Beats Vinyl New Releases - News

A side 'Timeship' is backed up with anthemic 'Chamber of Secrets' a track that will only be released on Vinyl. Getting massive support from the likes of N-Type, Rinse FM & the rest of the dubstep elite.

G13 Records started back in 2008 and has gone from strength to strength. This is a big release for the label and 'Cue' has produced to absolute skankers. 'Break The Enemy' and 'Afraid' are raw and hit the dancefloor where it hurts.

Silent Killer returns following the success last year's 'EVERYONE BLEEDS', and this time he's brought co-producer Breaker along and a star studded list of collaborators on 'AMONGST VILLAINS'. Everyone who is currently making waves in the world of hard drum n bass makes a contribution, yet the album is surprisingly diverse, melodic, and memorable.

Finally out: Mother Earth EP part 2! As featured on the extremely popular Future Sickness podcasts this is a true hard drum 'n bass killer you have been waiting for.

As 2010 rolls on, Breed 12 inches has every right to be excited. After a fantastic 2009, which saw the breakthrough of Russian duo Utopia, support from the scenes biggest, new merchandise and the release of BRD005 to much acclaim, Breed 12 inches is excited to introduce yet another dynamic youngster - Gemini. Hailing from Leeds, Gemini showcases his debut release on BRD006, with a staggering 12~ that appeals across the board. 'Down' and Electric Rain', the 12~ respectively, demonstrate vibes not yet heard within the Breed back catalogue, something the label are very excited about. Having received welcome adulation from web forums to clubs and everywhere in between, Gemini looks set to catapult his career, provided by the platform of Breed 12 inches. Once again, Breed12inches is proud to introduce yet another young and up and coming talent. English bred Gemini's 12~ features two distinct sounding tracks that will pump from speakers for a long time to come. Available from all good outlets and shoplifted.co.uk, make sure you do not miss this one. BRD006~s A-side has already been labelled as the anthem of 2010. With an infectious vocal, and an intelligently crafted structure, there is no way that anyone will be able to stand still. Dancefloor singalong destruction in full effect. Electric Rain is one of those tunes that you just cannot forget, no matter how much you may try. Blending the trademark vocal-laced style of Gemini with a distinct moving bassline, let the electricity rain down worldwide.

Serial Killaz have a slew of releases on the run up to Christmas with this being the 3rd release on their own Killa Dubz label.'Walk & Skank' is a fresh re-lick of a classic tune that everyone will know! The catchy vocal hook drives this Reggae-roller along in fine fashion while the boys add their trademark sounds anf effects to give it that modern Jungle feel. Flip it over and you can check out another track that has been getting some serious attention from Hype on his Kiss

Up next on Junction 11 records is the long overdue return of the mighty DJ Cabbie. 'Drums At The Ready' is a guaranteed dancefloor killer with it's catchy reggae samples and twisted warping bassline. Flip it and if you like your jungle with bags of energy then 'Show You Murder' is for you. Another sure fire dancefloor destroyer. These tracks have been heavily supported by the likes of 1xtra's Crissy Criss, Nicky Blackmarket, Origin, Pleasure, Sly, Zen and Grooverider.

Camo and Krooked smashed it through 2009 and nothing has changed in 2010. They are in high demand and label boss Shimon has been lucky enough to grab these absolute bangers from the Austrian due and the promos of this release flew out. The A side will get your electro juices flowing and is right up to date with what works on the dance floor. 'Verve' on the flip employs vocal talents from Bristol legend 'MC Tali'. This is a big release people so get make sure you don't miss out.

Clattering amens and sinister stabs are the order of the day on the first track taken from Jaydan's immense EP for Ganja. Dropping with a stepping beat and call-and-response bass combinations 'Deception' lovingly combines everything that's great about old skool jungle with today's drum & bass. 'Original Rudeboy' heads deeper down the old skool route, sounding like a track by Rude & Deadly straight out of '95, this one will satisfy anyone who knows their D&B

'T-1000' manages to simultaneously evoke memories of raves past with its old school style riffs and dark atmospheric intro and dance floors future with its triplet skip breakdowns and titanium tough beats, alongside multi-layered bass only the biggest rigs will be able to truly handle. Flip it over and 'Learn To Fly' is a deeper, more contemplative side of Metrik's sound. Sublime Vocals, warming bass and reversed synths create a late night moment of inner city reflection.

If you haven't heard the original of this then you're in for a treat. On the A side you've got 'Clarks'. This tune is actually referring to the Somerset based shoe maker that we all know and love. The original of this track had massive success in 2010 and has been remixed into a 175bpm dancefloor destroyer. On the flip see's another collaboration between Vybz and Dirty Skank. Big releases right here.

On these two absolutely devastating tracks, Callide shows two different sides to his production skills. 'Ecstasy Rising' is a monster of a tune, that kicks of quite innocently, but drops into a half step kick snare and some mean and nasty bass, and just when you think you are safe it switches! On the flip, 'GL Allstars' is a straight up dancefloor banger that would get any self respecting raver brockin' out. Both tracks have been getting serious support from across the scene!
