A compelling groove lays the foundation of 'Time' whilst quivering synths operate throughout, leading into D'Julz's remix that twists the original into a moody roller with tightly executed 808s at its core. 'Forgiveness' starts with clanking percussion as melodies add to the heightening atmosphere, while the Cabdrivers remix takes the key elements of the original and plays with the harmonies to make them coarser.

Tech House royalty Mark Ambrose continues his benevelont reign with three slices of varied funk on the fourth is / was installment. The first mix of Makossa emphasizes the "tech" portion of "tech house", favoring driving rhythms and a big kick for peaktime vibrations. Mix 2 and Wagamama lean towards the tripping, spiralling kookiness that Mark is known best for. Laslty, we've commissioned some fresh-faced talent on remix duties. Teakup contributes a whirlwind remix of Makossa featuring broken, stuttering beats and advanced sample wizardry for a truly genre-eschewing workout.

Norse Projekt brings Muninn back for release 004 with his EP called Fornjot, some more minimalistic analogue warmths accompanied by a remix from Fuse resident Rich NxT who adds some lively acidic tones to the track Jarnsaxa.

The exclusive three tracker starts with - The Concept by Waveshape - an extremely powerful club tune that demands a very good sound system to deliver its full potential. This tune delivers the definition of a fat kick drum par excellence - this track creates a strong vibe and comes with a xxl fat punch! The arrangement is based around a cool organ chord that lightens up the dark techno monster a bit however without cutting of the power and energy. Coming up next is Music On My Mind' by Subb-an. The Birmingham based producer Subb-an looks back onto an impressive list of releases and excellent references in his discography featuring productions for labels such as Crosstown Rebels, 20:20 Vision or One Records. In 2012 he even remixed pop icon Lana Del Ray! Music On My Mind' is a perfect deep tech-house gem, bass loaded and with a decent thrust coming out of the speakers. We especially fancy the hypnotic touch the vocal snipplets give to the tune. Disappear' by Kamran Sadeghi and Julia Govor is slowing down the tempo a little bit and opens the door to the harmonic and experimental area. Clubland beauty Julia Govor left quite some impressions on the floors and behind the decks over the last years. Her vocals for - Disappear create a mysterious flavour. Her intimate singing and spoken lyrics work very well together with Sadeghi's programming and result in a mesmerizing piece of electronic music for the very early morning sets. The three tracks summarize Stefaniks journey on - Dots & Pearls 3 in a very good way. Minimal and deep is the basic line but still with an enormous amount of energy and driving beats. Marc Leclair aka Akufen, has long been considered one of electronic music's most fascinating producers. An early pioneer of the so-called 'microhouse' sound, he's perhaps best known for his work on Perlon and aside from Akufen, his Horror Inc. alias. His latest comes at us from emerging Italian label, Telharmonic Texture. Valencia's Alex Font welcomes Romania's Sepp to Acme for the first instalment of 'Mis Hermanos Rumanos' for an intricate split vinyl release limited to 250 copies.Acme boss Alex Font has been producing nuanced house music for over a decade, cultivating a signature style that blends funk, jazz, Latin, and techno whilst fine-tuning his skills as a club DJ throughout Europe for years. Meanwhile, Uvar and Catren founder Sepp, who's one of the most influential producers of the new Romania Minimal-Techno scene, has kept equally busy creating and curating quality minimal, including appearances on Apotek Studio and Ada Kaleh Romania, not to mention an album on Uvar. First up, Sepp's 'Cantecul Fusului' combines rolling grooves with hypnotic atmospherics before Alex Font's 'Murph' injects a visceral low-end bounce alongside slithering percussion. Next, Font keeps the reigns with 'Mambo 3', a heady dance-floor number riddled with crunchy drums and a dusty aesthetic before 'Listen To Me' closes the EP with the eerie phrase just listen to me echoed among crackling ambience for a meditative finishing touch.

Loco Dice has unveiled his darkly eclectic album 'Love Letters', a 15-track embodiment of his diverse production range. Featuring the latest single 'We're Alive', the most highly anticipated record of his recent sets. Dice's third studio album after '7 Dunham Place' and 'Underground Sound Suicide' sees him reflecting on his musical influences and connections to Dusseldorf and beyond. The album is packed with the producer's typically forceful tones, which blur the lines between house and techno. Utillising the bristling sounds and smooth drum beats, Dice's 'Love Letters' album serves as an aural embodiment of the tones which make his sound so unique. Throughout 'Love Letters', Dice uses his own vocals more frequently than on previous albums, which makes the production both trippier and more personal, representing past and present. Addressing his listeners via special sleeve inside the 3x12 vinyl album edition, Dice writes: 'It's been a while since I've released anything in the form of an album. This time everything happened differently than my previous albums where I had the story or the concept first and where the music was my soundtrack to that story. This time the music came first - making and collecting music, having a good time in the studio without any pressure. It was not clear at all what to do with all this. To release it or not, if I have club 12 singles, or if I should just keep everything... but it felt good.

Everything falls into place at the bottom of the sea. Liquid horizons, like watercolor floating out from a brush dipped in water. Unfamiliar landscapes, alien air, strange dreams. The brighter the light, the darker the shadow. Everything has turned into deep space.

Following up his ''Haz / Pacificon EP'' last year in Trelik, Alex Celler delivers his second release for Baby Ford but this time on his PAL SL imprint. This EP takes a darker, more techno approach which fits the PAL SL vibe and will be the 15th installment since the label was launched in 1996. ''Vis-a-Vis'' will hit the shops in the spring and contains two tracks. On the A Side ''Feudade'' (pronounced feud-aid) is a percussive and haunting melancholic trip that stretches steadily over 10 minutes. It expands into a lamenting, metallic Sansula melody. On the flip-side ''Vis-a-Vis'' is a broken-beat, deeper techno number with electronic soundscapes and a bouncy kickdrum / bass combination, riding along jazzy synth lines & solos. Chopped vocals, syncopated rhythms and FX complete the scenery of the B side which decomposes gradually into its own elements. .

"Up next on 20/20 Vision we welcome Nathan Jonson back for his second outing on the label, and this time it's rounded off with a big remix from his brother Mathew Jonson. Business EP finds Nathan back in familiar musical territory. Serving up genre bending tracks which fuse electro, techno, house and old school rave into a melting pot of electronica which is not easy to define. 'Business' & 'Let Your Body' are unconventional, unique and original, with off kilter basslines and rave stabs reminiscent of a Luke Vibert and Carl Finlow hybrid. The release also see's the first appearance on 20/20 Vision from none other than Mathew Jonson, who turns in a killer remix of title track 'Business'. Since 2001 Mathew has constantly evolved, with a back catalogue of scene defining tracks and one of the most electric live shows in the business. Klas Henrik Lindblad better known as Sasse or Freestyle Man has been a friend of our label for many years and also released together with Dorian for our Raum Musik Compilation in 2005. Soul Sounds without any doubt still is one of his absolute masterpieces and he was never willing to do anything with it and just let it rest in peace until the idea came up to re release it for our label. Usually we are not licensing or re releasing anything but Sasse and especially this track of him definitely deserve it. As it is also our 20 years anniversary we got one of our key artists on board that has been playing the track again a lot recently and that also immediately liked the idea of remixing this track and this is the result now. We are happy to present you the original track of Sasse plus two remixes by our dear friend Ricardo Villalobos and label head Dorian Paic together. Enjoy !

Deepchord co-founder Mike Schommer is back from a 15 year hiatus with an entrancing 12'' on Steve O'Sullivan's Mosaic Records. After withdrawing from production for an extended period, the enigmatic producer revives his legacy with an unrestrained session using analog synths, drum machines and cavernous sound manipulations. 'Invitation to Love' uses minimalist 4/4 percussion and unfurling delays whilst 'Remember When' explores echoed synth stabs in a broken beat framework. Lastly, tranquil stepper 'Into The Night' carries floating chords and cyclical melodies through airy acoustics. 'Anamnesis' presents three quintessential dub techno methods - offering a masterfully engineered package by one of the genres most revered figures

Dilated Pupils is a collective group of likeminded friends home-based in the Netherlands. When forces are joined in one of their many studios each individual brings his own influences and styles to the table. Together they share a distinct flavor in productions and raw one-take jam sessions created with the use of analogue machines and often recorded on tape. Each of them have their own solo productions as well as other collaborations, but when united as Dilated Pupils they prefer to be known jointly as one entity with their own unique and distinguished sound. Since 2014 the group has developed an interesting and widespread discography with releases on labels such as Fear of Flying, Sol Asylum, Mode of Expression, Tabla, Music is Art, Dorcas, Make Sense and Mayak.

Fausto Messina is a veteran dj and producer from Treviso, a small town on the plain between the Gulf of Venice and the Alps. Fausto has been releasing music for more than 10 years and 'Pica Pica' is his debut E.P. on Cadenza. In the track named 'Pica Pica' a recurrent evocative voluminous chord is convoyed by a classy powerful kick drum and an organic symphony of fluffy percussions and metallic bonks, with a triumphant layer of dense whistles and shimmering cymbals. The extremely intense vibrant rhythms of 'Idiophono' contrast with the gentle reverberating harmonies of an ensemble of struck idiophones, angelically flowing in the background of the track. The smooth magnetic flux of 'Planets Ballet' concludes the E.P. with high style. This jacky stride over a stack of steamy synthesisers and bubbly bleeps is a golden tune for a quivering late-night dance-floor.

Six face-melting tracks that range from woozy dark soundscapes to experimental acid and eerie drum sequences on the first release of brand new label X/OZ. A Label as an extension of the artist Exos in his role as both a producer and curator. The six track EP includes tracks from some of his closest collaborators through the years, among others a song by his father, Octal, who has been collaborating in music with Exos since late 90s. Octal Industries ,aka Ruxpin, a lifetime collaborator, family friend and an original member of Thule records also contribute to the release. Last but not least, the mystikal Soschla, a Russian upcoming artist who made some waves already and will be a part of some upcoming releases on X/OZ. Elektroliza is a series of club events formed by a group of dedicated electronic music enthusiasts in 2006. It is hosted by Ljubljana's Channel Zero, a legendary club that is part of the autonomous social centre Metelkova which used to be the Slovenian headquarters of the Yugoslav National Army.Filling a void in Slovenia's electronic dance scene, the night was a hit from the start and quickly grew into a diverse and successful series focusing on new and exciting electro, acid and dark techno.Elektroliza hosted many memorable DJ and live acts by performers/producers/pioneers coming out of international music incubators in Gothenburg, The Hague, Berlin and as far as Detroit. Even more importantly, it brought together producers and crews from the former Yugoslav republics of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia. Inside the former Yugoslavian military barracks DJs and producers from Skopje to Ljubljana began bonding again through music, forming new friendships, starting new collaborations and dancing the night away... in 'Electro City Ljubljana'.This first double vinyl compilation of the Balkan Elektroliza family is a collection of our shared memories and visions of the future to come.

Only one month after the release of their first ep on MT on May 2018, Vactrol Park continue surprising, this time with a full LP in the shape of 'Music from the Luminous Void'.The album sees VP delve much deeper into more atmospheric realms. Using modular synths and unexpected drum machine sequencing they leave the 4X4 beats behind in favor of off-world rhythms and ever growing bass. Starting with Drops's high frequency tension, laying on top of those heavy kick drums it keeps on growing and growing. From there it moves to the 'End of the party' groove that is Novikov's Notation, and its trippy monotonic rhythm. The A-side ends with the heavy sampled ambient track Macbeth, bringing forward that mesmerizing flute solo by Italian artist Luca Spagnoletti yet succeeding in avoiding the kitsch, and with a touch of class. The B-side delves even deeper into ambience and atmospheric muzak. Starting with Bells, that features again Spagnoletti on flute. Then we get into the real gems of the album - Anstruther and Glove. The first is a pure trip into modular psychedelia and repetitive jazzy-like drum rhythms, creating tension right from the start and plays with it throughout the track before decaying slowly into Glove, which is in sense both the catharsis and the decompression session of the album. Like a 2018 version of Vangelis, this track's soundscape will keep you dreaming with your eyes closed long after the album ends.

"The enigmatic DOKTA returns with 'London Nights' the third single taken from his forthcoming album -'Metronomic'.
DOKTA has already received support from Seth Troxler, Laurent Garnier, AME, Maya Jane Coles, Archie Hamilton, Mano Le Tough & Damian Lazarus. London Nights is the sound of DOKTA at his best - real musicians and live parts are intricately woven together in ever evolving arrangement. The piece starts with a moment of orchestral bliss before heading directly into a low slung rumble of bass frequencies and tight drum programming, complimented with trippy vocals. London Nights sees remixes from Constant Sounds founder and One Records regular Burnski taking it straight to sunrise at Panorama Bar, providing his trademark groove and euphoric pads. Complimented by a stripped down slice of dub techno contributed by Ralph Lawson, similar to his recent Lost in Time dub production with heavy bottom end sub and heavily worked poly rhythms, as well as Alden Records' Jason Heath, completing the package with a beautifully orchestrated string version.London Nights is out on 26th February and the album 'Metronomic' is out 26th March.
