Eagervision is back with a bang a year after its first vinyl-only release. This new compilation pushes the quality even higher, merging four top-notch tracks from some of the label’s top producers, each one bringing a special touch to it while following a common leitmotif of crisp, futuristic, house beats.

Alffie has been perfecting a fresh and original minimal sound that is exemplified in the opening track “Be Bop”, a flawless piece of quality modern house music. The energic A-Side continues with ‘Directionless’ by Leeds’ producer Pük, a middle-of-the-night microhouse tune that feels ready to smash the dancefloor.

On the B-Side the sound gets calmer, but also deeper. The affirmed Romanian producer Octave dives deep in a collaboration with a new face for Eagervision, Specter, while the Italo-Romanian duo Nedeea close the LP in style with the mysterious ‘Suflet’.

There’s no doubt: Eagervision is taking it to the next level, perfecting its sound and contributing to innovating the scene by telling a story with every single release.

" ‘Entity EP’ encounters both a happy spirit and two fathomless spirits who dwell in limbo ready to tell the first tale. On side A Wendel Sield displays two original cuts who embody the label's direction.

‘Missing Chant’ is an uplifting rhythmic track full of liquid Rhodes and layered percussion followed by sonic fm synth line. Where as ‘Obeah Rhythm’ takes the EP to a deeper spectrum with evolving pads and hypnotic percussion. On the B side Trinidadian Deep took a deeper organic take on the main track making an infinite flow of percussion layers accompanied by ever evolving moog synth line.

Obia Records' name is inspired by the Obiaman - a spiritual healer from Surinamese and Caribbean culture, often good, sometimes evil. Obiaman resides in the jungle where he practices magical sessions to heal the mind, body and soul. Rhythm and chanting is his tool to guide those who seek a deeper meaning or healing through a journey of music and dance. "

Romana Records 003 Takes a slightly different route this time we got a original from Ted Amber Botanic Minds sunset Series and a remix from Magnus Asberg and a stella remix from TIJN Curte Vache,Moss Co. The original has been been a firm favorite for Arapu for some time now.

An integral part of the OPIA family from its early stages, and long time resident, Audri delivers their eighth release. ‘Tappo Di Ferro’ stretches across unexplored territory, making this a refreshing offering from the label. Opener, ‘Background Radiation’ steers through the synonymous rave energy we have come to the love from the label, chunky drums meeting with twists and bleeps. ‘Ihr Lied’ kicks off the deeper vibe, with distinct synths carrying the track. A different flavour with ’Zisco United’ upbeat, minimal flair, with a squiggling bass line funk! ‘Like A Train’ on the B side runs like a dream, ready for hazy mornings on dance floors again. Closing the EP is an intelligently arranged, sub heavy monster from the Italian entitled ‘9 Evolution’. In Search of Ancient Civilization is an contemporary electronic work at its finest, although the tools used to shape its sound are linked to a folk tradition. For that matter the album features musicians from within Vakula's creative circle. Tracks that needed specific vocals and also rare instruments such as harp, fujara, tambourine have been produced in collaboration with Olena Nevertii and Yaroslav. The artist has sampled himself while throat singing along with field recordings in natural surroundings.

There's a message behind the carefully made-by-hand fantasy aesthetics of the production and its unconventional voice. Vakula's fascination with the Ancient world moved him through the history of humanity, to the point where his findings were insightful enough to warn the listener: "It's time to wake up".

Having re-launched the Secretsundaze label last summer with their 'Stand Up' EP, the Secretsundaze production team make a marked return with the aptly titled 'Devious' EP. This follows on from a bunch of releases on the label from Silvestre, Carista, Eliphino and Joe Claussell.Secretsundaze also recently started a new re-edit series 'Secretsundaze Edits' with a contribution from themselves and Ge-ology topping Juno's Bestsellers charts (no.1 All Genres) for a good stint of February, gaining love from the likes of Gilles Petterson, Mary Anne Hobbs & Antal along the way. The pair have also recently released on esteemed labels such as Live at Robert Johnson, Phonica and Mule Musiq.

The Drip EP brings together four distinctive producers and one set of sounds - The Drips. The result is a compilation of 4 tracks that bring the swing and sampling of some of Accidental Jnr's finest to produce a soaking wet dancefloor.

First up is label boss Matthew Herbert with a trademark groove that harks back to his Wishmountain moniker albeit found lurking in the swamp. Bruno Schmidt's Domesticated imprint returns with its third release, heralding the comeback of noughties minimal house hero Marc Ashken. Under his new alias SHKN, he's already presented a couple of EPs on London's Subsequent, in addition to releasing tracks recently as Thread and Lost Property (with Ben Micklewright). The track titles on 003 display what's possibly his original date of creation, we're just pleased they didn't just got stuck on his hard drive. Will Saul, DJ/Producer and Aus Music label head primes the 150th release for the longstanding British label with a stellar cover of the 1990 seminal techno record of the same name by Yolanda on seminal label Underground Resistance.

With the original record being one of Saul's all time favorites and UR being a constant source of inspiration it was beyond a dream to get his version fully approved by Mike Banks to celebrate the landmark anniversary. Saul then worked with Berlin based vocalist Gilli.jpg - who has recently worked with Cinthie - to re-vocal Yolanda’s song.

As a former intern at Skint in the late 90s heyday, this up-streamed anthem feels extra special finally landing digitally on the label where Saul began learning his trade over twenty years ago. The vinyl will be released on Aus. There is also a version expected later this year which see's Saul collaborate with Paul Woolford and additional remixes by Move D and Space Dimension Controller that will land shortly. The release features artwork by Trevor Jackson, the man behind the Output label, who’s releases launched careers for huge artists like Four Tet and LCD Soundsystem to name just a few. His iconic, pop art influenced work has been seen on releases including the undisputable 80’s dance classic, Raze ‘Break 4 Love’ and S'Express 'Theme from S'Express'.

He said he couldn’t remember when he actually first did it…when he first traveled through time. In fact, he didn’t seem very sure of anything. What he did describe in great detail was the first time he saw her. “Pieces of a smile dancing with the reflections of a passing ship,” he said, deciding to hold on to that moment for as long as he could. He’s done this before. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn’t, reluctantly joining everything in a slow and somber march towards nothing. He said, “I don’t know how long it’s been.” I still don’t believe him. I think he’s just getting used to his new life. I think he’s just getting used to dating in space.

Computer Club presents, Aesthete (aka Thom Barnett) with his debut release 'Obfuscation'. A 4 track EP of bass-heavy minimalism.Micro-precise percussion bursting through minimal electronics with chattering industrial machines, the 4 tracks take an experimental approach directly to the dance floor. We first encountered the unique Aesthete sound in a dark former ballroom in Sheffield in early 2016 and were mesmerised by his sonic assault.As the name suggests, Barnett's skill isn't confined to audio. A talented designer, he runs Mamnick, an internationally renowned brand sold online and via outlets including a flagship store in Tokyo. Mamnick clothes and items blend Sheffield craftsmanship with a love of cycling and a sharp aesthetic eye.
Everything Barnett turns his attention to is expertly crafted and this debut EP on Computer Club is no exception.

Och's release rate has been sturdy since he first emerged in 2010, but he's hitting his stride like never before as he follows up last year's Time Tourism album with a new long player for his own Autoreply label. All the hallmarks of his sound are in place, from intricate and delicate melodic threads to immersive house, tech house and techno rhythms, all draped in the kind of atmospheric finery that can't fail to transport you to otherworldly places. Brigitte Barbu's Muzak pour ascenseurs en panne (Muzak for broken lifts) marked a bold new addition to the Circus Company repertoire. In a gilded haze of resonant tones conjured by traditional and non-traditional methods, Brigitte Barbu created an inviting sound world brimming with life and doffing its cap to 1970s signal processing. Out of such sonic research and development comes a wealth of material for other artists to sink their teeth into, and so we proudly present an accompanying remix EP that takes Brigitte Barbu's distinctive stamp into new territory.

Roman Flügel makes a first appearance Circus Company with two versions of "Dae-Boj DeMoya" that showcase this constantly versatile lynchpin of European techno. First up is his "kraut remix", which unsurprisingly channels the grainy beauty of Neu! and early Kraftwerk, before his "synth remix" dials back the drums and diverts our attention towards an expansive arrangement of melodious flourishes from classic synthesisers.

John Tejada and Reggie Watts reunite as Wajatta following their triumphant LP Don't Let Get You Down on Brainfeeder to deliver a particularly inventive, soul-stirring vocal techno version of "Couvre chef en peau de taupe". Watts soars over the signature warmth of Tejada's production, while Brigitte Barbu's mysterious tones linger in every fold of the mix.

Matthew Herbert offers up a "Butter Dub" version of the album interlude serie "Trou Vert" that pits his signature stark sampling methods against Brigitte Barbu's material and creates a fruitful dialogue of crooked 4/4 mechanics with all the playful curiosity of the original and a strong dose of Herbert's inimitable musical personality.

A masterclass in millennial House, Sasu Ripatti aka Vladislav Delay’s debut as Luomo returns for a 20th anniversary edition newly remastered at D&M and packing the deepest bounce per ounce Upon its original release in 2000, ‘Vocalcity’ was a totally unexpected turn from the artist best known as Vladislav Delay, who’d by then established his reputation as a producer of abstract dub techno for Chain Reaction that was ostensibly far removed from deep, vocal-led house music. But prejudices were swiftly assuaged as the Finnish artist’s keen knack for shifty rhythm programming was brought in line with Johanna Johanna Livanainen’s perfectly poised vocals, revealing the core influence of sensuous, soulful deep house and garage on his sound in a similar way to the links between Maurizio’s M-Series and the vocal-led Main Street volumes. Twenty years later it’s fair to say the 6 tracks of ‘Vocalcity’ have withstood the test of time and are bound to weave their slinky magick on ‘floors everywhere. With mint copies now near-impossible to find on the 2nd hand market, this new pressing of ‘Vocalcity’ is perfectly timed for a zeitgeist looking to the late ‘90s and early ’00s for inspiration. Cut a side-per-track, just like the original edition, each of the songs - ranging between 10 and 16 minutes each - have plentiful headroom and leg space for dancers, DJs and audiophiles, keeping the album’s crucial balance of luxuriant minimalism, and the space between its coiled grooves and burning vocals, perfectly taut and intact. Getting under the skin with the sculpted swing and hair-kissing vox of ‘Market’, and shuffling up close to Moodymann’s Detroit house depth in ‘Class’, the album is perhaps best loved for its timeless highlight ‘Tessio’, a rich, warm and writhing beauty that would set the template for myriad House records to come in the following two decades. Along with the mid-tempo lather of R&B vocal inflections on ’She-Centre’, and the lip-smacking sensuality of ’Synkro’, this whole lot is an absolute must-have for fans of late night/all day dancing sessions as much as those who like do

A1 is composed of strong, deep basslines that melts with beautiful synths and twisted rhythms that will bring you directly to space.

A2 Jan Hendez achieve a really interesting mix of his influences with a track that we have difficulties to categorize, breakbeat oriented, also electro, but with his minimal touch. Ravy and deep.

B1 is the more housy oriented, a great tool for DJ's with a good drop of acid on the middle.

B2, Le Loup used elements of the three originals to mastermind a clever track between Minimal House, and Electro.

Norachi comes at you all slinky and smooth from the Victorian countryside with 4 tracks to rattle the bass bins of your deepest dancefloor. The optimist of the bunch; ‘Nurture’ reveals glimmering synths and tight percussion over a stout bassline, while the Reflective mix adds the tough yet melancholy attitude and robust mindset distinctive of Castlemaine streets in the year 2020. On the flip, Nature Bassline walks the line between beatdown and dub with hats lashing themselves over a bass melody reminiscent of classic Detroit works. The closer, Tool For Tim, is an exercise in after hours club moderation, settling itself into a dream loop you won’t wake up from. Sleeve art by Gavin Fennessy.

Dalmata Daniel's next up is a collaboration with the Bristol-born - weirdo disco guy' Antoni Maiovvi and also a contribution of Heinrich Dressel who is an unavoidable column of Rome's electronic music scene.Maiovvi's Pleasure Model project is all about youth - replaced by Blade Runner-esque replicas. His first release under this moniker was - Kendo Dynamics' on 100% Silk in 2016. It aimed for presenting a persuasive world of fiber optic paranoia and technoid effacement.DD006 is the next level of the concept and the first time on vinyl. The tracks are driven by the characteristic haggard drum machine's sound on side A with a melancholic or dark synth themes what becomes a dreamy melody in the - Prism Riot' on side B. The remix by Heinrich Dressel is a turn back directly into the darkness, but it is faster and more like a film soundtrack with his own characteristics, of course. The whole EP has a strong vintage mood and sound.
It can be said that Update 1.1 is definitely dystopian, coming from the future of our past.

Three of the major pedestals in the Icelandic techno scene gave birth to a classic Thule release in 1997. This collaboration between Sanasol (Yagya & Thor) & Ozy gave result of an EP, which is considered by many to be one of the finest of the Icelandic techno of that era.
Seveneleven is a delicate blend of deep techno and minimalist house music. Enigmatic combination of lush pads, delicate percussions and dubby chords are destined to transport the listeners to an higher unknown state of euphoria. Fans of melodic dub techno will embrace this release as much as it was done 22 years ago - as good music never really grows old.
Thule Records is considered by many to be a pioneers in the field of dub-influenced techno music and was a starting point for many of Iceland's most renowned electronic musicians.

Tervisio 005 comes at us from emerging British producer Pierre Codarin. '3000 & Me' features three stunning and eclectic, dancefloor-driven cuts. The title track is a steely, stifling track that's notable for its hypnotic, loopy emphasis as well as its thoroughly uncompromising demeanour. Dark and dextrous, it neatly paves the way for Losoul's robust re-work. The B side kicks off with Codarin's 'Fly Screen', which belongs to a dominant and mystical after hour vibe. The concluding track 'Blue' is a trippy, whimsical cut that is characterized by its floating baseline and many warm hues.

Marco Pellegrino (aka Ancut) makes a debut on Wicked Bass Records. His emerging producer talent, together with his curation, makes for an interesting selection. All three tracks manifest after-party vibes, resemblant of that soulful atmosphere of an early morning, melodic and warm. Innershades delivers a remix of “Renaissance” with his signature nostalgia vibe. Fat drums transform the track into a dance floor killer; he further enhances the melody to transport you to the highest point of emotional intensity.

BinarySound is back and welcomes three new faces to the imprint.

On the A-side, Frankfurter duo Cedric Dekowski and Felix Reifenberg from the infamous HardWorkSoftDrinks crew join the French label. They deliver a masterclass in sound crafting with the future classic Neptuning, that will tear any dancefloor, anytime. Pichler offers a warm sound designed for the afterhours, promising a trip back to everyone’s favorite Offenbach wood floor.

On the B-side, Dj Void signs his first appearance on a vinyl imprint with 2 heavy bass and energetic dancefloor bangers, infused with a melody you can already hear blaring through the club’s speakers.

Musically and emotionally, Superpitcher's third full-length studio album, The Golden Ravedays is a one sound autobiography that exhibits the skill, feeling and style that the artist has honed over a period of twenty years, musically, and forty-plus-years, emotionally.
And full-length it is:
The Golden Ravedays is an epic album of 24 tracks that was released in January 2017 and is stretching over 12 respective chapter albums during a one-year period.
The seventh piece of The Golden Ravedays puzzle will be released on Hippie Dance in July 2017.

Number 7 of the series introduces two further tracks of the sound adventure that Superpitcher is taking us on this year.


Side A features Andy, music made by Superpitcher in memory and admiration of a pioneer artist and his works. Andy Warhol looks a scream, Hang him on my wall, Andy Warhol, Silver Screen, Can't tell them apart at all, Andy walking, Andy tired, Andy take a little snooze, Tie him up when he's fast asleep, Send him on a pleasant cruise, When he wakes up on the sea, Be sure to think of me and you, He'll think, about paint and he'll think about glue, What a jolly boring thing to do. David Bowie's lyrics about Andy Warhol mirror the groovy yet deeply moving emotion of this track. The music Superpitcher imagined here is a pleasant cruise in itself and once you wake up from it, you will for sure think of Andy.
Side B features Yves. The track starts with a long introduction of harp music and then gently evolves into one of the more fragile and poetic pieces Superpitcher has created thus far for The Golden Ravedays record. Similar to Andy this track is dedicated to an artist, Yves Saint Laurent. What is clear in this music is that there is an intense understanding of the suffering Yves Saint Laurent lived throughout his life as an artist and fashion designer. As only Superpitcher can, he translated that emotion into this beautiful and touching piece of music.

Hop on, dweller, this place is done. With hands above and feet below, a bright smile and a loose shirt we're riding right over the edge towards Pluto. Brigade knows the drill, Don Jaguar the directions. Service is provided and everyone's assisted. Future sound for future people.

Jaime Read’s first EP after a 5 year break of which unfortunately saw very little studio time - life just goes like that sometimes, but an artist will always return in tough moments such as 2020’s Covid lockdown. Deep, emotional UK techno made with honesty & introspection, taking the mind away from the world’s troubles and triggering hope - positive deep sounds.

Kellon returns with the 6th Spillway release - Tycho EP. After featuring on SPILL05, Neuron Network contribute to the label once again, this time with the opening track. Expect a varied collection of techno across the EP.

This is the debut release for WORQ RECORDS. An independent label out of Chicago USA. The label was an idea because of how hard it is these days to classify tracks into either House or Techno let alone one of the tons of sub genres of the two. Loving both genres and not wanting to label tracks or records with one group or the other, WORQ RECORDS was created. This debut release on 12" vinyl allows for a selector to blend these tracks into a variety of different mixes.

QUINROK1 sets the pace for what the WORQ RECORDS sound will be. A blend of House/Techno/Minimal/DubTechno. Born, raised and bred with the Chicago House sound and the underground rave scene culturing and shaping the flavor of where his House/Techno sound is today. This 6 track 12" will have something for your mix! Huge deep kicks, snappy snares, hats and claps with fat bass grooves and soul samples, its a recipe for some bangers!!

Opulence is back, debuting the burgeoning Puerto Rican talent of Cerrot.Title track ‘Proclamació’ twists and turns through a deep, minimal journey as trippy R&B vocals, rolling grooves and glitched samples are laid over a subby bass - giving all the elements of undeniable heater.

Romanian man of the hour Cristi Cons is first up on the remixes, providing a skippier twist on the original full of springing synths and cerebral sounds to unlock minds and move bodies. Closing out proceedings, Maher Daniel brings a techier, driving, dancefloor bomb of a remix as the final weapon in OP007’s arsenal.

Long awaited VAKUM009 is finally here. It's an inside project since the record is the first collaboration of VAKUM founders - Disrupted Project & Borut Cvajner under the D.P.B.C. name. Four diverse cuts ranging from ravey and distorted electro to 4/4 spaced out drivers and trippy soundscapes. As always, it's a very limited vinyl series powered by the mighty Analogcut Mastering from Berlin.

We are welcoming FILIPP (co-founder of kosmogonik) on our Geodesic series with his epic EP "Miletus". Miletus, the ancient city of Ionia, was FILIPP's source of inspiration for this musical épos. Having been the place of birth for 3 great thinkers of the Presocratic era (Thales, Anaximenes & Anaximander), Miletus symbolizes both the origin of thought & the birth of the universe. The Milesians placed great importance on natural elements like water, fire or air in their cosmogonies, elements that were depicted very well in FILIPP's choice of sounds on this release.

It’s lucky number 8 for Cardiff-based imprint Haŵs - and to mark the occasion, they’ve invited the riveting Jad & The to whip up a perfect storm for “Transorbital Express”. The five-track EP teems with lightheaded house and techno beats, from micro-detailed refrains to fervent show stealers.

The A-side offers a lavish yield, with the washed-out “Mastermind” rippling into a compelling bassline and a melodic sensation of bubbles cascading to somewhere unknown. “Transorbital Express” evolves upon the delicate flair, spacing out into its own groove like a dancer becoming increasingly lost in the moment. Meanwhile, “Way To Kill” takes on the role of a subtle tyrant, delivering a charmingly malevolent feel with its menacing synths and warped vocals.

On the flip-side, the chunky “Space Infinitum” launches into attention, carving through the ozone with a woozy blend of bassline and kick drums that chug with an enthralling arrogance. “Outer Planet” closes proceedings as a driven statement of intent, taking a straight-forward groove and offsetting it with eccentric, off-beat inflections.

If you listen right from beginning to end, you’ll end up somewhere at the edge of the universe. Looking towards the future with a diverse yet consistent approach, the label ensures through their thoughtful choice of artists that no matter the direction of their output, it’s one that’s set with a clear bearing by all involved.
