The Berlin based Austrian’s have teamed up for the inaugural release, wandering between tripped out minimalistic vibes with tinges of house textures spread across the record. This is “The Frisbee Of No Return”.

As we approach the threshold leading us back to the Black Lodge on our transformative 8th journey, we are escorted through and beyond the mystical portal by the vigorous and fierce forces of Sneaker. Portrait in House is a collection of 3 resonant works, which are unified into a singular vision within its uncanny language that is rooted deeply in the foundations of Jak, New Beat, EBM, and Wave. Existing inside the liminal spaces of where light meets dark, we are presented with a documentation of dissonance and harmony. We begin our voyage with Jihad, a sluggish and slogging piece that unforgivingly drags us through the grime and the dirt in a ritualistic fashion that would have the ghost of Georges Bataille dancing in circles. Voices call out and howl into the dark as the drum patterns of the 707 rhythmically grasps onto its anarchic components. In the dark, we can see the light beyond the known universe. In the words of Sneaker "The name is not our message, but a document of an evident, traditional concept in (y)our world." As we find ourselves sprawled out on the ground following the 1st sonic stanza, a menacing voice bellows and warns that this is a Sax Track. Referencing Chicago icon Lil Louis, this work juxtaposes classical elements of house music together with the bare knuckled spirit of Jak. A magical spell led by disharmonious Portasound FM keys in conversation with a teetering sub bass, where at its core, this plus this, equals something that is uniquely familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. A number fit for any uncanny ritual that will fall under the night sky. Bringing our cosmic procession to a close we pick up the pace with a commanding number titled, Dance On, a no holds barred work that will possess your soul in the name of Jak. Flangers wail unforgivingly alongside a pulsating 101, as samples of the human voice are chopped up and arranged into a conversation that hypnotically calls for our bodies to be transformed into soft machines, while powered by ceremonious motions that are generated from the liberating process of ritual movement. This EP distinguishes itself especially for its step towards a slightly slower more atmospheric sound than the conventional Network 23 material. Simon aka Crystal Distortion, the artist responsible for the 3 tracks on this release exhibits a new pallet of sonic references which in relation to earlier material give a sense of maturation to the scene's zeitgeist. A1 almost sounds like it was pressed at the wrong speed with a slight laziness to its beat allowing it a remarkable feeling of holographic spatiality. A2 comes in at a more expected Spiral Tribe tempo, but with a more refined modality, employing sounds very reminiscent of Detroit Techno around that time. B side also merges into more digestible aesthetic in comparison to earlier material, deep sea dubby sounds juxtaposed with crunchy snares and hi hat ricochets. Last year marked the reemergence of Anoesis following a 20-year hiatus. A highly respected producer across the ‘90s, specialising in interstellar IDM and electronica, Howard Dodd rose from his statis to release two new albums alongside a five-track EP on Cyphon Recordings last year. A bold statement and stake in the ground showcasing that Dodd’s production prowess has not faltered in that time, but has rather taken on a fresh vitality in this new chapter.

The Megacognition EP exudes Dodd’s distinctive style. A master at making tracks that sound like they were created in an extraterrestrial laboratory, fed by long lost tapes of Detroit techno from ‘Planet Earth’.

‘Vision Off’ opens the EP. Subaquatic rumblings with precision drum programming that dials from reverberating kicks to crunched claps. Trembling basslines and hypnotising synths entice you to the depths, as arps trickle to the top disorientating your brain.

‘Do Don’t Don’t Do’ and ‘Polybius’ follow. The former, a spiralling, off-kilter web of interlocking synthesis, that’s both dizzying and harmonising in the same breath. The latter a dubbed-out, minimal house groover packed with tactile basslines, dusty drum loops and echoed vocal samples.

Take to ‘New Style of Life’ for a transfixing dose of twisted Martian music, guaranteed to cause a stir. Warped electro meets cybertronic electronica with a techno edge. ‘Voxelle’ then closes out the EP. A soul-rousing cut of euphoric deep house. Stargazed, sunrise hazed, it’s a track that can be deployed anytime, anywhere and is sure to leave a lasting mark. Layers of luscious pads and celestial strings topped with an infectious synthline that will suspend you weightlessly in a bubble of worry-banishing brilliance.

Active in an age where talent, diligence and taste meant more than social media traction and algorithmic obedience, Dodd’s versatility and class have clearly never waned since those early days. If anything, the Megacognition EP shows it is as strong as it has ever been.

When the first cargo ships from Western Europe docked in Klaipėda after the fall of the Iron Curtain, no one could have imagined that a completely new and unknown musical culture would arrive in Lithuania along with them. It was the first city in this country to get a taste of what was then called electronic rave music. This is why it is unsurprising that the most iconic Lithuanian electronic music band of the 1990s was born in Klaipėda, the port city of this country.

The first release from Lizdas Records is a nod to the past. Because if it weren’t for EXEM and their legendary tracks, which even made their way into the mainstream media in those days, today’s Lithuanian electronic music scene would be completely different.

Album track “Isoma Per Sempre” is a hypnotic deep techno track with an eternal melody dedicated to the producer's own record store.The record continues with “Armonia Solare” (A2) techno loop with an almost irregular progression but that mixes with the drums perfectly. On the B side instead opens “Il Visionario Della Periferia” (B1) with a soft techno mood that slowly rises in a mental growing up where minimalism and psychedelia intersect. The EP closes with “Bangerang” (B2) an ambient piece that unfolds in a hypnotic and positive melody.

Quiet Husband announces debut full-length album

'Religious Equipment' is set for release on 22nd November via Drowned By Locals
'Religious Equipment' is Richie Culver's debut full-length album under his Quiet Husband alias, and is set for a 22nd November release via independent Jordan-based label Drowned By Locals.

'Religious Equipment' drills deep into the gritty depths of industrial techno and noise, pulling no punches with a set of tracks named after opiate blockers or substitute drugs like Methadone and Subutex, which serve as sonic stand-ins for suppressed urges, blurring the line between resistance and surrender. Fresh from his live assault at Berlin's Atonal Festival, the album draws on the brutal, repetitive rhythms of techno, while spoken word passages — including one featuring his mother — cut through the chaos with a deeply personal narrative. From the gates of hell to the empty solace of noise, 'Religious Equipment' paints a harrowing portrait of addiction and substitution, where noise becomes a proxy for silence, and intensity replaces numbness.
Accompanying the release is a text by curators Charles Teyssou and Pierre-Alexandre Mateos, which reads as an art piece in itself, mirroring the tracks' exploration of coping mechanisms through fragmented moments of self-reflection, despair, fleeting euphoria, and the endless substitution of one void for another:

One of New York's early pioneers of techno and DJ culture, Reade Truth has been an integral part of the cities' techno history. His first of over two dozen releases came out in 1994 on the Brooklyn underground acid label, Direct Drive. Since then, his releases have made many a mark on labels like Planet E, Strictly Rhythm, Sonic Groove, Instinct, Pomelo, Wurst, N-Syde, Path Records and so on. Basic Moves continues the New York vs. Belgium love story with six carefully selected tracks (never released before!) out of Reade his personal archive. (NOTE: original liner notes will be written by his best friend Adam X)

Betonska continues their journey of (re)releasing concealed and wantlisted gems from the past, for the future. The Biotone - D.Wave EP is the first one on sub-label Dzungla, a sub-label focusing on the heavier sounds from the 90s and beyond. This early psy-/breaks release from 1996 was one of the first of many great releases by Sebastian Taylor, pushing the UK rave scene to its fullest.

While delving not too deep in the ‘psy’ part of early psy, this release remains notably bright/clean, uplifting and proggy, with a healthy dose of acid lines and breakbeat rhythms. An early bird in the psy-breaks genre, ready to strengthen its existence on contemporary dance floors."

Every time Guy J releases his solo material on Lost & Found, the world of music lovers is ready for a treat. He's not only one of the leaders of the global scene but a musical innovator pushing the limits of studio techniques and borders of abstract emotional content. His latest conceptual masterpiece consists of two tracks ranging in length from over 7 to almost 11 minutes and a total run time of over 18 minutes. The opening track, Last Standing, blends the progressive motifs with an out-of-this-world anthemic breakdown. The piece is simultaneously melodic and nostalgic but manages to deliver a new, previously unheard edge to the technical execution of the production. The closing track, Fire, uses temperamental arpeggio resonances, constructing a mystical soundscape for a joyride into a higher state of perception. Guy's sonic skills work as a hypnotic tool. The new material is not only a blessing to the dancefloor but also a home listening delight. Do you seek inspiration, optimism, and confidence in music? Push the limit!

‘Zerinjit’ invites us to the molecular world of sound, where every sonic entity is meticulously compounded to constitute the alchemic matter of the doomed reality and post-tribal escape, putting every cell into motion. Born out of debut collaboration between Den Haag’s JEANS and Florence’s TOMO from DE RIO, the EP is a massive merge of like-minded brains in a sonic dialogue, re-shaking the otherworld of techno music. An exhilarated heartbeat amidst industrial cries, shrieks, and squeals is levitated by fat hypnotic synth lines, while the rudimentary “chuckles” over the fate of the progressive, amplifying towards infinity in a symphonic and rhythmic celebration. The “Spectral Pattern” unveils the mystic force behind dragging and pulling the Hertz of the wavelength cycle, reflecting the emitted energy from the hardware core. We are turning around in vertigo, trying to capture “Gengar” bouncing across space, catching the liquid multiples of themselves. We are approaching the smoky clouds around “Acondrite-ung”, the unclimbable mountain that samarium creatures obsessively climb in hypnosis, never destined to reach the peak.

‘Zerinjit’ is a tale of the otherworld, its creatures, patterns, rhythms, saints, and martyrs, science and utopia, translated into a dance floor body language of the ordinary.

By its 6th release Swedish label Kvalia records heads towards an increased focus on dance floor heavy soundscapes and invites Mary Yuzovskaya. "Cozy EP" is the blend between Yuzovskaya's roots as a deep techno producer and her exploration of a more percussion heavy, stripped down sound.

Like a phoenix rising from the molten vinyl ashes of European pressing plants that are being overrun by Taylor Swift represses, DABJ are back with their first release in what seems like an eternity.

For this one they welcome Modman to the family, who some of you may have heard before on Jerome Hill's Don't Recordings. Four cold as ice Techno and Electro modular jams aimed squarely at the more discerning dancefloors, on which they have already been causing quite a stir over the past few months.

2022 Repress purple vinyl

Third time's the charm - here comes the third vinyl release of TDS Records. The label's original artists formed a two-person formation under the name: Z1B2. ZOL and n-2b together wrote three tracks, commemorating their subjective perception of the last years, sublimating life into ambient technodub melodies. All three tacks are examples of sentimental minimalism, with a simple techno groove. The fourth track is a closing remix by krisz deak which delivers a very optimistic vibe that will make your feet move.

2024 Restocked!

1992 was a wild year. For planet earth. For humanity. People desired for escapism, and some producers just had the jive they yearned for. Endless kick drum excitement under a roof of strings. Up there in clap heaven, the chords fly candid, and all that hi-hat suspense fashions bliss.

These dancers met an angel, circulating eternally towards the strobe. Oh, how they wished all that trance never ends in 1993, when CJ Bolland, one of the most influential and successful producers Belgium created in the nineties, dropped “Camargue”. An instant trance techno classic.

Atemporal, abnormal, amoral. Raved together with British producer Cisco Ferreira for Belgium’s finest R&S records. Both worked on many sensual club music artworks together. Like “Tokyo”, the B-Site with an A-Note. Tripping fast, more hi-hat ecstasy, techno kicks, somewhere Goa is in there.

Those where the 1990ees. Those days in fast pace. Blissed with trance of techno glam.

Mark Broom returns to his Beardman imprint with a 10 inch of blistering techno weapons. In signature style Mark’s already got his foot firmly to the floor with ‘Loop 132’ - a twisted affair, that layers metallic synths and de-tuning rides over a chest crunching kick drum.

Flip it over for 'Loop 131', a high octane, heavy hitting techno with a pounding kick and mesmerising stabs.

2023 Repress

Riviera Records presents an uncompromising clash of sounds from all over the globe. 5 tracks from the likes of Lewis Taylor, DJ Pacifier, Cult, Lil Na$$ty, DJ RaDa & X-Coast spanning from house, techno, trap to experimental rave.

Ena revisits his Divided series with 2 unique releases compiling highlighted dissections of his live performances, further developed into individual tracks.HOROEX4 - Divided: Body sees Ena's return to the Horo label for his first vinyl release since the Divided 7' in 2015 which garnered support from the likes of Nicolas Jaar and Lee Gamble. Divided: Body contains 4 physical, caustic creations that show clearly just how far Yu's style has developed in the past 3 years since his landmark 'Binaural LP for Horo.

Ilian Tape have tapped up Jichael Mackson here for a double album of expressive and forward thinking electronic sounds. The atmosphere generally futuristic and intriguing, with tracks like 'Shangri La' riding on gentle breakbeats amongst air pads, 'Banana Jazz (Quartett)' is a high speed and live sounding jazz-breakbeat workout, 'A Jichalicious Something' is dubby and IDM inflected lushness and 'Good Morning Sunshine' is an interplanetary trip with distant cosmic pads and organic piano chords soothing mind, body and soul.

Reformed Society joins the roster of Brussel's, Belgium's Basic Moves this June with a 2x12'' EP, comprising six original compositions from the New Delhi born now Barcelona based artist. After many years sharing music, Basic Moves boss Walrus welcomes Indian artist Harsh Puri onto the imprint for a special double pack vinyl release. The material was gradually reduced down to the six compositions that make up BM19 after received over a hundred demo tracks from Harsh the past few years.

Much of the release is inspired by UK tech house of the late nineties and the turn of the millennium and embraces a heads down, dance floor focused aesthetic throughout.

Opening the release is 'Constant State Of Hustle', perfectly setting the tone with an amalgamation of bubbling synthesizer tones, a choppy bass groove, sporadic pads and a heavily swung drum groove. 'Touch' then shifts focus over to fluttering stab sequences, bright chords, airy strings and a crunchy rhythm section before 'Hammer The Keys' embraces the core essence of the early Tech House sound, fusing organic percussion with multilayered machine funk melodies, all infused with an underlying acid feel.

Next up is 'Hug Pit' which dives into deep realms via ethereal, cinematic pad textures, wandering resonant synth lines and shuffled drums. The aptly named 'Adrenaline Rush' follows next, picking up the pace again courtesy of a gnarly bass melody, squelchy synth tones and a robust drum machine workout. 'Dream Shuttle' then rounds out the release, employing hazy atmospheric textures and a bumpy bass groove alongside dynamic, crisp drums.

2024 Reissue

Sam KDC's latest offering for Auxiliary takes the listener on a deep and spiritual journey. "Of Myth & Mercury" consists of four intricate pieces that tell a ritualistic tale drenched in a mystical atmosphere. All four tracks flow are Grey Area in design, and set about proving what can be done with the template. Atmospheric pressure from one of electronic musics unsung heroes.

On an invitation to travel to India in 2019, as part of the global BUDX event series as documented by Vice Media. Truncate finds himself in Hyderabad, bustling technology capital and birthplace of biryani.

Joining him for the week is emerging Indian producer Dotdat, representing the rising techno scene in this most diverse and populous country. The pair found themselves exchanging culture and of course music over a few days spent in Windhorse Studios, resulting in a unique collaboration of the West Coast meets the Southeast that inspired into the singular style showcased on this EP.

The instantly warm and inviting "Did You Love Me?" has been a secret tool of LNS and DJ Sotofett for the greater part of the season. With it's strings and pads, classic house breakbeats and driving bassline the white label was mistakenly called "the proper house remix of Current 82". Second track is a merge of Acid and Dub with an intense sonic signature and chugging deep rhythm. On the full B-side is the grand epic Dub-Techno Stepper titled "Dub You Loved Me?". Spiraling in just below 10 minutes this ultra heavy remix transcends the true fashion of Dub in Club Music with and excursion through pulse, punch, pressure and harmonies.

music domain, giving artists a platform to preach the sound that speaks to them, and this release is but another stepping stone towards greatness, for us and for them.


CBRK002 opens up with a rolling, gritty number that could only be Fergus Sweetland, as metallic voices beckon forth on ‘Untitled (ARP 1.02)’. Hasvat Informant, whose thunderous reputation precedes him, then storms the barn with the explosive ‘Abispa Ephippium’. The B-side shifts gears to Goa’s Dotdat and his frantically groovy track ‘Holo’, followed by a gorgeous minimal number by Berlin-based Pino Peña – Mia’s Pocket; one that’s sure to get summer dancefloors pumping.


The C-side of the record contains two heaving tracks, the C1 from the prominent force of Cloudy Ku with ‘A Room of One’s Own’, and the C2 from the dark visage that is disgrays with
‘Turmstraße’. The final side of the record has Amsterdam legend Juan Sanchez open the filter with a warm, jacking submission in ‘Indulge’, while the Berliner Marsch takes us home with a
devious timbre that will have bodies glued to the floor on ‘Into You’.

The respected long-running artist Conrad Van Orton brings a character of soul and is rich in colour and sounddesign. With his 'Alive And Kicking EP' he showcases a spectrum of sounds ranging from golden hour sunset experiences towards directing the mind to hit the bricks

After spending years out of print, The Prodigy have re-pressed their third album in time for its 20th anniversary.

‘Hypnosis’ was one of Drumcode’s most vital under-the-radar releases of 2019. Its creator, Veerus, returns to the mothership for another top-shelf offering.

The Italian’s career is a brilliant slow burner, releasing EPs sparingly over the course of his 14-year career. There’s a narrative quality to each track too, the artist reveling in a drama-laden call-and-response dynamic. All three cuts from his latest ‘System’ EP are made for big moments.

The title track was created with Amsterdam’s holy rave cauldron the Gashouder in mind, and was completed by Veerus just a few days before ADE last year. Balancing on a knife’s edge between tension and euphoria, the track’s twisted synth lines sent an energy surge through the iconic venue.

‘Year’ is a deadly one-two combo of synapse-searing synths and sharp drums as jagged waves of sound throb with panoramic effect. It was a captivating highlight of Beyer’s set at Amnesia in Milan in February, the final session before the lockdown. ‘Pyramid’ was debuted at Beyer’s Cercle performance last September, sound tracking a blissful post-sunset moment at the Théâtre antique de Lugdunum in Lyon.

The second edition of our 2xLP Suntrip Classix series is now released! We chose the name "Mars" for this one. And that's not a coincidence. Obviously, the artwork by Simeon Van Der Hoeven reminds us of Mars, but this is also a tribute to Mars aka Fabien Marsaud. He started Suntrip in 2004 together with Anoebis and worked for almost 20 years on the label, just out of love for music. Last year he chose to focus on other things in life, so this deserves a big thank you and there is no better way than calling a release after him!

WOLFDRIFTA returns to his own Wolves That Drift imprint for its sophomore release via the ‘Control The Code’ EP, complete with remix from Phone Traxx’s Rob Amboule.

The EP kicks off with the titular ‘Control The Code’. Rambadu's latest release "EN VIRON" aims to make you see life in a new light. He experimented with a unique tuning that holds a closer connection with our environments. Each day we go through cycles and especially when we remove ourselves from urban areas; some of these natural patterns become very distinct.

"En Viron", in the late afternoon life is the most vibrant and lush. The sun is high in the sky and all plants emit a fluorescent green glow.

"Ruutan", as the sun sets the creatures of the night slowly take over, filling the calm darkness with high pitched rattling noises that keep dancing in our inner ears.

"Zaouia", when the morning comes the first birds will sing and almost sound like an alarm that announces a new sequence and day.

The sounds and colors of nature will always be present to guide us.

Taevalaotus delivers his second album "Ringlus" ("Circulation") as the second release from Estonian based Taevas Records label, comprised of five original tracks plus a remix from Octal Industries.

In a way, everything eventually returns to its starting point. With everything in constant movement, departure and arrival are nothing more than the beginning and the end of a circle. "Ringlus" as an album wanders along the path of its creator's fantasy. No third-party samples are used, the music's fabric is woven from original, natural sounds such as analog oscillators, vibrations of bass guitar strings, sonic echoes of nature, and cracking of the ice recorded underwater. The tracks contain sound and field recordings from the years 2013 to 2017 that were almost forgotten but then rediscovered from Studio Master 468 archive tapes. The aim was to circulate without taking notice of time and to create soundscapes with original resonance, structure and flow that serve as an antidote to contemporary rushed consumerism.

Hardware used: Alesis A6 Andromeda, Dave Smith Instruments Evolver, Elektron Analog Rytm, Yamaha electric bass, Tibetan singing bowls, wooden drum, Otari MTR-12, Drawmer 1974. 1973 & 1978, various analog effect pedals, scientific hydrophone in ice lake, Konka hand made ("organ-pipes") long distance microphone and portable Sony pcm-d50 in the field recordings.

The third installment of the NETWORK 23 remastered repress series is a 3 tracker featuring a solo track by Crystal Distortion on the A-Side and 2 tracks by 69db on the B-side one of them is a collab with original Spiral Tribe Member Meltdown Mickey.

On the fourth remastered NETWORK 23 records re-release we have an original track by Crystal Distortion followed by a totally mental track by R-ZAC and a special version of 'Drivin' by 69db and Meltdown Mickey. Dont miss out on this one!

massive Deejay Hard Techno EP !

Haven are back with another storming delivery on their white label series, this time with a vinyl-only collection of past tracks from L.A. troublemakers 138 and DJ Angeldu$t that were previously only available as digital or tape releases.

The A1 kicks off the record with "Litty McGuire", previously released on Parisian collective RAW's "Second Breath" VA compilation. Crunching drums thump away with distinct rhythmic funk and groove, with an addictive syncopated snare propelling the track to a screeching acidic synth line at the track's half-way point. The punishment continues through to A2 track "Linebacker", previously released on NYC party-starters Whirlwind Trax's VA celebrating 3 years of Brooklyn rave The Black Hole. A cheeky synth line bubbles underneath swung yet aggressive drum rhythms in another slab of distorted dance-floor machine funk.

The B-side turns attention to three tracks from 138 member DJ Angeldu$t's 2020 solo cassette "Menace To Sobriety Vol. 1". The B1 gets straight to the point with "Fuck That Shit", a certified gravely electro killer with brazen drum overdrive and fluttering bleeps and vocal sampling that goes straight for the jugular. The B2 continues the bold ghetto disrespect with "Prescription Poolz (VIP Mix)". Expertly crafted pops and garbled vocals interplay with shuffling drum programming culminating in a crowd-pleasing rap refrain guaranteed to get feet moving. The B3 closes out the record with "Happiness Is A Cold Cup", another crunched-out electro smasher lean tribute assaulting the ears with nasty acid and snappy rhythmic syncopation to finalise another A-class collection from Haven.

Acquit Records are setting out on an ambitious one, presenting their latest foray into vinyl releasing with this incredible new LP from Arbilla. Both label and artist move incredibly low-key, but unearthing the info was worth it. Arbilla aka. Phil Robertson and his own adjacent imprint, Xistence Records, follows up prior greats such as the 'Movement' EP with this full-length, which takes after Detroit techno and catapults it to ever further cosmic reaches. Zooming out to the macro-point of galaxy filaments and Bootes Voids, we begin with the brukky opus '3500 Miles Away From Detroit' before seguing into the percussive workouts of 'Brighter Swallow' and 'Mecca'. A real sense of expanse is given off from the otherwise raw and up-close analogue sound; the cosmos is, of course, airtight.

The fourth release on the BINÄR-Label is a split between Border One and BLANKA. The EP starts with a peak time sound, continues with dreamy bleeps and ends with two deep and hypnotizing tunes. The tracks are mastered by Nihad Tule.

"IVE" is a wonderful collaboration between a Local sorcerer and Rambadu. During isolation they researched ways to escape reality by traveling inward and explored the connections between our audible and visual perception.

By using the power of our voices we created an Image Visualization Environment that can bring us to many places. "Nue" represents our joy in life, the serene chants help us to cleanse our minds and in "Oiwo" we get lost in space so we can rise back into a world of light.

To support us on this journey we invited Forest On Stasys from Buenos Aires, Argentina for his interpretation. He has worked his magic giving you a warm and groovy feeling while we dance towards freedom.

Even though we live in distant places it is still possible to share and feel each other's energies.

A connection we should never forget exists.

I:Cube has made a new album. It is a very “hands on” album, as the eight tracks on show were created almost entirely by improvising with electronic hardware – synthesizers, sequencers, drum machines and effects units – and recorded in real time, with very little after-editing. It is also his first album in a decade, should you be keeping track.

During the time he spent recording it, which was in part inspired by the processes behind his ‘Cubo Live Sessions’ series, I:Cube had fun, experimented, unleashed the raw, primitive energy of his machines, and emptied his head of thought. The resultant tracks are instinctive, immersive and otherworldly, driven by the emotion of the moment rather than the formulaic structures of dance music. They are unpolished and immediate, but also immersive and sincere.

Think of it as a soundtrack to time spent alone in the studio, daydreaming in darkness and light, translating mental and physical messages in real time. It is not calculated, overblown or over-produced like much modern electronic music, but gently odd, engaging and pleasingly rough round the edges. In some ways, it is I:Cube’s most personal and emotional album to date.

Cocoon’s unique brand of techno has always been at the heart for the operation and now, these brand new and exclusive tracks confirm that once again. Dark industry when André Galluzzi & Daniel Stefanik link on ‘The Regulator’ and high grade machine soul from Extrawelt.

LDS returns to Monnom Black and hits a career high with his new ep, an astonishing take on modern dub techno featuring 6 tracks of futuristic grooves. LDS is an artist that stands at the cutting edge of technology, influenced by artificial intelligence and digital innovation. The ep showcases his unique production aesthetic, complex sound design and nuanced details that place him a cut above the rest. AI was used to create the artwork for the release, merging together the digital and physical realms, moving ever closer to the singularity.

For the second edition of Speciale, we fly to Basel, Switzerland.

It is a pleasure to share this EP with Ben Kaczor, an artist already engaged in managing his label KCZ/CZT, releasing on Dial Records, and performing all over Europe.

Ben presents two dark and hypnotic tracks that defines his deep musical taste characterized by hypnotic grooves and synths soundscapes together with melancholic basslines.

The other two tracks are produced by Orion.

Imagine this record as a single entity: a journey into a dusty club where grooves and melodies guide you towards dawn.

This time Orion Records returns to club music to define their vision of Techno.

Having remixed Depeche Mode and DJ Hell as well as releasing a new Fixmer/McCarthy single with Douglas McCarthy (of Nitzer Ebb), 2017 has already proven to be a productive year for Terence Fixmer. With the new Force EP, the Berghain resident follows up on 2016's Beneath The Skin EP (O-TON 97), offering four stylistically different but congenial Techno scenarios for club use.

The record's eponymous track on A1 doesn't think twice: the initial signal horn starts as sudden as the staggered kick drum rhythm, reoccurring throughout the cut's 6-minute playtime while sustained and oppressive screams from a synth, extra multifaceted EBM percussion and synth drones add to the overall sombre atmosphere of 'Force'. The musical vibe distinctly changes with 'Sidewalk' which puts more focus on synth melodies - like its predecessor a Techno cut per se, but with a stronger accent on hypnotic motifs.

On B1 'Melting Planets' emphasises the kick: clocking in slightly slower than the other three tracks - at 122 bpm - the bass drum here sounds extra vivid, ever-present and spot-on, just as if Terence was playing the drum kit sitting right next to you. With additional percussion and swirling melodies 'Melting Planets' is a lulling, mesmerizing meditation in Dub Techno. 'Striking Patterns' on B2 links to the best moments of Force EP's A-side, combining bone-dry bass drum hits and distinctive brazen, banging noises, pulsing synths pads and sizzling surface sounds.

This dancefloor-centric release boasts five tracks designed to captivate with their powerful beats and deep vibes, perfect for the summer season. The EP showcases resident artists Nicole (Satz) and Carriego (Over think, Lirica Archives, Cosa Nostra), as well as Italian artist Mariiin (Pleasure Club), Uruguayan artist Alfalfa (Mephis Records), and French artist Sekance (3Mâts Records).



Embracing the fusion of sound and mysticism, the label aims to convey metaphysical and humanistic principles, promoting awakening and connection.
