As a regular part of the "Do easy records" crew Andy Catana & Daniel Kovac are important component of the ambitious underground music scene from Vienna. For their first EP on Valioso Recordings the boys got support by Funk E with an great Edit of their track "Yessanossa" and an great remix from BE9er and Valioso regulars Sedee.

Cabanne has been active for over 16 years and is considered as one of the main players on the minimal house scene. He is well known for his jazz and funk influences which bring a unique groove and tune to this set of 11 tracks LP available mid-October on CD and 3x12'. Discopathy will bring an intense pleasure to minimal house lovers, electronic music enthusiasts and jazz players who will fully enjoy this pure piece of minibarism, comfortably installed close to the flames of a burning dancefloor. His rework of the bass-laden, atmospheric WE MIX AT SIX is no different, steaming down the sophisticated textures of the original and soaking the resulting concentrate in a stirring bounce. Internationally acclaimed producer ULRICH SCHNAUSS has a similar knack for transcending electronica and brings his expertise in ethereal soundscapes to a surprisingly throbbing, pop-instilled, decidedly epic version of KRONSEE. Brooklyn/LA-based housetronics wizard PORTABLE SUNSETS rounds off this batch of carefully minted remixes with his take on NUEVA CANCION, turning its warm, organic hum into pure rythmatic poetry.

Turbolenz is a new label from Offenbach run by Philipp Lenz aka Delenz. The first label's release comes from Shayde, the brain child of Delenz and his partner Richard Hötter. Titled - Ama il buco' (Italian natives get the joke here), it features a very diverse spectrum of sounds and moods.

- Ama il buco' a slow grower and steady groover that will get many bodies moving and is some ready-to-get-naked material for sure.
- Kühlschrank in F-Moll' is a rather dreamy, yet positive and escapistic affair. Insert your favourite sunrise after a long night out here.

The flip side starts with a remix by none other than Swayzak, the mighty tech house duo from London. Their take on - Ama il buco' is a crisp and cool peak time affair for a moment of contemplation - if that makes sense. The last track - Ofwebach' is obviously an homage to Delenz' home town Offenbach. Apparently a more uptempo and experimental terrain, - Ofwebach' is something else.

All in all, the result is a rock-solid 4-track debut release on Turbolenz or as they say in Offenbach and Frankfurt: Megastabiles Ding.

'The Muse' Intergraded is a new label started by Midland to focus on releasing music by new artists, whether unknown, emerging or established but working under a new name. The first release sees Body in the Thames, Peach, Jay and Webstarr help inaugurate the label. The idea for the label came about after being sent unreleased music and ideas by a number of artists over the last year. As I plan to focus Graded on my own Midland solo work for the foreseeable future, and with ReGraded occupying a different aesthetic plane altogether, the logical step was to start a new label that could help introduce this music to a wider audience' - Harry Agius aka Midland

Furnished with undulating electronics and intricate drum patterns, the tribal elements on last year's World Tour 1 EP border on exotica, and equipped with rainforest FX, the label's sophomore release finds itself under the same sonic umbrella. A 15-minute opus layering 303s, massaging pads and swinging drum patterns into a heady collage, title track 'Drømmen om Ø' evolves from leisurely stroll beneath sun-dappled flora into an acid-fuelled trek, hacking the way through an overgrown jungle trail, machete in hand.

Pleasure Zone welcomes Markus Fix!

Everything has started for Markus Fix with a gift of his brother in 1992, a Behringer 3 canal mixer. Kraftwerk, Yello and Off belonged to the artists who opened his creativity and his ears for the electronic dance music. In 1994 he visited for the first time the Omen in Frankfurt where Sven Väth, DJ Dag and Frank Lorber this did what DJ's for one good evening have to act. Two years later he put into action his won inspirations, in the end, in the decks. In 2000 Markus and two DJ's friends founded the "project 2000" and started in parallel as Resident in the Frankfurt stage bar "helium". Appearances followed in different Locations as well as a much notable residence in the U60311 where he left especially free run to his musical passion. His music style changed, however, the tacts stayed the same. At the moment are labels in his record-suitcase like Perlon, raummusik and Tuning Spork. Up to 2004 Markus Fix visited the clubs in Frankfurt still under the pseudonym " J.R.Fix junior ". Meanwhile Markus played with the top Dj´s DJ T., Tiefschwarz, Dominik Eulberg, Loco Dice, Tobi Neumann, Ewan Pearson, Martin Landsky, Dinky, Troy Pierce, Vera, Dorian Paic, Chris Titjen and many more. By the creation of the musical eventful evenings, he created it also far beyond the Rhein Main area and present his elegant combination of Deephouse, Techhouse and minimal-techno. Gigs in famous clubs like the Robert-Johnson in Offenbach, the Airport in Würzburg or the Room 106 in Darmstadt, as well as the Kinzo or Deep in Berlin, are no more rarity. Markus Fix is active in variously regard in the Frankfurter scene. While he acted with the event agency " Rich and Famous " as a booker, he put into action for example the Open Air " Karotte und sein feines Gemüse" . Furthermore he is one divide from the DJ duet " Fix und Fertig ", which since beginning of 2004 in the clubs of Germany At August 2004, Markus Fix was taken up by his fascinating sound and by his rising local popularity in the cult club Monza as Resident.

rbchmbrs returns to 1432R with another mind bending dance EP. Passports barges in with a mean kick drum and a manic attitude, slammin and trippin its way through sweaty samples. Sliced Mangos follows behind with more madness, a swaggering polyrhythm beneath a sicko loop. The B-side sees rbchmbrs slide back into freaky break mode. The new ef ort from Brazilian label Easytiiger.Easytiiger__001 comprises 4 songs by 4 new acts - Mootron, BRZLN Air, Cacos and San Y Mayo. 'No Rave', a rebellion-track led by drunken synthesizers by Mootron, fl oats between bending arps, sharp leads and echoverb nukes land on a big fat drum kick and bright laser shots hi-hats - no rave! 'Detroit', by the young producer BRZLN Air, contemplates an ode to the whole history on electronic music that made the american city be known for what it is: drums, synths and love, a pure obsession. Cacos brings to life his exquisite dream-lover 'Sarah', a dark & mystic techno combined with elements of obscure chant rhythms - it's Sarah. San Y Mayo closes the 4-song compilation marching from the sea into the jungle - you might know what to expect but it doesn't mean it's there.

So here I am, happily an album older, introducing the first of Adamant's remix packages. Since the whole project was, generally-speaking, 'a personal affair' and a lot of the album was not necessarily 'club-ready' (does that even make sense), we invited our friends on board to do the dirty deeds for me and rework my sounds into something normal people can dance to. First up are Mind Against. I've known these guys for a long time, and despite them being somewhat 'new' to the scene, I clearly remember them fiddling around with cheap cracked software like the rest of us Milanese idiots around the same time. Matured into true synth magicians, they've been years in the making and, if you ask me, it shows. Next is Alex Smoke, who I believe needs no introduction. Probably one of my biggest influences, I have been a fan for ages and he is the reason I discovered Vakant. In case you've been living under a rock, after a little break he's now back with a bang, responsible for probably one of the year's best LPs (as Wraetlic), an outstanding EP on the legendary R&S and now this. I've had the pleasure of finally meeting and hanging out with Alex a few times while we were both living in Berlin and I have to say he's exactly as awesome. His remix totally destroys my original, which I thought sounded 'fat' but now sounds like a skinny girl in Barbie clothes in comparison. Lake People (actually just one Lake Person, Martin Enke) is another really nice guy who just happens to make great music. After months of people telling me I should check his stuff out, mentioning we had a lot of things (sound-wise) in common, I had the pleasure of playing after him in Paris.

"Declaration of Intent EP" is a collection of songs with a history, 4 pieces of his life talking about hypocrisy referred to poverty, the trivialisation of music as money source, the days in the studio with Ron Trent, and the night music-workers.

Beyond any related stories, here you can find all the Jose Rico's Music standards: Impossible Mpc percussion patterns, black keys, vocal textures, distorted kicks and tons of suspense and tension. Forceful grooves and trippy soundscapes here business as usual for Junes, whose latest EP adds to a string of releases getting bagged by those looking to work the floor with tight and atmospheric rhythms. The Galdoors man's flair for unexpected combos is on parade in Circuit Rift, where a UK-style low end is flung into the mix with rough drums and 4am melodics. There's a funkier bassline and rolling groove at work in Awake, this time with rich layers of pads and blips. Brass Hand uses a different palette a sparkling, loopy riff and crisp drums though it's still signature Junes.

Cute Heels is the project of Victor Lenis, a contemporary electronic artist living in Berlin, Germany. He grew up in Bogotá, Columbia during the 1990s, surrounded by the radial punk scene. Over the years, Victor's passion and fascination for synthesizers and drum machines to produce and compose resulted in his debut album 'Spiritual" for Dark Entries in 2014 as well as the Third Skin' EP in 2016. Inspired by equal parts Liaisons Dangereuses, Drexciya and Black Devil Disco Club, Cute Heels connects the dots between Detroit techno, early Chicago house and Belgium electronic body music.State of Mind' is a 4-track EP featuring the vocal talents of Berlin artist Aga Wilk, of electro-punk projects Walkman Music and 77TM, on the the title track. On the A-side are two fresh compositions recorded in New York and Bogota between 2016 and 2017. Victor says, 'State of Mind refers to the subconscious as dominated by real facts, natural, unnatural ,metaphysical or virtual and dynamism of the body as physical shield.' The track is a slow building foray into techno, elegantly suited for intangible moments. 'Golden Tears' kicks off with Cute Heels' signature metallic EBM funk played with punchy, percussive analog synths. On the flip we present two banging club remixes. The first is from LA-4A, techno DJ and producer Kevin McHugh aka Ambivalent, who adds a strong kick drum and lacerating hi-hats that build up to a mind melting breakdown with a full on acid squelch attack. The second remix comes from Noncompliant, Midwest US-based producer Lisa Smith aka DJ Shiva, who creates a raw, thumping exercise though off-kilter mechanics and punishing percussion. All songs have been mastered for vinyl by George Horn at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. The record comes in a custom-made die-cut jacket designed by Eloise Leigh featuring suggestive rope bondage graphic printed spot black matte on black hi-gloss finish. Each copy includes a postcard.

Following up to three albums on Kompakt since 2011, the latest being 'Signs Under Test' (KOM321/KOMCD119) in 2015, Los Angeles based house and techno producer John Tejada returns to the Cologne-based imprint with his thirteenth full-length, 'Dead Start Program' - an eleven-track journey spanning a prismatic array of styles and patterns, from John's signature soulful techno tunes to the further mazy, hypnotic motifs of his trancey electro hybrids.
Be it solo or through a host of multifaceted collaborations, Tejada keeps himself busy on all fronts in and off the club environment, be it by contributing the 44th number in Fabric's seminal mix series, playing drums for Detroit legend Daniel Bell (as DBX), testing the limits of acid with Tin Man or joining forces with the hilarious self-proclaimed "disinformationist" Reggie Watts as Wajatta.
Since his beginnings and the drop of his debut 12", 'Waxing', released through his own label Palette Recordings over twenty years ago, John has been carving out a lane of his own - combining and assembling elements from all ends of his wide-spanning spectrum of reference in a way that allows a more direct transition from the realm of the mind to the circuits of the machine, as confirmed by the deliberately limited studio setup used in the making of the present album.
Navigating across the lines, from the arrhythmic machine spook of the album's opener 'Autoseek' via the straight out thumping and jacking pulse of 'Hypochondriac' and heavy-lidded breakbeat of 'Sleep Spindle' onto the kosmische-infused vibrations of 'Telemetry', vibrant slo-mo inertia of 'Loss' and wistful club-ready winds of 'Duty Cycle' and 'Heal', John threads his way through genres and tempos with optimal chameleonic effect.

In 2014, Ultramajic's Jimmy Edgar received information about an East Detroit storage unit auction containing vintage recording equipment and historical items of Detroit Techno descent. We were only able to take a 1 minute peak at the dark and dusty unit before the bid, it was clear there were at least 1000 vinyl records and some miscellaneous recording equipment. ULTRAMAJIC came into the possession of over 100 DAT and 1/4" reel tapes. One box contained meticulously dated tapes from 1995 -1998 with sharpie inscription "ASHTAR LAVANDA". We had never heard this name and google search didn't bring back many results. We had uncovered a hidden treasure of Detroit Electro. The Ashtar Lavanda tapes led us on a journey to find out who the producer behind the sound was, and furthermore how did this music never get released After nearly two years, we managed to connect with Ashtar Lavanda to present this music to you. Like others during this time, Ashtar Lavanda was sharing lesser known analog studios that catered to electronic music artists during the late 90s. Studio time was expensive so the tracks had to be recorded same day. With this release and upcoming archives of his music, he will be known as one of the true pioneers in late 90s Detroit Electro alongside artists such as AUX88, Ectomorph, Dopplereffekt, and Drexciya. "I just wanted to see my music on New Dance Show, I wanted to hear it on 97.9FM but I didn't have the hustle to get the music out there" Ashtar Lavanda resides in Detroit to this day and currently works in the medical industry.

Accompanied on the B side by a heavy duty dub mix stripping back the original track and knotching up the BPM. Label regular Matt Star provides his dubby techno stamp for the remix completing the package on B2.

This 8 tracks album on double vinyl is a vivid depiction of the
Lithuanian artist top-notch production skills, his wise use of subtle
melodies and harmonic progressions, as well as his pointed dancefloor
instinct.

The first cut, 'Balboa' is a funky French touched house tune, while 'Next
Station' is a deeper excursion into esoteric atmospheres, laid back
drums and world of sounds.

'Rhapsody' is a fast paced ballad, evocative and profound, that
display Ten Walls´s trademark ability to deal with hypnotising
arpeggiated bass-lines, as in the slower disco-infected following
track, 'Rocky'.

The compelling 'Age Well' stretches out Jonatan
Bäckelie´s precious voice on a body of marmoreal drums and an
enchanting bass line .

The even slower reduced drums of 'Transition' and its bubble-chamber
dub gradually prepare us to the dreamy ride of 'INK' featuring the
vocals of Daddy was A Milkman).

Finally, the exquisite 'ReExtended' mix of INK melds an
orchestral score, Pop and electronic music with dazzling sensitivity.

David Gtronic is very well known for being a fundamental member of the famous Vatos Locos crew and for his badass releases on Dissonant, Kina music or Sci-Tec records. David was born in Colombia and he's now based in Berlin, from where he delivers this awesome EP called Kryptoo.A
Kryptoo is a minimalistic journey of rough, metallic, cosmic percussions and spongy bass lines. Deep pads and chords in constant evolution make these tracks a true hypnotic experience. Topping it up we Ahave Dan Farserelli remixing Sequence, probably the punchiest and most direct track in the album.

After a very promissory year as a digital label, is time to present the first vinyl release of Kootz music.
This is a very representative selecction of the sound of the label, between minimal and deep tech but always
aimed to be extremely danceable.

The uncompromising 15-minute composition merges DOKTA's unique electronic arrangement style with a transcending live saxophone melody and an original vocal recording of NYC's Paradise Garage and Loft regular David Vickers, with a spoken word tribute to Dave Mancuso and his legendry Loft residency, recorded before the great mans passing last year.

9 years on from their inaugural release from back in December 2004, Saved Records have now reached their landmark 100th release. Ever since SAVED001, Skylark presents Buick Project - "Chancer / Drop The Beat" Saved have stood as a benchmark for quality whilst nurturing new talent and pushing the envelope for electronic music as a whole. Celebrating the achievement in style, the Maidstone based imprint will be bringing together a mind-blowing collection of the label's favourite producers and DJ's, covering all aspects of the musical spectrum; from deep house to peak-time techno and will be available on limited vinyl samplers.

Saved 100 will feature original material from label bosses Nic and Mark Fanciulli alongside Saved mainstays Robert Dietz, Philip Bader, Stacey Pullen, Gary Beck and Alex Tepper. Mouth-watering remixers include Danny Daze, Frankie Knuckles, Joris Voorn and Adam Beyer with the likes of Subb-an, Spencer Parker, Terrence Parker and Mark Broom all also set to feature in a compilation that displays both the depth and dexterity of Saved Record's impressive back catalogue. The compilation will also come with an exclusive mix from Mark Fanciulli, serving up a label perspective from right within the eye of the Saved nucleus.

The Saved 100 tour began at Output in New York on January 3rd before heading off to Mexico for a stellar Saved showcase at this year's BPM festival. Continuing until April, it will then encompass shows in Tel Aviv, Dublin, Montpellier, Munich, Basel, Barcelona, Chicago, Miami, Detroit, Antwerp, Copenhagen, Toronto and many more.

After a slew of acclaimed releases by Equiknoxx, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe, Shinichi Atobe and Mica Levi in 2017, Demdike Stare's DDS start 2018 in typically unexpected style with a remastered reissue of David Moufang (Move D), Karl Berger, Jamie Hodge, Gunter Kraus and Jonas Grossmann's gorgeous sophomore Conjoint album, Earprints (2000).
Conjoint was the little-known but hugely regarded ensemble founded by David Moufang two decades ago, featuring techno pioneer Jamie Hodge, Deep Space Network's Jonas Grossmann, acclaimed jazz guitarist Gunter Ruit Kraus and, most intriguingly - Karl Berger (Jazz Pianist and Vibraphone player for Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry and George Clinton to name but three).
The ensemble are accompanied on Earprints by Andrew Pekler, Anna-Lena Fiedler, Burkhard Höfler, and Kai Kroker, among many others, and flesh out a full frequency spectrum of instrumental and electronic timbres, precisely yet louchely coalescing a timeless and cool blue sound that is entirely respectful to its roots, yet dares to imagine them in an altered context. In that respect it's an influential, memorable precursor to Jan Jelinek's acclaimed Loop-FInding Jazz Records that was eleased the following year.
Democratic in its construction and flush with pregnant contemplative space between and around the notes, the lasting impression made by Earprints is indelibly classic, quietly awaiting immersion by a new wave of listeners who will no doubt marvel at its many charms.

Cosmic energy and groove of comes courtesy a walking sub-low bassline turning Time Lapse into a power play built for dancefloor meditation.
Stevn.aint.leavn comes correct on the flip side with his far-out, low-slung effort Peacherine. The track begins with a skippy shuffled beat containing a crunchy snare, slick rimshot and a open hat that sets pace from the get go. The gliding sub bass groove provides genuine warmth before a techy breakdown echos sentiments of an interstellar message which guides you back into a UK garage swing paying homage to the the label's London roots.
