to the attention of Radio 1's Kissy Sell Out who always endevours to champion their tracks . Last but not least Spanish legends Xim N Bass have taken their twisted and dark style and injected it right through the heart of this track, a nasty bass driven remix for when you've just gotta put some smiles on faces

Plaza De Funk steps up and drops gritty urban nu-bass on a 4am warehouse vibe, without a doubt "Keep Yo Head" is an uncharacterisable slice of DJ dancefloor heaven. Sidestepping genres and sitting comfortably within bassline and fidget sets while pleasing Breaks and Nu-Bass Djs alike. Keep Yo Head has MASSIVE crossover potential!!!!!
Flip for "Get Crazy" that rips the funk out of the soundsystem with phat breaks and devastating drums!!

ONE OF THE BREAKS SCENES MURKIEST PRODUCERS COMES CORRECT WITH ANOTHER PAIR OF KILLER BREAKBEAT RE-RUBS, THIS TIME RICHARD X AND KELIS GET THE TREATMENT AS DOES ROZALLAS "EVERYBODYS FREE" ON THE FLIP

John Dahlback's "Pyramid" gets the Party Style treatment as does Yves La Rock's "Rise Up", both are transformed into Breakbeat monsters!!!

Stepping breakbeat up another gear PYRAMID team up with Wizard for his debut outing on the award winning Funkatech imprint with 'Rain' featuring one of the best vocalists out there Yolanda Quartey (Massive Attack/Phantom Limb). This is stadium sized breakbeat not for the faint hearted. Rock out!

iBreaks Bass proudly welcomes the arrival of latvian producers Under This. After some releases out in the market including the Black and White EP on Distinctive Records, Under This founds it new home with the iBreaks Family.
Back to Roots is a perfect example of what Under This is all about. Expect nothing but pure anthemic sounds with a perfect blend of oldschool, rolling beats, piano riffs, sexy vocals and progressive and trance elements all wrapped up by crunchy basslines in an absolute hands-in-the-air style.
Ignition brings yet another dancefloor belter with this very characteristic Under This sound that we love so much.

Another talented producer to watch this year, as the productions are just going to get better and better

Enjoy!

'Nan-Bangin' says it all really - Yet again the Coinop massive (led by general Mustard Gunn) freak our minds and bootys with this, a very London affair....Other than that there's not a lot to say for a label that has everyone hooked but our office highlight has to be the brilliant Kanji's brand new VIP remix of his own previously huge Coinop track 'Drive you Crazy'

It was only a matter of time before captain wrong gave Coinop head honcho DJ MUSTARD GUNN a full ep seeing as his single track appearance on the now classic Coinop6 'Bring Out The Big Guns EP' was a highlight for many.

16BIT, NEED WE SAY MORE LOL
THESE GUYS TAKING THE WORLD BY STORM AND THIS RELEASE FEATURES THE MUCHLY ANTICIPATED TRACK
"TALE OF THE EXPODING FIST"
THIS ONE BIG!!!

This is the most anticipated release on the label to date, the huge remix package of Afghan Headspins MSG (originally released on Mechanoise). A huge selection of remixes, Karton providing their trademark sound on their breakbeat re-work, whilst MARS & Yoof (Sunz of Mecha) come with their dubstep bangers.

Dj support from already VENT, Ribbs & ig88, Jinx, Gella, Ctrl Z, Reso, Cut La Roc, Ben & Lex, 601, Rusko, Nero & Excision. These remixes are instantly recognisable, never forgotten!

This is Far Too Loud's second collaboration with Code Zero following their last outing back in 2006 on 'Get Into It' (FTECH016). 'Blackout' has been a staple exclusive in Far Too Loud's record box for some time now tearing up dancefloors worldwide with it's crisp production & driving techy beats packing a brutal psy-infected punch.. slack-jawed ravers beware!

yor remember Technotronic " pump up the jam" ~ than eat this !!!
