Tresor Records is proud to announce forthcoming special editions of its entire catalogue of Drexciya and related projects. 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of the passing of James Stinson and the releases of the Transllusion and Shifted Phases albums. In recognition, the rightsholders, their families, and the label have commissioned Detroit-based contemporary artist Matthew Angelo Harrison to re-conceptualize the covers of Tresor's Drexciya-related catalogue. These editions will be released sequentially, bimonthly, starting early-September 2022.

The series starts with Neptune's Lair, first released in 1999, with the Hydro Doorways single arriving shortly after. In November, Harnessed The Storm and Digital Tsunami are coming. In 2023 comes the release of Transllusion in February. The series is completed by the long-awaited re-release of Shifted Phases - The Cosmic Memoirs Of The Late Great Rupert J. Rosinthrope - at the end of March.

These records, individually and as a catalogue, represent some of the most crucial moments in the Tresor label history, with the sound and mythic world of Drexciya undoubtedly inspiring generations.

Following the success of the label's Cassiopeia reissue, Mysticisms presents a second EP from Nail with four previously unreleased tracks of gliding deep house, dub techno and Balearic sunrise anthems, highlighting this respected talent.

Recorded between 1993 to 1999, predominately at the DiY collective's Strictly 4 Groovers studio in Nottingham, with the ever reliable Damian "Deadbeats" Stanley engineering. While edits and overdubs were completed at home, some were mixed down to DAT and cassette to became part of Nail and friends after party soundtrack, as much for pure enjoyment as appraisal.

Still a teenager for the early years of these recordings, Nail was honing his craft. Utilizing the ever faithful S1000 sampler, Juno 106, Oberheim Matrix 1000 and Roland SH101, influences from Future Sound Of London, the emerging 'West Coast Sound' rising in the US, Maurizio's dub fusion, through to the bouncing free party sounds emanating out from the Midlands to a now nationwide party scene embed in to machines.

Unreleased until now, the Cassiopeia release ignited an interest in these old cassettes and DATs, bringing them to life and offering further proof of Nail's place as one of the UK's best House producers.

The beats are tight and hypnotic, with perhaps just the slightest hint of a nod to the shuffling drum machine funk of early Derrick May productions like 'Nude Photo' here and the more head nodding repetition of Chicago jack house there. Aesthetically pleasing for sure.

Following 2012's acclaimed Red Nail album, machine manipulator, DJ, collector and music auteur, Cherrystones has been consistently working - composing, producing, editing, educating, programming, soundtracking and performing.

Biding time, considering and now ready to present the latest instalment of his journey. After completing the Critical Mass compilation - with part 2 due late 2020 - he left London for Scotland for two years to isolate. An experiment to truly find himself, with no social circle or need to engage, the objective to alchemise and create.

Building an intensive, all analogue studio running to 1/4 & 2 tape, the majority of these recordings are the emotions and moods drawn from this detoxification. The widescream Rave Digger, horror-haus Lavid Grinch show a more expansive Cherrystones. The occult beats of Uhuru Glue lead to the anthem Amaziac, with it's organic AFX rising, before again down to future beats of Silver Soarde and closer, Sethodone Recess Plant.

A musical blacksmith, a magician, conjurer a part of me i knew existed but have never fully spoken to or back to, i saw the sun rise and the clouds swarm, i saw dark settle and as the process speaks for itself they were aged in Bronze, dawn of man-man of dawn.

Mystical dreamweaver Edward has previously brought out some of his classiest club-tooled gear for Trelik, with 2018's Rumours EP being a particular highlight in his glittering career in minimal. Breaking a protracted silence for Baby Ford's label, this new three-tracker once more takes us into the unique atmospheric zone Edward occupies with his productions. 'The Giver' has an unnerving, desolate quality but it's also rock-solid in the rhythm department, with subtle threads of warmth to balance out the eeriness. 'Memory Motions' is a spicier cut with a pronounced house jack to propel a tense set of sonic motifs, with a special mention to the wobbly organ-like chord line. 'Tuned' is the most upfront of all the tracks, using some processed piano hooks and a full compliment of nagging, funkified ingredients to make a certified, if left-of-centre, party starter.

For the third release of the label, Kamarads records is happy to welcome on board Alessio Viggiano, Jonny N' Travis, Mancini, Olivier Romero & Anso. Alessio Viggiano known as one of the rising talents from Italia with his label Meslow has delivered a sophisticated minimal-house track called 'Acid impulse', Jonny N' Travis the duo from Torino are improving their skills with 'Morning Funk' - deep, warm & catchy at the same time. Mancini part of the famous label Headzup (based in Paris) is inviting us on a journey atmospheric & groovy. To close the EP, the Frenchies Oliver Romero & Anso went on jazzy & solid house music groove surrounded by a female voice hook, it will be your secret weapon in any situation.

Better known as the team behind The African Dream on Eightball Records, they feature on many early 90s NYC who's who of labels including Movin', Strictly Rhythm, Tribal and Oxygen Music Works.

Released as a 12", a 2 x 12" the want of a lot of US labels at the time to mirror the success of Hip Hop saw an attempt to grow House 'projects' from club EPs to being seen as artists via albums.

The EP starts with Opening, with warm keys that serve to show this is not your average 4 tracker, before soon giving way to the deep intensity of Dark Intervals. Tight drums and keys pushing, the vocal samples and swirling atmospherics all yield to a bass calling for loud sound systems.

On the reverse, an immense, spiritual take of NYC music in Innocence And Inspiration. Double bass, swirling arpeggio, tight claps, whistle strings, ridin' jazz fused break-beats and then pure piano cuts through.

You And Me Cocoon Recordings welcomes Pele & Shawnecy for his Cocoon 12 debut. Without any doubt the Rosenheim resident is one of the fastest rising names in Germany. The bavarian tech-house-hero has built up an impressive reputation over the last two years. His driving and testosterone loaded productions and remixes can be found in many top notch dj-sets and charts. Pele is a master of kicking tech-house and his style of incorporating chords and vocals create real peaktime highlights. There is no escape when the sound of Pele kicks in on your PA system! SHAWNECY native Persian, who shows musical fully controversial direction. Michael Jackson's hip, he sings and dances for various chart and show acts, and also working as a choreographer and dancer. Both together started to produce music end of 2010 when Shawnecy moved from FFM to Rosenheim. Their first 12 for Cocoon Recordings is no exception here. With 'Can't Wait' they deliver the next peaktime highlight just in time for this years summer season start. Merging house and techno this one should make fans of Harvey McKay, Santos and Guy Gerber happy which makes it a perfect release for us. Giuseppe Scarano's musical journey began at a young age, DJing in some of Puglia's best clubs like Clorophilla, Guendalina, Discorama and Heartz Festival supporting top tier DJs before launching NICEPEOPLE in 2018. His latest is on Constant Sound sublabel Cardiology and features four deep and dusty cuts. From the low slung disco loops of 'In Your Own' and the particuarly thumpin' Same For You' on the A side. Over on the flip, there's the swing fuelled deep house of 'Freaky' and some late '90s filtered house in the form of 'Best Places', cleverly sampling a pop classic from the same period.

German producer HOSH kicks off his new label fryhide with a free to download continuous mix that is made up of all his own tracks. Called Stories From Sa Talaia, the album is out on May 25th, but tracks from it will also be released as four individual EPs on the label. Now comes the first one featuring four fine efforts that showcase his broad house style and find the Ibiza based, Diynamic associated producer in the form of his life.

Up first is 'Standing Still Is Moving Backwards' a track that serves two purposes as it is a perfect peaktime techno opener or the sort of track to bring a break in between big moments to let people breeze before you fire up the next gem. It´s fresh in every way and shows the producer coming at techno from an exciting new angle. Next is 'Fire and Ice', a dark, analog, melodic track with crisp in-your-face hi hats but also deep melodic vibes. The title describes this fine fusion of sounds perfectly as it goes deep and moody with warped synths and menacing bass.

On the flipside, 'The Watergate Affair' features vocals from Lou from the GHEIST agency after the pair met at Watergate and HOSH instructed him to "go further with this. Experiment with your voice. Go somewhere where you haven´t been yet, don't be scared just do it.' And he nailed it with a beauty hard to describe in words as HOSH lets the vocal shine with a simple straight forward reduced techno beat. The outcome is a surefire festival anthem in the making this summer.

Last but not least is 'Natalia's Lullaby', the closing track from the album that was written for HOSH pregnant wife. The resulting track is beautiful and filled with emotion that will make any set that bit more special.

This gem from 1998 is produced by Jean Frank Cochois aka Jeremy. A set of atmospheres: deep, tech, chill, which will make you travel through time. "Spiritual Reality" is considered a timeless classic in the deep-house scene.

Focus On Egoless return with further outstanding vinyl output this Spring with four tracks crafted by label founders, Moray & Different Reflexion, and includes a heavyweight remix from local hero, Carlos Sanchez aka Lowwaxx. The “Subida Peligrosa” EP is jam packed with glitchy broken drums, and electro enthusiasm, all fuelled by acid injections bringing the rave nostalgia.

Opener “Dalema Raca” chugs along, immediately letting you know the flavour of the day from the Gran Canaria duo, energetic club room sounds from the get go.

Title track “Subida Peligrosa” takes you on a mysterious wander through curious, almost sinister synths, and hypnotic drum loops. You can just imagine this track slicing through an after hours dance floor with great impact.

Kicking off the B side is “Pauntema” which enters with real tenacity due to the crisp breakbeat drums before you are met with dreamy pads, and a sub heavy bass.

Lowwaxx takes the beautiful synth sounds, and amalgamates them with a more direct and 4 by 4 energy in comparison to the original. Both versions will no doubt make their way to record bags of devoted diggers.

More from mystery artist Surrogate, reportedly a veteran Detroit-based techno producer operating under a new alias for the first time in 20 years. As with the publicity-shy artist's recent debut on Misstress Recordings, the four cuts showcased on this EP combine crunchy, distorted and sometimes extremely lo-fi techno and electro beats with dubbed-out electronics, deep space motifs and subtle nods towards vintage rave culture. There's much to admire throughout, from the soul-flecked deep techno crunchiness of 'Poison' and hypnotic, early morning brilliance of 'LX', to the fractured techno minimalism of closing cut 'Moderno'.

Following a string of high calibre releases on Phonica AM and their own label the duo continue to make their mark as masters of cinematic sound design with this tripped out mind melter! FOR 02 is beautifully balanced with 'Enchanted' from Berlin based duo ERIS, known amongst other things for their releases on Tokyo based label, Cabaret. Once again Fragments of Reality delivers four unique excursions into different dimensions and soundscapes.

After a stint of regarded releases on Public Possesion DJ City returns to Cocktail demote Music with Giuda Iscariota.The title might evoke images of the eternal betrayal but DJ City seems fully devoted to his crowd. Fueled by the distant memory of his regular sets at Cocktail, City touches on an array of moods and styles keeping his foot on the pedal. Giuda Iscariota emulates the selection choices of DJ City during his many sets at the party with a no nonsense focus on dance floor drivers while Nattens Tysta Timmar slathers on the queer vibe by sounding like a lost Pet Shop Boys deep cut. On the flip Sophies Theme picks up the pace again with acid laden house grooves and Archeoicae’s head down hands up arp driven frenzy.

UFO Series starts 2022 with a high quality and intergalactic EP from a revelation artist called Moy On Wire. Emotional focused music that can remind us of many classic, warm and extra terrestrial sounds,crazy secuences even in fragments of the EP you can start making memories of the incredible space duo daft punk.

Steve O'Sullivan invites a trio of artists to lay down some serious head nodding beats for ‘Rhythm Method Vol.4’. Calling on one of Canada’s trusted talents and solid purveyors of deep grooves Jay Tripwire leads the charge with ‘Mung Bean Medley’. There’s simply no messing: pushing through a taught rhythmic workout, incessant toms and metallic tones etch deep into the mood - awash with dubbed out atmospherics and crafty touches that more than a give a nod to the dark house dubs of yesteryear. On the flip, ‘Hidden Sequence’ inject their creative flex, demonstrating the all important art of minimalist bounce with ‘Synchro’. The kind of fully swung beats and tripped out twinges that brighten the groove more often than not when 7am comes calling. The svelte bustle and soothing tones of ‘Makka’ from Fletcher by contrast, soothe the mind and leaves plenty of room to kick back as weary limbs take their toll: a fine tonic indeed.

Time to welcome Black Loops back once again for his third release on Freerange. Riccardo continues to impress with a consistent and evolving output on labels such as Shall Not Fade, Atteral, Gallery and Madhouse, his warm, bouncing beats and basslines working their magic in a broad cross-section of DJ’s sets the last decade or so.

Here on These Changes he teams up with young London producer and vocalist Cody Currie, known for his releases on Classic, Razor n Tape and Toy Tonics. These Changes is an uptempo, shuffling house track with a deep, rolling mood which doffs the cap to classic NYC sounds but with a distinct contemporary spin.

The People treads a similar path with a repeating vocal hook and snipped and chopped jazz fusion sample adding the ear candy whilst punchy beats and echoing synths keep the floor bouncing. Think Charles Webster meets Joshua Iz on Guidance in the late 90’s and you’ll get the idea.

Closing out this sublime release we have Driver which puts all the focus on a simple, compelling bassline pushing the groove along and creating a deep, emotive late night mood to move to.

Having seen the first two releases on his self-run Unison Wax label win plaudits from critics and contemporaries alike, Berlin's Diego Krause starts 2015 with a fresh EP of deep and textured house music.
A1 opens the EP in style, its deep sunken bassline and clamouring percussion underpinning intoxicatingly woozy chords and a soulful vocal sample. Demonstrating Diego's ability to pen strong groove-led house tracks, it exemplifies the headsdown vibes that we've come to expect from him.
The breaks-orientated A2 offers up a new dimension to Krause's production skills. Here, sharp drum breaks punch out a funk-tipped rhythm accompanied by a sweetened melody.
If A2 reveals Krause's hip-hop roots, then B1 evokes the producer's schooling in New York and New Jersey deep house. A chopped up vocal samples loops over terse drums, a warm sub-bass and a Fender Rhodes sounding chord hook. The emergence of a nebulous piano refrain completes the package, making for a track that is both soulful and playful.
B2 closes the EP in style. Tumbling hi-hats and reverb-licked bass patterns are joined by a wistful melody that finds Krause exploring the emotive juxtaposition between up-tempo and down-tempo sounds. The result is a subterranean house jam that will fan the white-hot embers of a 6am dance- floor.
With 2014 having seen the Berliner tipped as a big name in the making, Unison Wax 03 offers up four tracks set to add to that momentum propelling Diego Krause further onwards and upwards.

Stately Records is back with their third physical release and this time the Dutch graduated minimalist Luna Ludmila is in control. Luna delivers an incredibly diverse EP, looking back on a rough past 2 years with her title track ‘Trip On My Own’ and celebrating her Slovenian roots with the atmospheric ‘Hipnotična’. For the third release on De:tuned we proudly present The Kosmik Kommando AKA Mike Dred. Mike hardly needs an introduction; considered as one of the masters of the Roland TB-303 Mike has been releasing records under various aliases since the early 90s. He has recorded for high profile labels such as R&S and Rephlex as well as his own Machine Codes label. Together, with Aphex Twin, Mike was behind the Universal Indicator releases which are among the most collectible and sought after records in techno history.

De:tuned has worked closely with Mike to develop an 8 track project that gives props to the American Psychologist Timothy Leary and his proposed theory of 'The Eight-Circuit Model of Consciousness'. This model describes 8 circuits of information that operate within the human nervous system. Each circuit refers to a different sphere of activity, enhanced by experimentation with a particular substance. Each circuit also represents a higher stage of evolution than the one before it and the higher the circuit, the fewer the people have activated it as the higher four circuits exist for those who migrate to outer space and live extraterrestrially.

The 8 Models are applied to the track titles that present a varied collection integrating acid house, techno, electro and rave culture.

3 of the tracks on offer here were written exclusively for Mike's live performance at the De:tuned 'Meeting of Minds' event in June 2012, which was Mike's first full live show in 3 years.

As the third outlook on the soon to be released second Keinemusik album, this is "Confusion feat. Ali Love". Slightly grainy beat, tender piano-harmonies and on top: Love's croon - the sentiment of this tune is destined to score many of the last sunsets, this season has to offer. "Confusion" will be out August 27, followed up by the album in October.

Rolling into the spring of 2022, Mosaic turns to Berlin based Yorkshireman and co-founder of Tact Recordings, Fletcher, for Mosaic LTDX6 .

Following his impressive "Mechanical Garden" debut LP on Mosaic DTL, 'Violet Shift' focuses on Fletcher's ability to weave magic for the dancefloor with DeepChord's Mike Schommer adding a contrasting touch of class on the remix.

Title track 'Violet Shift' is a trip into the light fantastic: centring around a delicate fusion of deftly programmed beats and continuously shifting filtered chords. Brought together with muted pulses of sub bass and splashes of effects, it's a masterful exercise in restraint and a true delight with repeat listening.

Taking it the other way, Schommer's remix focuses on a four to the floor journey: adding tribal elements and tight percussion that inject more urgency into the mix. A tough but fair take, you wouldn't expect anything less.

Last but not least, the dawn chorus of 'BOHTS' eases you into the mood with a trimming of airy optimism and brushy bounce to the beats as warm chords sweep their way through.

Darius Syrossian’s Moxy Muzik label continues to roll out the goods with a new one from mainstay artist Steve Lawler. His original comes with a dub version and a remix from Fuse founder Enzo Siragusa.

Warriors boss Lawler has long been rocking underground dance floors around the world, previously releasing on quality record labels such as Rekids, Yoshitoshi, Drumcode, Moon Ovum, Cocoon, & as a DJ the man needs no introduction. One of the few DJs who has stayed at the very top of the game touring the world for over two decades.

K’Trip is built on rock solid drums, with loopy sub bass and dark vocals that keep on pulling you in as slick percussion peels off the beats. The dub version pairs things back to the killer drum programming and popping bass to really make the floor go off.

Enzo Siragusa is on remix duty and has become synonymous with dubbed out, paired down house in his own music, but also the cult FUSE parties he hosts. He showcases that slick, stylish signature sound here with a superb remix that has deft and trippy synths doing a dance over the tightly knotted drums. The whole thing journeys late into a cosmic night and will take the whole club with it.

After three releases all being a huge hit, this is set to be yet another sure fire winner from Darius Syrossian’s Moxy Muzik Label.

Coming in fast with release number 5, Liverpool based Aerofunk makes his debut on Subee with 4 cuts of straight fire. The Intergalactic Friends EP is filled with astronomical groove and packs more punch than a unidentified object leaving the atmosphere - tracks A1 & B2 are high on the G force scale and sure to get any dance floor flying whereas A2 & B1 take the pace down just enough to show Aerofunk's soulful side at cruising altitude.

Brooding synth-driven madness from a multi-faceted Italian ... Autoerosynth is a new Matthias alter ego dedicated to the realm of synth, a journey for all synth lovers.

Title track “Green Carrot” delivers nifty percussion arrangements while gloomy pads and synths are working together to glue all the elements into one piece.

A2 track “Different Spaces” gives you robust kick drums and an acid themed bassline. Obscure vocals and shiny leitmotifs are conducting the percussive elements along 6 minutes of dance-driven groove.

Producer duo Greg Wheeler and Dean Slydell spent a lot of time on the A3 road back in the nineties, which runs from London to Portsmouth. The trax for Molar's third strike date from the same period. House gourmets know their sought after releases from the mid-nineties on UK’s Ferox Records. Molar is very happy to present four diverse tracks that were produced between 1995 and 1998 that have now been carefully remastered for the „A3 EP“.
From the rather cheerful house groover „Changing Places (Edit)" and the deep head nodder "Telling Lies" on the A-side to the technoid, slightly reminiscent of Italian Onirico "First Contact" and the freshening breaky "OpenGL" on the B-side - there is something for everyone on MOL03 again!

Cali Lanauze's Opulence label comes correct with the first in a new series of compilations called Sensory. Volume 1 brings together a red hot selection of talents from around the world, with slick house and techno in many forms all represented.

Those contributing include the boss himself plus Chicago legend DJ Sneak, Detroit's Ryan Crosson, French house giant DJ W!ld, Germany's Andre Buljat, Italian born minimalist Cesare vs Disorder, Peruvian duo Deaf Pillow and cult Romanian Kozo.

Kozo steps up first with ‘See A Man About A Horse’, a woozy and deep cut filled with gorgeous pads. The prolific and game changing DJ W!ld then offers a more driving number, with metallic drums and smooth loops getting deep into your psyche. The boss's own ‘SixFourtyTwo’ is a dreamy and pad laced deep house classic, then DJ Sneak comes on strong with his fluttering percussion, deep rooted Chicago drums and sci-fi effects to get you in the groove.

Cesare vs Disorder – ‘Aquele Dia Na Piscina’ is a more tripped out and synthetic affair with brooding pads and crisp kick drums powering things along, before the stripped back afterparty vibe continues with the edgy and eerie ‘Change Your Mind’ from Ryan Crosson, which has cascading drums and drilling bass. Deaf Pillow keep you locked with the ghoulish voices and rugged synths of their ‘Devil's Head’, a paranoid cut with an unsettling atmosphere, and Andre Buljat's ‘Telescope’ rounds things out with the futuristic synth patterns and roaming drums of this deep techno roller.

This is an excellent eight track overview of the brilliantly broad Opulence sound and is jam packed with essential cuts.

DGTL Records - the official label arm of Dutch festival giant DGTL - marks its fifth anniversary in style with brand new album ‘5YRS of DGTL Records’. The 14-track long player is released on April 29th as a 4x 12” vinyl set and drops digitally across 4 separate EP releases between February 18 and April 1.

5YRS of DGTL Records is a perfect reflection of not just of the label itself but also its global event patron: headliners sitting equally alongside local talent and up-and-coming acts.. Holding a great variety of forward-thinking house and techno, the label stays true to the same formula of the festival shows. Over the past five years, DGTL Records has grown into its own as a fully-fledged musical arm of the overall DGTL musical experience, introducing new sounds and acts to an international audience.

For promising Dutch DJ/producers Coloray, Tjade, Nicky Elisabeth and Lucky Done Gone, this will be their first release on DGTL Records, while the likes of Deniro and JP Enfant are already familiar names to label fans, having previously released EPs on the label. All are linked to promising rising international talent such as Jimi Jules, Kino Todo and Terr and to DGTL 'veterans' such as Adriatique, Dax J, Roman Flugel and Frank Wiedemann & Trikk, who have been part of the DGTL family for years.

DJ Octopus is back on CHIWAX! Marco is not only a fashion icon he is also one of italys best producers. The new ep called "Circuit Funk" is another demonstration of this talent.

Minimal house supergroup Mandar have been on a roll since they launched Oscillat back in 2014, but this release ranks among their highlights to date. The dream team of Lazare Hoche, Malin Genie and S.A.M originally released "Poisoned Words" as the B side to their String Theory 12" in May 2018, and now they revisit the track with a double dose of remixes from none other than Ricardo Villalobos. The minimal overlord lives up to expectations on both flips of the original track, finding a singular voice within the context of minimal techno, needling into the tiniest sonic details and holding down an insistent groove that will sit beautifully in the mix. The A side features a simmering version that revels in wriggling sound design with ample space to flex and mutate, while the B side stretches out into a quintessential Villalobos wormhole of a remix. Unmissable sonics from one of the scene's true legends.

Fresh off the release of his 'Cosmo EP' earlier this year, longstanding label stalwart Fetisch reignites the fire with 'Singularity EP' - the second EP from the forthcoming Terranova album. A six-tracker featuring four original cuts plus a pair of remixes from Seattle's Pezzner and Istanbul's Rising Star Alican along with collaborations with Sifa (Congo) & Ivory (Milan). The outerspace'y stomp of Terranova's prime versions of 'Cosmochord' feat Flashmob and 'Cosmocode' feat Voltague, both lifted from his latest outing Cosmo EP, resonates deep into the grooves of the present platter, whilst the ethereally hypnotic vibe of 'Let It Fail' (feat. Sifa & Ivory), with its brittle percussions and slow-scudding pad tapestries, as well as the left-of-centre, hovering electro of 'Powergrid' draw in a further zero-G atmospheric vein and 'Sophia (Ode to a Robot)' are tailored for dawn-time party communion and intense stargazing momentums. All of these tracks are inspired by Fetisch's obsession with the current developments in creating artificial intelligence and robotic technology and his ambition to add androids to the impressive list of humanoid guests of the Terranova Soundsystem.

Already quite the jacking pumper, 'Cosmochord' gets a further menacing treat with Pezzner at the controls - ramming the doors of the club by means of loud kicks and lusty piano chords - each of them pounding with the impact of an apposite Glasgow kiss. Meanwhile Alican takes 'Cosmocode' further into Saturnian confines, densifying the minimal backbone of the track with an extended battery of arpeggios, bleeps and middle-eastern percussions thrown in for good measure. With the rolling techno shuffle of 'Escape Ism' and stuttering rhythmic engineering of 'Tempelhof' (the 'Terranova Maschinenraum' studio is located inside Berlins old airport). Fetisch loops the loop on a pulsating note, expanding the mind to horizons both poetic and physical - further establishing his unmatched sound signature.

Long-standing FUSE mainstay Rich NxT makes a long-awaited return to Hot Creations this October with the Vibewise EP. The three-tracker marks his debut solo release on the label, having featured as remixer on the imprint previously.

The A-side sets off with Roll On and the title signifies the exact nature of the track. A chuggy, groove-paced creeper, borrowing a unique vocal hook from UK hip hop protagonist Einstein. Rich’s hallmark style leaves few prisoners in its wake, as swinging bass tones open into the techy sounds of Papermill. Gritty basslines meld into whirring synth pulses before the title track brings things to a close, with stripped-back percussion residing next to loopy kick-hat combos throughout.

As one of FUSE’s original residents, Rich NxT played a major part in the brand’s evolution, helping take it from a free afterparty to one of the most respected event brands and labels on the planet. Elsewhere, the DJ / producer draws on his strongly identifiable sound to run two vinyl imprints, NxT Records and What NxT.

Aurea Music Lab reaches its fourth release commanded by Marcos Coya, Ultrahigh, Delorean and Aleexe, delivering again four different weapons oriented to the dancefloor.

The Uruguayan producer Marcos Coya opens this EP with “Shadows”, a super groovy track full of acid and sitting trance synths that will make clubbers fly high on a ruling melody that is constantly moving.
For the ones that doesn´t know, “Scoville” is the unit for measuring spiciness, and this track by Ultrahigh is full of it. Expect heavy low frequencies dancing alongside spooky melodic synths and classic 909 drums.

On the B side, a smooth and playful trip from Delorean's “Designated Driver” ruled by different elements that come along together making every second of this track full of groove and happy melodies count.
Lastly Aleexe comes into play with “Effluence”, where you'll find some special soundscapes and extremely dynamic vibes. Pumping bassline, gated synths and swingy percussions on it are capable of moving even your grandma´s feet..

Having impressed with his 2019 debut album on Negentropy, the breaks/tech-house/minimal techno fusion of Rhythm Tension, Zweizig has been given a chance to showcase his wares on Constant Sound's popular Constant Black offshoot. The headline attraction is undoubtedly opener 'Manipulate Our Reflections', a spaced-out chunk of hypnotic late-night science that wraps wonky, Villalobos style electronic noises and pulsing pads around a locked in (but also surprisingly swinging) tech-house groove. Relic provides a chunkier and groovier remix that boasts darker noises and a more beefed-up sound, while bonus cut 'Vvoid' is a twisted, undulating acid-jacker.

Sex Tapes From Mars second outing into space comes from 28-year-old Parisian, Muelsa, delivering four high-octane club thrillers.

A1 - 'Across The Pampa' is spacious in old school lighting, relying on a deep-set rapidly shifting bassline and carnivalesque sample twangs to lift it to a melodic yet high-energy EP starter. This is the kind of track the could as easily be the last and first record at a party.

'Wild Nights' brings what it states in the title; grizzly low end, tinkering upper keys that shimmer psychedelic. The notes that the first breakdown brings paired with that vintage vocoder will give even the most stush raver goosebumps.

On the flip, 'No Joke (G-Knews Mix)' despite the playful sampling perhaps brings the deepest, if not certainly freakiest cut on the record. It combines elements of NY house with rolling nu-school acid and arduous, bumpy drum work.

To close things off, 'Pretty Little Monsters', further bends b-lines and star-line synth twinkles with a maliciously satisfactory attack on the senses. There are cinematic squeals at nearly every frequency, making for a full-bodied finale to a very well rounded second release on this exciting new label.

Constant Sound co-owner James 'Burnski' Burnham delivers a stonking pair of garage-flecked house tracks that offer up no nonsense dancefloor attitude in spades. 'Shout' is all about its monster rhythmic framework, with economic splashes of synths on the side simply maintaining the flavour and a properly full on old skool breakdown. Flip track 'Remember' leans a little further towards UK garage with its sugar sweet female vocal snippets, but the central groove hustles and bustles along with maximum weightiness, making it suitable for any number of differing dancefloors.

Orizont is the new vinyl imprint from the Romanian DJ Tiberiu, culminating several years of touring and crossing paths with like-minded artists. Orizont 01 gathers four tracks from his friends Kirik, Yuda, Cojoc, and Zgaav, passionate artists keen on the reduced aesthetics of dance music.

Four tracks that aim at different dancefloor moments spanning from the warm morning after-hours to the euphoria-infused peak-time moments: Kirik's exquisitely warm rolling grooves, Yuda's elastic basslines, and quirky bass stabs; the slightly paranoid, beat-repeated synth cuts and acidic grooves of Cojoc; And the expansive atmospheres and full-bodied basslines of Zgaav.

The first time I heard of Mattes Schwarz, someone called him 'Stecken-Mattes'. Stecken was a defining, if almost secret, Cologne dance music venue of the 2000s and early 2010s, a minuscule basement without curfew and seemingly any other restrictions, where the up to twelve hour long DJ-sets felt like a tightly knit circle of friends just playing records to each other: The selectors from the night before and the one after reliably sitting right in front of the just over one meter long stretch of the bar that formed its booth, never missing out on a chance to see their mates play, heads nodding and hands clapping through the smoke-filled air, until someone started to sing along, and eventually everyone got up for a few hours of moves on the 15 square meter dancefloor, on a grey Wednesday or Saturday morning at 7 or just as well 10 am.
Mattes Schwarz started DJing in 1982 at age twelve, inspired by, as many West-German kids, the GI-DJs of the roller skating rinks around US army bases. While he got heavily involved in Cologne's BMX scene of the 90s, he never really stopped, and during the main years of being known as Stecken-Mattes and playing there each Friday night, he coincidently lived in Magazine record's homebase, North- Eastern Cologne's old harbour.
One day after Stecken's closure had sent restructuring ripples through the city - I imagine him getting up in the morning and taking a deep breath - he decided to send Magazine a few tracks.

Noraj Cue returns home to Happy Camper Records to introduce his latest musical adventure ‘Inner Glitch’, a fantastic full length album series. It comes as an emblematic sampler on vinyl followed by a trilogy of digital releases.

This Dutch artist likes organic sounds filled with real world dust and compelling grooves. He explores every corner of the house realm and always makes musical stories that keep you locked. Constantly tinkering with drum and synth, Noraj Cue has applied his unique talent for experimentation to one studio and one album.

And in a career that spans 15 years, his creative touch has impacted the EP's of Tale and Tone, Katermukke and Connaisseur Recordings.
Noraj Cue offers up a musical thesis with Inner Glitch. He explores what he posits is the three aspects that comprise the being of human beings. He suggests that in life we are either presenting our outer self (polished, camouflaged, rehearsed), our inner self (vulnerable, protective, emotional) or our core self (connected to life itself and fundamental to the fulfillment of our self-expression).

His music explores the amorphous space of each self and the indistinct places they meet. "Your feelings and perceptions, is that you? Or are these them?” The exploration of which has taken this courageous artist on a musical epic. And now, simply by closing your eyes after hitting play, so can you. Things kick off with the lush deep house synth-scapes of 'This Won't Last' and take in wonky melodic grooves.

Tim Jackiw of Ukrainian/Australian descent grew up in Adelaide, where he is making impressive sounds on his Amiga 500 computer since the early nineties. As the techno scene thrived during that period he began to explore the cities clubs and radio stations and contributed with DJing and numerous radio shows up till 2005 when he moved to Melbourne for a permanent home. Since then he has been producing and releasing on many quality labels and running his own underground label "Offworld Records Australia"

The Amnesia EP is a follow up to 2019’s successful "Monuments" LP containing 4 tracks of deep, dubby and moving aquatic housey techno. Lucid takes us down a mysterious corridor of twilight space and fleeting hypnagogic imagery, deep basses and layered percussion threaded with Tim's signature live improvisation throughout. Next up is Amnesia the title track with its haze and watery backdrop taking us through a long distant fragmented memory, a broken and decayed film reel recalled through lush expanded pads and rich strings. Side B lifts us up into Pillars of Creation, a deep space cosmic interpretation of universal birth. Finishing off the EP is Gravity loss a funky string laden exploration using off beat percussion and slivers of delayed melody swimming through the atmosphere of some distant planetary sky we can only imagine.
