From the fires and floods of the Australian bush on her debut, Soon, which Phil Elverum reissued via his label, P.W. Elverum & Sun, tiarn now takes us to the shores of the Pacific Ocean where classical and electronic arrangements move with an ever-present longing for connection and nature. Stretton has weaved a new world, set on the brink of night, when the world is soft and suspended in blue. Living in isolation near the ocean, overlooking the winter migration of whales, Stretton would regularly swim during the brief 20-minute period known as the blue hour. Ideas would come to her in the icy salt water, and walking home in the dark, she would carry melodies back to record that night. At its heart, tiarn reflects ecological grief and the search for connection in a changing world. tiarn is also inspired by a piece of home camera footage Stretton found of her family in Japan where they lived in the ‘90s before she was born.

It shows the distant mountains, and Stretton’s young family looking over the valley in the soft static of one summer evening. Decades later, using the untouched synth her parents had bought in Tokyo in 1991, Stretton began recording music directly to that footage, letting the images dictate the melody. Voices, insects, weather, movement, and the ambient sounds of the valley are woven throughout the record itself, blurring the line between documentation and composition. The result is an album that feels less created than uncovered — something remembered rather than made. Stretton’s work continues to carve a singular path in contemporary music, balancing environmental awareness, experimental composition, and deeply personal storytelling.

"When I created Slacker I wanted to make something to remind me of my youth in the ’90s. Being born in ’85, the ’90s was a decade that defined me. Culturally America was at a pivotal point. Post Reaganism of the ’80s, the ’90s was defined by the anti-hero. The idea that we had had enough. From grunge to hip hop, house and techno.

"This was the time of independence and indie music. Life without boundaries. A world where everything felt possible and a belief that the future was coming. Home game consoles, futuristic new sports like the X Games. It was about being radical. Living life on the edge and turning away from the imaginary cookie cutter American dream.

From hollowed-out corridors and whispering tunnels, through soundsystem pressure in darkened rooms illuminated by a single intermittent light, Long Gone's fifth release traces the contours of Miles J Paralysis' mind. Dub elements drift through the fog of post-punk disintegration, while echoing percussion and solemn vocals emerge and recede like distant signals. Heavy with bassweight and foreboding, yet never collapsing under its own density, the record occupies that rare space where dread, depth and breathing room coexist.

Hackney based Hidden Sounds Records launches – with support from Emotional Recordings – it’s Dark Times label by diving in the the music of Alkahest, a short-lived project from Canadian brother-production duo Lex and Rew MacCrimmon.

For the second EP, the Twisted Up release is re-examined, with a tweaked track list to represent the times and how their sound continues in relevance today. Released in 2 years (1994-1996), Alkahest was the darker side of the MacCrimmon’s productions and allowed them to focus on twisted, psychedelic electronics, away from their main Legion Of Green Men project.

Self-described music obsessives from a young age – lying under a home-made harpsichord, with their heads in the resonator box was an early indication of a love outside the norm. Experiments with forks and pencils on strings – totally unaware of the likes John Cage – highlighted an interest in sound from unusual places.

Anything with a synth notably grabbed their attention, going to the public library to take out BBC Sound Effects and Morton Subotnick albums, sat alongside contacting European mail order catalogues, to grow their knowledge and record collections.

As early productions formed, working under the sound production name of Incarnate, their love of art was just as influential as music. The likes of M.C. Escher, Salvador Dali, Bridget Riley and the Op Art movement, was all part of brothers in their progression to form the Post Contemporary label in 1992.

Following the DIY ethos of the music they had long been buying, their “indie ethic” influences all coalesced in the label, not conforming to one sound or tempo, placed them within the electronic music coming from Canada, but also, out on their own.

Twisted Up expands the Alkahest sound, the title cut a stomping anthem, it’s unrelenting drums and lifting strings a call to arms. The compelling Shake arrives, acid techno rewiring synapsis, dub static between the beats.

On the flip, Twisted Another is just that, a reversion excursion, pushing the psychedelic synthesis to the forefront, stabs call and respond. Closing the EP with the perfectly titled, Kiss My Acid, a journey of industrial bang, reflexed, Alkahest showing their sound is pulsating, widescreen overtures.

his tracks, many of which became underground hits like "lady of the night", "ticket to childhood" or "russian porn magazine", always stand out and are immediately recognisable. be it weird syncopated euro dance reminiscent bangers with crazy vocal snaps or haunting hypnotic beauties on a techno side. his music always has that genius dubyshkin groove, a pinch of irony and the ability to make just anyone dance, from a small underground club to a huge festival dancefloor. this universal appeal ensures his tracks resonate across sound systems of all sizes, embedding themselves in the listener's consciousness long after the music stops.

Jan Kincl, a Croatian producer, DJ and live performer with releases on BBE Records, Far Out Recordings, Sonar Kollektiv, and Get Physical, returns to his own Cycle Records with "Lights Out", the label's sixth release. Written and produced at Cycle Studio in Zagreb, it arrives in Main and Alternative mixes. The remixes come from Trinidadian Deep, a deep house producer and DJ mentored by Ron Trent, with releases on Neroli, Vision Recordings, Toto and Makin' Moves, as well as his own Native Bush - Many Moods of Music imprint. "An appropriate title. This is definitely a tune you want to hear when you closes your eyes on the dance floor, the vibe gets deep and you the lights go down." - said DJ Kemit. Intergalactic Gary called the record "Deep, atmospheric and emotional", while DJ Lady D summed up the contrast at the heart of the release: "Love the original, gives classic house vibes and TD offers a modern deep take." "Surface Noise Isn’t A Crime" continues NOREPRESS’ exploration of texture, pressure, and imperfect sound as core elements of underground electronic music. Across four tracks, the release moves through Deep Tech House, Dub Techno, Electro, and Breakbeat without settling into fixed genre boundaries, balancing functionality with experimentation throughout.

A1. Tvardovsky feat. Andrey Zverev – Flute Meditation opens the record with a dense, slowly unfolding trip built on dub space, electro tension, and hypnotic Tech House movement. Organic flute phrases drift through layered percussion, evolving bass pressure, and spacious analog textures, creating a strange collision of futurism and nostalgia. The track resists obvious peak-time formulas, choosing gradual transformation over immediate impact and rewarding deeper immersion with every transition.

A2. Osman Öz – Regrets moves into softer territory without losing rhythmic weight. Warm breakbeat structures, airy melodic fragments, and fluid low-end movement give the track a calm but persistent momentum. Osman Öz keeps the arrangement restrained and precise, allowing groove and atmosphere to carry the emotional core of the composition naturally.

On the B-side, Kirill Matveev appears under his Natural Piece Of Aloe alias with two contrasting interpretations of the project’s dub-informed language.

B1. Salto Mortale is playful, unstable, and constantly mutating. Rhythms stretch and reorganize themselves around shifting tonal fragments, while the arrangement moves with the loose unpredictability of an improvisation session. Despite its complexity, the track never loses control, maintaining a strong forward pull through every unexpected turn.

Closing the record, B2. Columbo Beat, Kirill Matveev - Sundub pushes deeper into darker territory. Acid sequences slice through heavy dub atmospheres while rugged drums and saturated low-end pressure drive the track forward with raw physical energy. Distortion, space, and movement interact continuously, turning the track into a hypnotic late-night tool designed for more adventurous dancefloors.

It’s time for Ahad’s biggest move yet: his first full-length album, P*KI. Powerful, deeply personal and unapologetic, the album is rooted in the dancefloor and in Ahad’s belief that club culture is a space where he can “exist completely authentically.” By reclaiming a word he has personally been confronted with, Ahad transforms P*KI (pronounced Pee-Star-Kay-Eye) into a statement of joy, pride, celebration and self-love. Richard Sen debuts on Phantasy with ‘Space 1999 / Bergen Light Rail’, the first transmission from the illustrious DJ and producer since his vinyl-only solo LP, 2024’s ‘India Man’.

Deeply invested in electronic music for over thirty years, first at the intersection of London’s acid house and graffiti art scenes, evolving in cult duos Padded Cell and Bronx Dogs, and now generously sharing his formidable knowledge of club culture on London’s Do!! You!!! Radio, Sen is known to take listeners anywhere. On this occasion, he locks into two distinct influences from his winding creative journey, with ecstatic results.

The title of ‘Space 1999’ mirrors Sen’s own hand-painted accompanying artwork, yet its sonic influence sits much closer to our own orbit; A tribute to a slice of London nightlife history, Space at Bar Rhumba was a midweek party led by residents Luke Solomon and Kenny Hawes, whose selections helped sculpt the deep house scene at the turn of the millennium. ‘Space 1999’ transports contemporary dancers back there in no less than ten minutes, led by a deep bassline and swinging drums, while an intergalactic melody slowly takes hold, resulting in pure satisfaction.

‘Bergen Light Rail’ embraces a different kind of kosmische, looking to the northern light of space disco and following the tram route of its namesake to the Norwegian city’s beloved Club Ostre, riding a rhythm of pogoing toms and crashing drums. Conjuring a dreamy tête-à-tête between ever-expanding, heavenly synths and tightly-wound arpeggiators, Sen’s transmission to the stars is a deeply human call to dance.

Golden Seconds has arrived — a brand-new Disco label brought to you by Johannes Albert. In the 1990s, Disco House records became dancefloor anthems, drawing on the nostalgia of disco's golden era while incorporating modern production techniques like sampling. Pioneered by influential producers like JohNick or DJ Sneak, Disco House revitalized the uplifting spirit of Disco while infusing it with the infectious rhythms of House Music. A young Johannes became addicted to this happy music in a heartbeat. Fast forward two decades, and he’s crafted his own updated take on the genre, guided by one simple philosophy:

Two of Jean Carn's seminal hits combined. 'Was That All It Was' is a big hitting disco exploration with hints of Jean's gospel choir background coming to the fore. The flip houses the classic 'Don't Let It Go To Your Head' - covered on many an occasion since it's release back in '78.

Keni Burke's signature hit 'Risin' To The Top' gets an official remastered, reissue alongside the 12 inch mix of his '81 killer jam 'You're The Best'.

'Risin' To The Top' quickly became a clear favourite of the soul crowd back in the '80s, with Keni's sensuous vocals, a timeless bassline of epic proportions and those dreamy, sunshine chords proving a winning combination. Since then countless producers, from the likes of Doug E Fresh and Slum Village, to LL Cool J and Mary J Blige, have utilised 'Risin' To The Top' as a choice sample for their own productions. A quick glance at this seemingly endless list, just goes to show how much of an impact this record ended up having.

On the flip, 'You're The Best', takes a more boogie paved path, filled with an undeniably groove laden bass synth, cosmic keys and Keni's infectiously soulful vocals. It's early eighties synth boogie at it's best, placing the electronic elements at the forefront whilst holding onto that unquestionable funk at its core.

Between 1989 and 1992, Sea Horses released three albums that percolated through England’s DIY underground before fading into the pre-Web ether. For a small community of listeners, however, their ornate gothic romance endured as an unusual sensibility within the broader post-punk coalition.

Hailing from towns on the outskirts of Manchester—Congleton, Scholar Green, and Macclesfield—Sea Horses forged a distinctively Northern English sound. Their dark, dreamy folk carried affinities with other groups of the time, but songwriter Richard Veal’s idyllic medievalism also took unlikely influence from madrigals and liturgical music. The exalted soprano of Clare Williams and twin sisters Jo and Liz Bromley reinforces this devotional quality, hanging in nave-like ambience (the band played several shows in local churches).

For this reason, and for the subtle psychedelia of their longer-than-average compositions, critics aligned Sea Horses with England’s New Age contingent—an association that the band could not quite understand. But Sea Horses did share certain predilections with their Aquarian counterparts. The band’s pastoralism carried pagan overtones, with songs like chapters in a Saxon epic, or odes to copses, moors, and headlands.

Sea Horses: 1989–1992 collects recordings from across the band’s output, which includes two short-run albums on Mandala Recordings—Listen (1991) and Dream into Being (1992)—and a little-known self-released cassette, The Shining Net (1991), which, until now, was only known among friends and family.

Have Isaac Carter & Callum Asa made the most tasteful tech house EP of recent memory? The short answer is

Isaac and Callum, known for their respective club nights: OCHI and Planet People have been quietly chipping away at the coalface of underground dance music for quite some time now.

Isaac - perhaps known more widely as a regular at Circoloco & Phonox has shared bills with the likes of Moodyman, DJ Bone, Kai Alce, Laurent Garnier and Marcellus Pittmann whilst being championed by Joy Orbison, Ben UFO, Moxie, Seth Troxler, Raresh and Floating Points to name but a few. With such an impressive CV and wide ranging support, it’s wild to note that the first EP released on his own label, OCHI only came out in 2023. His star is clearly ascending with rapidity - so when we throw long term collaborator Callum Asa into the mix, things start to get really interesting. Calum has been running Planet People for the last couple of years, welcoming incredible names such as Shed, Surgeon, Willow, Ploy, Cooly G, Rroxymore and so many more. Steel sharpens steel and having been surrounded by such esteemed talent, it’s clearly rubbed off on the pair who present 4 polished, meticulously constructed, club ready masterpieces, each with their own distinct feel and an insatiable groove.

‘Feel Me’ sets the scene with a descending baseline that would eek a wiggle out of the most reluctant spectator. The twisted dub eeks out even more groove, locking in a more sinister bounce for the heads. By The time ‘Understand’ get’s into full swing, we’re already under the spell of Carter & Asa, this is the kind of roller that could go on forever and ever. The synth embellishments and washes of analog synth pull us deeper and deeper in, prepping us for the finale , ’Try You’ which simmers with deep, brooding intensity.

The magic of the dup’s appeal is that this EP will find its way into the bags of the deepest diggers and also appeal to a new generation of house fans. Elements of it are accessible , but in the right hands - the EP will open a portal to new worlds.

Ashley Beedle’s remix of "Unmask Me" by MAMA is a masterpiece of deep, atmospheric house music. Characterized by shimmering chords and shuffling percussion, Beedle transforms the original into a sunlit, Balearic-tinged gem. It famously became a signature track for the late DJ Andrew Weatherall, he notoriously played and closed his set with it at his Convenanza Festival in September 2017. Where a now trended meme video of The Guvnor vibing to the gem, whist the crowd was in absolute euphoria to the magic being made.

Now released on purple vinyl, with all profits donated to our friend Mr Beedle and his ongoing care.

Rebecca Delle Piane makes her return on EMERALD with six tracks covering' Titania EP'. Driven by a steely determination to push herself further through sonic exploration and new creative approaches, she unveils a new direction in sound. A direction that feels both harsh and precise, yet equally clear and refined.

Italian-Iranian DJ/producer Sciahri lays down a deeply hypnotic seven- track EP on return to Mutual Rytm. Heading up the agenda-setting Sublunar label, which is one of Mutual Rytm boss SHDW's personal favourites, Sciahri has been deep in the scene for more than a decade ever since he turned heads with a debut on Ilian Tape in 2014. Well respected for his carefully balanced love of the classic sound with new school influences, always delivering cuts with a refined and personal touch, highlighted and showcased via his widely-loved ‘Pareidolia’ release series. Returning on the label following his appearance on the ‘Federation of Rytm IV’ compilation, he lands with a freshly evolved EP that kicks off with the much hyped ID, ‘Moonwake’. That cut is built on robust, rumbling drums and layered up with flashy synths that bring stark futurism to the dance floor. ‘Liminal’ follows a similar linear path with musical drums and synths that twist and twitch, firing your synapses while your body is locked to the rhythm, before ‘Night Sentinel’ transports you to a more eerie world of anxiousness and tension - the synths are spooky, and the sonar pulses keep you on edge as immersive drums race nonstop. ‘Unmoved’ lands heavy, the bulky kick drums coming on like a storm with howling synth winds adding to the all-consuming atmosphere. ‘Too Much Time’ closes out with a wall-rattling groove and subtle synth motifs that creep in the shadows. As always with the label, digital cuts ‘Silent Frontier’ - which gets dancers on their toes with a backlit synth glow - and ‘Louisiana’ - which brings a more psychedelic energy and hard, hammering groove, rounding out a stylish, meticulously produced offering.

Rounding off the EP is "Juvenile Delinquent" which takes a step back in time with a break beat, heavy baseline and a familiar vocal sample, one for the “Heads”.

Wisconsin house music legends Solid Gold Playaz return with Minds Beneath Atlantis EP, a timeless deep house gem first released in 2003 on Silver Network before receiving a sought-after reissue from Still Music in 2017. Long out of print and highly coveted by collectors, copies have regularly fetched upwards of £50 on the second-hand market. Thankfully, Still Music have answered the call with a welcome repress, making this essential release available once again for DJs, collectors, and deep house enthusiasts who missed out the first time around.

The cheerful opener “Xtasy” comes from the up-and-coming Cologne-based DJ H0TLINE. If it says ‘Ecstasy’ on the label, that’s exactly what’s inside. The term ‘legend’ is all too often bandied about lightly. In the case of ORLANDO VOORN, it’s almost an understatement. His ‘So Deep Remix’ is a goosebumps-inducing masterpiece in its purest form. The third chapter of l’oggetto’s DANCE trilogy continues the sought-after series of instrumental DJ tools. Four new tracks, conceived as techniques to reach ecstatic states on the dancefloor through different moods, tempos, and vibes.

“Vallee,” with its infectious 12-bit groove, opens the EP with a syncopated, never-ending jazz-infused vibraphone. “Bone” takes it from there, staying midtempo and percussive while pushing funky horns into trippy, repetitive territory.

Side B turns moodier, as expected. “2600’” unfolds through digital strings of life, enabling a sense of suspension, release, and transcendence. Lastly, “Ambientale” closes the record with the ethereal, wobbly analog warmth of a downtempo drift into dawn.

Mit Mitgliedern aus sechs verschiedenen Ländern im Kern-Line-up kehrt The Ocean zu einer kollektiven Besetzung zurück und schöpft aus dem Erfahrungsschatz und Talent eines Pools außergewöhnlicher Musiker. Nachdem man mit dem Vorgängeralbum "Holocene" einen anderen Weg eingeschlagen hatte, zeichnet für den weitläufigen, organischen Klang von "Solaris" erneut der schwedische Produzent Jens Bogren verantwortlich, der bereits die beliebtesten Alben der Band - "Pelagial" sowie "Phanerozoic I" & "II" - gemischt hat. Das neue Album stellt die Sänger*innen Lane Shi und Enrico Tiberi sowie die Gitarristen Emmanuel Jessua und Marco Gennaro vor. Sie ergänzen den Gründungs-Gitarristen Robin Staps, den langjährigen Bassisten Mattias Hägerstrand und Schlagzeuger Jordi Farré. Jeder von ihnen bringt seine ganz eigene Note ein, um dieses fast 70-minütige Opus zum Leben zu erwecken. Für die Aufnahmen wurde der Kreis der Mitwirkenden noch weiter gefasst: Thorsten Quaeschning (Tangerine Dream) steuerte modulare Synthesizer bei, der griechische Komponist Orestis Zafiriou (Playgrounded) lieferte ebenfalls Elektronik- und Synthie-Elemente, und Simen Eifring von der norwegischen Post-Rock-Band Spurv übernahm den Posaunenpart. Aufgenommen wurde das Album in den legendären Berliner Hansa Studios, wo bereits Klassiker wie David Bowies Low und Heroes, Iggy Pops Lust For Life und Depeche Modes Construction Time Again entstanden. Innerhalb dieser Studiowände entwickelte sich "Solaris" zu einem lebendigen Zeugnis für die Kraft von Entdeckergeist und Teamarbeit. Da der neue Sänger Tiberi zudem ein versierter Pianist und Multiinstrumentalist ist, wurden Klänge von Celesta, Flügel, Rhodes-Piano und Hammond-Orgel zu einem integralen und unverwechselbaren Bestandteil des Solaris-Sounds. Der für The Ocean typische, atmosphärische Post-Metal wird durch den experimentierfreudigen Geist der neuen Mitglieder sowie die Beiträge der exzellenten Gastmusiker bereichert. Ein Werk, das für The Ocean hinsichtlich Ambition und erzählerischer Tiefe einen neuen Höhepunkt darstellt. KR3.021 Steve Bicknell Remixes - brings together four reinterpretations of tracks from his latest double 12" - Several Streams of Thought - originally released in May 2025 as the sixteenth chapter in the KR3 catalogue. Carefully assembled, the release features reworks by Rrose, Function, Broken English Club and The Hacker. Working from Bicknell’s original material, each artist reframes its core elements through a distinct sonic approach, opening up new perspectives while maintaining a connection to the source work. The visual dimension of the project has likewise been revisited by Marco Maldarella. His artwork for the original gatefold sleeve has been reimagined for this release, extending the dialogue between sound and image and giving the project a renewed visual identity.

After Caposile, at the peak of his growth, now consacrate as one of the most sought and removed clubs in the Italian and world undergoing circuit, is back to release high level music, returning to pressing on vinyl in its acclaimed label the second volume of “The Sound of Garden”.

Spring 2024 deserved a release made by an exceptional cast, it will be always divided in to parts, both 12”, and it will include an incredible team of artists led by the visionary and immortal master Alex Neri, the local phenomenon known for his productions in Slow Life and Altered Circuits: Paolo Mosca, our family members and residents Twineffect and Maggio, the duo Francesco Maddalena and Manuel De Lorenzi, Lee Burton, Jamahr, Franko Lopez and Matteo Point.

A perfect mix of artists who strongly believe in the club and in what we transmit as an experience to live, these tracks are explosiveness, elegance, magnetism, each with a different facet of house music: progressive, balearic, electro, acid, this double vinyl contains everything that the dancefloor requires and it is a transposition into music of the current vibe that can be felt at After Caposile’s garden.

The first volume begins with the mastery of the multifaceted and always prolific artist Alex Neri who never makes a mistake, and even after years continues to release masterpieces, like this one: "H-Arp Odyssey", which already from the title we can imagine as an instrument takes the lead in the construction of the piece, a rush of adrenaline that immediately makes it clear what awaits us.

“Unreleased”, the track by Francesco Maddalena and Manuel De Lorenzi, is a clear representation of their way of playing that characterizes them and brings them together, and that always makes us dance, a direct groove, old school, tech-house in its most pure.

If the first two tracks get straight to the point, in side B we start with a bang with Paolo Mosca and his "Landscape", where with a maniacal arrangement, worthy of his now established name as a producer, he teleports us into a progressive world of the 90s, in Balearic style where floating pads, organs, melodies and sequenced vocals are linked to the complex and rhythmic percussive groove and the more aggressive synths.

Thus the first chapter ends with "Visions Of Disco" by Twineffect, a track where a more direct house part elegantly contrasts, which presupposes the more dance part of the piece, to then take you and envelop you in a long drop made up of a main piano and vocals that are perfect for a truly exciting moment to experience on the track.

After Caposile thus confirms itself once again in constant evolution, with an output full of new talents and sacred monsters and a European tour that continues to expand their party concept in the most important clubbing realities and the biggest festivals.

Both the first and second volumes will be released this May, ready to bring us a breath of joy and madness this summer.

After regular appearances at Berghain since his debut two years ago, Altinbas now presents his contribution to Ostgut Ton, tying together five tracks that outline an expedition through celestial bodies in ‘Beyond the Veil’. Deepening his research on intricately crafted ambiance, the EP strikes a balance between commanding rhythm and blossoming synth work that reaffirm his inimitable style. ‘Beyond the Veil’ is a conceptual collaboration between an artist and a room; describing the dancefloor as an organism and the architecture of its surroundings.

Over the years, harmony has become synonymous with the Belgian artist’s sound. Deeply tuned and cohesive, Altinbas’s productions walk the boundary between insistent anticipation and unparalleled warmth. Although dancefloor effect remains a central theme for him, ‘Beyond the Veil’ is the latest chapter in a long study of obscurity in music that qualifies almost as ritualistic. Tracks like ‘Beyond the Veil’ and ‘Charming the Cosmic Snake’create tension in the keys that resonates like an expedition into new soundscapes. With weight and stability in the percussion, airy textures and hypnotic synth lines roll off the rhythm to mesmerize the listener. Dimension is pushed dramatically into each of the five pieces of the EP as a direct response to the current climate of tool oriented techno. Keeping a safe distance from this approach, Altinbas invites listeners to explore the shape of his sound in an embrace rather than submit to its abrasion. The project concludes with ‘Antichamber’ - the fifth track of the EP that announces a departure from strict club codes. Dampening the rhythm from a pulse to a sway, a dreamlike landscape rises from deep within the record, smoothing over any of the rougher residuals from the preceding tracks. The descent that is ‘Antichamber’ is the result of an accumulated euphoria, gently guiding the listener back to consciousness.

‘Beyond the Veil’ represents a checkpoint for Altinbas in his research of moving a dancefloor not only physically, but emotionally. Carving out his own space in dancefloor-oriented music, he offers highly expressive compositions in defiance of the status quo. Altinbas offers this EP as a personal statement of where he stands; five tracks of carefully tended tone and harmonic glow create an emotional urgency for the collective experience.

Around seven years ago I became a father and that changed my life. E Dee has always been about my son Carlo’s world seen through my eyes, and this third and final chapter closes the series as he is now seven years old and about to start his second year of primary school.

As with the previous volumes, all the titles come from our family’s own little dictionary. “Cazia” is the name used to call his mother, while “Wager” and “Illu” are two nicknames invented by his sister Camilla for Carlo.

Words that once belonged to a child’s private language have stayed with us over the years. E Dee Vol. 3 is the last chapter of that small family archive.

Kicking things off with Leon Feat. Corrina Joseph – I Follow You (Darryl Baalki Remix), a soulful and deeply grooving house cut with Corrina Joseph’s beautiful vocals riding over a warm, hypnotic groove. Darryl Baalki adds his signature touch, making this one a serious late-night house weapon.

Next up is Gianluca Pegoiani Feat. Ann Saunderson – Numero 5 (Rough Ride) (Nick Holder Trackheadz Remix). Nick Holder’s Trackheadz take the original into deeper territory, delivering a classy, rolling slice of deep house with that unmistakable Detroit/Chicago-inspired feel.

On the flip we have Mata Jones & Mikey V – Funky (Elado Remix), bringing a more energetic and playful edge to proceedings with a seriously infectious groove, chunky drums and plenty of dancefloor funk.
