Jack Bags returns to La Sabbia with Panorama Groove Volume 2. An intense flight through dark electro sounds and hypnotic techno grooves, expressing his true acid love.

More than once we have wondered what journey the soul of this being that incarnated in who is today Dani Labb had. Undoubtedly one of our favorite electronic music producers, label boss and head of pryma, is the one who gives continuity to our vinyl series. Being an inspiration to us from the moment we met him, gradually learning his unique philosophy about music and understanding it as his way of
channeling emotions and deeper experiences, we are extremely proud to share 4 of his many tracks saved in his great chest of treasures. In this album you can perceive its great versatility of messages, the ep is made up of tracks made for the club, peak time, after hour and even to unlock emotions and soak up hope. We hope that this vinyl brings
the essence of Dani closer to their lives.

"Hearts Utd." (suction052) is an addendum to RX-101’s recent 2LP “Serenity”, featuring 5 additional caustic braindance assaults from the archive, alongside a brand new remix of Serenity standout cut “Hearts Utd.” by the mysterious IDM producer Brainwaltzera.

On “Hearts Utd.”, RX-101 delivers more scorched, crunchy jackhammer beats, combined with emotional, plaintive pads, delivering a classic set of vintage-Rephlex-style bliss, à la AFX, Caustic Window, and Cylob.

We all agree that our next release is long overdue. Good news: up next is an EP by the infamous Bill & Ben duo from the UK. Having released heavy material under various monikers, the two are a dreamteam for our 003. We selected four rare cuts that match the Rota Bene vibe most and restored them from DATS for you. Our third release ranges from punchy dancefloor-orientated stuff, to music simply for the mind.

DJ K-1's (Keith Tucker - AUX88) re-release for modern electro heads Direct Beat Classics label.
1) "K-1 Intro" -Fine metallic percussion and Jeep beats define the groove of this EP's introduction from the year of 1996 featuring Anthony 'Blaktony' Horton (vocals) on this legendary Keith Tucker production. K-1's hauntingly dark strings emerge as you are informed by its mission statement. Mental.

2) "K-1 Agenda" (Instrumental) - Purposely added to enhance variety and balance, this instrumental holds its own. Highlighting his production skill, 'DJ K-1' cuts loose in the minimal groove with traditional Detroit escapism that makes the EP the fine concept it is. Made to dream & jam.

3) "K-1 Agenda" (Vocal Mix) -Written and executed by longtime cohort, 'Blaktony' (AUX88, Alien FM) on vocals. The tune transforms into a classic global jam with android-like vocals planted between the hand-crafted Detroit electronic backdrops. A mainstay in electro bass crates since its release, this track is the description of a man on a mission to jam this world and beyond. Rubbery 'K-1' signature bass lines and strings ride the perfect beat.

4) "The Future I Can See" - K-1's laid back robotic lyrics describe a look into the future paired with thunderous beats and electro bounce. Visionary rocking, Tucker provides the weight to the project that would bare his signature flavor. Hot.

5) "The Future I Can See" (Instrumental) - Focused on an atmosphere of eerie and moody Detroit dark electro, the energetic bass line weaves amongst jamming drums. Imaginative and compelling material made for global dance floors. 100% Electro.

6) "Unreleased track" - A short newly added bonus cut from the original sessions, laced with experimentation in the Motor City Electro sound.

When we first discovered RX-101’s output on Soundcloud circa 2015, we knew we’d stumbled upon something very special. Five EPs and four albums later, and now a firmly established as a crucial artist in the Aphex/Rephlex/IDM cannon, we at Suction Records are still mining this elusive Dutch producer’s 1997-1999 archive of unreleased live-to-cassette recordings, and we’re not even close to scraping the bottom of the barrel. Suction Records is pleased to announce RX-101’s fifth album, “New Discoveries”.

As the title suggests, “New Discoveries” is not just more of the same — this is a new side of the RX-101 sound. Rather than taking inspiration from braindance heroes like Aphex Twin and Bochum Welt, “New Discoveries” is a reflection of Erik Jong (aka RX-101)’s love for classic Detroit techno - Juan Atkins, Derrick May, Carl Craig, et al. Like some of the UK producers who mined this sound for inspiration, from B12 to Kirk DiGiorgio, the influence of Detroit techno is crystal clear, even if the sound has a distinctly EU/UK flair.

Available digitally, on limited vinyl LP in a reverse-board jacket, or on CD. The CD comes in a reverse-board digipack, adding 2020’s 6-track “Hearts Utd.” EP (including a remix by Brainwalztera) as an exclusive CD bonus. All physical formats include a Bandcamp download card inside.
