Barcelona, a colourful, vibrant city buzzing with energy. This is the inspiration for the first journey of Coffee Pot.

We started to produce these tracks in a wonderful holiday in Barcelona, when we started to think about a solid and restricted channel to release our music.

UZB/Unam Zetineb's star has been ascending a lot the last couple of
months, with solid releases on labels such as Enemy, Sleaze; and some
noteworthy plays by big jocks. For this Android Muziq wax, UZB brings
his friends Flug and Groof along for the ride. Listening back to Unam's
releases the last couple of years, one quickly notices the darkness and
deepness in his tracks keep emerging. This release accentuates this.
Bringing pumped up kickdrums, genius grooves and raw, percussive
rhythms, expect this piece of vinyl in a lot of the bigger DJ's
playlists for certain.

Castagnet Loic AKA Loquace is a producer who's enjoyed a pretty impressive time of it lately, with his melancholic and emotive take on house music endearing him to many a seminal imprint. One such label is British label Act Natural, for whom the increasingly prolific Frenchman marks his return here courtesy of the stunning Fear Of Shadow EP, a three-tracker that's high on classy, cultured vibes from the get-go.


''It Feel'' (a collaboration with British producer Stuart Hawkins) opens up matters, with its strident pace setting the tone for what's to come. Bulging with firm kicks, a series of intricate drum patterns and an occasional vocal flourish, it wraps the listener in a warm embrace that gets even sweatier and captivating the longer it leads us astray. Full of various nooks and crannies and emotive, ominous tones alike, it's indicative of Loquace at his brutal and brilliant best.


Ubiquitous percussion is then the order of the day on ''Fear of Shadow'', as the main man allows a barrage of canny drums to rule the roost, before a subtle, humming bassline plays a focal role underneath, lending matters a tangible human feel in the process. Dan Farserelli is another man who's name is increasingly coming up in influential circles, and he does his own rep no harm at all thanks to his spiky and shimmying take on the latter. Oddball synths play their role, and while he decides not to jettison the original's vocal stabs, the overall vibe here is of a multifaceted effort that fits perfectly into the Act Natural back catalogue. As ever, it's emphatic stuff from the label - and all three men involved.

The very known Niereich, Hackler & Kuch joins the Construct Rhythm family with a huge
uncompromising 4 Track EP incl two additional mixes. "The next experience EP" is an incredible techno release and contains tracks like "Fallout", "Speech Movement" and "TLLive". The record get some massive remix treatments by Mr. Andreas Krämer, the CR labelowner himself. Now's time for Treem Records first 12" vinyl release. In order to try and provide a massive EP, Treem 01 brought together the following artist: COMMUTER (AFU LTD, Skryptöm, Goog), GANEZ (Communique, Nacked Lunch) and CESKO (Code2, Minimalminuts.)
Main track is Commuter's Liquid, a powerful bass heavy minimal anthem that kept deepness, using a nice and soulful melodius synth. On the flip Cesko and Ganez made a strong & clean remix of Liquid, in between techno and minimal. Last but not least, as a bonus, Ganez and Cesko unleashed a fearful banging classic techno track, a bomb named Solaris.

Label boss Idriss D makes his comeback on Memento with "Sunset In Kreuzberg", a vicious and sexy track that captures the magic and the passion of his dj sets and the energy he shares with his faithful crowds all over the world. After releasing "Cross My Mind" to enthusiastic reviews - it was charted and played by all the big names in the game - Idriss took some time off from his relentless gigging routine and went back to the studio: his endless touring schedule that brought him from headlining Italy's most celebrated clubs such as Cocoricò and Amnesia Milano, where he holds his monthly residencies, to playing at Ibiza's super famous Cadenza party Vagabundos at Pacha, inspired him to experiment with sounds and crazy vocal samples which fuse together to create a seamless flow of rhythm and melody. The track's upbeat synth line and funky bass create a warm groove that underlines a kinky female spoken-word which lasts for almost the entire 6 minutes: it doesn't let go, it doesn't give up, it creates an ongoing vibe that sucks you in and drags you deep down where the red light of love heaths up and welcomes you to her realm of desire. To add more spice and get even dirtier, remixes come courtesy of Highgrade Records' Tom Clark, KaterHolzig's main man and Italy native Cesare Vs Disorder and PanoramaBar regular Matthew Styles. Clark's rework gives a more muscular touch to the original, adding spacy atmospherics sounds and trippy percussions, playing around the synth loop and keeping the vocals upfront. Cesare Vs Disorder's In The Garage Remix slows the pace down making the vocal darker and more menacing, while essential beats, effected snare hits and ghostly sci-fi noises fill the background. Matthew Styles' taste for retro-influenced pad chords and discoey bass lines matches his take on the vocoder flavored vocal snippets and makes his interpretation of Idriss's tune a total afterhours classic and the perfect soundtrack to yet another late afternoon session inside Berlin's outrageous techno and house mecca.

Frankie Dep is a young producer from the south of Italy, who combines studying biomedical engineering with dance music producing. It turned out he was in fact a very talented producer. It didn't take long before he was spotted by 100% Pure's label head 2000 and One and was welcomed to release "The Tattoo I Wanted EP" on vinyl early 2013. With "Falling In Love", he continues to spread his warm-blooded tech house tracks around the world. 100% Pure is happy to have him on board.

Freitag's First Vinyl: The Beauty of Dueling Creative Energies

Almost Over is a first on a couple of fronts— it's the first finished collaborative project between Submerge and Ricardo Garduno, and it's Freitag's first release on vinyl.

But 'Almost Over'— what does this title mean, anyway Not as deep as you'd think; it comes from the first serious in-studio brainstorm between Submerge (Orlando Solis) and Ricardo Garduno, owner of Illegal Alien Records. After a gig one night they gathered at the studio, broke out the Heinekens, and got to work putting together the tracks that until now they'd only talked about.

Two days later the phrase 'almost over' had become a standing joke, summing up that common phenomenon of the artistic process when you think you're finished but then you see another thing that needs to be done . . . and another thing . . . and another thing . . . and another thing . . .

The happy result is four fantastic tracks that are deep, funky and energetic at the same time.

The title track is a subtle number with clicky, deep, dubby beats, a ton of atmospheric pads, and a long, silky breakdown that will take listeners on a deep and mindful journey. The flip features "Roots,' which takes a more sinister direction, dropping some of the up front package, with big, brash, percussive rhythms. This track has been played by many and has been featured on the CLR's podcast.

Der E-Kreisel is back on SPOILER with a new porn techno ep called "2 Fucked Up / Versaut".It starts on the a side with the "2 Fucked Up" attitude.Lars Wickingers Interpretation of the situation is the remix.Expect a statement of dirtyness on the b-side with the track "Versaut" but don't be ashamed if its gettin a bit too dirty. People under 18 should leave the dancefloor before You play this.Last not least Der E-Kreisel offers us a Percussion Techno Track with "Let's get down" played by himself on a real cajon.

The German based label Kitty Corner Records turns back the wheel and starts a new series of fresh experimental techno music. The opening track 'Hachzem' from Bristol's Kanji Kinetic comes with storming mutant basslines and rave stabs collide over a thumping techno beat. For 'Battle Creek Brawl' RRRitalin and Cynthia Stern take it back to '92 with pitched up rap vocals over a prodigy style breakbeat hardcore track. Spaceface's 'Hands of a Lunatik' is frenetic and crazy wonky techno, while Luke's Anger rounds off the EP with the robotic 909 warehouse beats of 'Throwing Switches'.

After the introduction of 'The African Awakening' as dub version on our 'Brazil Not Brazil 2014 release it's now time to lift the secret entirely. With dj/producer Larry Cadge from London Martin Eyerer & Rainer Weichhold are very happy to add a new member to the Kling Klong family, who's 'Vicious Circle' was one of the big tunes this spring. Instead of releasing on his on label Smiley Fingers he decided to do it the Kling Klong way with Belgian homie Hermanez on the remix duty!

International Sound Laboratory is proud to present the next development in audio technology, a long
awaited co-production between Alexi Delano and Jesper Dahlbäck. The release consists of material recorded
live at the ISL head quarters at Globe Studios Stockholm. Their process consists of the formation,
deformation and accumulation of sounds produced solely and purely under the influence of heavy coffee
dosage.

In fact, the studio caters a wide range of different kitchen appliances for creating a perfect cup of
coffee. From a soft and smooth watery coffee via the heavier taste sensation of the Swedish electric
percolator to the extreme intensity of the piece de resistance, the Italian espresso machine. Not to
forget, the kitchen also includes a special coffee grinder capable of grinding beans to perfectly match
each machine and purpose.

The worlds top consumer of coffee beans is the people in Finland, closely followed by swedes and Norwegians.
In Sweden, an average amount of 150 metric litres is consumed each year. About 6 480 million kg of
coffee beans is consumed world wide every year, generating some 103 223 million litres of
coffee (8 g/cup 15cl).

Darknet returns for its 7th 12" release, and just like the former 6, it's guaranteed to set your local dancefloor on steamy hot fire. Gabeen and Yan Cook are the first ones to line up, and the original 'Dark Shade' has just that perfect vibe for creating exactly what its title says. With its solid building and pianostab breakdowns, its guaranteed to set it off in every club.

His original mix of 'Brain Revolution' is peak time glory again, as it continues the dim character of the A-side tracks by throwing in a heavy groove, underlining a deep, distorted stab. There's no escaping the fury of this one. When the famous Kraemer & Niereich agree on remixing, you know exactly what to expect; leave your children at home, cause things are likely to become sinister. Their version of 'Brain Revolution' is no exception, making the last track on this EP as good as the ones that went before. A must have EP for all dark technoheads around !

Out of the Powder & Louder headquarters, here's news from The Chosen Two. After several remixes for Ton liebt Klang!, Beatwax and Erase Records, the studio got swept and renovated which resulted in the 'We Don't Kehr' EP. While the A-side presents itself in the style of 'Nancy's Room', 'We Don't Kehr' and 'Mean & Evil' elegantly roll out of the speaker boxes and into the sweet little ears of the audience with a solid groove, lots of vocals, and a hint of Space Disco. And as always, the music is danceable and comes with a positive vibe that will put a big smile on the faces on the dance floor.

Erik Christiansen from Liverpool contributed a deep remix of 'We Don't Kehr'. Erik runs the 'NastyFunk Records' label and skyrocketed with his releases in 2012. His songs have already made it into Solumon's Essential Mix and sets of NTFO, H.O.S.H., Popof...

"Leo Leal's Unike Muzik is a New York / Mexico based imprint aiming to bring an esteemed collective together under a shared love of forward-reaching House and Techno. The next installment sees the label padrone follow up his collaboration with L'N'F on the dense and brooding 'The Cellar' with another collaborative EP, this time with close label affiliate - Daniel Cantisani.

Stemming back to his experimentation with piano, guitar and synths at just 14 and propelled by a degree in Audio Engineering, Daniel's illustrious career has seen him turn his hand to Jazz, Classical, Funk, Disco and many facets of Electronic music. Throughout various collaborations and aliases he has bolstered his reputation for creating intricate and arresting club music. 'Beautiful Stranger' sees the pair turn in two steadily creeping House/Techno hybrids rich with glacial pads and immaculately designed percussion backed up with remixes from the eminent Emerson Todd and Sascha Dive.  

The title track gently blooms behind a pulsing Organ stab and minor-key sweeps while Overheim's Assylum rubs pattering, metallic drums up against celestial synths and a steady ambling bass pattern. Following up releases on One Records, Get Physical, Saved Records and Cocoon - Emerson Todd uses an active, filtered bass line and signature percussive flashes to subtly toughen Overheim's Assylum while Sascha Dive's 'Psycho Killer Dub' of Beautiful Stranger does exactly as the title would suggest; forms a rough, tumbling rhythm from staggered kicks and sharpened, clashing percussive elements"

Irjsband & Gert had always wanted to create balkan inspired music, and hence came the duo Stavroz. Beyond just sharing the same musical tastes, these two buddies bond over both being sound engineers (live for Ijs, studio for Gert), which makes them real 'goldsmiths' behind each and every production.
Their music is imprinted with original inspirations while keeping to a jazzy/burlesque influence, leaving little to be left displeased. The bridge, so it seems, borderlines between minimal and jazz-house.

For The Ginning EP:

'The Ginning EP' is the first release of Stavroz on Délicieuse Records. The Original track constructed around a beautiful guitar benefits from a sweet minimal beat. "The Finishing EP" features the magnificent original track with its 8 minutes saxophone solo. Recorded first shot by Nathan Daems, the saxo responds to a real sweet "Stavroz" minimal beat. Viken Arman is adding his "touch" to the track and rebuilds the whole beat in his remix. As for Powel, he makes the track really "atmospheric" bringing a bit of an acid touch to it

"La French and German Connection - EP" (Ton liebt Klang)
Aus einem Musikgeschmack entstand ein Kontakt, aus einer Verbindung wurde eine Kollaboration und aus einer Zusammenarbeit wurde eine gemeinsame EP.
"incontrol" aus Lyon und "Wolfgang Lohr" aus Berlin produzierten zunächst nur virtuell, über Dropbox, zusammen und schoben sich gegenseitig die Bälle zu. Dann wurden die Ideen im Studio ausgearbeit und finalisiert. Das Ergebnis ist ein Electro Swing Track "Le Swing Ist King", der mit seiner eingebauten Tanzgarantie nach vorne peitscht und einen satten Ohrwurm hinterlässt.
Der zweite gemeinsame Track "Holy Blues" siedelt sich im noch recht frischen Electro Blues Genre an. Hier treffen bluesige Vocals auf Mundharmonika, Gitarre und eine satte Glide-Bassline.

Abgerundet wird die EP durch starke Remixe in eigener Interpretation, von "Shemian" (Deutschland), der als einer der Electro Swing Pioniere gilt, und 2011 sogar für einen der besten Electro Swing Artist nominiert wurde. Und "Grant Lazlo" (Marseille) der in Frankreich und auch international zu einer echten Größe mutiert ist! NYC based imprint Serkal return with release number 005 from fellow Big Apple residents, David Gtronic & Randal M. Since his first releases in 2010 David has steadily built a reputation for his trademark aggressive techno grooves. A key artist for Monique Musique, he has featured on no less than seven releases for the Canadian imprint but has also graced the likes of Kina Music. Suara and Art Of Dark. Here he joins forces with Sankeys regular Randall M on the 'Aliena EP'.

The title track sees the duo applying a weighty bottom end alongside industrial beats and fluid sounds and fx. Deep, moody and atmospheric. Scuro takes a similar path. Tough, dark and laden with organic sounds it is powered throughout by its earth-moving kick drum. An Underground Story takes a slightly softer approach thanks mainly to its dreamy melody. The strong kick is still very much present but the spoken vocal, from a well known DJ, floats across the plucked guitar line to perfection.

Desolat duo Livio & Roby turn their remix talent on Aliena and deliver a wonderful revision wrapped in an elasticated and warm baseline. Their hypnotising groove runs throughout but its their pulsing bass riff that will really cause a stir on the floor.

The next Sintope Vinyl Series release comes from Damien Roussel also known as "The Mekanism". It's a project founded in Paris in the summer of 2011. His raw deep house sound saw releases with some of the world's finest electronic labels like Need want, Noir, Electronique and Under the Shade.
"Small things" EP includes two original tracks and two remixes - one signed by Kolombo who brings up his mixture of electronic house and disco vibes and another one by NTFO & Rhadow, a dancefloor oriented track that keeps a great balance between melody and groove.

MARC DE VOLE "THE BLING EP"

Marc de Vole, known from releases on Kostbar, Tracer, Piston Recordings, and one part of the act "Boss Axis" gives his debut on "Enterv2 Records".

He created a minimal groover with hypnotic and nice nervouse elements called "The Bling". Dennis Reich's Remix moves in the field of minimal-dub-techno-sound with some elements of the original, Mag Ivory proposes a harder way with his Remix.

A Bonustrack can be found on the flipside by Marc de Vole & Stefan Strobe called "ChillyBean". Its an imitation of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean".

Spanish producer Hector Couto is part of a new breed of tech-house inclined musicians making their mark on the scene. Considering his short but prolific career has already led him to famous outlets such as Get Physical, Saved, Hot Creations and Noir, that's hardly surprising either. This time around, he perks up on the Swiss-based Definition:Music for the first time since his collaboration with VIVa mainstay Darius Syrossian, the quite emphatic Here We Come. The good news is that Sunday Anthem is a no less enticing affair.

Indeed, the title track sees Couto set his stall out in a fairly vintage manner. Sprightly, energetic and with more than enough groove with which to ignite the 'floor, Sunday Anthem is precisely the sort of anthem that will work wonders incidentally, at Sankeys on a Sunday. Where, it might not have escaped your attention, is exactly when Syrossian & co. line up for their weekly Ibiza parties.

On the remix front, Dene Antony unleashes an absolute pearl of a remix, as he makes the original even more frenetic thanks to some more solid kicks and a bumping bassline that makes all the right noises. Great work from the Yorkshire producer; a man who we're sure to hear more of on this sort of form. Lastly, Definition turns in a remix that's stuffed full with ravey stabs, harmonious melodies, some clever drumwork and a barrage of suspense. It proves a fitting end to an altogether excellent EP.

The latest man to step up to the Definition:Music mantle is German producer Ben Mono. The sometime Compost, Exploited, Stil Vor Talent and Permanent Vacation man is among the most renowned such producers to grace the contemporary house field, and on The Dub Feel EP, he emphatically reminds us exactly why this continues to be the case.

It's the title track that brings the EP to life. Powerful, frantic and bulging with charismatic appeal, it magnificently walks a tightrope that placed between peak-time and discerning flavours. Full of musical charm and blissful melodies alike, it's the sort of battle-weapon that'll spring any dancefloor into life.

On the remix front, Urulu serves up a potent reminder of his own talents courtesy of his 'Anxiety' mix. Unlike the original, it's rolled out at a more gentle pace, and while the throbbing kicks pack more punch than a heavyweight boxer, it's still an altogether different proposition. The whimsical percussion and the canny drums put paid to that fact, while the majestic chords combine to bring you to a place that's teaming with endless fantasies. A blend of mysterious, deep, and groovy feels creating a warm atmosphere all around. His composition purposely explores different vibes and the various facets of Ari's personality. While this is his first release with Legotek, be ready to hear more from him this year. Ari's got some surprises planned for us...

A remix by one of the originators of Detroit Deep House, need we say more We are honored to host a true legend and the owner of one of the biggest timeless labels: Harmonie Park Records. A straight up Detroit hustler style remix on this one, with a touch of tech thrown in for good measure! Thank you Rick for bringing the heat!

B1: Oliver Gehrmann - Urban Reactions
We are pleased to introduce Oliver Gehrmann, one of the most talented upcoming Berlin artist with obvious talent for productions and host of the Fabelwesen events. This dubby deep house track will bring the dancefloor to life as the sun rises over the crowd. His combination of modern basslines with hypnotic synths and classic deep house percussions on 'Urban Reactions' are the perfect recipe for late night musical journeys. We are happy to host his very first release and be ready to hear much more from Oliver.

It is with great excitement that we present to you the first single from Luca Lozano´s forthcoming debut album 'Life in Black & White'. Part house, part hip hop, part soul and part techno, seamlessly weaved with style and originality, Lozano has crafted a refreshing first full-length for own label Klasse Recordings. First taste 'Need Nothing' will be Luca´s fourth release on Klasse and is undoubtedly his most considered, intricate and interesting work to date. Backed by remixes from Portico Quartet and Sacha Robotti, there is no doubt that what you have here is a special package destined for the bags of tastemaker DJs.

'Need Nothing' is a slow building club track with a heart-melting vocal that bubbles and builds to a crescendo of superb sonics and stellar sounds. Lusciously warm pads undulate beneath a neat hip hop-esque loop before a drugged up synth stab washes over, as the firm 4/4 kick penetrates the deep and dubby low end. Luca Lozano's 'Need Nothing' is a brilliant and timeless dancefloor record for the heart, mind and feet.

Lending their deft hand to the release is Portico Quartet's Keir Vine. With a unique take on trip hop and electronica, the band has won a legion of followers in recent times, their 2008 album 'Knee Deep In The North Sea' winning a Mercury Music Prize nomination and the latest also gaining critical acclaim. With the first 'Need Nothing' remix, band member Kier Vine takes the track in another exciting and unique direction that instantly recalls Portico's signature sound. Chopping up the vocal sample into labyrinthine morsels and laying down a fat chunky synth beneath, towards the close a new synth line imparts more unusual beauty.

Last and by no means least, Sacha Robotti steps up and delivers his trademark style and cutting edge bass jacking approach. Also hailing from the Klasse Recordings camp, Sacha lays down a straight up 4/4 beat before drafting in the tracks' striking vocal, at which point a killer bass line is dropped to work the more frenzied dancefloors.

With this first foray into 'Life in Black & White', Luca Lozano announces himself as a key artist to watch as his refreshingly original sound is guaranteed to win him fans across the globe so keep your eyes peeled and your ears to the ground for this gentleman with a penchant for big bass lines and bicycles!

'Untouchable' is Straight Al Capone - Murder-tastic and super dangerous, this track would make Elliot Ness quit the FBI and become an alcoholic. This is deception turmoil work at it best, as that superman packed bass line till you can't get anymore. This is a made in trenches track to hurt the masses hard when you play this loud and proud. This is a 100% reason to buy this vinyl all day!


'Kaleidoscope' is really a little like, that a super trip of 3x the amount of acid bass-line, pitch and sound deception that i really only took one pill instead of two. Real outta control designed heart-beat techno not quite for my listening habit, but we can see the wild and crazy South East side of the world enjoying more then some others.

Das Feuer von Katalognummer 001 ist noch am brennen, da legt Dominik Musiolik direkt die zweite Scheibe auf Audiothentica nach. Mit der Mellow EP gewährt der symphatische Frankfurter (in dessen Nachname bereits "Musik" steckt) tiefe Einblicke in sein klangliches Spektrum. Mächtige, druckvolle Bassdrums, perfektionistische Abmischungen, ständige Weiterentwicklung und Klangfärbung bis ins Detail kennzeichnen Dominiks musikalisches Schaffen. Die wundervollen, warmen Synthie-Flächen in "Mellow" wurden mit der eigenen E-Gitarre eingespielt. Dominiks markante Bassdrum lassen den Beat rollen und ein über-freundlicher Sub-Bass die Gedanken fliegen. Eine epische Nummer, die nun nur noch darauf wartet, sich in den Plattenkisten der Künstler und den Gehörgängen der Tänzer nieder zu lassen. Dieser Track kommt mit soviel Gefühl und doch so viel Druck daher, das er "gereifter" kaum sein könnte. Mit "Inspection" schließt Dominik den Kreis vom musikalischen zum bouncenden Techno - ein mächtig-pumpender Tune, sicke Voices, eine peitschende Clap und industrielle aber warme Flächen. Die Audiothenica 002 sollte jedes begeisterte Herz von authentischer, elektronischer Musik höher schlagen lassen. Wir freuen uns über den Zuwachs!

Catalogue-Number 001 still blows the fire and Dominik Musiolik directly drops the second one. With the Mellow EP the symphatic Frankfurter allowes deep insights in his tonal spectrum. Massive, pressuring bassdrums, perfectionistic mixings, but always continuing the own revolution and detailed tone-colouring signify Dominiks musical work. The wonderful, very warm synthies in "Mellow" has been recorded with the own E-Gitarre. Dominiks remarkable bassdrum makes the beat rolling and the super-friendly sub-bass let your mind fly away. An epic number, which only waits to take place in the cases of the artists and the ear canal of the dancers. This number comes with so much feeling but punsh, that it couldn´t be more mellow. With "Inspection" Dominik completes the circle between musical and bouncing Techno - A ponderous techno-tune with sick voices, a lashing clap and industrial but warm flats. This EP should make every heart of authentic electronic music beating faster. We are proud and happy to have Dominik with us!

A1 starts with a tune from Bleaching Agent, also known from the famous
Blacknecks project with Truss. He knows how a deep bassline should work
with shaking high hats.

A2 with the Italian producer G-23 who delivers a dirty tune with an
evil
bassline and stomping kick. This combination works in every club.

B1 comes with Kamikaze Space Programme, the alias of the well known
D'n'B Project Raiden, brings up a percussive smasher with unique field
recording sounds. This is the perfect condition to heat up the dance
floor.

B2 the last tune so far is from Myler and comes up with a straight
distorted beast. Raw sounds without compromise... there is nothing to add.
