Bluford Duck is UK based producer and DJ. Musically awoken by the early 90's rave culture of London. Taking influences from 80's Pop, Italo Disco and US House & Garage.

If it takes only 7 days for the first two releases to completely sell out, It comes as little surprise that the label is causing a stir with all the usual suspects. Heavy club rotation from many A-list DJ's has only thrown more fuel on this blazing fire.

It all started one day in Heiko MSO's studio, where Frost and Einzelkind were casually listening to some old records. When the first few notes of "Flying Turns" came through the speakers, their ears pricked up. With the track still pumping from Heiko's speakers, the boys sent an SMS to the Chilean sound wizard, Ricardo Villalobos, letting him know they found something special. Inspiration set in, and riding a wave of creativity sparked by this hidden gem of a track, the boys turned out a revamped version for 2013. Villalobos never forgot that SMS and seemed equally inspired by the track which encouraged an approach to ask him for a remix. Well, he delivered not one, but two reworks. Could there have been a better way to complete this into a 4 track dream of an E.P. We think not, and we're quite sure you'll agree.

Our 8th release is proudly presenting Germany's legendary Turntablerocker. Coming from the German hiphop scene of
the 90ies the DJ & Producer team is known for their unconventional mixture of House, Breakbeats, Hip-Hop and Funk
& Soul. They've called it Electronic wildstyle. Now with the their EP "Grow UP" on JEUDI Records they are going
back to the roots of deep club music. Strong samples with a deep, rolling groove. Bringing up some warm spring
feelings, let your thoughts be colourful again and thus to have a big potential to become summer anthems.

Um den Sommer mal endlich hinterm Ofen vorzulocken, haben wir die 'Choose Your Destiny EP' durch den Remixwolf drehen lassen. Nancy's Room' hat sich René Bourgeois ganz im Stil seiner Remixe für Shakerplates, Atmosphere und Pimprinella vorgenommen und in eine so dicke Open Air Hymne verwandelt, dass sogar 007 gerne mal auf dem Rave vorbei schauen wird.

Jens Lewandowski feierte kürzlich sein Debut auf dem Berliner Label Supdub und nun auch seinen Remix Einstand bei Powder & Louder und hat eine schöne, deepe und minimale Version von 'Der Hobbyastronaut' aus dem Rechner fallen lassen.

'Der Kosmoprolet' ging in Einzelteilen nach Argentinien und kam als fetter NoDisc Remix zurück. Der Mann heisst Julio und ist in der Clubmusik Szene Newcomer, jedoch nicht im produzieren...wir haben selten so eine fette Bassline gehört !

Um das Paket abzurunden hat Wolfgang Lohr (bekannt von seinen Releases auf Ton liebt Klang!) The Chosen Two's Strebergarten bisschen umgegraben und in eine groovige Peaktime Electro Swing / House Nummer verwandelt.

In order to lure the summer out of its hibernation, we had the 'Choose Your Destiny EP' go through the meat grinder. René Bourgeois's take on 'Nancy's Room' is following the style of his remixes Shakerplates, Atmosphere and Pimprinella, making it into a big ass open air hymn that would even make 007 want to drop by at the rave.


Jens Lewandowski previously celebrated his debut on the Berlin-based Supdub label, which is now followed by his remix debut on Powder & Louder. He cranked a beautiful, deep, and minimal version of 'Der Hobbyastronaut' out of the CPU.


'Der Kosmoprolet' went to Argentina as parts and returned as a sick NoDisc remix. The name of the man is Julio. He is a newcomer in the club music scene, but not when it comes to producing... we hardly ever heard such a fat bassline!


To make the deal complete, Wolfgang Lohr (who is known from his releases on Ton liebt Klang!) gently plowed through The Chosen Two's Strebergarten and transformed it into a groovy Peaktime House track.

As a bonus there is 'Drumbum' - a dub- vapored composition which recently appeared on Pro-Tez's "Knights of the Sad Pattern" compilation and was previously unreleased on vinyl. Limited to 300 !

German DJ / Producer Joachim Spieth returns on Affin with a superb remix ep of his successful tune - Sensual' from the label's 100th release. Therefore Spieth included Brendon Moeller, Reggy Van Oers & Jamal Moulay. It's impressing to see the variety the guys put out of the original. Brendon Moeller (Echologist/Steadfast Records) comes up with flowing fx lines, fat stabs, nice added chords, just a massive reshape. Reggy Van Oers version is more on the chords. So this one tends to be a straight but very clear sounding techno trip you won't forget. Jamal Moulay shows a different insight on it. A fat kick, layered chords and some nice acid extracts on a base that seems to develop constantely. Nice rework. First time the label publishes on vinyl, changing its status from 'Digi-label' to 'Label'.
- First time a female artist contributes musically to Anozer project... it's about time!
Canadian artist Jordan Dare delivered an intense and innovative original track for this release. Its slow tempo (118 BPM) gives it a very special groove, cold and punchy at the same time, with the proper 'Anozer' grain. Electric tones, heavy toms and retro synths are all over the place! Berlin-based Falko Brocksieper's interpretation is a power edit of 'Voice In The Wall'.
Much faster, much stronger and packed with extra-energy; it just sounds like the original track had 15 cans of concentrated Red Bull!

Sagat delivers fresh & foggy Techno. Great Hardwax styled techno which reminds to Ancient Methods.

Sagat is Vlek Records' new recruit. This young Belgian delivers here a fresh serving of foggy techno. From the dancefloor-friendly Title track to the more introvert 'ESC', you're on for a trip through Belgium's finest electronic craftsmanship.
