With two floor-shattering releases from Eastcolors and Teddy Killerz already unleashed this year, Program continues to surge into 2014 with clarity, command and concentrated future-focused clout.

Yet another showcase of drum & bass's finest international creativity, here we find the label hooking up with Hungarian artist Kelle. Well respected across all corners of the ever-expanding world of bass, Kelle's distinctive mechanical soul went next level last year when both 'Respirator' and 'Radiophobia' featured on Andy C's massive 'Nightlife 6'. Lean, mean and coded with industrial funk data, they've caused all manner of stirs and demands amongst DJs and fans since Andy debuted them.

Living up to its name, 'Respirator' is heavier than an iron lung. Stripped back and steppy, the alluring dynamic builds around a hypnotic hook before a waspish bassline buzzes in from nowhere. Sprung with a heady, insistent riddim that slams with uncompromising muscle, Kelle's attention to detail and production craftsmanship are just as impossible to avoid as the physical, body-minded groove.

'Radiophobia' is equally distinctive. Charged with a penetrative two-step drum arrangement and another instantly hooky riff, there's a captivating sense of drama programmed into every element. Conjuring a masterful sense of groove theatrics, the breakdown strips the track back to a bare pad before all elements are triggered in unison for a high impact second drop. Peppered with naughty nuances and subtle twists, we guarantee you'll hear something new on every listen.

Two examples of drum & bass at its most stark, progressive and forward-thinking; two reasons why we reckon Kelle is on a one track mission to the D&B premier league. It's time, as always, to get with the Program!

* OVERVIEW: L 33... Get acquainted as we think it's a name you'll be hearing A LOT more of in the future. Hailing from the creative D&B hotbed that is Bulgaria, L 33 has been creeping up the ranks with covert diligence and a sonic attitude that's going to take him right to the top.
* Already enjoying big love and support from scene titans Drum&BassArena, here we find him making his Program debut with two scorching underground future-focused work-outs. Recognise...
* 'Helvetica' is a heavily textured roller that flips and flexes with intricate production detail. The primary focus is a slinky, jittering metallic bassline that springs with concentrated funk. Flanked by an array of twisted FX, stabs and dynamite drum arrangement switches, it's an infectious, physical dynamic that guarantees full dancefloor lock down from the off.
* The darkness and drama develops as we take in 'Detuned'. A paranoid build-up of cinematic elements acts as the fuse for a truly explosive drop. Slamming with caustic clarity over sharp steppy beats, the overwhelming power and urgency can be felt through every treacherous twist and turn. The savagery steps up a gear on the breakdown as we're presented with the full detuned riser that inspired the name of the track. Soaring and surging from a bed of heaving synth horns with pure sonic insanity, it will inspire nothing but complete crowd chaos.
* Two next level numbers, one seriously talented individual for your radar... It's time, once again, to get with the Program!

Fresh off the success of Versus Volume One, Volume Two of Lossless Music's various artist EP series features more fresh underground talent hand picked by CEO Soul Intent.

Tim Reaper, Melani & Silo take pride of place with "Finite Motion". Beautiful, somber and full of percussion detail this is a track that could well feature on such imprints as Exit or Metalheadz. London based Paragon who brings his unique mix of ominous and sinister vibes with "Again & Again". Artilect (formally known as Deeperheightz) hails from Manchester and delivers a tough n ruff roller in the form of "Kush". Lastly Soul Intent brings some serious breakbeat edits alongside eerie cinematic atmospherics with "Eyes Open".

* Detboi was bought to Metalheadz attention via Special Request and immediately signed up for a project. As it turned out Detboi was a long life Metalheadz fan and the news of the signing could was absolute music to the Dubliners ears. Goldie immediately added his sparkle to the title track Joyride whilst Detboi polished off the rest of the EP. We look forward to releasing more of his music.

Always existing simultaneously as an insider and outsider in the drum and bass scene,Digital comes through with his fourth album entitled 'Synthesis'. As the title implies, this album brings together a host of collaborators, each lending their unique styles to the tracks.

Always innovating and evolving his distinct sound, the bassline architect Digital wanted to have a different approach to this album project. I've made a conscious effort to move away from an album that has only one sound which is quite the formula these days with electronic music. With this album, each collaborator contributes their unique styles to a collective synthesised vision.' says Digital.

In the process of making this album, he personally travelled around to collaborate with each producer as opposed to sending files through the internet. Digital explains I'd much prefer to get a vibe off in the studio personally and the results feel more authentic, more real when you're in the studio together. And as a result of working on this album, I feel that we've formed a collective of sorts that is larger than this project.'

This release has been divided into 4 parts, each standing on it's own strength in a DJ friendly vinyl format as well as a digital release for each.

We're happy to announce the next EP on MethXX by Villem (Mute) & Phase. Villem and Phase have brought some guests along for the ride in vocalist Steo and McLeod. The EP is an accomplished piece of work, it's a great partnership between Villem and Phase and we're happy to be putting it out.

* Beta 2 has consistently been making amazing music for a very long time and has come through the doors of Headz HQ with some gems, now it's time for him to give us a full EP of his own work.

* As expected the aesthetic is varied in it and all tracks stand up against one another. We look forward to more from Beta 2 on the label.

Commix expands on the 'Generation' EP series. Part 1 was a reintroduction via new material peppered with older material.

EP 2 is all new material and very excited to be able to release it. The EP spans BPMs and palettes, it's the sound of Commix not only sharing his influences but adding to those influences with his own contributions. Already a firm favourite with the electronic music scene the EP is a exactly what we want to hear from Commix at this point in time.

The whispers have been building gradually for Dom & Roland's album for Metalheadz and now we're very happy to be able to reveal the sampler for the project. The sampler kicks off with 'Sirens Song' feat Robert Manos, typically cinematic work from Dom with Robert Manos' trademark vocals, the drum work is some of Doms finest to date.

* 'Tone Poem' has been a highlight of Goldie's sets for the last few months and its easy to see why: big bass and lashing drums make this one an instant wheel up

* This full length album for Headz from Jungle Drum & Bass alumni Dom & Roland comes at a perfect time for the artist and the label, it follows his massive "Outta Endz / Unofficial Jah remix"release and comes at a time where the label has been at its most fertile in recent memory.

* The album harks back to pioneering 90s aesthetic of the music but it doesn't feel retrospective, in fact it feels futuristic- a thread that Dom has made sure ties all his work together. The reference points for the album stretch far and wide, from the inspiring and equally green eyed Sunday Sessions at Blue Note to RZA's approach to sampling.

* Dom's own words on the album perhaps shed the most light:
"The album is inspired and processed via a collection of moments I had through growing up, the things i was into, memories of good and bad times i'd had and the music i was listening to at the time'
Collaborations are kept sparse and potent, US legend Hive turns in a very rare appearance on "D.M.T"and vocal features come from Robert Manos and Natalie Duncan.

The album is Dom & Roland exorcising his artistic demons and we're proud to be releasing the project on Metalheadz.
Let's leave Goldie to have the last word on the album:
"It blows everything else away. Hands down...Right now.... Dom's album destroys everything.

J:Kenzo heads back to 31 Records with two new tracks from his arsenal. 'Sykura' encaptures the vibe of '97 / '98 drum and bass with its soundscapes and twisted analog synths, whereas 'Assemble' keeps the traditional 2 step rolling style with energy throughout.

We warmly welcome back Kettel who makes his return to Clone/DUB records since his debut Cenny Crush 15 years ago (which was followed by the brilliant Whisper Me Wishes in 2007). After a hiatus of 3 years since his last release Kettel is releasing his new album on Clone Records. The talented musician has been busy with producing music for computer games and commercials, but is now offering a fine selection of pieces he has made in the last couple years with this full length in mind. The result is a playful, inspiring, eclectic, delicate, melodic, well-balanced and brilliantly produced album fuzzing elements of electronica, classical music, jazz and techno stirred into flawless, memorable compositions. As a 90's kid Kettel has always been inspired by the early electronica pioneers (whose names don't even need to be mentioned... everyone knows who we're talking about right), and on this album too you can hear some of the aesthetics of those late 90's productions, but adopted into Kettel's unique world of confident rhythms and melodies filled with expression. The music on this record has a lyrical quality to it and is so expertly written that it does not strictly depend on it's electronical environment: these compositions would still stand firm performed on whatever combination of instruments. Another lovely and magical release by Kettel thats spreading good vibes from the first to the last second!

* "7 Rooms" is an album that was born in the rooms of an house accompanied only by the moonlight and the union of spirit, mind and heart, which give rise to a succession of compositions by jazz nuances, neo-melodic and electro-acoustic. All this is part of an intent that little strives to bring the listener in scattered places of imagination, giving freedom of movement within their musical journey. "Hanged" electro-acoustic song by low and soft lines are linked with the mystical sound of drum, played strictly by hand. "Detonica" is a piece where rhythm of past ages are transformed into a sinuous ballad, punctuated by the crescendo of a plot that thickens as it scrolls with the inclusion of classical and electronic instruments. The fullness of this passage is immediate transportation. "Confidential Love" A song by the fresh air like a late spring afternoon, which mixes acoustic and electronic instruments for a nice chemistry between melody and absence of rhythm.

* "WoolCover", the embrace of a love of neighbor, love love, narrow; the love that you have next, love you breathe, love unfiltered, the love that homogeneous thoughts and feelings of the listener. (Voice by Anna Fabri). In "Malinchonica" sounds and melodies are more gloomy structured. "Light Pipe", a leap in a purely electronic piece with broken rhythms but softened by melodies. "Velocity" sounds scratchy, high-speed, characterized by the Drum 'n' Bass sound. A project created by the "observation" of the schizophrenic society.

Smashing into 2014 with force, EATBRAIN presents it's debut album - Tales of the Undead LP. Featuring an all-star lineup of global drum & bass talent, this compilation is set to make an impact with 18 tracks hand selected by label boss and neurofunk innovator Jade. Truly an international effort, with 23 artists representing 15 countries around the world, newcomers and heavyweights alike have all brought their A-game to the compilation. Their efforts are clear - from the raw, breakneck sounds of Mindscape and Chris.SU to the futuristic beats of Telekinesis, the common denominator is quality. Tales of the Undead sees drum & bass luminaries - names like Maztek, L 33, NC-17, Dabs and Axiom - join the label roster, while rising stars like Disphonia, Qo, Bowsar and many more make powerful statements in their Eatbrain debuts. Not to mention, vocal duties masterminded by the likes of Coppa, 2Shy, Krytpomedic, and Nuklear take the album to the next level. Dark. Deep. Unfiltered. Unrestrained. This is premier neurofunk drum & bass. This is Eatbrain.

Belgian neurofunk powerhouse MINDTECH RECORDINGS bring us their biggest release to date, the PEACE Of MIND LP! Bringing together tracks from heavyweights of the scene like NEONLIGHT, DOSE, CHRIS.SU and NICKBEE alongside up and coming producers like AKOV, OKULI and HELLO DANGER, this is a serious selection of future music from one of the brightest imprints currently in operation.

CHRIS.SU & NICKBEE lead the charge with the epic 'Frozen Forever', massive sci-fi synths on the intro give way to snarling bass and heavy, angular beats at the drop for a track that has been tearing up the clubs across Europe.

Next up comes a deep, deadly stepper from Russian newcomer KIJE. Grimey bass modulations and stripped back beats keep 'Stare Into The Sun' bubbling along nicely.

'Camber' sees RREGULA taking a rare break from his collaborative Zombie Cats project to turn in a dark, minimalistic roller. Punchy sub and ultra precise beats give this one a really moody vibe.

OKULI is up next, taking things to a seriously rowdy level on 'Shift Grip'. Huge kicks and snares punch through the mix around a dirty, squelching bassline, expect to see the crowds bouncing to this one!

German neuro legends NEONLIGHT are on fine form for their entry to the LP, dishing up a gargantuan remix of SKYNET's sampler track 'Disorder', and seriously disorderly it is too! Wobbling bassline rhythms, huge reese swells and funky-ass drum fills combine on a track that will start riots, guaranteed.

Mindtech veteran AXI focuses on groove and atmosphere on 'Exosphere', bringing a hypnotic hint of techno to the neurofunk sound. Bongo rolls and a pulsing technoid groove give this a relentless vibe that will keep the rave simmering away nicely.

'The Awakening' shows ALLIED on fine form, turning in a wicked slice of his unique cinematic style. Atmospheric pads and ethereal vocals on the intro give way to a hyper-kinetic groove powered by rapid fire bass hits and sci-fi stabs.

AKOV returns to Mindtech with a crisp new remaster of previous label favourite 'Mantra' which returns even heavier than before. D&B mastering legend Beau Thomas has given the tune a fantastic new sheen, anyone who missed this gem from the self-styled bear of neurofunk first time around is in for a treat.

Another scene heavyweight is on hand for the Peace of Mind LP, Kiwi producer DOSE brings the heat with a gnarly new remix of OPTIV's 'Stereotype' from Mindtech's very first vinyl release. Retaining the infectious sci-fi lead of the original but switching up the rhythm and throwing in a huge new stab line for extra energy, DOSE has created an absolute monster!

Taking the vibe deeper once again, regular collaborators CRUEL CULTURE & KEOSZ

return to Mindtech with the moody, understated tones of 'Sagitarrius'. Crisp drums and

weighty sub.

Last but by no means least, Russia's HELLO DANGER turns in a huge neuro-jump-up

smasher on 'Hornets'. Classic rolling breaks and an agressive mid-range section to

smash up the dance!

Once again Mindtech are at the cutting edge of drum & bass production with a varied

and forward-thinking selection from some of the best musicians in the scene.

8205 Recordings is ending 2016 with a bang, bringing you The Clash EP' by DJ Renegade (aka DJ Ren of DON FM). The Clash EP' features four tracks of relentless Amiga jungle badness, produced by Ren between 1993 and 1995. Fans of classic Bizzy B / Brain Records material take note: these tunes are RUFF! All four tracks feature massively chopped amens, heavy subs, sinister atmospherics and and that classic Amiga grit that helped define so many tunes of that era.Only one of the four tracks on this EP was ever available before in any format, via an extremely rare and pricey Japanese CD compilation. The other three have never been released at all, and were only heard on dubplate in sets by a select few djs like Equinox (who helped remaster this release), Nut E-1, and of course DJ Ren himself. The Clash EP' will be released December 23d as a hand-stamped black vinyl 12', limited to 300 copies. Each copy of the EP includes a unique download code, providing access to all four tracks in your choice of digital format.Wanna war Alright.... THE CLASH STARTS FROM NOW!

Grab-bag 12' EP of electro, IDM, breaks and house from Montreal via Ottawa producer Riohv (aka Braden Thompson), which follows up the similarly map-jumping 1080-released Moondance' cassette from back in 2014.Finding more confidence and proficiency in his own abilities as a producer, Thompson was able to have a lot more fun and subsequently revise and update his sound to reflect his own tastes in records. The EP was made in one burst in Montreal over the winter and spring. On Green Room, it comes down to creating what he wants to hear—atmosphere through dreamy or moody pads, layered percussive elements, to pay tribute to the euphoria of early rave music.

The Mystic Mood Label and projects released a string of Deep and Liquid Drum and Bass tunes in 1996 and 1997. The label finished of with a project called the Journey, Part 1 & 2 were released but for various reasons Part 3 was never released.

Exclusive dubplates in 1997 and featured the tracks on a lot of his mixes during that year including the Jazzier Groove (Skeleton Mix) which was featured in the LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad mix on Pete Tongs BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix 24-03-1996.

PT2 stays on the dark side of DnB with its rolling drums and power bass but introduces Techno soundscape strings.

This EP from Shadow Cartel features 4 tunes, 'Spirit of Africa' a raw dark roller with heavy Bass leaning on the Dub Step Sound / 'Spirit of the Shadow' harks back to those early 93 Jungle Rollers with its fast edited drums dark bassline and jungle sounds / ''No No No' a dark is a in your face roller with techy stabs pulverising Bass and vocal chorus / Ghost' is a rolling haunting vocal DnB track with Dub Step inspired Riffs and Basslines.
