Wonderful remastered reissue of the hugely indemand Biljuma Records 12' release of Billy Frazier & Friends' disco funk masterpiece 'Billy Who~' Originally released in back in 1980, this killer track with its awesome phat disco b-line, sexy vocals and gorgeous strings sounds amazing on a big system which made it a huge hit on the underground scene and a staple at legendary clubs like The Paradise Garage, The Loft and Chicago's Warehouse. An absolute classic and a must have for any collection.

The ever-excellent No.19 Music team up with the enigmatic and highly talented Ali Love for a new single featuring production and remix duties from Brigante....
No.19 Music continues to go from strength to strength, with recent releases from Konrad Black & Art Department, Tone of Arc and Cameo Culture catching the imagination whilst the label's Social Experiment parties take the world by storm. Now Jonny White and his label team look to a newcomer to the imprint, the highly respected vocalist and songwriter Ali Love. Love has been a key player in electronic music for some time now, working alongside acid house legend Eon in the band Ignition before signing to Columbia as a solo artist and more recently hooking up with London's Back Yard Recordings. For this single Ali teams up with producer Brigante to deliver two superb new cuts, Brigante also offering up his own remix on the second track. The record opens with 'Playa', a deep and hypnotic, bass driven affair that fuses percussive elements and understated melodies to create the base for Ali Love's distinctively ethereal and soulful vocals, quality stuff from beginning to end. The A side is complemented by the superb 'Brigante's Jungle' a warm and haunting slice of underground house music that once again showcases Ali's vocals, as his incantations about the Jungle sit against staccato vocal effects and old school Chicago inspired stabs.Exclusively available on the vinyl release we have Seb Brigante's remix of 'Brigante's Jungle' that sees the record taken into deep and twisted territory with the vocal heavily effected and the drums brought to the fore, a perfect version to close this stunning single.
With each new signing, No19 Music seem to further open up the label's direction whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and with this single from Ali Love they have done it again, enjoy!

On an icy winter night in Berlin several moons ago, Discodromo visited Massimiliano Pagliara on Karl Marx Boulevard... They turned on their analog synths and drum machines, their space effects and neon lights, and fell into an electronic trance which went on and on like a twisted dream. When daylight broke, the result was endless hours of uncontrolled continuous multi-channel flow (fluctuant sound waves). Hotter than hot, vinyl only and limited to 250 copies!!! Don´t sleep
on this!! Let´s Do the samba!

CAMP INC. are Cologne-based DJs, producers and acclaimed crazies Roland Kaiser Wilhelm and Sebastian Ingenhoff, founders of infamous tape label Camp Magnetics. Revered by local crowds, but feared by club technicians, the duo's live sets consists exclusively of hand-cranked hardware equipment spitting out wild Acid basslines, kicking synths and mad love. Their very first EP does not stray far away from that highly successful formula, featuring three delectable cuts that jump at the floor from all angles and raise even the laziest punter. An impressively idiosyncratic remix hails from fellow Cologne iconoclasts VON SPAR who create an alternate universe where the common laws of physics don't seem to apply - kosmische noise disco is where it's at. For a first time applicant, this release bears witness to the assured confidence of premiering label outfit LOW HANGING FRUIT, a venture of long time DJs Shumi and Marc Lansley aka Truffle Shuffle. No filler, all killer!

releases on Buzzin Fly, Four:Twenty, Dessous and their debut for Agnes 'Shtlm Audio Imprint' is also about to drop, 2 Armadillos raise their game with Hawthorne's Theme on Bang Bang! On the remix we see labels heads Sandy Huner and 2000 and One team up to deliver the 'Babies From Gong' remix.

New release from kitchenstudio3 On "Analog Sphere Ep", the misterious Program Raphel and Pezzo come up with three fresh releases who show their love for unexpected soundscapes and musical emotions.

With "Smile revox" , Program Raphael seems to use the same recipe used in
the mythical production of old Kitchenstudio3's friends , Poker ( Eukahouse
rec.) and Borgomanero ( marshmellow rec) during the last decade. Big bad
bassline, vocals that comes from a lo-fi cassette and a "move your ass"
style drumkit. Old style synths that provide a crescendo feeling directly
for the dancefloor. Play it on your old boombox!Pezzo's 'Analog whisper' is
upbeat and housey, with a screwing bass melody and distorted voices directly
from the streets. Hipnotic keyboards mixed with a hipster drumkit that seem
to come directly from a stoned sunrise in a riviera's beach.
Segment Snap's track from Pezzo lives around a heavy kick and a sinth
breakbeat ska structure. Dreamy voices bring to an altered state of mind .
Use it to fit yourself with a skinny swimsuit or a skimpy bikini.

2nd Release from FaltyDL's Blueberry Records label!
Long awaited Umi Says edit from the Blueberry camp backed with a timely Sven Liebeck refix for your ears.
They said it couldn't be done, and it was said unto them - it had been done. The End.

Volume 5 of the obscure "Delirious Grooves" compilation series. A collection of rare tracks with a wide range of styles that runs from leftfield-electric disco to afro-funky sounds from the late 70s and early 80s. If you've been listening to those "cosmic" mix-tapes you're bound to recognize some tracks on here. Titles include "Evolution", "Interfront", "Echt", "That Spleen" and more.

You're about to feel (again) why every record Ka§par does for Groovement takes a while to be released. Simply because special things need time to emerge. After Whatchadoo's underground buzz he's been intensely working in the studio, readying his most mature record yet. Inspired by the great masters and their legacy, Ka§par pushes himself towards the future with his own galactic sound palette. Ode to the ancients EP is certainly his most accomplished, consistent and authorial work to date.

On the heels of "The Beast b/w Road Song" 7in release, we revisit Ikebe Shakedown's back catalog and tap renowned remixer and House producer extraordinaire Brennan Green to do a proper remix of "Tujunga" which flew off the shelves and sold out as a 7in single prior to Ikebe's self-titled debut album release in 2011.

Super cool 12' vinyl double pack featuring a superb selection of obscure slo-mo gems from the 70s and early 80s that found favour on Italy's Afro Funky / Cosmic disco scene receiving heavy rotation from legendary DJs like Daniele Baldelli & Beppe Loda. First to drop is 'Movin' In All Directions', a bass-heavy grooving monster from People's Choice, laden with lush Dexter Wansel strings and pounding keys closely followed by the mesmerising 'Funky Bass' by Arpadys, plucked from the French space cadets' super-rare eponymous album. Next up is Ba Ba Go Go from Topo, an extremely hard-to-find minimal Italo masterpiece with the dirtiest sleaziest bass and guitar riffs, crazy synths and wigged-out cat noises followed by the equally funky and only slightly less out-there instrumental version of B-Boy classic 'Rapper Dapper Snapper' from Edwin Birdsong. Pull out Disc 2 for four more afro-funky killers including big Baldelli play 'Stomp and Buck Dance', a superb Rhodes-driven floorfiller from 70s funkateers from The Crusaders, Airto's heady disco-tinged Afro-Brazilian anthem Parana, the psychedelic experimental funk of Tangerine Dream's highly sought-after 'Choronzon' and finally the druggy undulating hypnotic in-demand dub version of Will Powers' Adventures In Success. A great chance to own these Cosmic classics loud-pressed on wax as they were originally meant to be heard.

mega disco house bomb -> phatt and funky remixes of 4 all time classics !!!

Messalina records return with a fantastic new release. With the edit duties undertaken by Zurich's Balearic disco maestro Lexx, you know you're in for a treat and this release doesn't disappoint in any way, serving up an awesome collection of Balearic obscurities chipped and sliced to perfection. Side A kicks off with the brilliant Eminent Times, an excellent mash-up of Prince vs. The Who that has been in-demand since featuring on Lexx's wonderful Sundance mix from 2006. Next up is So Different Here, a super cool extended edit of Rachel Sweet's lost classic featuring that 'So Hot' loop made famous by the Beatnuts. On the flip side we get Go, a beautifully deep rework of a lost track by Spargo, and finally the afrodisco groove Kumbayero, a super funky DJ friendly edit of a rare gem from 1976, previously only available on an impossible-to-find 7 inch.
