Cassegrain announce collaborative EP. The Berlin based duo of Alex Tsiridis & Hüseyin Evirgen will release new work recorded alongside DJ Nobu, Tensal & Lady Starlight via their own Arcing Seas imprint in September. Leaning towards the more heady, high octane end of the genre - the three track EP showcases the duo's natural affinity for collaboration, maintaining Evirgen & Tsiridis' characteristic finish and atten-tion to detail, whilst providing ample space for the guests to properly colour the work. CT01, alongside Tensal, marries caustic drones with a potent lead sequence to produce a perfect peak time roller; whilst CN01, with DJ Nobu, riffs on a more melodic, stepping approach - maintaining that same rousing energy, but with a more psychedelic bent. CLS01, the duo's collaboration with La-dy Starlight comes in at almost 11 minutes, an ambient Techno journey that warps and shifts organi-cally across it's extended run time - complete with beat-less intro and multiple segues that work to bind the piece and it's different sections into one, cohesive narrative. Effective and impeccably produced - but with a keen ear for new & exciting sonics within the genre - this first collaborative outing proves an enviable addition to the duo's already impressive discogra-phy.

2019 was the year of breakthrough for Amsterdam-based talent and De Lichting staple Eversines. Continuing on his ascension, we’re chuffed to welcome him to the fold with ‘Plooi’ – a stupendous mini sonic odyssey of sorts, taking us from vaporous skylines to brightly hued seascapes. Both captivatingly melodic and kinetic to the full, the four tracks composing the backbone to Eversines’ new jaunt into elegiac dance territories work their magic in the gap betwixt zen-like atmospherics, velveteen acid, sun-bleached electro and chiseled breaks that step up to the plate.


Whilst the OG version of ‘Plooi’ eases us into a shape-shifting environment, swinging the pendulum between nu-age infused / Sino-flavoured harmonics, lysergic bass phrasing and muscular breaks straight out the UK rave scene’s heyday, the remix from De School resident DJ Oceanic alters the original into a subaquatic dub weapon, navigating its way across frothing and bubbling synth lines to emerge in geysers of thermal bleeping and rhythmic outbursts. A more jacking affair, ‘Efbol’ carves out a lane of its own in between angular techno and playful, retro-laced electronica a la KLF meets James Holden in his ’Idiots Are Winning’ days. Completing the set on a more understated note, ‘Missing’ in collaboration with RDS promises to fill your headspace with thoughts of beauty and quiet. Merging FX-dipped piano chords, laid-back junglism and heavily verbed-out envelopes to form a well unique piece of ambient lushness, Eversines ushers us into a world of vibrant musical rapture, nestling away from standardized tropes and patterned behaviours.

Psionic returns with a debut release from label boss, Oshana. Three masterful cuts present a fresh perspective on the influences that shaped her musical journey. The EP opens with “Techno the Planet,” a dreamy techno homage to her Midwestern roots. On the flipside, “Back to the Source,” is a gritty, emotive acid-tinged approach to an explosive peak-time roller. Closing out the ep is “Mediation Meditation,” a delicate, new-wave introspection that hypnotizes with unremitting reverie. The result is a timeless collection of melodic techno groovers.

Non Series returns after a short break with Priss Flagrant Foul EP remixes including tracks by Hoedus, Svreca, Ruhig and Steve Bicknell.

Blueprint returns with its final release for 2020, which sees label head, James Ruskin once again join forces with long-term collaborator, Mark Broom. It's been almost 2 years since the last Ruskin and Broom EP ('Domwen' - BP053), and in that time these two UK icons have continued to dominate with astounding solo work as well as their more experimental project, The Fear Ratio, releasing their third stunning album back in March for Skam.

Returning to their Techno bunker, Ruskin and Broom now deliver four new tracks of 'Basement Jams' to close the year. Expect heavyweight basslines, sharp stabs, tough grooves and a high level of funk to the metallic sonics that sets them apart from other releases.

Tom Wax presents Microbots - Cosmic Evolution (Remixes) (Bonzai Vinyl)

German DJ, producer Tom Wax is back at Bonzai, presenting his famous Microbots persona and the superb Cosmic Evolution which will feature remixes from CJ Bolland, Drumcomplex and Tom himself. First released in 1992 on Chip I as K.O.-Mix, the track got a reissue in 1998 in its original form and is hailed as a fine example of the harder edged trance/techno sound of the era. Tom has been a leading figure in the electronic music scene since 1988, he has inspired a lot of artists around the world with his unique sound. After more than 25 years behind the decks he is still on a mission as he releases tracks on labels such as Great Stuff, Toolroom, Bush, Bonzai Progressive and more. At the height of the European techno and trance era, Tom was responsible for a vast number of classics under his Arpeggiators, Microbots and DJ Tom & Norman guises. His tracks found their home on R&S, Harthouse and Overdrive Records. He partnered with Thorsten Adler and found international fame with It's Our Future on Plastic City. Cosmic Evolution will be cut onto grey 12” vinyl with a limited-edition marbled version for the collectors. Digital versions will be released on After Dark.

The legendary CJ Bolland is up first on the remix, taking up the A1 slot and setting the tone beautifully. What can you say about this guy? A celebrated artist who is responsible for a lot of wonderful tracks and who inspired a whole generation, and continues to do so. Techno runs through his veins and this is proven with every track he produces; you just know his soul is in there also. Always an exciting time when he gets in the studio. On the remix here, we’re treated to that classic Bolland sound, thumping arena kicks, sporadic percussions and a unique spring sound. Dark rumbling basses and hypnotic synths mark the era perfectly, sending shivers up and down your spine.

Drumcomplex aka German duo Arnd Reichow and Daniel Reichow are up next with a superb remix. Known for their energetic, crushing techno sound, the guys are well versed, releasing filthy cuts since 2002. Here, they get into the spirit of 1992 and stamp their contemporary mark on a classic. Pounding drums lead as chaotic, sharp percussions set the rhythm free. A dark, drum fuelled event, the synths fade in midway through, bringing the nostalgia to life. A stomping track not to be missed.

Tom Wax’s own remix lowers the tempo, beefing up the sound for a deep, bassy ride into techno. Nice chunky beats and that slow burning, gritty bass are joined by the distinct plucked synth note. The original melody comes through with subtlety and on the break the 303’s are let loose, raising the energy levels. A top-notch rendition, not to be missed.

The Original Mix is a pacey, techno/trance monster. Solid beats and murky basses see this one pound the speakers, contrasted with warm, melodic pads and sharp plucked synth notes. A classic with a powerful bite and always one to remember.

Following hefty releases for Karlovak and Bass Culture in 2015, Ben Sims continues to bring his Ron Bacardi alias heat with along with a remix from Borrowed Identity.

Dutch mainstay Jeroen Search is a true genius of building linear grooves, either subtly breathing or powerfully bouncing. His Figure release following the 2018 LP Monism reflects this aptly once more. Minimalistic, hypnotic loops simply introduce the varied 5-track EP, followed up some by some heavyweight acid-house punchlines.
The flip makes its name, changing course again in order to head deeper for a more heads-down exploration of the bleep-space nebula. Sitting firmly nestled in the center of the record, Magnet Tapes is that endless loop suspended in time and space, slowly working its way into one’s consciousness with every repetition. Search cleverly captures this moment to introduce some sounds beyond the structure of track and loop, challenging our conception of music yet playfully igniting the mind’s imaginations.
Aiming for the finish line, the EP comes to a halt only after another taster of Jeroen Search’s deadpan efficient loop science, effortlessly stacking layers of rhythms for an ultimate straight-up techno workout.

New label Magnonic Signals is proud to present MS001, Waves of Magnetism EP. After a recent well recieved outing on Distant Worlds and an equally impressive split on Verdant Recordings, Mihail P (+) returns with two superb techno tracks showing his depth of knowledge for Detroit's second wave and also for B12 and their emotive bleep techno from the 90's, all while putting his own distinct spin on things. It's sure to do the great work on the head as well as the feet.

Spin Fidelity (-) previous releases on Bass Agenda and RF (also due in 2019 to feature on Subwax Excursions & Parang). Here he delivers two deep brooding electro jams, mixing classic liquid electro with old school vibes, fuelled with deep pads, black box workouts and tb acid lines. Perfect for dark rooms and loud systems.

The album opens with an abandoned soundtrack to a recent Hollywood movie, leading into an expansive score for Dutch National Ballet which premiered at the re-opening of the Stedilijk Museum Amsterdam in front of Queen Beatrix, with synths and live strings offering a sinuous melancholic path.

Side Two explores a deep sense of intimacy and reverberant space. Baltik Kitlab introduces a throbbing variation on chamber techno, with soft shuffling rhythms. The album concludes with a contemplative, cloistered and emotional piano piece, Dead Letter Office, with a strong emotional pull.

It’s music that is tender, elegant and heartfelt. The Signal of a Signal of a Signal is a mature work of contemporary electronica from an artist who has been re-inventing himself for nearly the last thirty years.

The Signal of a Signal of a Signal was originally released in an extremely limited CD box set on Touched Music in December 2019. It was accompanied by new albums from FSOL, Locust, Anders Llar and others. The box set sold out in 10 minutes and raised more than £10,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support in the UK. Interest in the album continued and so here is a special edition on heavyweight vinyl in deluxe PVC bag with flap, with all new artwork. It’s an exceptionally personal and fragile release, woven in with the deaths of his entire family to cancer. The album is both a rhetoric of mourning and a celebration of music to empower.

Nebulae’s new cosmic trip returns to the V/A format with a galactic selection of artists from around the planet. Expect the usual collection of dreamy textures, lushy pads, emotive synths, intrincated drum patterns and some occasional acid drops.

More than 20 years after it first launched, and 15 years after the last release, Gaetano Parisio has revived his well regarded techno label Conform. Now back to take up its place at the heart of the international scene, The first release of the new era is the start of a new CONFORM RE-TOUCHED SERIES which will be released over the coming months and contain classic Conform tracks that have been re-edit by big techno artists.

The first release contains four tracks plus one digital only bonus with heavyweights Ben Sims, Mark Broom, James Ruskin, Truncate and Stojche all stepping up. UK techno legend and Machine man Ben Sims is up first. His Hardgroove edit of Gaetek's is a brutal track with driving drums and unrelenting synths that bring it into the present day with a real sense of style. Mark Broom is another long time techno titan who has released on the best labels from M-Plant to Blueprint and he edits the B1 from C&G Southsystem's Dual EP. The result is an edgy track with big hi hats and hammering drums all run through with some bright synths that melt your mind.

James Ruskin is another vital techno player who runs his own legendary Blueprint label. His edit of a track from Gaetek's Advanced Series Vol. 1 EP is deep and hypnotic, with wooden hits and warped bass wrapping round the toughened kick drums. Truncate then tackles the same track and is known for his focus on the deeper, raw side of techno on 50 Weapons and Soma. His edit is just that - deep and atmospheric, with subtle keys up top as the busy and hard hitting drums power the track along.

Last of all, Stojche's Re-Chord of Stanny Franssen's Between the Lines is a digital only that is designed to get whole clubs and warehouses on the end of their seats.

This is a fantastic way to relaunch a much-missed techno label and marks the start of a great new series.

In a year of global shift and continuous changes, Figure takes a leap of faith and extends its catalog by introducing a completely new compilation series to the label. The Open Space series will feature forward-thinking Electronica and Ambient from a well-curated list of seasoned producers. Compositions that invite to let the mind wander, weaving stories, and conjuring up emotions.
While these softer genres have already played a respected role in former Figure releases, for the first time in the label’s history they are now being given the center stage. Volume 1 sets the mark by providing producers whom we’ve come to love for their dancefloor-centric output with an open space to showcase another side of their skillset. Open Space remains open to various strains of Electronica and Ambient, ranging from the introspective synth-monologues (Sebastian Muellaert / Kirilik), drony dub-experimentalism (Moritz Von Oswald), alive and breathing takes on the genre (JakoJako), to singular compositions which slowly build their own lasting narrative and thus develop a genuine, emotive quality (John Beltran / Tin Man ). Len Faki himself proves the artistic breadth of Open Space, sharing a powerful and conscious message through a rare and delicate moment of him exploring the form of spoken words. Other contributions include Jesper Dahlbäck as The Persuader, Luke Slater as 7th Plain, or Ralf Hildenbeutel - a former production partner of Sven Väth and now a successful composer of film soundtracks. Unfairly reduced to background music, it is not the kind of Ambient featured on the Open Space series. It is an engaging body of music, bonded by its contemplative, enveloping nature. Open Space bands together an array of fascinatingly skilled producers, finally given the opportunity to present some of their most creative and emotional material yet to date.

The enclosure of night promises freedom of another kind. Subterranean fantasies are consecrated in flesh. The voice calls and is answered by a beating pulse. They swell and break in rapturous cycles. On Sombras, Dosis operates from this intimate space, conjuring electroid visions rooted in techno, zynth-pop and nuova-beat.

Superb epic acid tribe renewer... A modern and sophisticated sound. Defenitly full of story-telling.

VAULT SERIES’ 25th release sees label owner Subjected collaborate with Andrejko to release four haunting cuts entitled ‘Vault Series 25.0’.

Founded by Subjected in 2010, VAULT SERIES’ first 25 releases have seen Subjected give a platform to artists such as Sawlin, Mørbeck and his own music focusing on the raw, industrial side of
techno with heavy distortion and experimental edged soundscapes. Over the past ten years VAULT SERIES’ consistent musical output of timeless releases made the Berlin label become a key player of
the techno community worldwide. ‘VAULT SERIES 25.0’ sees the label owner Subjected collaborate with Andrejko again following their ‘Format’ EP together on Subjected Systems last year.

‘Pitchfork’ begins proceedings with heavy, distorted kicks scattered around eerie modulations and winding elements before ‘Pain Management’ follows with sinister lead synths, growling resonations and brutal textures throughout.

On the flip, ‘On’ deploys shimmering percussion, hypnotic oscillations and churning murmurs keeping the atmosphere dark yet intriguing. ‘Medication’ then rounds off the EP with pacey, drum progression and fizzing synths fusing with machine-like sound design and energetic grooves.

BNJMN returns to Bright Sounds with Sensei; following on from the foundations laid by his "Final Network" EP released in the spring of 2018 he again showcases the melodic, yet hypnotic and pulsating side of his sound that he has become renowned for.

Starting with the almost house-like "Soared Above" synths fly over syncopated rhythms which build and then descend into something harsher and earthier.

"Intercellular" goes somewhat harder, yet still retaining the hypnotism and lightness of touch which will suit most hours in the club.

The title track is an exercise in restraint, one for the early hours when everything blurrs and only the space in between the sounds carry you along.

"Walking Into Yourself" showcases the dreamiest side of BNJMN, in slowing down the BPM the producer shows the intricate details of his sound, letting the listener in on a dense forestlike journey.

Relaxer tosses his hat in the ring for Climate's fifth installment with a mini-album of studio works. "Hedonic Fatigue" opens with the delirious 20 minute "Fatigue Suite," a white knuckle slow dive that will leave you gasping. Rippers "Upstairs & Inside" and "Strictly II" are counterbalanced with the languid "World Pulse" and misty "Jim's Day." Come sway in the breeze, right on the edge of violence. Out Dec 2020.

Murge Recordings gives way to its 16th release, Transmutation, by label debutant Rico Casazza along with 2 accompanying remixes by techno kingpins, Kirk Degiorgio and Aubrey. All 3 pieces of music offering up something different to the next, from tracks full of textures and groove to straight up peak time techno.

A new member grew on the family tree of Harmony Rec. Four organic tracks written by Shoal that don't lack any drive and their addictive grooves suits the dancefloor perfectly.

For the third installment of Henk, the two DJ’s and producers from Cologne, Germany showcase once again a wide variety of styles in their production. With the A1 being a collaboration of the two, the 3 other tracks are solo works by Stikdorn. “Reset” quickly makes it’s way into any raver’s heart. Fast-paced drums and percussions meet mellow pads and 90’s vibe arpeggio’s, making this a sure shot on any dancefloor in summer. It’s clear that the A-Side on this one is reserved for the bangers once you dive into “Come Closer”. A haunting 303 acid line garnered by steadily pounding drums and vocal snippets reminding you of the early hardcore days making this a must-have for any DJ-Set. On the B-Side things slow down significantly. But only in tempo, not in deepness for sure. “Anemia” is one of these tracks that evolve while floating through space and time, taking you to the trippier and more thoughtful places, either on the dancefloor or wherever you are. “Low Lights” highlights Stikdorn’s affinity for breakbeats once again. Perfectly suitable to take your DJ-Set into another direction or for the early/late hours in the club.

a series of 12" VA's blending in works from new faces and more established names.

"On Board Music" returns this winter with "Point B", a followup featuring choice slices from
on-therise French soundscaper Diane Barbé, Madridbased dub experimentalists 'Uanamani' and wellknown-Spanish-techno artist 'Daniel Kyo' under his CORE alias.

Starting off with Diane Barbé's "Something For The Mountains", an eight minute piece of textural sublimation fusing strains of Easternmost-traditional music and heartraking downtempo, the disc moves on towards further dynamic, verbedout atmospherics with Uanamani's 'Luzzu' - It's taking us straight to some eerily exotic place, where delayed drums & teeming layers of faux-organic luxuriance make one!

Flip Sides and you'll find CORE setting the deepness'o’metre to
eleven with a pair of dub bedout rollers. Cutting a path of hypnotic devastation across-
the dancefloor, 'Mantra' loops you in for a truly mindbending trip down techno's deepest depths.

This record reflects some tracks which are currently performed by Florian Meindl in his full hardware liveact consisting of a modular synth, 303 and sampler.

As a bonus there is "One Step Ahead" on the record, which was previously released digital and found its way into many DJ sets on festivals last summer.

It might not always be obvious, but music as escapism can serve as a radical social statement. What some may see as daydreaming or imagination of impossible realities, can constitute a sort of revolution of thought, the seed of a more human and sentient worldview. Although on a first listen, high-level basis, it may seem as if the music contained in Informa's 10th release is a series of psychedelic, dystopian and otherworldly tools for escape, it might actually be a proposition for improvement, a route to self-discovery, a reflection on the true nature of our surroundings.

Although at no point in this release such high concepts are made explicit, there is a consistency in vision and methods present in the art created by the peers that label founder and owner Deepbass has selected for this very special, celebratory release. Encapsulating the product of eight minds, eight visions, in a common concept for evolution in unity. The 8 tracks that make up this double EP create, by sheer power and purpose, a collision of 8 wormholes into different worlds and times, into which the listener is immersed and propelled, and from which he can gather new perspectives, renewed thought, clearness of mind.
The spinning melodies and travelling colours of Claudio PRC, the deep driving ancient ceremonial music engendered by Alfredo Mazzilli, the electroshock waves of Hironori Takahashi's submerged sounds or the dramatic, ghostly suggestion of fear and paranoia weaved by nAX_Acid. Ness's imagining of what happens in the eye of every storm, earthly or otherwise. The circular stimulation and mounting tension evident on Takaaki Itoh's contribution, the cave-dwelling echoes of Reggy Van Oers' lightning strikes. And the entrancing menace and feeling of hope subjacent to Deepbass's own proposal. All of them can be seen as eight tunnelling paths into the lost hours of the longest nights on the dancefloor, or a single unifying quest to take back control of a progressively harsher and alienating reality which engulfs us.

Chris Liberator's Maximum Minimum label returns with "PANIC VIRUS RED" EP featuring 2 slamming trax from Valencia's SEON, one classic track from the U.K.'s underground innovator TASSID, and a collaboration between Belgium's rising star JACIDOREX and French DJ supremo DAVID ASKO. With well over 100 tracks out on vinyl, Sterling decided it was time to start his own 12inch project again, so 2014 sees rise to the Rebeltek Alliance - an infusion of stomping 303 inspired Techno beats, soon to hit the streets.

Having played in every continent on earth and with releases on over 50 different record labels, Sterling is using his vast musical knowledge gained through his travels and productions to harness an energy for Rebeltek that is both unique and compelling, whilst retaining an counter-culture attitude direct from London town that will drive the label forward.

Fractura del SueNo is the debut album from the Catalan and Berlin-based artist Ameeva and his first big step into his musical path. Patrick Mason and Rekids boss Matt Edwards return for their second appearance as SRVD with two cuts entitled ‘RAW FILES’.

Not confined to a single art form, Patrick Mason is a young creative at the forefront of Berlin’s art, fashion, dance music and LGBT scene; an influential club kid who developed a friendship with Matt Edwards after a chance meeting in Panorama Bar, resulting in numerous studio sessions and improvised live sets.
Joining forces in 2018, the pair adopted their SRVD moniker – an alias inspired by New York’s vogue scene – before dropping their debut release on Rekids, playing at various clubs (notably Panorama Bar), not to mention an unforgettable performance at Boiler Room x Pornceptual.

‘The Yard Man’ presents rattling drums, piercing vocal chants and a tormenting melody that SRVD has been destroying dancefloors with over the last year. On the flip, ‘Brotha’ presents a compelling groove as a shuffling rhythm joins abrasive synths and Mason’s penetrating voice.

Farron continues the Shaw Cuts odyssey with his "Five Element Ninjas" EP, echoing the story of the relentless fight against the elite ninjas with their special skills in different elements: gold, wood, water, fire and earth.

The tale begins with a duel between two rival masters to determine which of their martial arts schools reign supreme. Master Zeng's students are superior by far and win every battle, but Master Hong has an ace up his sleeve. He announces a challenge with the mysterious Five Element ninjas. "Liquid Shorts" and its gigantic drums and menacing spirit spurs on the strongest students facing the challenge. Weapons collide, blows rain down, limbs get chopped. The students are not aware of the strength of the ninjutsu technique. None survive the battle.

Hong's plan to completely destroy Zeng's school moves to the next phase. He sends female spy Senji to Zeng's temple. She secretly makes a map and smuggles it back to her master. In the dead of night the silent ninja offense on the temple takes place, accompanied by the rushing rhythmics and emotive synths of "Contaship". But the assault came too unexpectedly and only one student, Hao, escapes the violence. He returns to his old ninja master to complete the training he began years ago. He joins three other students who want to aid him in his quest for revenge. "Brooklyn Banks" and its eclectic groove, rough chords and dynamic percussion help the students to quickly learn the secret ninjutsu techniques.

Now well-trained and aware of the ninjas' trickery, Hao and his fellow students set off to take revenge. "It's Only 4 Life" sets the sentimental tone for vendetta. The gold and wood ninjas are taken out with ease by the dizzying drumming, the water ninjas cut down to size by staggering hi-hats combined with erratic percussive elements and swooning pads, finally claiming victory over the fire and earth ninjas. Only the leader of the ninjas remains. Escalation! Stay tuned to know the fate of the last man standing...

Kelly Lee Owens' meisterhaftes zweites Album "Inner Song" lässt die Techno-Produzentin und Sängerin/Songschreiberin tief in ihre eigene Psyche eintauchen - sie widmet sich den Kämpfen, die sie in den letzten Jahren durchlebt hat, und erforscht ihren persönlichen Schmerz, während sie gleichzeitig die Schönheit der Natur umarmt. "Inner Song" folgt ihrem selbstbetitelten Debüt aus dem Jahr 2017, einer Mischung aus körperbetonten Beats und introspektivem Songwriting, das von der Musikpresse mit zahlreichen Auszeichnungen bedacht wurde. Great to see Terminal M queen Monika Kruse teaming up with her buddies Pig&Dan again. It's been more than a year since their common single releases on Pig&Dan's label Elevate or Terminal M but the two guys from Mallorca have been very busy finishing their album, releases for Drumcode and their upcoming Space Ibiza CD. Meanwhile Monika travelled the world more than ever with her dj bag to bring the techno message to even more places.

The debut release from new Scottish producer North Sea Dialect, Local Guide is a dense musical world made of uneasy ambience, shimmering distortion, subdued rhythm and propulsive melody.

Buried in its soundscapes are the echoes and surrealness of alienated life - expectant youth, distant voices and broken folklore. It's industrialised music tied together with found sound, adrenaline fuelled synthesis and the depths of late night solitude. Conceived during a move from Glasgow across Scotland and composed in isolation, a blistering sense of reality creeps through the recordings.

Local Guide is accompanied by three videos for the tracks Mossy Cyphol, Subarctic Baltasound and Gloup. The short films are haunted and illuminated by the serenity of rural freedom, the power of the sea, and the collapse of industry.

First 50 copies include a handwritten and numbered text from Scarlit Port, unique to each copy.

The fourth instalment of Oscar Mulero's own Pattern Series is now here, introducing three tracks of futuristic techno for the collectors out there.

The first cut is "Form", a flanged hypnotic exercise of functional techno, made up of a continuous line that grows to utter madness, spiced with resonant bleeps and noises and a subtle beat.

Next up is "Textures". This rhythm-oriented grooved number relies on a relentless beat, with only subtle changes that make it the perfect functional tool.

Next up on Inner Surface Music we introduce New York artist Angus Tarnawsky to the label. 'Pitched' is first up with its syncopated drum patterns both programmed with electronic drum machines and textured drums played by Tarnawsky himself. Heavy bass and ice cool modular synths lead the track to new territories for Inner Surface. AnD then step up to remix 'Pitched' taking it in a more dancefloor direction while still retaining the original feel of the original with added distortion and twisted melodies as the track unfolds. 'Ad Nauseum' is a beautiful textured track built around Tarnawsky's drums, deep layers unravel to take you into a subterranean alien world. 'Expand Contract' is the most dancefloor cut of all the originals, but it still twists and turns with expert precision, sounding like a jam between Alva Noto and Vladislav Delay. 'Tour Maline' closes the EP with a 5 minute journey of modulating sub bass and ambient washes of glass-like synthesis from Tarnawsky's modular system...

The Root Beer EP by LA based producer Ashtrejinkins is NCA's first venture from cassette to vinyl. Having released a split cassette on NCA last winter with Tokyo's Ko Saito, ATJ presents four standout tracks on this highly anticipated vinyl release. Best served chilled.

DEXT Recordings has reached it's landmark 10th release, and we now enter our next phase with this very special 2 track EP from a vital part of our label: Bodyjack.Aside from his collaboration with Special Request at the end of last year, this is Chris's first new music under his Bodyjack alias since the Summer of 2016 (his 'Cobra Effect EP' for us). His time away has helped him refocus, and its clearly paid off 'Nataraja' (Hindu for 'Lord Of The Dance') is one of those tracks we can't actually describe, but it's Bodyjack on rare form. His signature quirky percussion & synthwork is stripped down more than on his previous work, but this is one works in so many situations, we can't wait to hear what you think. ART21 sees the a new artist join the prestigious roster of this finest of Electronica labels. Circles & Ellipses is producer, soundtrack composer and world-famous session drummer Chris Whitten. As well as playing with some of the biggest names in rock & pop, Whitten is an avid rare synth collector. A long-time user of vintage modular synths, Whitten displays his finely honed studio craft to conjure up techno that both intrigues and uplifts. The production quality is of the highest level yet retains that critical rawness and energy to hit the perfect spot on the dancefloor. Circles & Ellipses’ debut EP - a series of reworks of the Burn:Cycle Game Soundtrack - was featured on BBC 6 Music’s Electric Ladyland by DJ Nemone. This follow EP consists of two brand new compositions and includes remixes by Finnish Electro dons Morphology and Kirk Degiorgio’s As One. ART21 is exclusively distributed by Rubadub and available on Limited Edition Blue Vinyl April 6th and in digital format April 20th.

A re-issue of his record from 2000 on CHAIR RECORDINGS with both the original mix and the STEF "TECKNOSTEP" VERA remix. RICARDO VILLALOBOS played this a bunch over the years and it goes for big money on Discogs. Now getting a re-release on JAMES DUNCAN's INNERMOODS label. Hand stamped 1-sided 12".

Having released on the label before (including a collaboration with Lake Haze last time out) Lisboa based producer IVVVO now returns to Creme Organization with a new three track solo EP. Showcasing his unique take on analogue house, here he conjures up his most unique work to date, Up first, 'Raised' is a dishevelled concoction that sees organic hand drums rattling over heady kicks, with groaning vocals, ghostly pads and afro mutterings all adding to the intoxicating brew. 'Our Journey' is then an acid flecked, lo fi techno rave up with car alarms, barking dogs and white noise textures that all come over like an urban soundtrack as much as anything else. It's captivating stuff that gets rounded out with '0000', a slurred, smeared bit of ambient with awkward key progressions, wordless vocals and tons of crunchy texture. Few people sound as idiosyncratic as IVVVO and this EP proves that in spades.

A message to all listening: #DontjusttalkaboutitbeAboutIt. Jamal Moss (aka Hieroglyphic Being, Mathematics) invokes his JAI/MAHL alias with a message in the music. Reprogramming club consciousness with 4 transdimensional sonic incantations and rhythmic transgressions of the highest order.

After a break of six years Matt returns to his Off-key Industries imprint with a varied blend of trippy warehouse belters, sun drenched spine tinglers and slow motion acid. Already receiving support from the likes of Marcel Dettman, Santiago Salazar, Perc, Truss and others. It's also been downloaded for Richie Hawtin & Marco Carola, whatever that means.
