With all those sets, tractors, technicians, software forums, updates and MP3 subscription discussions, we tend to forget about the nucleus of club music: record collectors. What we call techno, house, and so on today, was developed in Detroit and Chicago in an atmosphere of party, of mix tapes and of progressive radio shows.

He's now back with a new 2 track EP, "Wait & See", that gives a sneak peak into his album that wil be released in October. On the a-side, 'WAIT & SEE', a secret weapon already triggered by Agoria on his recent sets.

It's been a while since club legend Rui DaSilva and chill out supremo Chris Coco got together to make a record. They made several singles for Rui's label Kismet Records, the most successful being Saudade, still used today by many DJs as a late night super deep secret weapon.

New Kanada wades deep into the white waters of bass for this black summerdub.
"My Best Dress" is a tough, confident jacker with awesome, mystic
vocals by Rosina of LAL. 808 thumps, Moog whispers, and a serious CR78 swing -Nicholas Murray (aka Murr) really massages the mixing board on
this one, and the resulting production shimmers with unexpected aggression.

Do Easy strikes back with a fresh 4- tracker vinyl "Chicago Ep" by Austrian newcomer Rik Moser with early support by Matthias Tanzmann, Raresh, Osunlande, Boris Werner, Lauhaus, Anthony Collins, Matthias Meyer, Florian Meindl, Ray Okpara, Marco Faraone.... The A-sided maintime tune "Chicago" includes a remix by Detroit based producer Eric Johnston, well known from labels such as wolf+ lamb & cityfox and "Anvil" on the B-side comes with a dub remix by Do Easy artist Christopher Groove who just appeared on Matthias Meyer's big supported Ep released on Cecille.

Vince Watson Remix of J Alexander's Directions has early support from:
Pig & Dan, John Digweed, Psycatron, Dubfire, Xpansul, Butane and Motorcity Soul. This is not surprising when both these UK producers are on fire at the moment, expect quality Detroit flavored Techno!

Cologne based collective Laut & Luise is happy to present you its first release. Right on time with summer's peak
coming, Berlin's "Dürerstuben" made two tracks perfectly fitting to the running season: "Sonnenblut am Platz der
Perlen" (A1) combines the gloomy atmosphere of the last winter and the warm feeling of todays sun to create an
absolutely outstanding piece of music. "Tira Mi Su" (A2) eases up on the tempo to let you catch a breath and
enjoy the day with some hip-house, as the two guys call it. Last but not least our dear friend Constantijn Lange
provides us with a more fast paced version of "Sonnenblut am Platz der Perlen" (B2), giving it a more clubby
appeal without losing the vibe of the original track.

Kaum ein Label hat in den letzten Monaten solch eine Erfolgsgeschichte zu verzeichnen wie BRISE RECORDS, das Label der beiden Süddeutschen Helmut Dubnitzky & Frank Nova.

Birmingham's own Tom Flynn returns for his follow-up EP on dirtybird to last year's very tropical "Catch That Bird." He recently told me "I always loved the more unusual & original sounds of records, which is the reason I fell in love with dirtybird." Tom is one of the most consistent producers out there, sometimes turning in more than one tune a week! (I only wish i was so prolific.) He's currently working with Pete Tong at Radio One and also in the studio with Steve Lawler. These are two of the best T. Flynn tracks i've heard. "Budgie Smuggler" is a fresh club jam that sounds like deez nuts and "Keep Listening" is a red alert, 4 alarm big room only rocker.

Proud to present you 2 remixes from of course unknown (famous:) artists wich put a hand on tracks where there is no chance to make official rmxs, we are happy to release this epic tracks on our holy wax

No doubt that Felix Bernhardt already made a big impact on the Music scene and is supported by those well respected guys like Richie Hawtin, Butch, Stefan Bodzin, aso. ! His last two releases on AFULAB are steady burners and the second part of his BAM BAM BAM series makes no exception !
