Italian label OUT-ER returns with a superb new EP from DJ/producer Alessandro Stefanio aka Buck featuring 4 tracks of deep and dubby techno Southern Italian record label OUT-ER, or Outelectronic Recordings to give it its full name, has rapidly established itself as a new bastion for quality electronic music with its superb singles to date from some of Italy's finest, including The Analogue Cops, Luciano Esse and Santorini. Now the imprint looks to another Italian production heavyweight Alessandro Stefanio AKA Buck for it's latest release 'The JVSB EP'. Buck has been releasing quality techno for the last 5 years with labels such as Safari Numerique, Alphahouse, Little Helpers & Motivbank. As a DJ he established himself playing at Italy's key clubs before taking his sets to the world at venues such as Watergate, Weekend, Tresor & Club der Visionaere. In 2011, along with a group of close friends he launched the OUT-ER label.
'The JVSB EP' kicks off with the nattily titled 'STFLSN78/M0', a deep, rolling machine groove with a clear Detroit / Basic Channel influence. Heavily delayed stabs and skittering percussion ride alongside understated melodic elements to create a hypnotic and trippy track that is truly sublime. The second A- side track '18978##' takes things down a slightly tougher and more stripped road and delivers a record that is certain to twist heads in the early hours.
The B-side kicks of with 'JREVENGE' a unique sounding record that manages to fuse elements of techno, old school house and broken beats to superb effect. This is an instant winner that is certain to have appeal across musical genres. Finally we have 'A New Session' which sees Buck drop an intense synth laden groove over tough rolling drums and bass, quality stuff.
Italy has a strong and ever evolving techno scene with some highly respected labels, but it has to be said there is something very unique about the approach of OUT-ER and with just 6 releases under their belt they are already a label not to be ignored.

Steve Bug, one of the world's most renowned artists in the electronic music circuit, presents his fifth and most mature longplayer. 'Noir' doesn't deny its roots, but expands the usual spectrum and invites the listener to an exciting listening pleasure. The title is 'Noir'. The cover is dominated by the filmic aesthetics of light and shadow. The title evokes a world of shady transactions and secret crimes. Most of the tracks emit a suitably dark and moody atmosphere, with at least three directly referencing the film noir genre - From the well-known classic 'The Spiral Staircase', to more obscure 'Somewhere in the Night', and 'The Seventh Victim'. Is 'Noir' a concept album Originally it was planned that way, but in the end Steve found the concept too rigid. 'I play all over the world on a constant basis, and always come back with different impressions", says Steve Bug. 'Accordingly, this changes the music that I produce. I've had the idea to make a concept album for some time, but on the other hand, that's not the way I work. My music expresses my moods, and of course, they are always changing. ' The material for the new album was created over a period of three years, which makes its consistency and coherence all the more amazing. The mood is dark, spooked. Over the relentless beats and basslines ghostly sounds swirl and conspire. Although all the pieces are driven by head-rushing beats, 'Noir' is more than ever, a listening album. 'If I had worked longer on the album, I probably would have replaced even more of the dance tracks with listening tracks", says Steve. 'I think a lot of albums in dance music are not convining as albums - more a collection of tracks, than a coherent whole.' 'Noir' is definitely different. Although the film noir concept isn't carried through completely, it infuses the spirit of the record in a way reminicent of the sci-fi obsession of Jeff Mills or Carl Craig. In fact, 'Noir' could soundtrack a 21st Century 'Blade Runner' - tracks such

Dino Sabatini is not just a Prologue artist having the first 12' release in our catalogue, he is also one of the most authentic Prologue artists who is responsible for providing the well known Prologue sound aesthetic. Dino´s productions always deliver exactly our vision of music; deep, hypnotic, atmospheric and mind-driven. It's no surprise that we are more than proud to announce the third Prologue album this year, which comes from our high respected mate from Berlin. The album is called 'Shaman's Paths' and it is more than just an album for all of us. Dino´s Shaman's Paths is his personal interpretation of the sounds of Africa, which provides since decades the basis of trance in order to loose your mind in sounds and drum arrangements and it is his personal interpretation of the Prologue sound aesthetic. Racing between the tangible warmth of the past and the thrilling unknown of the future, Guillaume Coutu Dumont comes flying back within our
reach to impart his time-spanning gospel for a third album of subversive house music.

After he last graced us with the smoky hue of ìBreaking The Fourth Wallî, Guillaume returns in a state of evolution. From the earthy rattle of
the natural percussion on ìLast Callî to the sultry coo of the sax on ìConstellationî, this album is undoubtedly his, and yet thereís a different
kind of forward momentum at work here.

It manifests itself in the primal beat and Eastern mysticism of the bass line in ìTime Outta Jointî, or the frantic swing and scatty keys of
ìDiscotic Space Capsuleî. While the thump of the drums is a familiar trope for any lover of dance music, there are cosmic incantations being
whispered in the synthesisers and sound effects that elevate the dancefloor to an astral plane somewhere up above.

A strong force in this transcendental quality that permeates ìTwice Around The Sunî is Guillaumeís choice of collaborators. In particular his
co-conspirators in Guillaume Coutu Dumont & The Side Effects lend their band dynamic to three tracks on the album. You may recognise
Dave Ajuís soulful croon when it cuts through the mix, but then itís just as quickly shrouded in a vocoder. Likewise Nicolas Boucher on keys,
SÈbastien Arcand Tourigny on sax and Alexis Messier on guitar inject an otherwordly spirit into the heart of the kinetic machinations
Guillaume has crafted, expanding on their two-year strong venture into live performance within a house music context.

Elsewhere you can hear the unmistakable seductions of dOPís Jo Illel aka JAW as he insists that you ìrun, baby, runî on ìDiscotic Space
Capsuleî. Itís a sense of urgency that carries throughout the album, making you aware of the time passing just as it gives you no choice but to
succumb to the next twist in the tale, like a kind of philosophical hedonism.

Take the ever-rising tension of ìMan, Woman And Soulî which finally bursts into a shower of starlit arpeggio and rave-ready bass, only to be
met by the exuberant finale of ìSolar Flareî. As the irrefutable power of the SH101 bass line gets bolstered by the saucy drums, Aju delivers
one of his most iconic vocal turns to date and Guillaumeís interstellar voyage reaches a temporary conclusion.

Itís a joyous note to leave us on, blasting the combined spiritual searching and instinctive pleasure of the whole album into the ether. Letís just
hope itís not too long before Guillaume comes back down from his galactic travels to grace us with more of his message.

The ever cultured house and techno outpost that is the Cinematic Label here serves up another tasty EP, this time from Belgium house and techno stalwart Klaina. Through a number of EPs and a full length, as well as his own radio show and parties in and around Belgium, Klaina has earned himself a reputation as someone who crafts sci-fi influenced, heavy linear sounds, and his 'Semiplan' track, along with remixes from The Rhythm Odyssey, JuJu & jordash, Amir Alexander, is no different.

The six-minute work is thick with otherworldly atmosphere as the sounds of hovering space ships encircle a stiff snare pattern and scattered kicks and toms. It's evocative and loopy techno that hypnotises you through repetition and stands out for its crystal clear production and ravey little chord stabs.

Opening the great selection of remixes is Golf Channel Recordings' The Rhythm Odyssey. He strips the track back to something more in line with deep house, though allows the spiralling sci-fi sounds to remain. A more rasping and rubber bassline is injected into the mix to add a little more dynamism, and the whole thing sounds like something Vakula might well have made.

Next up, Dekmankle's JuJu & Jordash go even deeper with their remix, layering in plenty of analogue basslines that weave and wave up and down to bring a sense of liquidness to the whole outer-space arrangement. Pianos lurk in the background and keep you on edge, pulling you deeper and deeper into the fold with each little ripple.

Finally, Chicago's Amir Alexander - a deep house producer with a keen ear for great synths on labels like Plan Be and Argot - does his thing to close out the EP: he strips it back to a mysterious 4/4 beat and injects rasping analogue notes, watery synths and itchy little hi-hats to keep things move forward. It sounds like a distant metropolis looks, frankly, as is as stimulating for the mind as it is the heel. Cinematic by name, Cinematic by nature - this is another special release from one of UK's finest modern imprints.

For its 4th release M.U.S. is proud to present "Hands Up", a new project which sees teaming up The Analogue Cops, the duo already well known for their imprint Restoration and for their successfull collaboration with UK rising star Blawan and the house producer Alex Picone, a name already known by all the lovers of labels such as Cadenza, Bass Culture, Mixworks and of course, M.U.S.

At the end of 2006, Erol Alkan was at a crossroads. He'd been voted DJ of the year by Mixmag. He'dmade landmark, expectation-defying remixes for bands he loved: a crunching 'glam racket' reworking of 'Do You Want To' for Franz Ferdinand, a wonderfully wistful reinterpretation of Hop Chip's 'Boy From School', a psychedelic take on Scissor Sisters' 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing' and a genre-defining reworking of Justice's 'Waters Of Nazereth'. He was about to close Trash, the Monday night indie disco that had somehow morphed into the most adventurous, influential and glamorous club night in the world without changing its attitude, musical philosophy - or ever charging over six pounds on the door. Other triumphs lay a little further in the past. In 2006, he supported Daft Punk for their live return at Global Gathering at their own personal request. The year before, he did the same for Madonna at Koko in Camden with a DJ set which she used as an intro tape on her subsequent world tour. In 2002, he'd lent some muscle to another icon, creating the bootleg of 'Blue Monday' and 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' that Kylie performed at the Brits in 2002: the culmination of a craze for 'bastard pop' hybrids he'd been instrumental in creating alongside long-term kindred spirits Soulwax. Then there were his DJ sets at clubs and festivals around the world, in which Erol's unerring instinct for playing the right record at the right time brought hardened clubbers and alternative music obsessives together in abandoned celebration of brilliant music. Though he started DJing in dance clubs in earnest in 2001 after being invited to play at Bugged Out, Erol still considers himself an outsider in that scene. 'Unfortunately, I never had that seismic moment of hearing someone like Carl Craig DJ in '96' he says. 'I feel as passionately about the Manic Street Preachers as people in dance music do about Kraftwerk.

Taking place on the 10th of November, this year's I Love Techno is held at the Flanders Expo in Ghent and as ever is expected to attract some 35,000 people across 5 rooms making it Europe's leading indoor dance event. Erol Alkan is one of the headliners this year, next to other hot acts such as Boys Noize, Vitalic, Gesaffelstein, Modeselektor, A-Trak and many many more.

Erol Alkan is a London based DJ and producer. He has remixed tracks from artists such as Franz Ferdinand, Justice, MGMT, Hot Chip, Scissor Sisters and Connan Mockasin amongst many others. Erol Alkan has produced a few guitar bands, often works together in the studio with his good friend Boys Noize and is one half of Beyond The Wizards Sleeve. He also runs his own label Phantasy Sound, has a radio show on BBC 6 Music... A busy bee is definitely an understatement for Erol Alkan!

His 2005 "Bugged Out" mix is a real classic, so after previous editions by Crookers and Steve Aoki, we're proud to present you "I LOVE TECHNO 2012 MIXED BY EROL ALKAN" on Lektroluv!

Ojodeapolo presents the second Ep from Jorge C. who made his debut some years ago on Sean Deason Matrix label. The track ''El Effekto'' opens the A side with freaky filtered jumping nu-disco treatments plus delicious horn sections. A2 Track Creation gets into deeper underwater sounds with a dubby feeling. B side is a peculiar rework of ''El Effekto'' by the legendary producer Jamal Moss aka. Hieroglyphic Being who takes us into a long journey through pure Chicago noise.

Dean Meredith is a veteran of dance music . He was not only one of the founders of Chicken Lips and thus a cosmic-disco godfather, but he was also one-half of Bizarre Inc., responsible for many rave anthems and more. As The Rhyhtm Odyssey in 2012, he's back on the hottest labels like Rekids and Golf Channel. A real pro!

Liars' latest album WIXIW's fiercest track gets gargled in the jaws of Canadian hip-hop artist Cadence Weapon, who takes the electro-punk stomper and shoots its beats into new orbits. Sucking out the original's roaring break and laying down his own rhymes in place, Cadence Weapon diverts the flow of the tune while in no way dampening its bite.
Hotly-tipped Bristol based producer Vessel (Tri Angle / Left Blank) and LCD Soundsystem's David Scott Stone also climbed on board to remix the song

Arttu returns on 4lux and he returns on form with two new cuts. Summin Bout Drums is a dirty and sleazy house affair. The Finnish producer now residing in Berlin comes with two fat versions of his own while Basic Soul Unit provides for a frantic remix with a crazy acid vibe. Set You Free is a bumping track with hard hitting drums cut up vocals and harsh synth elements. Time to Jack!

One of Gigolo Recordings' greatest strengths has been bringing dance music history into the future, and the newest case in point is their brand new version of Paperclip People's seminal debut single "Oscillator". On this special one-sided 12", France's Sebastien San returns to Gigolo after a long absence, reworking the 1991 Carl Craig house classic into a precision-driven electro rampage, balanced out with a bit of string sophistication. Consider it an acid-washed mirror image to the C2 remix of Sebastien's "Rising Sun", which Craig released on his own Planet E a few years back. Fresh and timeless.

House up with Claap! Its all about self control and John Dimas is well aware of that. Carrying a string of releases on esteemed labels John has made a quite a reputation for himself bringing a classic Chicago style house sound with that irresistible Dimas signature swing! His tracks have been favourites with djs like D'Julz, Shonky, Loco Dice, Chez Damler amongst many others. To be honest, we are very honored to have these tracks carrying the Claap stamp. John starts off with 'Quick dance', a track which label head Alex Tsotsos better known as GummiHz has been spinning heavily in his sets since a while back. Fresh and bouncy. 'Quick dance' builds up effortlessly to an acid theme as a node to the UK! The title track self control sexes things up as a soft voice sings a chorus repeatedly over a filtered electric piano and a very dominant bassline. Reminiscent of the house sound in Chicago, it has sweat written all over it! Falling skies wraps up the package keeping the mood in swing mode. House music with great attitude which you can play next year too!!

What happens if you take one of London's original house heads and the brains behind a number of bona fide Sound Factory classics, two of the fiercest DJs from queer side of the capital's contemporary house scene, a couple of ace New York vocalists with real attitude, stick them all in a studio together and shake it all about

You get the Shadybunch, you get Backlash and you get two fierce, modern day runway realness gems 'Diva Snap' and 'Fire' on one record!

The Shadybunch's 'Diva Snap' sees Terry Farley, who is responsible for Junior Vasqueuz power plays, like the '8 Minutes of Madness mix of DSK 'What Would We Do' and the 'Junior Style' mix of the Happy Monday's 'Stinkin Thinkin' (both of which I personally heard reck the Factory floor), team up Horse Meat Disco resident DJ and house affiecando Severino .

The idea for the track was hatched after Severino was on Horse Meat DJ duties in the Big Apple (talk about taking coals to Newcastle) and happened to meet with two vocalists with real ballroom pedigree - Paul Alexander, who is one third The Ones and the voice behind things like Size Queen's 'Walk!', and Frankie Fuentes, who was responsible for original bitch track project Jack and Jill on New York's legendary Strictly Rhythm, and the vocals on Junior Vasquez's infamous answer phone message based 'If Madonna Calls'.

Hooking up seemed like the perfect idea - and with house lineage like this, how could they fail

The track itself draws inspiration from a short exert from US poet, teacher and gay rights activist Marlon Riggs' 1989 film 'Tongues United', made at the height the AIDS crisis, which is essentially a tutorial on how to do the diva snap! But the boys build on this with thoroughbred New York vocal performances from Paul and Frankie, and Terry and Seve's dance floor savvy shining through with crisp, snappy beats, punchy samples, and more attitude downtown queen who's been just been told she's got Barabra Steisand's nose and that her wig looks like a helmet.

On the flip we have The Backlash, which sees young Mister Farley team up Dan Beaumont, formerly one third of East London disco behemoth, Disco Bloodbath, but now one half of the Jam Factory, proprietor of the Kingsland Road's hottest gay dancing spot, the Dalston Superstore, resident at Paris' Disco Ball and one of London's best new school house DJs.

Whilst Dan is very much of today, he has great knowledge of the past and is a big fan of both the original Sound Factory scene and all that it spawned, and today's New York ballroom scene with its R'n'B sensibilities and stars like DJ Mike Q.

Rawer and rougher than 'Diva Snap', it's the banji boy to Shadybunch's runway queen. And 'Sweet Brown's' vocal are quite unique too!

I asked Dan about how the track came about and he explained, 'Terry found the main sample via an American TV news item and immediately saw the house potential of the woman being interviewed. So we took the vox, along with a bag of other samples, into the studio.'

Dan continued, 'Terry was very clear about the sound he wanted in terms of the syncopated snare fills and the rawness of the bottom end. We borrowed heavily from our personal house favourites and with the engineering talents of Justin Drake, were able to work it into a record that we both wanted to play - and I have been pumping it in every set I've played since we made it!'

It's a pretty fierce package, which like many of the best house records, gives a nod to the past has its feet firmly planted on the dancefloor of here and now. And if that wasn't enough, there's what is bound to be a rump shakin' Batty Bass in the digital-only pipeline from Hannah Holland.

Rio Padice makes a return to Hudd Traxx with a sublime assortment of deep grooved gems in the shape of 'A Vison Of A Dream' EP, guaranteed to get you in the summer mood. The first track 'Guabonito' sets the tone with a selection of spacey synths and a BPM that teeters just on the right side of chilled with a riff that sounds just like sunshine. Following it 'Sunset on Bolsena Lake' maintains the tempo on the lower side of the scale but with a hook-y bassline that will ensure all eyes are down on the dancefloor. 'The Pains of Sleep' then changes pace, bringing you back into club-stomp territory yet still maintaining that swirling deepness we all know and love at Hudd Traxx...finally to round things off there are trippy grooves and thumping beats in the form of 'Xanadu'.

Meakusma is releasing a 12'' compilation to coincide with their party in Eupen in September 2012. Four artists from the line up each deliver two tracks. Tase, linked to Atelier and Sex Tags Mania, delves deep with one ecstatic Industrial track that references weird Pop music and one slow, challenging and remorseless club track. Dreesvn, aka Dynamo Dresden and SVN, continue their by now famous eclectic production style with two dark, yet playful tunes that reference the darker end of the nineties Electro sound. Ssaliva, aka Cupp Cave, is a Belgian project that released a critically acclaimed mini-album in 2011. His two contributions are poppy and fun excursions into psychedelic dance music where melody, texture and rhythm always contradict and reinforce each other. Bepotel is a promising young band from Belgium, producing a hybrid between House, Ambient and Jazz. Their music is weirdly organic and wildly convincing. Artwork drawings by SVN.

Three new and raw box tracks by Paul du Lac, who seems to be pushing his minimalistic jackin' sound palette even further. We have the fierce and autistic-tantristic dirtyness of 'Tantra Master', the Dance Mania flavoured funk of 'Childs Play', and the deep strings of the bassline-driven 'Spaces Below', a classic Chicago-inspired piece of work that seems to come from deep within... Punchy and excellent dj tools... Lo-fidelity, hi-energy!

before going on holiday here it comes! for the most sophisticate clubbers, a new Pearl signed WWR, the current most ambiguous label . Lazy but not dead, when the duo Altarboy moves its ass there's no crap to cut. The Synth programmings on this 12 INCH is pure analogical sound. The lows on the two tracks draw the rhythm with an able mix of Roland, Korg e Moog's timbre. The rest comes around and sounds great. The detune on the second part of Lazy Ass is for real experts. Go rejoin yourself with the well done House.

The Abstract Acid series continues its exploration into the depths of acid with a relentless 303 assault from the Yorkshire based machine operator, Mantra. Four rugged tracks of distorted, crackling beats and low slung bass lines that are just crying out to be ripped through the speakers of a dark, filthy warehouse. As usual, pressed with a fine cover artwork from Andrew Ingram and limited to 300 copies.

The boys are back....back with another banger too. Definitely the best
little label doing the rounds around these parts of late. Vienna's Luv
Shack Records continue with the good groove venturing once again into
suspenseful House and Disco. This time the turn of LeSale to pull out
the big thick juicy drums and chunky basslines for which Luv Shack is
making a very respectful name for itself. Guaranteed heavyweight thump
when you flop the needle to the left side every time with the Luv Shack.
Original mix of 'We Go Straight Ahead' gets us off to the pristine start
with a huge slice of modern Vienna Disco Funk. It's tight, it's tasty
and the tempting vocal teases to the max.
Burnin Tears tear away some of the Funk but add the energy in a proper
remix style for 'We Go Straight Ahead'. The big trademark claps from the
guys get the thing moving, and I mean moving. Style all the way too with
textures and woven sound giving it the elegant tactile quality which is
missing from so much of todays music.
B Side begins with 'What You Get' in its original guise. Again, another
thumping humping banger with a cheeky sample of something to tease the
living daylights out of you and me! Nice prodding too of the synth
aiding and abetting this classy little musical mood swinger. And what
about that 'little bell' I definitely want that shit on my new bike.
And finally, Jakobin & Domino get a shot to remix 'What You Get'. 'Last
but not least' goes the saying. Or should we say 'leave the best to
last' What a great remix from the J&D, flexing their musical muscles
big time with some seriously deep House. Just turn off the feekin'
lights for this one and get totally lost and submerged. A deep serene,
almost tranquil groove, I was just as comfortable listening to it lying
down on a sofa, as I would be dancing upright like a nutcase at a club.

Berlin at the beginning of the 90's: It seemed like the Techno scene was becoming bigger by the day. Abandoned factories, empty cellars and forgotten halls became, overnight, the hippest locations for the awakening Electro disciples.

Phat jacking tracks from Specter (remember his Sound Signature release) Aroy Dee (aka M>O>S, label head) and Jamall Moss aka Hieroglyphic being... first release of this new american label! Ultra limited to 200 copies

Anja Schneider collaborate once again with close friends to muster, remix and vocalize for Anja Schneider's 'Little Creatures", the 94tth release to boot! Mobilee label-chief, Anja Schneider and BPitch wingman, Kiki, solely dominate the release with minimal beats, in sync claps, soft baselines and a deep blow of infernal lyrics heavily breathing out, 'are you a saint or are you a sinner' For some, the far-out thought may not sit well as it's revealed that the vicious demon behind the vocals in 'Little Creatures' are from none other than the fair-skinned Helsinki sunshine boy and co-producer himself. Listen closely however, and pick out Kiki's signature accent rolling out the lyrical purrs. Flip over to the B-side and Anja and Kiki welcome back the seductive vocals of L.A. treasure-girl, Cari Golden who colored her name bold after being featured in Pan-Pot's 'Captain My Captain". Also written and produced by Anja Schneider and Kiki, the multi-faceted track 'Something That's For Life' is revved up at the start making it a total girl-power number. Finishing the package with an Acid Paradise remix of 'Little Creatures' is mobilee's man of the hour, Ray Okpara. His unique hypnotic beats combined with upbeat percussion could possibly stem from Ray's african roots but his upbeat mood and flying spirit makes this remix a high energy number from a top contributor.

After the well received Clone s.o.s. ''all around the fires'' ep and his debut VIDD 001, Marco Shuttle starts an adventure with his very own Eerie records label. First trip is a great 3 track ep in Marco's signature sound. Deep, super deep acid & 808 driven grooves and dark dubby reverbed drums and dramatic strings. Phat tracks that sometimes remind of early Aphex Twin works on the selected ambient works and surfing on Sinewaves... but then the Marco Shuttle way. Dont sleep on this one! Recommended.

New Kanada enters the third season with two white hot electronic tracks. "White Mouse" is an acidic stormer which winds it's way from old-school house - into serious dark club territory. With a shifting, swinging bassline, tough metallic toms and some killer drops - this one is a weapon in the mix. Sounds like Tevo Howard meets Luke Slater. Kind of. "Spectrum"'s deep, digital radio dub floats freely - somewhere between Baby Ford and a broken FM receiver. Drifting melodies, haunted white noise and serious house beat. A track for late night driving, and early morning warmth.

Sasha's ever growing label Last Night On Earth presents the first in a series of releases from Electronic wizards Ghosting Season.

The growth of Ghosting Season came naturally from their previous project worriedaboutsatan, in their own words: "Our work was still a network of dark, brooding - yet euphoric - electronica, but there began to appear towering, vibrant, and inescapable moments of dance music. The sound was expanding beyond the identity of worriedaboutsatan."

Hailing from Manchester the duo deliver their first single 'A Muffled Sound Of Voices', featuring the vocal talent of Knox. A superb orchestration of music put together in a way these guys do best, this is pure electronic music at it's finest.

The package includes a range of standout remixes from recognised and upcoming talent across the globe. First of which from Luke Abbott, who in the past has heavily featured on James Holden's Border Community label. Panorama Bar regular Ed Davenport provides his mix, well suited to the Berlin sound where he now resides. Bubba - with recent releases on Hot Creations, steps up to deliver his mix and London's Jack Dixon changes it up with a groovy tech-house number. Newcomer Jamie Funk rounds off the package nicely, with previous releases on Vitalik and 1Trax he adds his flavour to the original, a great deep house re-work.

At this point you should know that AM/TM is Anthony Mansfield and Tal M. Klein. This is their eighth record together. You should probably also know that Anthony Mansfield has another side project with Nick
Chacona called NCAM. In other words, Anthony is a collaboratively promiscuous producer who likes to make music with his friends.
Back to Acid is AM/TMs attempt to get the world from uptight and twitching to firmly crooked and messy. Coveting a return to the halcyon days of tripped out people melting on the dancefloor and raves in the woods, comes this hard hitting trip with vocals by Navid Izadi. Add sweeping 303s and crunchy 808s.. And well, what more could you ask for in a track called Back To Acid On the B-side is an extended
NCAM remix which ups the BPMs and attitude. Its a family affair.

It would be a waltz to call ìSalty Daysî just a treaty of deep house. But it is much more than
just that. The co-owners of Hamburgís most gentle record store and label Smallville - Just
von Ahlefeld and Julius Steinhoff aka Smallpeople (please see Discogs for ramifactions and
further reference) ñ wouldnít be the romanticists they are, if it would be that simple. The
debut album of these two young lads with baseball hats not only honours and delves into a
sound that already peaked some fifteen years ago, it also hones and elevates it, without ever
falling into the Reynoldsmania trap (please see Retromania for further reference) or being old
gold retold.

DANDY JACK slips the hounds with his brilliant "Hamlet Machine" a devastating powerful tune showing his ability of mixing styles between old school techno and avant-garde electronic music. He clearly demonstrates to us his unique approach of choosing the right sounds and the right groove at the right moment. He always opens new paths to the music...
This is definitely a brilliant tune to fire-up dance floors and I'm sure that it will be difficult to resist to the attraction of its metallic grooves!!!
DEADBEAT rmx of Dandy 's « Hamlet Machine » levels in line with his hit tune « Grounation ». The track is amazingly precise, simple and efficient with a hypnotic drum hook, powerfull sub basses and subtile horns announcing the revelation... Simple is beautiful and powerful!

Breathing the air of late spring in Rome, the climate is one of wonderful sunsets and open-air dance floors. This is the Picture that Attilio Tucci and Sergio Picciaredda capture in their proverbial camera under the pseudonym ìCamilla Greenî, a continuing collaboration with ìWild Catî, which started with ìAltarboyî of the album ìLeft Belowî (WWR004.) The harmony between the line of 303 and the pad synth on ìLost Loveî evokes intense emotions and opens up in a revolving way. The track "XO" emerges techno with the beauty of its essential components: the fast-paced beat, the hypnotic samples, the wise use of the acid sound that never sound noisy. Its strange to think that it was only 2010 that saw the first records from Christophe
Manik, aka M A N I K. Since exploding onto the scene with his debut Ovum releas
he has gone on to develop and strengthen his own sounds & styles. Never
pigeonholed, the young New Yorker has confidently and creatively placed his mus
on a variety of the hottest labels of today, whilst always managing to maintain his
own unique identity.

Here it comes, straight from the heart, the CARRY ON theme by the masters of all things House: MOTORCITYSOUL. The sanguine composition comes in two original versions, as each member of the well regarded production duo brings forth an individual approach on the topic.

Alex Israel, Chicago's own overlord of deranged deep house comes to Creme with a rip-roaring four tracker in said style. Lush pads meander over swampy basslines and drum patterns that wash over you like a sweet Monsoon. Hard to imagine it was conceived in the Windy City, but we guess the allure of the unattainable is a potent one.

THIEVELAND JAMS... Thug Records next 12" presents a new 4 track E.P from one of the undergrounds Commanding Lieutenants, Jeff Samuel. Named after his hometown of Cleveland Ohio, the Thieveland Jams E.P hits hard with 4 HAMMER minimal house jackers. Punchy bass, looped up percussion and jazzy chords sit tightly against the back drop of Jeff's signature soundscapes. A seminal house & techno artist, Jeff Samuel has a back catalog of street ready bombs on some of the most respected labels worldwide including Spectral Sound, Logistics, Trapez, Poker Flat and Dan Bell's legendary 7th City. Not much else needs to be said really... hope you dig the tunes as much as we do!

Vibrations are fast gaining a reputation as Britain's finest exponent of vintage-leaning, analogue jack music, and this EP from the mysterious Last Floor Hotel is another winner to add to their list of fine releases. "Track One" opens with a flurry of drum machine driven power accented with acid gurgles and chilling organ chords that recall Legowelt at his finest. "Between Them" meanwhile opens proceedings with a bleep filled intro, with distant Chicago-inspired vintage bass weighting everything down as shady Detroit melodies seep through a lo-fi haze. On the flip, "Ride Me 660" is a sparse and moody acid number with neon, syrup coated bass which adds a heavy atmosphere to the EP. The record is closed out with a remix by none other than Luv Jam, who reworks "Between Them" into an airy Balearic number, with 303 flecks combining with bright melodies and a driving bassline to create the musical equivalent of stepping into a warm bath.

If you enter the name Satoshi Tomiie into Discogs, the first Single to appear is "Tears", a collaboration with Frankie Knuckles that was released on FFRR back in 1989. The release of the single was a ground breaking moment, at a time when the huge movement of House and Techno was in its infancy. More than 20 years later and Satoshi has just completed the building of his brand new studio in New York City. With his focus having been firmly on his DJ touring for many years, interspersed with releases and remixes, its now time for the SAW Recordings boss to enjoy his very own new flight deck. "'Straight Up' is a track that displays the true and original acid house sound!" says Systematic Boss Marc Romboy of the first single to come out of Tomiie's studio. Having immediately snapped up the tune for the label he called his good friend Alex Niggemann in Berlin who, sharing his friends opinion and love of the track, spontaneously set about producing his own interpretation.

i met kirill from spdsc last year at a festival in bucharest called "poolside" and instantly became friends. to be honest i wasnt really aware of his productions at that time but in the end who do i know anyway so one of the first things while keeping in touch was him sending me the demo of "i need it" which he produced with his friend lipelis. instantly i fell in love with this tune and asked if its available to sign for teardrop. it was. and here we go, a few months later with remixes by myself lovebirds and mr iron curtis under his new moniker leaves from the western hemisphere and arsenii and vougal from the eastern!

Although it has found emotional music from France, Russia and South Africa over the years, for this release it returns to the birthplace of deep house, Chicago, to focus on up and coming producer Matthew Wieck. Opening the EP with the wiry tones and lush pads of "Flying Feeling" whichs take you up into the stratosphere with its floaty vibe, it's complimented by "Hydroacoustics", which utilises an aquatic arpeggio lead and warm, oozing pad underneath, held together with crips, charged percussive work. On the flipside "Worlds Beyond" demonstrates Wieck's darker side, with an acid bassline riffing against cavernous piano in what sounds like a more introverted take on Larry Heard. Altered Moods boss Malcolm Moore finishes off the EP with "Cleared Direct", an 808 jam held together with foggy chords and disembodied radio transmissions - the perfect compliment to Wieck's fine material.
