As if that wasn’t enough, there is also a special dub rework from none other than MK (aka Marc Kinchen) who makes his way onto the label for the first time. A revered DJ, remixer, and producer in his own right, with a career spanning over 20 years, MK has become synonymous with the House Music scene globally, garnering success around the world with his remixes and original productions.

In true MK fashion, this edit of ‘How I Feel’ is one purely for the heads. Turning the original completely on its head from a Piano House anthem to a deep club groover, MK showcases his talents and why he is one of the best around. Stepping up to the plate for our final remix is Biscits, the Southampton born and bred artist & producer who has been making huge waves recently.

Having knocked heads already on their huge collab ‘Ready 2 Dance’ feat. Anelisa Lamola, Biscits seemed like a natural choice to remix Martin’s 2019 hit ‘How I Feel’. Pumped up and ready to hit the dance floor, Biscits pulls out a stomping Tech banger. Along with MK’s Dub & the Vocal Mix of the original, this is shaping up to be an all-out, killer collection of club edits ready to tear up clubs and dance floors the world over…

Ukranian artist Azotti delivers four tracks from his catalogue on 140g single 12 inch vinyl release courtesy of Blackhole Recordings. These are full length versions.

Due to the current situation in the Ukraine, both The Record Republic and Blackhole Records will be donating their shares of the profits directly to Azotti so he can purchase essential items and directly help those that are in the most need.

Die niederländische Eurodance-Gruppe 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor wurde 1990 gegründet, als die beiden Brüder Bobby und Martin Boer in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer in der elterlichen Wohnung im vierten Stock mit Musik zu experimentieren begannen. Zusammen mit dem Rapper Da Smooth Baron MC und der Sängerin Peggy »The Duchess« veröffentlichten sie noch im selben Jahr ihre erste Single »Can't Help Myself«, die 1991 zu einem internationalen Hit wurde. Danach war es eine Weile ruhig, aber 1993 waren die Brüder wieder da und lieferten in den folgenden Jahren mehrere internationale Hits: »Never Alone« mit D-Rock (René Philips) und Des'Ray (Desirée Manders), »Dreams« und »Let Me Be Free«.

In den Neunzigern produzierten 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor zahlreiche internationale Hits. Allmählich änderte sich der Stil von Eurodance in Richtung Happy Hardcore, aber sie blieben eine Hitmaschine mit Singles wie »Fly (Through the Starry Night)«, »Come Take My Hand« und »Fairytales«. 1996 wechselten 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor sogar zum R&B mit der Single »One Day«, die vom Publikum gut aufgenommen wurde. Aber Bobby und Martin beschlossen, zu ihren Eurodance-Wurzeln zurückzukehren und lieferten der internationalen Tanzszene viele weitere Titel.

Dieses Jahr feiern wir das 30-jährige Erbe von 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor. »The Very Best Of« ist in einer limitierten Auflage von 2000 einzeln nummerierten Exemplaren auf goldfarbenem Vinyl erhältlich. Das gesamte Audiomaterial wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Martin und Bobby selbst von den Originalquellen für Vinyl remastered.

“Dreams of a Dancefloor” is the latest EP by Octo Octa (aka Maya Bouldry-Morrison) on her label T4T LUV NRG. Maya spent the last 3 years perfecting her engineering on these three sensual, beautiful and enveloping songs. For the opening track, “Late Night Love”, we hear Octo Octa capturing not just the subjective experience of dancing together, but also what happens after the party, making love and holding her partner close. It has none of the formalism of “big trance” and is instead an extended house-trance missive all her own with beautiful resonances that evoke Motherbeat and the ineffable softness of true connection. The second track “Let Yourself Go!” raises the tempo but maintains the mood of the record. The song is a classic Octo Octa ecstatic breakbeat acid jam written for building heat in the body and for speaker-dancing under a starlit sky. The E.P. closer, “Come Here, Let’s Commune”, is an invitation to explore togetherness. The essence of the track is a gorgeous piano theme, grounded in Maya’s belief that the dancefloor experience can be not only exciting and ecstatic, but also deeply moving and generative—a reminder that underground dance culture offers permission for connections unsanctioned in the dominant society.

Nach über 30 Jahren erscheint am 28 Februar 2014 Gabi Delgados neues Album - 1' auf GoldenCore/ZYX Music.
Geschichte schrieb DAF, die sich 1978 in Düsseldorf gründeten, mit Hits wie - Der Moussolini' oder - Der Räuber und der Prinz'.

Das mit 18 Titeln bestückte Album wird alle DAF Fans, aber auch und vor allem die Freunde moderner elektronischer Clubmusic begeistern.
DAF-artige Sequenzen, modernste House- und Electro-Beats, dazu die für Gabi Delgado typischen deutschen Texte bilden ein einzigartiges Gesamtbild, das sicher für Furore sorgen
wird. Vorab wird am 31.01.14 die Single NEBELMASCHINE/LIPPENSTIFT' digital veröffentlicht, auf
der sich neben einem IN STRICT CONFIDENCE auch ein EISBRECHER REMIX befindet.
Zum Release startet Gabi seine Solotour, auf der das gesamte Album und einige DAF/dos Hits präsentiert werden. Die Tour wird präsentiert von INTRO und SONIC SEDUCER. Gabi DelGado ist als einer der Pioniere deutscher Techno- und Electromusik anzusehen und sorgte zusammen mit Robert Görl in der 1978 gegründeten Formation DAF (Deutsch amerikanische Freundschaft) für nationales und internationales Aufsehen.
1995 gründete er zusammen mit dem Schauspieler und Musiker Wotan Wilke-Möhring das Projekt DAF/DOS.
