A1 Lose It All… an 18 minute journey of epic proportions, crescendo after crescendo with high percussion sounds and chest pounding drum grooves. Medu’s signature low end control that rumbles under the swinging key rhythm which dominates the vibe is absolutely mesmerising. The finishing touch to this late night dance floor heavyweight sound is the combination of Odille Lima’s chopped up ad-libs, harmonies and story telling voice that keeps you moving with wonder. This track is laced with energy and excellence.

The B side comprises of 2 break beat inspired tracks that are mysterious and full of heavy hitting percussion, dusty grooves and dark driving basslines. Odille is on both tracks with her unique vocals that fit perfectly with this underground sound. A must EP have for any DJ or collector.

BAR Musica Re-Present gets to the third chapter.

After the success of the first and second releases which have been played by many, this is the time to present, with big pleasure, another master of the Riviera Romagnola and house music in general.

The living legend Flavio Vecchi, also called by some The Maestro, is now releasing on BAR Musica Re-Present some gems that never got released before. Hidden in some old DATs we finally found the way to give these incredible three tracks the right light.

A little curious story: one of the tracks is the very first track he completely produced on his Akai MPC 60 when he first bought it in 1995.

They simmered us a delicious potion, club banger with Alien, which is also accentuated with great spices from Sepp, that other wizard we don’t have to introduce anymore. After our debut vinyl release “Cosmic Vibrations” with Rush City x Handerk we are ready to present our second vinyl release. This time one of our label founders Jonathan Lopez A.K.A Jonahlo wants to take you in a psychedelic journey on his new EP “ACID DAYS”; a four track EP where each track gets you through a different state of mind.

Jonahlo is an amazing musician, jazz bass player and producer from Bogotá, Colombia. He has released music on labels such as Nomada Records, Night Young and Otayana Records.

This trip starts with “Acid Days”; a superb Deep House anthem with layers of evolving sounds, exquisite melodies and uplifting chord progressions that make us take off and start feeling 100% positive. You can hear samples from cinema describing how it feels when you start connecting and being one with nature.

The following track is “Particles”; on this track Jonahlo goes deeper, evoking hypnotic and far-sighted moods of melancholy. At this point we start pondering about the universe’s infinite dimension and imagining particles vibrating as we fall into our deepest thoughts.

On the flip- side we bump into “Lost Mind”, a percussive deep techno with spacey and bleepy sounds reminding us that 90’s uk old-school style. Now is the time to get lost in the moment after going through the trip’s hard peak where you really start letting go.

The release closes with “It’s Alright”; a good vibe deep sampled house track that tell us to take it easy, to just relax and appreciate life.

The Album cover was disigned by incredible Colombian artist Jose Mejía which represents a flower going through the process of questioning oneself and coming out transformed on the other side. It is a process of exploration, discovery, and rebirth.

Snippets Music is back with the long-awaited second vinyl release. The EP was written and produced by Rambal Cochet, well known for his releases on Space Lab, Chat Noir’s sublabel Griffé, Junction Forest and many more great labels.

"So A" - This song, written during the COVID-19 pandemic, carries a distinct Ghetto House atmosphere and reflects my dreams of freedom. It contains elements of utopia and was created in a dawless mode, like a timeless song. It's a solo creation.

"Jakivgusto" - Another solo song of mine, composed during the pandemic, also carries the spirit of the ghetto. This song reflects my contemplations about the moment and our inner strength during challenging times.

In collaboration with Yate, we crafted the songs "Black Camel" and "Sun Day." "Black Camel" is a musical journey that narrates a cosmic rally, bringing excitement and energy to the listener. John Howard was one of the best and most creative DJs of the west coast house scene back in the 90’s. His mixes and productions were full of house groove, soul, breaks and jazzy rhythms. This new series on Repeat contains of three parts including Howard’s best productions. These tracks are all huge influence for many producers that later discovered these kind of psychedelic house grooves on European based DJ sets… John Howard was on his own journey much ahead of time and his music still sound absolutely incredible 25 years later… Mesmerizing release.

“My mother” says HDSN “is my biggest idol to date. She gave me the roots to grow and the wings to fly and pretty much dedicated her life to my sister and i. She has been holding herself accountable day in day out for more than twenty years to raise two kids as a single mom. Although my dad couldn´t be there she always kept the cable long and so we lacked of nothing - she literally gave us all that she got. It´s been her strength, her humbleness and her relentless effort which has made me and my sister the beautiful human beings we are today. Most importantly it was her acknowledgement of my passion for music that saw me being able to pursue what i call my destiny today. She has been my biggest supporter since day one even she couldn’t understand at first. She oftentimes called my music too “esoteric” little did we know how many peoples hearts these songs would touch on the way. From the very beginning i wanted to dedicate a song to her but as she was pretty delicate when it comes to my tracks i knew i needed to find the right notes to hit the right spots. It´s been eight years now since i started out to make music and with very much excitement i can announce i finally been able to thrill her soul. It´s with little hesitation that i dedicated this song which i ended up calling “Stronger” to her. I come from a family full of fighters, there have been many ups and downs for all of us but we stood strong to the struggle and managed to keep our shine. This goes especially for my sister as life dealt her a couple of rough patches early on. She was fighting her own war marching through the valley of death from a very young age. She never gave up though, thrived out of darkness into light like a poppy seed and now eventually became a mother, too. Life kinda neglected us over the year. I had to leave my loved ones behind to live my dream but there has always been a part of me that tried to find his way back home, which i finally stopped denying. “No Place Like Home” is dedicated to most important women in my life, my mother, my sister and her newborn child. This record is an homage to my family and the beauty that lies within our tribe.”

On this occassion the ammalgamation of artists comprises 4 exceptional producers, fusing together two of the most important electronic music cultures. To start off with the right foot, London-based artist Modebaku brings complex percussive patterns along groaning basslines and dreamy pads making a extravagant yet minimalistic expression. After a few months break from releases to focus on building the Family at Suena Agency, Suena Hermosa is back with all the force. With a fierce list of immense releases to come this year and next from the likes of some of the worlds most sought after and respected, exciting creators.

First up is this beauty from one of the label’s dearest friends and truly gifted producers, the one and only Steve Hammer (Italy) ... This debut solo EP is a glowing example of this artist's immense talent. 'Song of the Sirens' EP is an impeccable collection of the artist’s works, featuring three classic original grooves which take the listener on an irresistible journey through an array of minimal / house with seriously classy touch of our label's trademark splash of acid… The Artist has created a collection of grooves worthy of a place in every record bag for every occasion.

This impeccable EP includes a fourth track blessed by the label/agency’s very own Nicola Brusegan (Italy), on a stunner of an energetic, melodic and groove driven remix.

Halbert kicks off "OUR STORY“ EP with no fear and no compromises to his sound legacy. It has been produced during the last year in the neighborhood of Santa Catalina - where everything is happening - under the experience and influence of local parties such as private villas and small sweaty clubs.

A1 "OLEEVA" features a weird half-tempo break, grooving along a 4x4 kick and Bmore loop style. The "Spanish" trumpets act as an irresistible hook, leaving a long lasting impression. A fusion of folklore and timeless sounds, "Oleeva" is a true party anthem that defies genres. Continuing the journey, A2 "WHAT IS IT?" is a playful cocktail-Molotov made of fat FM rolling bassline, slap bass guitar, arabic strings, and other mind-bending surprises. Get ready to let loose and immerse yourself in this freaky gem.

On the flip, B1 "SECRET PATH" delivers a functional old catchy house jam with a non-directional arrangement where organic meets dark electronic synth sound. An ideal companion for a pool party or daytime vibes. Wrapping up the EP, B2 ”POWER UP!" shines as a high energy breakbeat tune influenced by Plank Records sound. Featuring an evolving big guitar synth stab, lively percussion, uplifting trancy synths and robust old school bass.

Into The Woods continues their vinyl only series with another set of classy productions, as they move onto their third release handing over to the insanely talented Alexis Cabrera. The EP titled Serial Light comes with three tracks of immense quality and variation, showcasing the depth of Cabrera’s musicality. Each track has been expertly by the Argentinian and carefully sequenced by the brand onto this record with a place for each on the dance floor.

For the second release, we have decided to place our trust in our longtime friend Trajano, who has joined forces with Villaça to deliver this massive weapon.

These two prolific DJs/Producers from Brazil take us on a journey from house to spaced-out electro, filled with rhythm and emotions.

ABC Collective signs the 3rd release on abc.ltd label, featuring tracks by Bread&Butter, Herck, Gabor, TmrsTn, and Sandru. This compilation offers a fusion of mesmerizing melodies and rhythmic beats across various electronic genres. A must-have addition for vinyl enthusiasts and music lovers seeking fresh and diverse sounds.

The third vinyl release from Seattle/LA imprint Rhizome Records comes from label cofounder Kristijan Risteski aka Kinjo. Previous productions from Kinjo include a single on sublabel Rhizome Forms and a 3-track release on SF’s P.U.N.C.H.I.S. With his first vinyl pressing, Kinjo perfects a signature deep vibe while recruiting the talents of Uruguay’s Z@p and Romanian Dragomir for a pair of remixes.

“Marxian” rolls out a techy percussive architecture along with the alluring yet dissonant call of dystopian synths. The subsurface layers crackle and shift, revealing a never-ending array of sophisticated effects.

Z@p provides the remix on side A, wasting no time to transform the original with his moody yet playful excavation. An expertly crafted electro pulse supercharges the alluring tones of the original to unleash a dance floor ready weapon.

Side B features a long form remix treatment by Romanian minimal technician Dragomir. At over 13 minutes, Dragomir’s interpretation extends the original’s chemistry across a vast landscape, carefully examining each element. A deeply psychedelic gem, the Dragomir remix synthesizes afterhours aesthetics with the dark side of jazz.

Vincentiulian is the kind of name that needs no introduction. He is one of the best-known DJs and producers from the famous Romanian scene, and his evolution throughout the years tells its own story. He has played alongside the biggest names in the industry, shared the decks with household DJs like Priku, Rhadoo, or Cezar, and played the most important festivals out there.

His Subbass EP on Vivus Records cements his aura even more as a wonderful producer.

The opening track, Works, kicks things off wonderfully and subtly. It’s certainly a perfect track for the warm-up moments in the club, but its intricate background noises add a lovely layer of complexity as the track goes on.

Then we head off in a different direction: At Chalet is a much stronger track with an imposing bassline that dominates the sound and perfectly complements the mysterious vocals.

The titular track, Subbass, has a natural futuristic vibe and feels like a
ready-made club banger. The spacey atmosphere is something that only adds charm to it. The Tobias Laun Remix is a more chill but equally powerful way to end this mesmerizing EP, with Tobias showing his prowess at adjusting the pace just at the right rhythm for the dancefloor. The strong bass complements superbly with the sublime background noises to make this the perfect last chapter.

Recently settled in his native Brittany, Too Smooth Christ returns with a 6 tracks mini LP showcasing various colours of his sonic palette. Laying down his melody driven tunes, from the more introspective / ambient Fairlight or Nanga O Wabi to electro ballad (Modern Dramas), giving a go to mid and downtempo strolly ritournelles (RZ1DX21 and Dronance) and a house jam (Soft Touch)

Lescale Recordings releases "Falcon 9", a vinyl by Eliptica and including a Ramona Yacef Remix. A musical composition of the highest level, as the label has been getting us used to, dedicated to authentic experts of sound design. The Italian trio Eliptica (Howl Records), the recent project of the sound engineer Antonio Valente and his fellows Andrea Bruno & Rikha, surveys the modern musical landscape indulging in explicitly ambient realms, with an intro where spacey sounds and haunting tones take to the fore, making for an evocative atmosphere of beatless and experimental ambient. Eliptica follows with the EP title track, forgoing dub-centric rhythms and synth melodies filled with endless echoes on a steady and solid groove. Ramona Yacef brilliantly pushes the limits with upfront breaks and steady beats to reach a dancefloor intensity, with strictly percussion. With ‘Orion’ the tempo is lowered to a laid-back feel of a dub riddim inspired track with filtered stabs and lush pads on an atmospheric field. ‘Outro’ completes the journey with a subtle listen of rhythms buried in the mix and soft synths serving the melody.

Yes, we’re presenting you a new label from Ukraine again. This time the name is Secret Keeper, the owner of the label is Orbit, and for the first release they’re having one of the secret gems of Kyiv – Luschn. And if you weren’t familiar with that name – it’s finally time to acknowledge him.

All of the tracks here are untitled, and we’re going straight to the B1. The shortest track on the record and also the most interesting one. With a pinch of old electro house and the base of old progressive house with all that additional buzzing, what’s not to like here, right?

Staying on the B-side, the track on the B2 position is by far the trippiest one here, taking you in weird minimal ways for six minutes. A1 here will probably be played the most with its spooky, grimy, ChristianAB-ish type of vibe. And also with a huge nod to the mid-noughties. The one on the A2 is a slow roller, that type of track, you always like to hear, when you’re a bit tired, but still want to continue dancing. It will recharge you for at least 5 minutes.
