House Vinyl New Releases - News

Kyiv label Criminal Practice presents its foremost, the third compilation of dance smash hits. The release starts with the sharp and slightly ruffian track "Underground Legends" by the duo Virtual Reality, which consists of the co-founders of the Ukrainian label - Ghetto Sunrise and Roma Khropko. Then it's time for invited guest Kebab Traume and his composition "Tribe" - full of acid and raw tribal energy.

The B-side immediately adds intensity with the creation of another participant in Criminal Practice, Vlad Stuparenko. His "Engel" is an explosive mix of underground tech-house with proper acid notes, convincing and functional. It, in turn, resonates as much as possible with the final track of the compilation - "Kinetic Hearts" by Roma Khropko. A playful and compositionally enthralling canvas, fitting perfectly in any selector's morning set. Whistling on the dance floor is guaranteed!

While our lives are being set upside down due to a crazy amount of events, from climate change to eco-political re-assessment with crisis and pandemic emergencies a new spiritual era is approaching us. Rituals as well as magical practices are what we really need to learn how to go through this and be born again. We need to look inward and seek the truth that we can neither find in the outside world nor inside the digital one.

"Laid-back record label created between friends from around the world.

Unsilenced Music is presenting its first release with this combination of talented artists.

The A-side is featuring none other than Paradise City Breakers, the Italian trio bring an electro yet hypnotic house vibe.

On the same side, Daïf, the French producer is going full in with this naughty and melancholic tech-house cut.

The B-side starts with a load of electro and booming bass sounds. Sevenbeatz released a lot of emotions on this one.

Last but not least to close this VA, Denaila! The Italian producer is bringing a roller out. Groovy bassline and strong drums, the perfect combo."

No_4mat is an NYC-based producer, most known for his viral hits "1992" and "i'll call u mine." This is a collaborative EP release with Brooklyn-based skateboard and culture magazine Jenkem under their Jenkem Recordings imprint.

No_4mat is an NYC nightlife staple, and can probably be found lurking around the city’s nightclubs and dance floors on any given weekend. But he’s also a bit of a tech nerd, drawing inspiration from nostalgia for the early internet era. His music for this release references video games and childhood memories that will bring you back to a time when you were burning CDs and sharing USBs.

'Ianua' is the stage name of Filippo Midali, a 360 degrees electronic musician that sweeps primarily from techno, electro, breaks, jungle to Chicago footwork with a stable contamination from HipHop culture and scratch, the art of vinyl manipulation.

The self-titled album, his debut album, fully represents this, moving from track to track between various musical genres. The name 'Ianua', 'door' in Latin, comes from the idea of the multiverse and inter-dimensional doors; this is depicted on the cover, on which the front represents the door distorted by the journey through space and time and the back, together with the titles, the sketches and formulas of the presumed door- building scientist.

UFC Records back with their second release with a four tracks Ep produced by label´s co-ower R.I.P. Bestia. The four tracks are original tracks produced between 2020 and 2021 years. Side A of this EP contains two tracks more oriented for the dance floor, like "Chordal Constellations" where the psychedelic electronic of the 90's is fused with the minimal sound of the first 2000's and "VCO Ray”, where vocoder vocals are mixed with deep techno lines.

On the other side the Ep opens with "Khae!”, psychedelic breakbeat-techno accompanied by ethereal vocals, to finish with "VCO HardCore Foundation", a piece of breakbeat influenced by the Nu Skool Breaks that ends in an acid and breaks explosion.

Sound Support is a new project from Lorenz Rhode and Lars Dales.
Getting to know each other musically through Lorenz's involvement in Detroit Swindle's live shows (of which Lars in one half )this is the first result of them getting down to it in the studio.

Alex Pervukhin strikes back on Laconica label! This time he put inspiration from his obscure vinyl collection to production. So finally we have 4 dancefloor housey killers (we tested them on some secret gigs during 2020) with influence of early trance, progressive, breaks and everything that you can easily find on secret gems from 90s. From deep rich pads in «Trance OG» to bass-line in «Eurotrip In The Room» you can hear sounds of rare cards from Roland JV romplers, samples from that time, Akai MPC swing. As usual - support from iO (Mulen), Brawther and many local Ukrainian djs. Vinyl only, limited press.

We come back with a fresh single “Nowhere In Milano” by Dumming Dum featuring Rush Midnight. The 21st release in the label catalogue brings the original composition together with three remixes from Alex Schaufel, Rafael Cerato and Justin Cholewski.

Dumming Dum together with Rush Midnight has become the members of the Runemark family with their debut “Three Pills Into A Fist”.
This time the tasty original “Nowhere In Milano” created by Dumming Dum and Rush Midnight maintains deep and cozy characteristics yet also keeps it groovy and tight for the dance floors.
Amazing and full of energy remix from Alex Shaufel delivers the great feeling of togetherness blurring the boundaries between Nu Disco and energetic House music.
Rafael Cerato’s remix grabs it from the start. Uplifting, powerful and charismatic. Acidic and aggressive bass line, confident beats and massive synths pushes the levels of House and Techno.
The last but not least remix in the package comes from Justin Cholewski. Raw, unstoppable with a taste of trippiness is the signature of Justin. Technological and machinery resound overlayed with creamy vocals from Rush Midnight fulfills the whole release.

“Nowhere In Milano” is available in both physical vinyl and digital formats. Enjoy the music!

Runemark team.

After featuring a track on Dixon's Transmoderna EP and releasing his debut EP "Virtuality", we are delighted to welcome back Echonomist with his „Night Versions EP" for our first release in 2021.

Last year wasn't very gentle with dance music and even the most striking and elaborate club tracks unfortunately had to give up some of their shine, which makes "Our Last Night” all the more impressive with its reduced atmospheric beat and catchy melancholic vocals. In collaboration with Mironas (aka. Myronas Stratis), who lends his voice to the track, they created an emotionally driven and heart-rending music production.

"Different Versions Of Your Love” takes form with his progressive synthlines and a punchy breakbeat, the backbone of the EP, and offers a good start into a hopefully more prosperous dance season in 2021.

"After the recent success of their latest studio album - 3.0, Croatian outfit Cortex Thrill are back on Bonzai plastic, 26 years since their last Bonzai vinyl release with the 6 track - 3.0 Vinyl Album Sampler.
Still in the throes of celebrating their 30 years on the scene, Ivo T. Montina, Sven Gleda and Robert Grizilo make up Cortex Thrill, and together, they dug deep to create this legacy project across 3 different studios using video conferencing. They used new production and mastering techniques which shows their dedication and drive to move with the times. Back in 1994, fresh faced and full of energy, Cortex Thrill were signed to Bonzai Records and several top-notch 12’s soon followed as they carved a niche on the scene in just a few short years. Live P.A.’s all across Europe, propelled them to a bigger stage, playing at top events including Bonzai party’s Loveparade 2002, Vibe, Fantastica and Unite-Parade to name just a few. They’ve released over 50 vinyl records and just as many digital releases. It was Ivo who, after a couple of decades since they last graced Bonzai Records, decided to send some of their new, modern material to Bonzai Progressive. Four new releases followed, along with a raft of remixes for other artists. But Cortex Thrill had remained active throughout the late 1990’s and 2000’s, releasing several singles and two albums on various labels, and collaborating with a host of top producers. They have a unique sound containing elements of tech house, trance and progressive house. Co-incidentally, this latest adventure on wax features a contemporary remake of Deep Infinity, one of their bigger tracks which also appeared on their last vinyl release for Bonzai Records, the 1995 cut titled, Infiltration EP.

This 12inch is packed with deep, undulating rhythms laced with magical melodies and driven by surging basses. Each track has rich characteristics that set them apart, yet they share common traits with mesmerizing charm. On the A-side, we have the fresh progressive grooves of Quantum Pulse, Levitania and Stela Manis. On the B-side, the new progressive sounds continue with Eternia and Singularity, while the classic musings of Deep Infinity gets a 2020 makeover.

Leipzig’s Marvin Uhde, aka Qnete, returns to X-Kalay with the follow up to his 2019 summer smash, “Sand Progression”. His latest effort, the“Club Imagination EP” is Uhde at his creative best - an equally diverse four tracker spanning clubby prog, sunrise tech and grooved out electro. Cop it while you can! >:0

Outban is back with the third episode

The Jerusalem-born, Tel Aviv-based producer Roy Rosenfeld has a reputation as one of the last true leaders of the authentic club culture and this release proves that his talents stretch even way beyond that. With a mind as distinctive as his soul, though, Rosenfeld puts that nostalgic structure in a globetrotting artistic framework which makes everything both familiar and innovative. His creative ability to respond to the context according to the circumstances is impeccable. Accordingly high are the expectations of a producer of his caliber, but those expectations are more than met by the groundbreaking opus found on this 40-minute material. The title track floats on a cool Middle Eastern ambience with a sophisticated late night theme exposing those seductive traces of piano wandering, while the sequencing throughout the album is handled perfectly. One might think a genre only has so much potential to be taken to new places, but Roy doesn't feel that way. This unique release includes two guest artists - Guy J and Eli Nissan, making this new release even more special. Guy J and Roy Rosenfeld have joined forces to create 'Aroma', an album's peak, and one that deserves to reach a bigger audience. To make everything better, Eli Nissan jumps in with an awesome conception into the track 'There' with his peculiar hypnotic vibes. The transcendent mood is maintained throughout the album. The styles may vary, but the feel is profound and trance-inducing. It is a synthesizer album with a difference, an inner journey detached from the outside world. Dive down the rabbit hole!

N-Gynn returns to Pleasure Club for his third outing on the label, this time with four electronic compositions designed for interplanetary exploration. Expect mind-warping house, psychonautic techno and otherworldly electro sounds, referencing the past whilst offering a new vision of the future…

Marvin & Guy and Dj Tennis are back with the fourth volume of their Life of Marvin imprint after the infamous repress from Roby J, Sick Hardcore (aka Gabry Fasano) and Model Citizen on the first 2 volumes, real pieces of art in the Dance music produced in the early 90s from these Italian legends, originally released on Franco Falsini’s Interactive Test record label, and after Dj Miki’s outstanding full dedicated EP in 2018.

On this 4th installment we can see the return of Miki with the track “Templares” (TEMPorary Low Audible RESonance) together, for the very first time even if they are colleagues and friends since 30 years, with another heavyweight better known as Francesco Farfa with the track “Peace Treaty”, both remastered and originally released on Interactive Test.

If you think this is it you’re definitely wrong, there are also 2 remixers, one for each track, responding to the names of Roman Flügel and Gerd Janson & Shan. It goes without saying that these gentlemen did a superb and highly respectful job. Quality at its best!

Psy-fi Sounds Vol.1 is a compilation featuring collaborations with several artists from Canada and beyond. Influences span the history of electronic music and focus on Progressive House, Trance, Techno and Ambient. Each track will take you on a journey through the thoughts, feelings and experiences of the song writer

Repress...!

Repress of this Belgian trance classic from 1996.

Four new original songs from Nachtbraker with intricate percussion and melodic arrangements. Diving deep into Nachtbraker's wicked mind, each tune has a healthy dose of weirdness.

Title track "Bay Be Blu" tickles the endorphin receptors with its euphoric melodies and 'Stranger Things' atmospheres. The second track leans on soothing warm synths gliding over a dub bass with tight drums. In addition, attentive listeners will hear Nachtbraker's personal field recordings on the beaches of Barceloneta. When the record is flipped one finds herself in "Tangelo Dreams", a mid 90's, Pacific Records inspired jam with a driving baseline. Rounding off the record is "Drip", a track drenched in unconventionalism and oddities.

Mastered and lacquer cut by Simon (The Exchange) Davey.

Budakid continues his musical journey with another remarkable two-track release on Guy J's Malta-based label Lost & Found. Over the past decade, he became one of the innovators of the underground electronic dance scene. His stylisch methodology of building atmospheres and hypnotic melodies and rhythms separates him from the rest of the world. His opening track Silent Summer is an instant classic. This type of masterpiece has the power of changing the dystopian mood of a pandemic era into the essence of utopia. Budakid's collaboration with Jamie Stevens is a perfect continuation of the construct achieved with the first track and manages to remain the flow even deeper. This self-explanatory two-track work of art is nothing but mind-blowing and will impact numerous artists to try harder.

Lisene enters the rift with the Mind Palace EP. Fractal like
sound design and complex melodies paint a picture of life on
the other side of the wormhole

Yamen & EDA are joining forces again to take you on a special hunt for the 7 dragon balls.

Lopasura, on only its second release is evidently becoming a force to be reckoned with. Benedikt Frey's distinct rugged aesthetics toy with some conceptual ideas for each contribution; flirting with Greek mythologies, romantic legends and the idea of intricate layered meanings and rhetoric's for the EP as a whole. Coarse kick drums and clattering percussions are used in conjunction with epic industrial and machine-like synth lines, beautifully engineered and held together by the mixed emotions and moody atmospheres present in all three tracks. The genuine and heart-felt intent with Frey's work is undeniable, producing a fine and certain quality that will surely resonate with anyone in favour of the live and raw musical attributes he is skillfully displaying with each new release.

THREADS004 is a 4 track EP courtesy of Samuel Padden. A re-imagining of a golden era of breaks and tech house brought into the 2020s for the present-day raver. A crafting of skippy beats and hi-hats set to a drum break background with a constant bassline and zapping acid shots. This certain club banger will find its self snug in any avid DJ of the modern world

Renowned Italian DJ & producer Luca Guerrieri delivers his debut long player ‘It Never Ends’ The 15 track album crosses a multitude of electronic genres pulling in inspiration from over 25 years of experience within the industry. With a mixture of unreleased music added to 6 of his standout tracks the album stands as testament to the Italian’s expansive career, culminating in this rich body of work.

Guerrieri has already seen past releases like ‘Harmony’ gain huge support along the way by the likes of Pete Tong on his Radio 1 show et al, so this body of work comes with an existing and reputable catalogue of past work.

The LP itself includes standout tracks like ‘Tears’ and ‘Colony’ the variation across multiple genres testament to the Italian’s versatility.

The fascinating ‘Synthesis’ draws progressive electro laden synth inspo from electronic heavyweights Daft Punk, alongside the likes of ‘Colony’, ‘Mellowtronic’, ‘Beltempo’ and the excellent ‘Eleven’

Techier cuts like ‘Involved’ take a more main room trajectory showing the length and breadth of the musical output on this record. ‘Go Back’ a shining example of uplifting and grooving classic house. A euphoric piano cut, laden with dramatic strings and expertly crafted crescendos, this is a summer time peak player!

Other highlights include ‘Destino’ and ‘Neptune’. An expansive, progressive synth masterpiece built for the big stages. Nestled right next to that is ‘Holding Me’ a progressive trance inspired release, another single that pulls on the euphoric heart strings with a simple enchanting vox sample layered over arpeggiated goodness.

Guerrieri brings the record to a close with lead track ‘It Never Ends’ if any track from the LP was undoubtedly inspired by the iconic robotic duo then this is it. Another hugely infectious summer cut, packed with punk!

A body of work that has taken 25+ years to compile, ‘It Never Ends’ is a timely reminder that away from the mainstream of major labels there’s an ample showcasing of amazing work waiting patiently to be unveiled.

Raumakustik should be a notion - at the latest after their successful

was always on the go in 2011 with several releases and remixes for
Labels like Deich Records, Klang Gymnastik or Keimzelle. And right
before 2012 they strike back with "Traumtanzen". This is pure
dancefloor pleasure and already approved within the last months. To

Beatz, Housesession, Dusted Decks) delivers a real house remix to get
