Again some tasty house tunes on Midnight Love Club! The first volume of "enter the love club" collects some hotshots of the current producer scene: 2bit crew member Chris Cheops, German brit lover ManooZ, classic houser Nick Beringer and dutch team John Mood & Prunk. The A-side offers the straight and effective club cuts, whereas the B-side is more deep and "classic" house. You know we love all this! Limited edition on coloured vinyl!

All artists involved have already released on established labels like Desos (Chris Cheops), Tomorrow is now kid (ManooZ), Skylax/Wax Classics (Nick Beringer), Local Talk (John Mood) and King Street Sounds (Prunk). Seems they got something to offer!

Dungeon Meat is the new label and production outfit brought to you by Dungeon Masters Brawther and Tristan da Cunha. Packing a serious punch, it's aim is to present tracks designed specifically to rock the party and shake the sound system. Originally conceived as a platform for their own musical visions it soon became apparent that they would have to open the doors to a select few who shared their ambition to make no messing, hard hitting house grooves. One of these artists is the mysterious Blunt Instrument who has the honour of kicking off the label. After road testing his huge club hammer "Hold Back" Brawther and da Cunha knew it had to be on Dungeon Meat as it epitomised exactly the sound they wanted to present. "Hold Back" has been a firm fixture in their sets and even got cut to dubplate by Jeremy Underground Paris. It's not all about the a-side though as Blunt Instrument crafts 2 other killer club cuts for the flip side We won't go on too much trying to describe how good this EP is ... instead we'll let the music do the talking.

Recently a series of very limited and mysterious 12's by Jorge Velez popped up in stores around the globe - Rush Hour chased the artist and now offers a selection (which includes exclusive tracks) on this double LP.... seriously decent electronics that ooze nostalgia (we hear AFX, Larry Heard, Drexciya in there to, name a few) all with a 'Genius' twist...TIP
J Velez aka Jorge Velez recorded these tracks on various analog machines in the mid to late nineties in his home studio in Jersey City. The tracks never really left his studio until recently. His catalog only holds a view releases, most notable his recent L.I.E.S. Release as Professor Genius. His music, lovingly produced and directly recorded on tape, should evoke instant listening excitement to electronic music connaisseurs for it sounds warm, dusty, otherworldly, soulful and creamy.. ll that good stuff. If we didn't know better, we would have guessed early 90's Detroit. But it's late 90's Neww jersey

Then we have " Wrap Game" this track is a dancefloor killer for sure with its massive pads and intense synth work one of my favorites on Finale Sessions to date and we dont want to forget the drums of coarse with its hipnotic rhythm . Then last but not least we have " Chromed" the first thing you notice about this track is the drums and its crazy rhythm most definetly a techno killer for sure it has massive sound to it for sure and it is not to be ignored with its deep synths and wicked key work a must have for you record collection ..I want to thank you for your support on Finale Sessions and I personally want to thank you and I love you ...

Music has always played a major part in Ezel's life.
Having done remix work for labels such as Yoruba, King Street and Reel People and working with artists such as Tortured Soul, Daz-I-Kue, AtJazz, John Arnold & Jeremy Ellis, it's now time to welcome Ezel to the Local Talk family with 'Get Down'.
Opening is the title track 'Get Down (Original Mix)', with its immersive chords, bumping bassline and the help from the unmistakeable vocal talents of Tumelo, it's House the way we like it. Both soulful and deep.On the B-side Ezel serves us a remix of Get Down. There's no denying in that there's a strong Osunlade 'Envisionesque' feel to this one - and that's a good thing !

Finally production heavyweight Atjazz revisits the glory of the Bayacou Mix but focuses more on the finer tweaks, it's all in the details folks.

Sing With Me: Much in the same vein of the Mannheim house sound made popular by artists like Johnny D, Nick Curly, Christian Burkhardt etc..Brett's gives us a deep but driving track centered around an African boy singing. Brett chops the sample up to create a choir of ethereal voices to support the boy's singing. As the track progresses it takes a left turn into weirdville through some dramatic synth tweaks & sweeps. This track is perfect for anyone who likes to dance standing up, with their head down and first firmly in the air. Speaking Japanese: Many people will tell you learning to speak Japanese is one of the most difficult languages to learn, and they're right. Lucky for you, Brett has done all the work by translating his message into sound. The core inspiration for this track is based on a sample from a song by Get Physical owner and artist MANDY. They were kind enough to let Brett use the sample and run wild with it. The result is 8 minutes and 12 seconds of over driven 909s, rolling bass lines and a pad so thick you need a fork to eat it. All of this keeps the calm while frantic chatter and out of this world fxs take you to a Japanese after party somewhere in Shibuya.

Top quality reissue of one of the holy grails of the deep house scene, the original Deep South Recordings release of Mission Control's classic 'Outer Limits'. Originally released in 1990, this oor-flling gem is one of the earliest productions by Murk's Ralph Falcon and one of his nest. With its deep analogue bass and great spoken-word vocals, it went on to become an underground classic and is now hugely in-demand with DJs and collectors. On the ip is the often overlooked brilliance of 'Give Yourself' by the other Murk partner Oscar G, a bass heavy slo-mo groover that just sounds incredible loud. Absolutely essential, do not sleep!!

For all the black gold lovers, Baile Musik proudly presents very first vinyl series that will be in stores in summer 2014. This massive V.A. features four tracks by Fresh Juice members Crocodile Soup, Jessica Diaz and Monika Ross including a guest appearance by the Dutch beauty Lilith.

While Jessica Diaz and Crocodile Soup represent their dark side with some heavy bass, Lilith s track builds a bridge to Monika Ross, showing the opposite with a very jazzy tune for the happy situations in life. Crocodile s - L homme mystere' is all about the grooving bassline that steps through rainy territory in an atmosphere of an Italian gangster movie that finds its climax in a mysterious phone call.
Miss Diaz s - Tres' keeps on that flavor charged with some typical dub sounds and vocal whispers here and there that keep the experience going on. If you listen close you will hear all the little noisy details snap- ping in your eardrums from all directions. While those two are four to the floor groove based tracks, Lilith and her - mani Padme' comes along with some super cool drums paired with a sad mood in an experimental ambience of arabic voices and chants; a pure masterpiece if you like endless rhythm within a story of love and faith.

Madame Magic', produced by Fresh Juice member Monika Ross, completes this release with its tech-house beat enriched with melodic parts that make you feel like you are sitting in a jazz-café. You can hear the people talking in the atmosphere while the groove carries you through the story in a very smooth manner.

All in all this vinyl is a great and round package packed with quality music for the early and later hours. It will definitely make people move on the floor with nothing but groovy minimal and tech-house.

Elephant Moon continues its steady schedule of releases with a brand new EP from label owner John Dimas and Danish talent Samuel Andre Madsen (AKA S.A.M). On this fresh new release we're treated to two tracks from Monsieur Dimas and two from S.A.M. To open we have a quirky little space jam called 'Moon Patrol' by John Dimas. It has chunky percussion at its foundation with off-key chimes and cosmic pads giving it an interstellar feel. Samuel's 'Reshaped For Moonwalk' mix puts John's mix on a diet, making it far lighter and focusing on the ethereal elements turning it into a sweet galactic ditty. On the flip we get a sombre bossa nova ride from S.A.M., all jazzy with a grooving bassline and galloping beats. It's a cool, laid back riddim from the Dane and we're sure you'll love it. John Dimas gives the track his own Monday mix, bringing the tempo down even more and crafting a delicate heady rework. Smooth...
