House Vinyl New Releases - News

Super-refined, funky and fresh - with a roster including Villalobos, Daze Maxim and Vera what else would we expect from Assemble Music Here Cologne's St Joseph stretches out on his first ever full-length, resulting in 8 individually intriguing headspaces for you to inhabit at your leisure.
'MFB1' and 'Kinda Fly' mix slow dusty samples with pristine programming in a German homage to the Detroit house masters Joseph so admires. Elsewhere, he takes his cue from closer to home: 'Music' and the stunning opener 'The Good Shit' remind of classic Isolée. Or put the needle on 'Raw Jam' and find yourself catapulted into a frenzy of offbeat snare hits, claps and acid lines, sounding half like a live jazz drum solo and half like a synthesizer in its final throes - invigorating!
St Joseph brings a real musician's feeling to his productions that should be prized very highly. 'I'm A Lover Not A Hater' he says - on the evidence of this vinyl-only longplayer, we can well believe it.

This year, Cómeme makes a stop in Medellin (Colombia), starting with the
release of Dany F's first 12" vinyl!

The "Wouhau" EP is 21 year-old Dany's outer worldly take on modern dance
music in the most original of forms. Heavy, dirty bass driven rhythms of jacking
frenzy, dark and hot, lush and electrifying.

Born in the city of eternal spring and growing up with the omnipresent rhythms
of Reggaeton, Dany started to produce his own beats in an early age. He states
he also was listening to very commercial electronics, but then started to move
underground at the age of eleven.

Using platforms like Soundcloud or Bandcamp to self-releasing his music (e.g.
The "Champetraxx Collection" and his album "Cumbia Bonita") Dany F has
made a name for himself amongst the young Pan-American scene of tropical
rhythms of today (and of the future) which travel from Perú to México, from
Argentina to Colombia. These rhythms are produced by katz who grew up
without the idea of recordings as a sellable products but instead to be
(naturally) generously shared on the all accessible internet, spreading their
music via P2P programs and social networks.

Death in Vegas returns with Transmission, the sixth release from the project begun by Richard Fearless nearly two decades ago. This album forges new miles on the path Fearless carved with Satan's Circus and Trans-Love Energies, and is born of his desire for an ever more raw, refined sound.
United over a love of Throbbing Gristle and Chris and Cosey, Fearless partners with artist and writer Sasha Grey, whose lyrics resonate across the soundscape of visceral techno and unsettling, discordant drones, weaving into a state of dreamlike euphoria. Field recordings of the constant drone of air traffic and incessant noise from the steel factory opposite Fearless' Metal Box studio, as well as the Ballardian landscape in which it's set, all exert their pull on the record, searching for light in the dark.

While being a huge multi-single in its own right, this record is also just a tiny fraction of tracks to come out of Slavaki's London studio. Expect playful mixture of warm enigmatic sounds for your
mind, body and soul. Undeniable deepness for any house music connoisseur.

Sakadat return with their fourth vinyl release by Ukrainian born Yaroslav Lenzyak featuring his track 'Osmosis' 10 minutes of stripped back minimal loops & grooves that this label have becoming famous for. On the B side Canadian electronic artist 'pheek' supplies the remix rounding off this VINYL ONLY release................

This compilation by Michael James (Recorded live at Channel Zoo Closing 2012) is indicative of the sound and vibe all those that attending regularly have come to know and love from Channel Zoo.

Featuring tracks from artists such as TRAUMPRINZ, KERRI CHANDLER, AXEL BOMAN, FRESH AND LOW in tandem with exclusive new music from YOUANDEWAN, DANA RUH and MICHAEL JAMES it's been well worth the wait but we are proud to finally present our first 'Compilation 001'.

Pablo Inzunza hails from Chile and releases his first EP on Cellaa Music. The young producer is eager to deliver solid connoisseur house and techno music. His previous releases on Little Helpers, Viva Music, Monique Musique constantly hit an incredibly high mark of quality, which earned him the attention and support of many famous DJs.

All five tracks on Pablo's After Week' EP present an unexpected journey through time and space. Let's take After Week', the first track of the EP, which is a high energetic peak time track which brings heavy, upfront kicks and unrelenting perc drive together with a smooth and infectious groove. - After Week sets the scene for what unfolds as a beautifully warm and lush house EP, where muted tones, vocal cuts and trippy pads wash over distant, yet distinct percussive work.

The second track Cremesino' enters the stage with a focus on solid groove-layered four to the floor percussion. With a pattern lead, electric synth and a dubby bassline, this is a dirty slice of house that take things into more abstract and techy territory. Deep with a beautifully cosmic touch and effortlessly smooth.

- Mediterraneo is another pumping vibe from its moody backing hook to its big bass and drums, this cut displays the special touch of Mr. Inzunza. Slow and direct, this wall of sound takes hold like a firm grip to the throat. Its vocal cut works together with the almost-suffocating bass to create a true room rocker.

- Subsole is a mind-catcher that drives forwards on a prominent kick and powerful bassline. The vocals snips, natural percussion interlocks with the hypnotic melodies for a surreal yet positive journey. This one is based on aural textures and tension and kicks into action with an unexpected combination of natural percussion feeding into a seriously heavy kind of techno.

- Nowadays our digital Bonus Track sees Pablo laying down a locked tight groove, exquisitely programmed drums and other diverse percussions appear here and then coalite into a rhythm that gets stuck in your veins and sizzles through your body and brain - u will dance!

Pablo Inzunza´s - After Week delivered a striking release that is steeped in the underground and one which befits a variety of atmospheres, sounding great whether listened to at home or enjoyed on the dancefloor.

Keep your eyes on this one and enyoy!!!!

Liverpool artist Stu Robinson aka ASOK steps up to Creme Organization with a debut full length offering, A Mind Forever Voyaging, due out spring 2016. Featuring ten tracks of macho yet melodic, tender yet tense analogue house and techno, it is a continuation of the fine work the Scenery Records boss has done for labels like M>O>S and Mistress in the last few years. Something of a late starter, Robinson has fomented his own mystical, nostalgic, inventive analogue sound that makes you jack, as well as conjuring real emotions with his great knack for melody. This album was recorded live then edited down. "So if something doesn't sound good it either stays in or I re-record the whole thing," says Robinson, who used things like Maschine, tb303, analog RYTM, JX-8P, Microkorg, some plugins and "a shit load of old rave samples" to create his debut full length. All written at home over a period of a year or so, it proves the artist has plenty of ideas and more than enough skills to carry them off. All unified by a sense of emotion and kinked dance floor groove that has been picked up over the course of 25 years of living and breathing many different forms of dance music, it is an accomplished debut.

Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, James Donadio's Prostitutes project has been one of the American underground's most unique, prolific and consistent forces for the better part of a decade. Now he brings his raw deluxe sound to CGI with "Straightened Out", a new EP from beyond this world.

The material presented here prove Donadio to be much more of an artist and performer than a 'producer'. The five tracks don't have the feel of an overly-labored studio production but rather embody the sound of someone fearlessly plugging in a few machines and wrestling with them until they generate a sound and energy far greater than the sum of the individual components.

The trademark hypnotic minimalism employed on previous Prostitutes efforts is still apparent, however Donadio has evolved the trademark blockiness of past rhythmic excursions into a compellingly rigid machine funk. From the revolution 909 of 'Just Black Medallions", the window shattering rave siren insanity of "Ridicule the Rule", to the slowed and spacious "Haunt Me And Taunt Me", the only thing more impressive than the range on show here is how all five tracks feel distinctly unified by the powerful sensibilities of their creator.

ealsy support from loco dice, raresh, mathias kaden, reboot, lauhaus, martinez, steve bug, ...

"Techno that tumbles towards ecstasy, courtesy of Matthew Dear." Pitchfork on Audion's 'Sucksh' 2005.

Matthew Dear's Audion project stands proudly at the intersection between art and hedonism, realised over a decade long dedication to powerful and relevant dance music. Growing out of the vibrant DIY Detroit underground, Audion and his contemporaries were free to feed o- the energy reverberating from UK and European dancefloors, but singular in their desire to create their own sound and spirit. An Audion release is techno in it's purest sense - whether it's pushing the bombastic limits, spinning the dancefloor out of control or elegantly toying with just a few sonic elements.

'Alpha' is Audion's rst artist album in 10 years and comes at the end of a period of fevered activity. The collective body of work standing as a marker in time and a dening moment in the life of the artist. Drowning out the noise of the outside world, 'Alpha' was a puzzle pieced together sonically in the shadows and wildly brought to life in a matter of weeks. The artwork for 'Alpha' has again been realised by Will Calcutt, Dear's long-time collaborator, who has a visual plan for the music that matches the sonic vision, completing the nal critical piece of the puzzle.

Party girl grows from a a collaboration between 2 artists coming from different fields in music. NicoNote brought her Voice and  Indie-Soul Stylings to Limo's Club Production Sound. The release is completed with hot remixes by Dapayk, Guido Nemola and Dachshund. This simply but very Cute and intense Spleen made Party girl be here!  Enjoy !

The first TOTAL BLACK RECORDS comes from MANNA FROM SKY and I.G.A. with two big reinterpretations from ALEX FUENTE and USUAL THINGS AROUND . Vinyl Only!

She Loves It / Somewhere by Kirik follows iO(mulen)'s EP released lately last year. Opener "She Loves It" layers graceful elements, drifting sounds, pirouetting percussion and lets them slowly roll in like a thick fog. Bvoice,Anrilov & SickDisco deliver a more minimalistic version of "She Loves It". This guys are a great trio from Moscow, analog gurus, already released on Pro-Tez, Highway, Time Has Changed, Body Parts. On the other side we have another piece of material from Kirik called Somewhere, which does the same job with similar elements. Its melodious drum loop is the fulcrum around which densely layered hi-hats, shakers and various pads bounce and rotate. Label boss, Dirty Culture deliver a more driven house version of Somewhere, a more digestiv aproach. Good vibes and melodic grooves from eastern Europe, on wax!

AnaloQ Musik 003 sees David Gtronic making his AnaloQ debut with a 4 track EP including an interpretation from Romanian DJ/Producer Faster.

Packed with sinister bass lines, shattering low ends, hypnotic drums with a twist of lighter atmospheres and broken vocals, each track is extremely dangerous on the dance floor when used in the correct way.

Tested and approved across the industry bringing all dance floors to life, noticeably a lot from Marco Carola at Music On in Ibiza through out this summer.

Last night EP, the second release by In Records, where Emiliano Ferreyra brings a real beauty that makes you feel this Argentinian
taste of music.
Starting with the track 'Last night' that gives the title to the release, with sketchy and rhythmic percs that makes a good way to open the release. Then you find 'Our Walk', in collaboration with the amazing duo Proudly People, special for the first tracks of the night or maybe to enjoy the sunshine of an after party. There comes 'Oldie', with his heavy riddim and joined by Max J and Coockies remix of it making a real deep atmospheric environment.

Up next on for the 4th installment of Deep Tech Records Vinyl series we have compiled a very special release by the production team of Italian National, Sonartek, alongside Wavetech Label boss, Gorbani entitled 'La Fleur'

A collection of their latest two original production which showcase their affinity to the ever popular, ever morphing Deep and Minimal genres.

On its A-side we find the Original sharing the releases name, La Fleur, a rolling Dub, Minimal production which delivers a groovy and deep bass line that is the epicenter of the arrangement and its progression. A minimalistic percussion arrangement further heightens the complexity of this production and adding dimension and depth.

On remixing duties of La Fleur we welcome non other then one of Desolat's well known members, Yaya. Delivering a more Deep Tech version of its original counterpart with the use more organic drum and percussion elements, layered sub bass and bass lines and the effective use time based effects to further add depth and color to this rendition.

On Its B-Side we start you up with the Original production 'Marzipan' a darker, even deeper composition that will test your senses as it plays with the listeners perception with the playfulness of its elements. Still the usual culprits for ingredients as its A-side counterpart but the subtle use of time based effects, artifacts and textures as well as the arrangement takes this production to a new level of intricacy with its structure.

On remixing duties for 'Marzipan' we find non other then label head Duky, with his blend of Minimal ingeniuty takes us further deeper down the proverbial rabbit hole and delivers a Deep Dark and Moody Minimal rendition, perfect contrast to complete a release that promises to have something for every Tech, Deep, Dub, Minimal lover.

Cristi Cons & Vlad Caia return under their SIT alter ego with the second part of their genre-defying LP, Sideways. Spread across 2 records, the 6 tracks are yet another journey into SIT's colourful musical universe.

Witty improvisations transformed into funky clothes for Seller's Walk's subtle kick. Loops of deep nostalgia running around Hallo's lush buildup. The evasive acid background of Feel That Way, where haunting violins are chasing filtered voices. A cosmic adventure with a punchy bassline as your personal tour guide, under the Step By Step title. The razor sharp hi hats cutting the thick techno vibe from Furtuna, to reveal just a bit of light here and there. Or the twisted downtempo born from Moody's stripped down to its bare essentials structure.

Colours that express SIT's modern take on electronic music, melting genres into their simple yet so groovy analog signature sound. The very element that bounds the Sideways trilogy into an unique story

Consistent in his output since 2006, London-based Alex Celler has carved a reputation recording on highly esteemed imprints such as Tuning Spork, Contexterrior, Broquade and All Inn to name a few. Now he turns up the heat for an impressive two-track debut on Trelik. The A-Side "Haz" kicks off with tight, dry drums moving emotively with warm bubbling bass, subtle house stabs and soothing, mysterious vocals. Drops and licks of percussion build and fall over the 9:19 duration with the aid of cleverly scattered piano keys this forward thinking arrangement stands-out perfectly. "Pacificon" on the B-side strips things back to the bare-essentials, a highly playable cut that takes on a more techno-orientated approach featuring persistent bass and metallic vocals creating a deadly effective backdrop of space and tension.
