Over Under marks a significant evolution in Secondo's artistic journey, showcasing a refined balance between the functional and the experimental within house music and techno. The release reflects two decades of musical exploration and innovation, while drawing inspiration from his early production style. Now, fueled by the lessons learned over the years, Secondo returns, synthesizing new ideas from his roots in the ’90s.

Opening with the beatless, kosmische pulse of Occhi Nuovi, Over Under crosses different tempos and moods, shifting from club-ready tracks — like the alien funk of the first single Unlikely Companions and the album’s tense coda Nowhere Man — to the bubbling, mid-tempo step of Slow Space, and deeper, more reflective moments like the modulating jazz moods of the title track and the centerpiece Solar Funk. The Diyeis is the brainchild of Concret and Inigo Vontier, a DJ duo united by their love for edgy, psychedelic music and the pursuit of raw, pure sounds that transcend emotional layers. Their mission? To harness the primal, tribal effect of ecstasy on the dancefloor, creating a space where connection thrives through rhythm alone.

For the first time ever, the highly regarded Anything Goes release series is curated by a single act – or rather, a duo: The Diyeis. Known for their raw, edgy sound and boundless creativity, the duo presents a unique selection of reworked tracks. These edits, crafted as playful DJ tools, are designed to create those cheeky dancefloor moments where nostalgia blends seamlessly with the thrill of a sunrise rave.

Mark Grusane presents Midwest Rhythms Vol. 3 on Disctechno: a compilation of five stripped down, off-kilter house tracks from four producers out of Chicago and Detroit and one from Grusane himself. On the A side is a spaced out synth-laden “Memory Blank” from DJ Slush (aka Eric Schwab) and a pulsing, bass-heavy beatdown on “AYYYO” from Deon Jamar. The B side features Jordan Zawideh’s reverb-heavy drum machine & synth duet “Axolotls”, Mark Grusane’s pounding, in-your-face atonal track “The Recoil”, and finishes with Thomas Xu’s grooving arpeggios on “School Street.” Not to be missed for fans of the contemporary Midwest underground."

The brainchild of a mysterious but established producer, Astral Renegades takes things in a whole new headspinning direction.

EP opener Planetarium sets out its stall early, getting straight into trippy, trancey territory within the first few seconds, an acid bassline underpinning the swirl to devastating effect.

Wunderland goes even deeper, with a mind-bendingly detuned melody and that ever-present acid bass.

Pluto FM on the B-side pushes the repetition to the limit with pulsing synth loops, while EP closer Milchstr brings an element of funk to the bassline.

Two days after his 100th birthday, Marshall Allen started recording New Dawn, his debut solo album. A member of Sun Ra’s Arkestra since 1958, Allen assumed leadership of the band in 1995. Throughout his nearly seventy-year career, Allen has never released a solo album under his own name, and yet, instead of capping such a legendary output, New Dawn seems to herald a new beginning. A love letter to spacetime, it channels a century of musical intelligence into seven tracks, showing Allen at his most protean—freely moving from relaxed, transdimensional palettes to bluesy big band and beyond.

The title track “New Dawn” is the centerpiece of this impressive album and the arranger Knoel Scott wrote the lyrics himself. We are thrilled to have the incomparable Neneh Cherry, stepdaughter of legendary jazz musician Don Cherry, lend her unmistakable voice to this song.

The single release from Jimi Tenor's second thematic album on Timmion Records offers two very different moods. "Summer of Synesthesia" takes us back to those dreamy summer days, a natural overpour of sensations mixing together, sounds becoming colors before turning into flavors. Synthesizers grow into delicate layers over Cold Diamond & Mink's rhythm, and when your heart can hardly bear the beauty of it all, Tenor's soft lyric places the cherry on top. "Tsicroxe" on the flipside couldn't be more different, kicking into gear with a demonic organ arpeggio that sounds like you've just been dropped into a Dario Argento scene. Even though the familiar funk from Cold Diamond & Mink eases the dread a bit, when Tenor busts in with the eerie flute solo, the ritual closes in on its conclusion.

Uhlmann Johnson Wilkes is the debut album from Gregory Uhlmann (SML, Anna Butterss, Duffy x Uhlmann, Perfume Genius), Josh Johnson (SML, Jeff Parker ETA IVtet & New Breed, Meshell Ndegeocello, Anna Butterss, Leon Bridges), and Sam Wilkes (Sam Gendel, Louis Cole, Chaka Khan). The three improviser/arranger/producers' impressive individual credits encompass such a wide stylistic pendulum swing that a collection of group music from the trio could mine any number of musical territories with masterful results. I n these 11 instrumental songs, the trio explores a spacious lyrical curiosity that could b e described as a jazz-informed take o n progressive electro-acoustic chamber music.

Conceived during two live shows at ETA and a session at Uhlmann's house in Los Angeles, the album maintains a focus on beauty, melody, and rhythm as the pieces unfold, with the trio pushing their instruments and highly-dialed effects to sculpt otherworldly sounds with the collective sensibility o f a rhythm section. We are incredibly thrilled to announce our 10th vinyl release, landing in March 2025. Barcelona-based artist IMMATERIÆ delivers three mesmerizing tracks that fuse peaktime and trippy psychedelic trance incl. an emotive remix by Norwegian masterminds DJ Ibon & Matriark, aka PLAZA.

Jorja Chalmers enjoys a quiet life. The Australian born mother of two lives in Margate, the Kent coastal town that is turning into something of a cultural hub. Yet there’s another, shadow version of Jorja Chalmers, one that resides in a liminal realm; a saxophonist & composer, a brooding, vampiric, twilight soul who yearns for some sense of aesthetic transformation.

New album ‘Midnight Train’ comes close to severing the two. Constructed during the long winter lockdown, Jorja would put her kids to bed before closing the door in the spare room, building lengthy, undulating passages of cinematic terror, patching together European art-pop glamour with outsider electronics. It’s composed, intense, & challenging – but it’s also utterly exhilarating.

“I feel incredibly proud of this album,” she says. “It feels like a life’s work squeezed into one space. It feels like I’m saying something.”
